La conversión presentada en la vegetación autóctona por coberturas exóticas como las plantaciones forestales de Eucalyptus urograndis , ha tenido efectos negativos sobre la diversidad de aves a nivel global. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo establecer la influencia de la cronosecuencia de las plantaciones forestales de Eucalipto sobre la diversidad de aves en los relictos de vegetación riparia en el noroccidente de Colombia. Esta investigación se desarrolló en 14 localidades del noroccidente colombiano, en las que se evaluaron relictos de vegetación riparia sin plantaciones forestales y con influencia de plantaciones forestales de Eucalyptus urograndis de diferentes edades. Los muestreos se realizaron durante 6 meses en el período comprendido entre marzo del 2021 hasta mayo del 2022. En cada uno de los relictos de vegetación riparia se realizaron censos a través de puntos fijos de conteo. Los muestreos se realizaron entre las 6:00 – 10:00 horas. Se registraron 1.311 individuos distribuidos en 145 especies pertenecientes a 42 familias y 18 órdenes. Se realizó un ajuste a los registros obtenidos a partir de la ponderación de los grados de abundancia descritos por Mcmullan en el 2021 y se obtuvieron 852 individuos usados para analizar la diversidad. La familia más abundante fue Tyrannidae con el 9% del total de los individuos registrados a través de las 117 observaciones en los relictos de vegetación riparia inmersos en las plantaciones forestales de Eucalipto de diferentes edades seguida de Thraupidae y Psittacidae con un 8% con 109 y 99 individuos respectivamente. La especie con mayor número de observaciones fue Ortalis garrula con 96 observaciones del total de las abundancias obtenidas, seguido de Manacus vitellinus con 64 registros y Cyanocorax affinis con 55 individuos observados. Las zonas sin influencias de plantaciones de Eucalipto presentaron mayor registro de especies acumuladas con 94 especies, seguido de la relictos de vegetación riparia con influencia de la cronosecuencia 8 con 76 especies y los relictos de vegetación riparia con influencia de la cronosecuencia 7 con 59 especies. Los relictos de vegetación riparia influenciados por la edad de las plantaciones forestales con mayor abundancia de aves fue el relicto de vegetación riparia sin influencia de las plantaciones de Eucalipto con 189 individuos registrados, seguido de la cronosecuencia 8 con 185 individuos y la cronosecuencia 7 con 128 individuos observados. El Análisis de escalamiento multidimensional no métrico (nMDS) con las distancias de Bray-Curtis tuvo un coeficiente de correlación R de 0,87 , lo que significa que hay diferencias significativas entre los relictos de vegetación riparia con influencia de plantaciones de Eucalipto de diferentes edades. Se registró que las cronosecuencias más cercanas son las formadas por las primeras etapas fenológicas de las plantaciones de Eucalipto y los últimos estadios. El coeficiente de correlación de Spearman registra que correlaciones lineales tienen una relación baja – moderada. Esta relación es significativa pero no es muy grande Este trabajo muestra que hay una relación entre el crecimiento de la vegetación contenida en las plantaciones forestales de Eucalipto a través de distintas edades y la diversidad de aves en los relictos de vegetación riparia inmersos en las plantaciones. Durante enero del 2021, el autor realizó una producción audiovisual del repertorio clásico para el oboe y una pieza de música tradicional colombiana. Este programa demuestra un alto nivel de habilidad técnica y artística. La selección musical presenta el desarrollo del oboe desde el periodo clásico hasta la actualidad. Cada composición involucra la colaboración entre el oboe y diferentes instrumentos; la primera mitad del recital consiste en música para ensamble de cámara con grandes contrastes dinámicos. La segunda mitad expone piezas más íntimas a través de matices en las frases, sensibilidad del vibrato, control de afinación y una comunicación precisa entre los músicos. During January 2021, the author recorded a graduate recital of standard oboe repertoire and a piece of Colombian traditional music. This program demonstrates a high level of technical and artistic ability. The musical selections showcased the development of the oboe from the classic era to contemporary day. While each composition involved collaboration between the oboe and different instruments; the first half of the recital consists of chamber ensemble music with dynamic contrasts. The second half of the recital involves more intimate works showcasing nuance in phrase, vibrato sensitivity, control of tone and delicate communication between the musicians on stage. El presente trabajo de investigación buscó indagar acerca de los alcances de una experiencia musical comunitaria con un grupo de estudiantes de distintas carreras de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a partir del cuidado y el acompañamiento humano como medición pedagógica. Se trata de un trabajo de investigación desarrollado mediante un estudio de caso con enfoque cualitativo, además de un componente autobiográfico del autor. The present research work sought to investigate the scopes of a community musical experience with a group of students from different careers of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, based on human care and accompaniment as a pedagogical measurement. Green tax reform is unpopular because, typically, the poor are hurt most by the higher prices of carbon-intensive commodities. If revenues from a carbon tax are recycled, it may be feasible to gain popular support for green tax reform. To investigate this, we estimate an EASI demand system from German household data and a labour supply schedule, using wage data, and the German income tax schedule and let emission intensities decline in the carbon tax. If the revenue from a carbon tax is recycled via a lump-sum transfer to all households, this gives more equitable albeit less efficient outcomes, yet 70% of households are worse off. If the revenue is recycled via lower income taxes, there is more efficiency at the expense of more inequality, and about half of households benefit. With a recycling mix of lump-sum transfers and lower income taxes, popular support can be mustered without hurting equity too much. We also investigate the effects of Germany meeting its legal target for curbing emissions by 55% in 2030 relative to 1990 levels. We find that most of emission reductions are due to producers responding by lowering emission intensities rather than by consumers to less carbon-intensive consumption categories.

