6. Time-series Analysis of Changes in the Size of Operating Cultivated Land and Number of Farm Households in Ishikawa Prefecture

Abstract

農林業センサスを活用し，石川県内の農業労働力および農地利用の遷移を2005 年から2020 年までの範囲で可視化することによって，これらの指標の時系列変化を把握した。その結果，農業労働力（総農家数）は県全域を通して満遍なく減少傾向にあった。農地利用（経営耕地面積）については，集落境界を越えて農地集積が見られた一方で，能登半島部では経営耕地面積ゼロの集落がモザイク状に存在した。そして，過去15年の時系列変化の傾向が当面継続されると仮定した場合の，2025年の農業構造の予測を試みた。2025年の農業構造の予測の結果，2025年には経営耕地面積・農家数ともに減少する集落が全集落の53%にのぼった。この結果は，小規模農家の離農と担い手への農地集積が継続することを示唆している。一方で，現実的には担い手自体が減少していくことから，広域的な耕作放棄地の発生が懸念される。, In this paper, we visualize the changes in the agricultural labor force and agricultural land use in Ishikawa Prefecture from 2005 to 2020 using the Census of Agriculture and Forestry to understand the time-series changes in these indicators. The results showed that the agricultural labor force (total number of farm households) was declining throughout the prefecture. In the Noto Peninsula, however, there was a mosaic of villages with zero arable land. The result of the projection of the agricultural structure in 2025 shows that 53% of all towns in 2025 will see a decrease in both the area of cultivated land under management and the number of farm households. This result suggests that small-scale farmers will leave farming and that farmland will continue to be concentrated in the hands of core farmers. On the other hand, the number of core farmers themselves will decrease, and there is concern about the occurrence of abandoned farmland over a wide area.

7. 石川県内における人流ビッグデータを用いた 新型コロナウイルス流行下での観光客の動向分析

Abstract

2020 年春の新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）感染拡大により，全国で観光需要が消滅した。2022 年現在，回復傾向にはあるが，その傾向は地域や施設によって異なっているかもしれない。そこで観光業が主要産業である石川県において，都市的施設や郊外の里山里海，自然を感じる施設等について，人流データによる分析を行い，観光需要の回復度に違いがあるかを調べた。本研究の結果，感染拡大直後の2020年5月中の県内観光地への訪問者数は県内，県外ともに激減した。2021 年5 月には回復傾向が見られたものの，特に石川県外からの訪問者数は2019年比で半分程度までしか回復しなかった。一方で海辺の観光施設は，新型コロナウイルス流行下においても訪問者数の減少が少ないか，逆に増加しており，人々が行き先をシフトした可能性がみえてきた。, The tourism demand disappeared nationwide due to the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the spring of 2020, and as of 2022, there is a recovery trend. However this trend may differ by region and facility. In Ishikawa Prefecture, where tourism is a major industry, we analyzed human flow data for urban facilities, suburban mountain villages and seaside villages, and facilities with a sense of nature to determine whether there are differences in the degree of recovery in tourism demand. This study showed that the number of visitors to tourist attractions in the prefecture dropped sharply both in and out of the prefecture during May 2020, immediately after the spread of the infection. Although a recovery trend was observed in May 2021, visitors, especially from outside Ishikawa Prefecture, recovered to only about half of the 2019 level. On the other hand, the number of visitors to seaside tourist facilities either decreased little or, conversely, increased, suggesting that people may have shifted their destinations.

Abstract

The Japanese black salamander, Hynobius nigrescens, is endemic to Japan and breeds in still water. Egg sacs of three colors (white, intermediate, and transparent) have been identified to date. However, the cause of this variation is not well understood. Therefore, we conducted a survey within the Ryohaku Mountains, where genetic differences are assumed to be small, and investigated egg sac color type in 10 spawning ponds. Our results confirmed that the ratio of the intermediate and transparent types increases with altitude. Regarding egg sac color type at each altitude, all egg sacs found above 740 m asl were white, whereas the transparent and intermediate types began to appear from at or above 740 m. As altitude increased, the incidence of the white type decreased and that of the transparent and intermediate types increased. In addition, a redundancy analysis was performed to determine the relationship between egg sac color and the topographical and meteorological conditions and to clarify the results for each pond. The analysis revealed that maximum snow depth was strongly correlated with an increase in the number of egg sacs of intermediate and transparent types. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

本研究では，市民を対象に水族館に関するイメージや海に関する情報の習得手段などについてインターネットを介したアンケート調査を行った。全国から約1000人の回答を集計し，その結果について報告する。調査の結果，水族館へ行く頻度は全体的に低く約6 ～ 7割近くが5年から2年に1回以下の頻度で水族館へ行っていることが分かった。また，水族館の普段見られない生物やショー，水中の空間や雰囲気の方が，生き物の解説やガイドツアー等よりも印象に残っていることも明らかとなった。さらに，水族館へ期待することとしては，娯楽性や雰囲気，生物をみることや生物の知識を得ることなどが挙げられた。また，海に関する情報取得に関しては，本や雑誌，webサイト検索が多く，水族館はあまり情報取得の手段にはなっていなかった。また，これらの分析においては性別と水族館へ行く頻度において差がみられた。, 本研究を遂行するにあたって，広島大学総合科学研究科「平成29年度学生独自プロジェクト」の助成を受けました。
