Point-of-Interests (POIs) represent geographic location by different categories (e.g., touristic places, amenities, or shops) and play a prominent role in several location-based applications. However, the majority of POIs category labels are crowd-sourced by the community, thus often of low quality. In this paper, we introduce the first annotated dataset for the POIs categorical classification task in Vietnamese. A total of 750,000 POIs are collected from WeMap, a Vietnamese digital map. Large-scale hand-labeling is inherently time-consuming and labor-intensive, thus we have proposed a new approach using weak labeling. As a result, our dataset covers 15 categories with 275,000 weak-labeled POIs for training, and 30,000 gold-standard POIs for testing, making it the largest compared to the existing Vietnamese POIs dataset. We empirically conduct POI categorical classification experiments using a strong baseline (BERT-based fine-tuning) on our dataset and find that our approach shows high efficiency and is applicable on a large scale. The proposed baseline gives an F1 score of 90% on the test dataset, and significantly improves the accuracy of WeMap POI data by a margin of 37% (from 56 to 93%).

The aim of the paper is to present a general construction of strongly aperiodic logarithmic signatures (SALS) for elementary abelian p-groups. Their existence significantly extends the classes of tame logarithmic signatures which are used for the cryptosystem MST3{\mathrm{MST}_{3}}. They have particular characteristics that do not share with the well-known classes of transversal or fused transversal logarithmic signatures, and therefore they will play a vital role for logarithmic signature based cryptosystems in practice. In theory, the construction of SALS is interesting in its own right as well.

Logarithmic signatures for finite groups are the essential constituent of public key cryptosystems and . Especially they form the main component of the private key of . Regarding the use of , it has become a vital issue to construct new classes of logarithmic signatures having features that do not share with the well-known class of transversal or fused transversal logarithmic signatures. For this purpose Baumeister and de Wiljes recently presented an interesting method of constructing aperiodic logarithmic signatures for abelian groups. In this paper we introduce the concept of strongly aperiodic logarithmic signatures and show their constructions for abelian p-groups on the basis of the Baumeister–de Wiljes method.

Regarding educational opportunities in the era of information technology, smart education is no longer a novel concept, especially in the world's developed nations. This study examines previous research on smart education and the successful implementation in the Vietnamese province of Binh Duong. We have examined both international and Vietnamese research on smart education. According to the findings, Smart education is gaining popularity among students. Vietnam has adopted it, and according to the government, the results have been overwhelmingly positive. This article aims to evaluate previous studies on smart education and the current state of smart schools in Vietnam, as well as to critique research frameworks for smart education and provide recommendations. The report concludes with suggestions for the implementation and evaluation of smart educational programs throughout Vietnam, with a focus on Binh Duong Province. In recent years, research into the transition processes of other nations has yielded suggestions and references for the development of smart education in Vietnam, particularly in the province of Binh Duong, and in other nations. Action research in education is a study that educational practitioners carry out with the aim that they will be able to make better judgments and take better actions in their respective fields of competence after completing the study. When teachers completely comprehend their students' thoughts and feelings, they can communicate more effectively with their students. One of the key objectives of this study was to examine how teachers and administrators perceived their quality and talents in educational action research in order to improve their practice. The survey process for this study included 245 administrators and instructors from 11 high schools in Binh Duong City, Vietnam, who answered questions about their experiences. The findings presented above are critical for school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to consider developing methods to improve the quality and capacities of teachers involved in educational action research and reflect on their perceptions. These findings contribute to the action of applied scientific research in Vietnam. This will enable educational science research in Vietnam to become more and more practical. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