Los estudios sobre la dinámica de los mercados laborales tienen una larga tradición a nivel mundial como en Colombia cuando se miran desde el lado de la oferta. Sin embargo, las aproximaciones desde las decisiones de las empresas son relativamente novedosas, sobre todo en Colombia. Este documento buscar encontrar cuáles son los determinantes de la duración de las vacantes en el mercado laboral, usando un modelo semi – paramétrico de Cox. Los resultados muestran que las vacantes que exigen mayor cualificación son las que tienen una menor probabilidad de ser provistas. De igual manera, los mercados laborales más grandes presentan mayores tiempos de duración de las vacantes. Studies about the labor market dynamics have a long tradition in the economic literature when it viewed from the supply side. However, the studies that focused on the decisions of the employers are relatively new, especially in Colombia. This document seeks to find the determinants of the vacancy duration in the labor market, using the Cox Proportional Hazard model. The results show that vacancies that require highest qualification have lower probability of being provided. Similarity, the bigger labor markets presents longer vacancy duration. Los primeros caballos domésticos aparecieron en las estepas euroasiáticas hace unos 5000 años. Desde entonces y a lo largo de la historia reciente de la humanidad, el caballo ha servido para multitud de tareas. Entender de qué manera las distintas sociedades sacaron provecho de este animal y de sus parientes más cercanos (asnos y sus híbridos, las mulas y burdéganos), permite conocer de manera directa el grado de complejidad tecnológica y social de esas sociedades concretas (Fages et al. 2019). La Edad del Hierro fue una etapa de especial importancia en la península ibérica, debido a que las poblaciones autóctonas recibieron influencias de otros pueblos procedentes de distintas zonas del Mediterráneo y de la fachada atlántica de Europa. Además, para estas sociedades peninsulares, el caballo fue un animal singular que fue utilizado para distintas finalidades: transporte, conflictos bélicos, como símbolo de poder y prestigio social y más esporádicamente, como fuente de alimento. De hecho, algunos autores han definido al caballo como el animal protagonista de la Edad del Hierro, debido a su presencia y sus implicaciones en la ritualidad de distintas zonas del Mediterráneo antiguo, incluida la península ibérica. La importancia de este animal fue tal, que se ha propuesto al caballo como el mejor indicador para conocer la evolución de los cambios socioeconómicos ocurridos desde la Edad del Bronce hasta la época romana. Durante los últimos años, nuestro conocimiento sobre la Primera Edad del Hierro del valle medio del río Guadiana se ha visto incrementado gracias al estudio de su poblamiento y al hallazgo del yacimiento tartésico de Casas del Turuñuelo (Guareña, Badajoz). El estado de conservación del edificio y los materiales que lo acompañan permiten considerarlo uno de los yacimientos arqueológicos más relevantes de la Protohistoria mediterránea. Las razones son numerosas, pero se pueden resumir en tres conceptos principales: 1) la documentación de unas estructuras arquitectónicas inéditas para la época, 2) la recuperación de ricos materiales arqueológicos procedentes de diversas partes del Mediterráneo y 3) la presencia de un sacrifico numeroso de animales o hecatombe, relacionado claramente con un acto de carácter ritual. Además, y para mayor espectacularidad de este hallazgo, la mayoría de estos animales son équidos. Este descubrimiento ha supuesto un catalizador para que alrededor del Turuñuelo y de sus équidos sacrificados, se haya formado un equipo multidisciplinar de arqueólogos, arqueozoólogos, veterinarios y biólogos especialistas en ADN antiguo, con unos objetivos concretos: reunir toda la información posible de estos équidos y con ella, conocer mejor a la sociedad tartésica que los sacrificó., Esta investigación se está desarrollando en el marco de los siguientes proyectos de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura: 1. “Estudio de la hecatombe animal del yacimiento de Casas del Turuñuelo (Guareña, Badajoz). Fluorescence of 6-carboxyfluorescein was monitored constantly as indication for pH development. When the fluorescence signal dropped below a value of 1, diethylamine dissolved in a ratio of 1:100 in the perfluorinated oil with surfactant at working concentration was administered by pipetting to the droplet population. The fluorescence intensity is monitored over time for 3 replicates. Each droplet population contained E. coli MG1655 with the same starting cell density. Cell densities were measured at the end of the experiment after breaking the droplets, resulting in OD600 of 8.8, 7.63 and 7.8 respectively. The onset and course of