Background: The phenomenon of the outbreak of COVID-19 in various parts of the world has created a global panic that has a tremendous effect on all sides of life. Currently, COVID-19 is still a pandemic in Indonesia. Health appeals and messages circulating to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 have not been fully heeded by the public. Without a strong cultural basis, the change in behaviour is difficult for the community to accept. The social context highlighting descriptive norms for certain types of behaviour caused the command norms to conflict with the highlighted behaviour and dissonance (discomfort) increases. Health messages are designed based on symbols that in Indonesian society may be more effective. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using traditional Indonesian fairy tale symbols in COVID-19 health posters on knowledge, attitudes, and health behaviours related to COVID-19. Methods: A total of 51 respondents aged 18-40 years who registered on the online questionnaire filled a link with the determination of the sample, namely random sampling which measured knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour before and after being given a poster designed using symbols found in traditional fairy tales. This study uses an online pre-test and post-test. Respondents come from various regions in Indonesia. Results: Respondents stated that posters with fairy tale symbols were interesting, not monotonous, and educative. After seeing posters designed using symbols from traditional fairy tales, respondents' knowledge about COVID-19 increased by 102%, attitudes increased by 6%, and behaviour increased by 17%. Conclusion: The use of symbols in traditional fairy tales conveyed through poster media is effectively used to convey health messages to the public during the COVID-19 period. Health messages should be designed using symbols rooted in people's culture such as traditional Indonesian fairy tales.

Background: Metformin, which can control blood glucose levels, can reduce LDL levels in type 2 DM patients. Objectives: To determine the mean value of pre and post LDL in type 2 DM patients after receiving metformin therapy for three months. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional study with a prospective approach, It was done by conducting pre and post examination of LDL levels using metformin. This study was analyzed using the SPSS Wilcoxon statistical test. The total sample that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria was 18 respondents. Objective: To develop a valid and reliable questionnaire about knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards Covid-19 (KAPCovQ) in the general community based on psychometric properties. Methods: This study consisted of item development, scale development, and scale evaluation. Item development was based on literature review and content validity by experts. Scale development was conducted by pre-testing ten respondents. Scale evaluation was assessed using 375 respondents. Scale evaluation included construct validity with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) followed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and reliability test with Cronbach’s α, composite reliability, and test-retest reliability. Results: The final KAPCovQ consisted of 3 domains with 31 items. Twelve items of the knowledge domain met the acceptable range for item analysis. Three factors of attitude domain and one factor of practice domain showed that 59.13% and 57.97% of the total variance respectively were identified in EFA. The result of the CFA for both attitude and practices domain indicated acceptable fit indices for the proposed model. The CFA model fit indices of attitude domain were χ2/df 2.05, p-value 0.01, GFI 0.92, RMSEA 0.07, TLI 0.90, CFI 0.92, and PNFI 0.64 and practices domain were χ2/df 1.18, p-value 0.28, GFI 0.98, RMSEA 0.03, TLI 0.98, CFI 0.99, and PNFI 0.54. Knowledge and all factors in the attitude and practice domain had an acceptable range in internal consistency reliability and test-retest reliability. Conclusion: The finding of this study demonstrated that KAPCovQ is valid and reliable for measuring the KAP on Covid-19 in the general community.

Latar Belakang: Diastasis Recti adalah suatu kondisi yang ditandai dengan pemisahan garis tengah otot-otot rectus abdominis disepanjang linea alba. Pemisahan linea alba pada diastasis recti dalam pembentukan ruang disebut sebagai jarak antar recti. Gejala pada diastasis recti adanya peningkatan jarak antara tepi anterior otot kanan mempengaruhi kekuatan otot-otot abdomen. Berbagai teknik intervensi telah dilakukan untuk mengurangi jarak intra recti pada kondisi diastatis recti, namun penelitian masih terbatas pada pengaruh terapi latihan terhadap pengurangan jarak intra recti pada kondisi diastasis recti. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi latihan dalam mengurangi jarak antar recti pada postpartum dengan kondisi diastasis recti. Metode: Studi kasus tunggal dengan desain pre dan post test pada wanita berusia 38 tahun dengan kondisi diastasis recti. Protokol terapi latihan dilakukan selama 30 menit, tiga kali seminggu selama empat minggu. Terapi latihan terdiri dari abdominal exercise dan pelvic floor exercise. Pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kaliper untuk mengevaluasi pengurangan jarak antar recti. Hasil: Setelah diberikan intervensi terapi latihan selama empat minggu didapatkan hasil pengurangan jarak intra recti. Hasil pada pengukuran awal sebelum diberikan terapi latihan didapatkan E0 = 3,9 cm, dan pada evaluasi akhir terapi didapatkan E4= 2,4 cm. Kesimpulan: Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi latihan dapat mengurangi jarak intra recti pada postpartum dengan kondisi diastasis recti Kata kunci: Diastasis cecti, jarak antar recti, terapi latihan, kaliper

