Standardization processes in business systems are expanding intensively primarily through the global development of standards relating to different management systems within individual organizations (quality, environment, safety, laboratory, etc.). The essential question put forward in their application is how to design and application. There exist different approaches in dealing with this problem and the paper discusses the application QM in laboratory, used ISO 17025 and 15189 standards.