the manual base dosage was chosen individually for each experiment. This article presents the results of an investigation into evaluation, considered as a constitutive dimension of teaching and learning processes and a regulation tool for understanding and improvement. The project arises from the reflection carried out by five research teachers regarding their pedagogical activity, in which traditional activities predominated and an evaluation was used to measure learning. The purpose of the research was to transform the pedagogical practices from the design and implementation of an authentic assessment (aa) proposal, in order to guarantee learning, and to foment autonomy and responsibility in the students. The design corresponds to an investigation/action in the qualitative approach, carried out from reflection cycles in which the problem is analyzed in order to reorient the research. The results show that a change in evaluation practices has an impact on pedagogical practices. It promotes learning and makes evaluation a more flexible and effective process for educational purposes; in turn, creating more participatory and motivating classroom environments. Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación en la línea de evaluación, considerada como una dimensión constitutiva de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje y una herramienta de regulación para su comprensión y mejoramiento. El proyecto surge de la reflexión realizada por cinco docentes investigadores sobre su quehacer pedagógico, en el que predominaban actividades de tipo tradicional y la evaluación se utilizaba para comprobar aprendizajes. El propósito de la investigación fue transformar las prácticas pedagógicas a partir del diseño e implementación de una propuesta de evaluación auténtica (ea), a fin de garantizar el aprendizaje y fomentar la autonomía y responsabilidad en los estudiantes. El diseño corresponde a una investigación-acción en el enfoque cualitativo, realizada a partir de ciclos de reflexión en los cuales el problema se analiza para reorientar la investigación. This is largely due to the lack of a large offline gold-standard benchmark of relevant documents that cover a variety of research fields such that newly developed literature search techniques can be compared, improved and translated into practice. To overcome this bottleneck, we have established the RElevant LIterature SearcH consortium consisting of more than 1500 scientists from 84 countries, who have collectively annotated the relevance of over 180 000 PubMed-listed articles with regard to their respective seed (input) article/s. The majority of annotations were contributed by highly experienced, original authors of the seed articles. The collected data cover 76% of all unique PubMed Medical Subject Headings descriptors. No systematic biases were observed across different experience levels, research fields or time spent on annotations. More importantly, annotations of the same document pairs contributed by different scientists were highly concordant. We further show that the three representative baseline methods used to generate recommended articles for evaluation (Okapi Best Matching 25, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency and PubMed Related Articles) had similar overall performances. Additionally, we found that these methods each tend to produce distinct collections of recommended articles, suggesting that a hybrid method may be required to completely capture all relevant articles. The established database server located at https://relishdb.ict.griffith.edu.au is freely available for the downloading of annotation data and the blind testing of new methods. We expect that this benchmark will be useful for stimulating the development of new powerful techniques for title and title/abstract-based search engines for relevant articles in biomedical research. 385 Páginas En este informe se presentan los resultados de la investigación realizada por un grupo de cinco docentes en la línea de evaluación, ya que es una dimensión constitutiva de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje y una herramienta de regulación que busca su comprensión y mejoramiento. La investigación surge como una necesidad durante la reflexión efectuada por los docentes sobre sus prácticas pedagógicas habituales de aula, en las que predominaban actividades de tipo tradicional, la evaluación efectuada para comprobar aprendizajes al finalizar la enseñanza y en consecuencia una baja participación y motivación en los estudiantes. En este sentido, el propósito de la investigación es transformar y mejorar el proceso de evaluación a partir del diseño e implementación de una propuesta de Evaluación Auténtica (E.A.) con el fin garantizar el aprendizaje y fomentar la autonomía y responsabilidad en los estudiantes.