Dalam Masyarakat, khususnya di Mesir pada masa Qasim Amin, tradisi seklusi (pemingitan) wanita masih gencar ditegakkan dengan dalih menjaga kesucian wanita, bahkan mengejek wanita yang keluar rumah untuk mendapatkan intelektualitas. Maka Qasim Amin merasa perlu menyuarakan pentingnya pendidikan bagi wanita. Selain itu, diturunkannya al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman kehidupan manusia merupakan berkah untuk mencapai kebahagiaan sejati di dunia dan akhirat. Selain menegaskan pembebasan dan kesetaraan antara wanita dan laki-laki, al-Qur’an juga memuat persoalan pendidikan yang diangkat baik secara implisit maupun eksplisit, mulai dari proses pendidikan hingga materi pendidikan itu sendiri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan tafsir tarbawi dan kombinasi antara metode maudhu’i dan tahlili, ditemukan bahwa pendidikan yang dikemukakan oleh Qasim Amin relevan dengan pendidikan yang terkandung dalam al-Qur’an.

The COVID-19 pandemic globally impacted physical, spiritual, and mental health (MH). The consequences significantly affected students’ quality of life (QoL) too. This cross-sectional study assessed MH status and its relationship to the QoL of college students in Indonesia. This study collected data (September 2021–April 2022) online using the depression, anxiety, and stress scale-21 (DASS-21) to measure MH and the world health organization quality-of-life scale (WHOQoL-BREF) to measure the QoL. The data were analysed using SPSS with a bivariate and multivariate linear regression test. A total of 606 respondents participated in this study, with the majority being women (81.0%), aged 21–27 years (44.3%), and unmarried (98.5%) respondents. We observed 24.4% (n = 148) moderate depression, 18.3% (n = 111) very severe anxiety, and 21.1% (n = 128) moderate stress status. The QoL measurement determined that a moderate QoL in the physical and environmental health domains (>70%) and poor QoL in the psychological health domain (58.3%) were found. Gender, age, family support, history of COVID-19 diagnosis, family with COVID-19 diagnosis, vaccination status, and physical symptoms are significantly associated with MH status and QoL (p-value < 0.05). This study demonstrated that COVID-19 was negatively related to college students’ MH and QoL. Targeted interventions may be needed to ameliorate both MH and QoL.

Objective: Antibiotic resistance is a serious problem worldwide. One cause of antibacterial resistance is the inappropriate use of antibiotics. Thestudy of antibiotic use in hospitals found that 30–80% were not based on indications. Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs (ASP) was developed tocontrol antimicrobial resistance. This study aims to evaluate the impact of ASP in pneumonia patients qualitatively and quantitatively pre-post ASPapplied.Methods: This research is a non-experimental study. Data were taken from the medical records of pneumonia patients and analyzed qualitativelyusing the Gyssens method and quantitatively using the Defined Daily Dose (DDD) method. Sampling was conducted through purposive sampling andresults were described descriptively.Results: During the study period, 96 samples were obtained with 48 data pre-ASP and 48 data post-ASP. The results of the qualitative analysis usingthe Gyssens method show an increase in the prudent use of antibiotics from 31.25% to 62.5% pre-post ASP, respectively. Quantitative evaluationshows a decrease of antibiotic use pre-post ASP from 90.84 DDD/100 patients-days to 61.42 DDD/100 patients-days.Conclusion: The ASP can improve the quality of antibiotic use in pneumonia patients quantitatively and qualitatively.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic with high prevalence and it can increase the risk of the complications, if it not handled properly. Medication adherence is one of the determining factor to achive therapeutic outcome. This research aims to determine the affecting factors of adherence in diabetes mellitus type 2 outpatient at RSUD Sukoharjo in 2020. This research type is cross sectional with a purposive sampling technique. A total of 85 patients diabetes mellitus type 2 outpatient at RSUD Sukoharjo with inclusion criteria received OAD therapy (Oral Antidiabetic Drugs) or a combination of OAD with insulin for at least 1 month, recruited in this study. The data was collected from medical records and questionnaires. Adherence was measured by using the MARS 5 questionnaire (Medication Adherence Report Scale 5). Factors contributing to medication adherence was analyzed by using chi-square test. The results showed that 37 respondents (43.5%) were obedient. The significant factors of medication adherence are monthly income (p-value = 0.018 and OR = 2.887), Medication (p - value = 0.007 and OR = 3,551), the frequency of treatment (p-value = 0.006 and OR = 3,529) and blood glucose level (p-value = 0.006 and OR = 3,529).

Latar Belakang: Cerebral Palsy (CP) merupakan suatu kelompok gangguan perkembangan gerak dan postur yang diakibatkan oleh lesi yang bersifat non progresif yang terjadi pada saat otak belum matur. Anak dengan kondisi CP memiliki berbagai derajat gangguan kontrol postur yang dapat menyebabkan keterbatasan aktifitas fisik dan partisipasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Observasi klinis menunjukkan bahwa hippotherapy merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk memperbaiki gangguan kontrol postur pada anak dengan kondisi CP spastik diplegi. Namun, penelitian masih terbatas untuk mendukung hasil tersebut. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh hippotherapy terhadap kontrol postur pada anak dengan kondisi CP spastik diplegi. Metode: Studi kasus tunggal dengan desain pre dan post test pada anak perempuan dengan kondisi CP spastik diplegi yang berusia 19 tahun. Protokol hippotherapy dilakukan selama 45 menit, dua kali seminggu, selama 3 minggu. Setiap sesi hippotherapy terdiri dari aktifitas stretching, strengthening, dan keseimbangan. Posture assesment scale, adalah sebuah pengukuran dengan teknik observasi berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang dirancang untuk mengukur perubahan pada kontrol postur anak dengan kondisi CP spastik diplegi, dipilih sebagai alat pemeriksaan. Hasil: Setelah melakukan intervensi selama 3 minggu, terdapat peningkatan skor pada posture assesment scale. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor posture assesment scale pada pre hippotherapy (T0=7) dan post hippotherapy (T6=9). Kesimpulan: Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hippotherapy dapat meningkatkan kontrol postur anak dengan kondisi CP spastik diplegi.

Kabupaten Pemalang merupakan wilayah yang memiliki potensi perikanan, salah satunya udang Metapenaeus tenuipes . Meningkatnya penangkapan dengan jaring Arad akan mengancam kelestariannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui aspek biologi udang M. tenuipes dan status sumberdayanya seperti struktur ukuran, sifat pertumbuhan, dan aspek reproduksi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah systematic random sampling . Pengambilan sampel dilakukan empat kali dari bulan Mei-Agustus 2016. Tempat pengambilan sampel di TPI Tanjungsari dan TPI Asemdoyong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai L 50% M. tenuipes jantan 71 mm dan betina 81 mm, ½ L∞ jantan yaitu 60 mm dan betina 75 mm. L 50% > 1/2 L∞ berarti ukuran udang yang tertangkap sudah cukup besar sehingga layak tangkap. Sifat pertumbuhan udang jantan dan betina yaitu alometrik negatif (pertumbuhan panjang lebih cepat dibandingkan berat). Nilai faktor kondisi M.tenuipes menunjukan udang betina lebih montok. Tingkat Kematangan Gonad udang M. tenuipes jantan dan betina tebanyak terdapat pada tingkatan I. Perbandingan nisbah kelamin M. tenuipes di Pemalang 1 : 1,33 dengan nisbah tersebut proses reproduksi akan berjalan baik Pemalang is area that has potential one of fishery Metapenaeus tenuipes. Increased netting Arad would threaten its sustainability. The purpose of the research to know biological aspects of M. tenuipes and resourch status, size of structure, growth, and reproduction aspects. The method used is a survey method. The sampling method used was systematic random sampling. Sampling was carried out four times from May-August 2016. The sampling sites were at TPs Tanjungsari and TPI Asemdoyong. The results showed that the L50% value of M. tenuipes was 71 mm in males and 81 mm in females, ½ L in males in 60 mm and 75 mm in females. L50%> 1/2 L∞ means that the size of the shrimp caught is large enough to be suitable for capture. The growth characteristic of male and female shrimp is negative allometrics (long growth is faster than weight). The factor value of M.tenuipes shows that female shrimp are more plump. Maturity Levels of male and female M. tenuipes shrimp found in level I. Comparison of M. tenuipes genital ratio in Pemalang 1: 1,33 with that ratio will reproduce well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis lesson study dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) pada materi bilanagn bulat. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswakelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Singkawang yang berjuklah 34 orang . Analisis penelitian difokuskan pada kegiatan perencanaan (plan), pelaksanaan (do), dan refleksi (see). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan proses pembelajaran matematika berbasis lesson study dengan model pembelajaran NHT dapat diikuti oleh siswa secara efektif. Sebagian besar siswa berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil tes individu sebagai uji pemahaman konsep bilanagn bulat mengalami peningkatan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 83,00 pada siklus I dan perolehan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 86,50 pada siklus II. Sementara, hasil respon mahasiswa terhadap proses pembelajaran diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,20 yang berarti respon siswa

Transition metal-nitrogen-carbon (M–N/C) demonstrates a high oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) activity, and stability thus makes it a promising candidate to replace the use of commercial Pt-based electrocatalyst. Herein, Fe-N/C electrocatalysts were synthesized using a simple method by mixing Fe precursor with acetylene black and eco-friendly nontoxic amino-acid glycine as a carbon and nitrogen doping source, respectively. The Fe-N/C structure was obtained through pyrolysis at 900 °C (3h) under N2 atmosphere. Three different weight ratios of acetylene black to glycine were set at 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1. Structure and textural analysis of the catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, and N2 physisorption. ORR activity was measured by cyclic voltammetry in both alkaline and acidic conditions. The results show that glycine not only acts as a nitrogen source, but it also improves the catalyst surface area up to 450 m2/g that could promote more electrochemical reactions. The ratio intensity of D-band to G-band (ID/IG) was used to identify the structural defects of carbon. The Fe-N/C catalysts have higher ID/IG (1.3-1.5) than that of acetylene black (0.9), suggesting the formation of defective structure on the catalysts. The catalyst with acetylene black to glycine ratio of 1:1 shows the highest ORR activity with an onset potential of 1.06 and 0.85 V vs. RHE in 0.1 M KOH and 0.5 M H2SO4, respectively. This study suggests that Fe-N/C electrocatalysts from glycine-assisted synthesis have prospective applications in both acidic and alkaline fuel cells. Dalam bahasa Rusia terdapat adjektiva yang menyatakan makna ruang atau tempat, yakni berupa lokasi dan arah. Adjektiva demikian berbeda secara morfologis, sintaktis, dan semantis dengan adjektiva kualitatif biasa. Untuk itu, dalam artikel ini dibahas mengenai perilaku morfologis, sintaktis, dan semantisadjektiva bermakna ruang dalam bahasa Rusia.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah metode deskriptif dengan model analisis morfologis, sintaktis, dan semantis. Data berupa adjektiva bermakna ruangberasal dari buku-buku gramatika,sementara data analisis berupa kalimatdiambildari korpus nasional bahasa Rusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adjektiva bermakna ruang merupakan adjektiva derivatif yang dibentuk dari nomina dan adverbia secara morfologis melalui afiksasi dan pembubuhan fleksi pemarkah adjektiva. Secara semantis, makna ruang pada adjektiva ditunjukkan oleh kata pembentuknya, yakni nomina dan adverbia bermakna tempat, serta prefiks pada adjektiva denominal. Adapun secara sintaktis, adjektiva ini umumnya bersifat atributif.

Implementation of Prima Services on Representative Account (AR) i n KPP Pratama Wonocolo Surabaya . Account Representative is the officer in charge at the Pratama Tax Office, which has already applied modern administrative system. This research aims to gain an overview of the characteristics of excellent service implementation at the KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo. The implementation of excellent especially by officials Account Representative (AR) departmend of supervision and and consultation. The data were obtained from observations and interviews with relevant parties, especially AR department of supervision and consultation at the KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo and the taxpayer. The results of the interviews and the data collected were analyzed using descriptive method with interpretive approach. Results from the research showed that in general the officials Accounting Representative (AR) of KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo indicates excellent service with good implementation, the overview of the implementation of service excellence at the KPP pratama Surabaya Wonocolo was shown with attitudes approach related to care, efforts to serve with the best act that is based on ability, attitude, attention, appearance, actions, and responsibilities. To support these actions must be supported by integrity, professionalism (accountability and commitment), synergy, services (sincerity and transparency) and ethical code. Penelitian ini membahas tentang adanya praktek gotong royong oleh warga yang berhasil mewujudkan kampungnya menjadi Sustainanable Development Goals (SDGs) . Sebelumnya, kampung Glintung merupakan kampung yang mengalami permasalahan sosial seperti; kumuh, banjir, kemiskinan dan warga rentan terhadap penyakit. Hal ini diduga karena faktor rendahnya pengetahuan serta sulitnya memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari yang menghimpit. Hingga warga hanya berusaha mempertahankan hidup tanpa terlintas menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Berawal dari keinginan untuk menciptakan kampung yang nyaman, bersih dan asri, warga membentuk komunitas yang kemudian melakukan praktek gotong-royong berbasis go green di tahun 2012. Data digali dengan wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktek gotong royong berbasis go green yang dilakukan oleh komunitas berhasil mendorong partisipasi warga kampung Glintung RW 23 di setiap kegiatan pembangunan kampung. Selain itu gotong-royong menumbuhkan tanggung jawab sebagai warga negara yang wajib mengisipembangunan. Penanganan krisis ketahanan pangan, krisis air dan krisis energiyang merupakan krisis dunia bisa diwujudkan di kampung Glintung. Keberhasilan tersebut membawa komunitas dapat bermitra dengan pemerintah dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Dari praktek gotong-royong ini pula kampung Glintung dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan warganya, sekaligus menjadi percontohan bagi kampung lain. Abstract This study discusses the existence of mutual cooperation practices by residents who succeeded in turning their villages into Sustainanable Development Goals (SDGs). Previously, Glintung village was a village that was being questioned as social; slums, floods, poverty and people vulnerable to disease. This is due to the lack of knowledge and the difficulty of pressing daily life needs. Only residents who managed to survive without being protected from environmental sustainability. Starting from the desire to create a village that is comfortable, clean and beautiful, the residents formed a community which then carried out the practice of mutual cooperation based on go green in 2012. Data was extracted with interviews that were made and informed and then developed qualitatively. The results showed that the practice of community-based mutual cooperation carried out by the community was successfully supported by residents of Glintung RW 23 in every village development activity. Besides that, mutual cooperation fosters responsibility as a citizen who is obliged to implement development. Handling the food crisis, water crisis and energy crisis which is a world crisis can be realized in Glintung village. Success like this can bring the community to partner with domestic and foreign governments. From this mutual assistance practice, Glintung village can improve the welfare of its citizens, as well as being a model for other villages.

Apple contains high concentration of phenolic compounds that protect cells from oxidative stress. The prolong exposure of free radicals may induce cell damage and premature cell aging. Both local and imported apple contain flavonoid, saponin, tannin, steroid, and terpenoid. The extract of local and imported apples showed low toxicity on NIH3T3 fibroblast cells, with IC50 value of 529 and 463 µg/mL, respectively. Both apple extracts (50 – 250 µg /mL) protected three-day-H2O2 induced-cell damage and cell death. Protective effect was observed as the viability increase of treated cells compared to untreated ones. The protective effect of both extracts were higher than the effect of vitamin C as standard antioxidant at this study. Both apple extracts could reverse cell damage caused by three-hour-high concentration H2O2 exposure, similar with vitamin C. Low concentration of both extracts (50 µg /mL) induced the increase of fibroblast cells’ proliferation kinetics. The extract of imported apple showed higher properties of protective, cell recovery and proliferation of fibroblast cells tha local apple, but not statistically significance. This study concludes that the extract of local and imported apples have high potency in cytoprotective effect and cell recovery of damaged cells caused by free radicals induction. Both apple extracts have high potency to be developed the candidate of antiaging and cells’ regeneration agent.Key words: antiaging, cell recovery, cytoprotective, NIH3T3 cells

Butonion natural asphalt can be used for binder in road construction after its impurities were removed by extraction using suitable solvent. Researches on extraction of Butonion asphalt have been done. However, most of them are explorative research.This experiment tried to find mass transfer coeficient for Butonion asphalt extraction. The mass tronsfer coefficient will be used in extraction tower design. In this experiment, multi-stage cross-cwrent extraction was used using n-hexane as a solvent. The number of stages was seven. Bitumen obtained was then distilled to separate the n-hexane.
