Gelenek, örf ve adet denilen her şey insan hayatını tümüyle etkilemektedir. Bu unsurlar insanın doğumundan ölümüne kadar kendisini var eden onu topluma kazandıran her şeydir. İnsan yediği yemekten, giydiği kıyafete kadar hayatının her safhasında onun etkisinde kalmaktadır. Bu etkileniş kimi zaman olumlu yönde kimi zaman da olumsuz yönde ortaya çıkar. Olumsuz yönde ortaya çıkan her durum yozlaşmış, kendi kültürel değerlerinden haberi olmayan bir neslin oluşmasına neden olabilmektedir.`Afyonkarahisar İline Bağlı Sultandağı İlçesi Monografisi` adlı bu çalışmada ilçe ve yöresini meydana getiren kültürel yapı ve bu yapının temel taşları üzerinde durulmuştur. Yörede daha önceden yapılan folklor çalışmaları incelenmiş, bunun yanı sıra kaynak kişilerle görüşülmüştür. Elde edilen malzemeler bir araya getirilerek yazıya aktarılmıştır.Sultandağı İlçesi; gelenek, görenek, örf ve adetleri içinde zengin bir kültürel yapıya sahiptir. Bu kültürel yapı doğum, düğün ve ölüm gibi hayatın her safhasında karşımıza çıkmıştır. Geçmişten günümüze gelmeyi başarabilen bu kültürel değerlerimizin gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması yönünde bireysel olarak kültürel çalışmalar içerisinde bulunulmuş Sultandağı'nın sözlü edebiyat ürünleri ve gelenekleri çeşitli derleme çalışmalarıyla yaşatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Sultandağı İlçesi'nin genel özelliklerinden bahsedilmiş; ilçenin tarihi, coğrafi, ekonomik yapısı üzerinde durulmuştur. Aynı zamanda Sultandağı'nın sosyo-kültürel yapısı ve bu yapıda meydana gelen değişimlerden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, ilçeye ait manzum ve mensur eserler `Halk Edebiyatı Ürünleri` başlığı altında değerlendirilmiştir.Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde geçiş dönemi folkloru, tedavi ve sağaltma yöntemleri, çocuk oyunları ve yöresel mutfak lezzetleri vb. bilgiler `Sultandağı İlçesinin Gelenekleri ve Ritüelleri` başlığı altında toplanmıştır.`Yöreye İlişkin Halk Kültürü Ürünlerinin İşlevsel Açıdan Değerlendirilmesi` başlığını taşıyan dördüncü bölümde ise halk bilimi kuramlarından işlevsel kuramın derlenen sözlü kültür ürünleri üzerindeki etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur.Çalışmanın sonuç kısmında ise elde edilen veriler genel olarak değerlendirilmeye çalışılmış; halk edebiyatı ürünlerinin bir kısmının eski önemini yitirerek unutulduğu, ilçenin geleneksel hayatının ise eskiye bağlı kalarak büyük oranda devam ettiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The things that are called , tradition, custom and manners entirely affect the human life. These elements are the things that generate human from birth to death and bring human in society. Human is impressed by these elements at every stage of his life, from the food he eats to the clothes he wears. This influence sometimes occurs positively and sometimes negatively. Any situation that occurs negatively can lead to the formation of a corrupt generation that is unaware of its own cultural values.In this study named `Monography of Sultandağı District of Afyonkarahisar Province` the cultural structure that generate the county and its region and this structure's keystones are discoursed. Anticipatory folklore studies that are made in this region are analyzed, in addition to this reference people are interviewed. The materials obtained were brought together and transferred to writing.Sultandağı has a rich cultural structure whit its customs and tradition. This cultural structure is encountered in every stage of life, such as birth, wedding and deadth. Sultandağı took part in cultural studies to transmit these cultural values that achieved to come from the past to the present to the future generations and the county's oral literatüre products and folklore products are tried to keep alive with various compilation studies. In the first part of the study Sultandağı district's general features are mentioned; the county's historical, geographical, economical structure is dwelled on. At the same time, the sociocultural structure of Sultandağı and the changes that occured in this structure are mentioned. In the second part of the study, poetic and prosaic works belonging to the district and its region are evaluated under the title of `Folk Literature Products.` In the third part of the study, folklore in the transition period, the methods of treatment and healing, games of children and local cuisine delicacies were gothered under the heading of `Traditions and Rituals Of Sultandağı district`, in the fourth part of the study with the title of `Functional Evaluation of Local Folk Culture Products` the impact of functional theory from folklore theories on the compiled oral culture products are develled on. In the restatement of thesis, the acquired data was tried to be evaluated as a whole. It was concluded that some of the folk literature lost its former importance and was forgotten, and that the old life of the district continued to a large extent, depending on the old. 307

Social identity influences the perception and action of individuals based on the context they are found in. Therefore, it is expected to be effective on conflict and the conflict resolution process. The present study examined whether reminders of social identity influences decision-making of individuals in a negotiation context. In an experimental design, participants who were primed with a social identity (n=81) were compared with a control group (n=83) with regards to their loss averse behavior in a negotiation task. Various negotiation contexts such as business, political and school contexts, were provided in order to observe the change in behavior. Participants reminded of their social identity were expected to present more loss averse behavior in each context. Participants additionally received the Group Integration Scale for manipulation check purposes. Several other control variables were measured via the Conflict Management Style scale; Kagitcibasi Self-Construal Scale, and the Locus of Control scales. Results revealed that across the three contexts, there were no differences between the experimental and control conditions in terms of their loss averse behavior. The implications of the findings are being discussed within the literature.

Sosyal kimlik bulunduğu bağlama göre bireylerin algı ve davranışlarını etkilemektedir. Bu sebeple, çatışma ve çatışma çözümü süreçlerinde de etkin olması beklenir. Literatürde mağaza içi atmosferi oluşturan unsurların (ışık, ses, koku, sıcaklık, dekor, personel sayısı, müşteriye yaklaşım vb.) bazen birinin bazen de birkaçının memnuniyet, satış ya da karlılığa etkisini inceleyen çalışmalar mevcutken spesifik olarak raf yönetimine/yerleşimine odaklanan sınırlı sayıda araştırma mevcuttur. Bu çalışma raf yönetimi, müşteri memnuniyeti ve tekrar satın alma niyeti arasındaki ilişkiyi indirim marketlerinde araştırmıştır. Keşifsel ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları geliştirilen raf yönetim ölçeğinin dört boyuttan oluştuğunu (i- mağaza içi raf yerleşimi, ii- rafların sevk/idaresi, iii- mamul teşhiri ve iv- etiket kullanımı) ve geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğunu göstermiştir. Yapısal eşitlik analizi sonuçları raf yönetiminin müşteri memnuniyeti üzerinde, memnuniyetin de tekrar satılma niyeti üzerinde pozitif etkisi bulunduğunu göstermiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türk imalat sanayinde faaliyet gösteren firmalarda farklı bilişim teknolojileri kullanım modellerininvarlığını ve modeller ile firma (çalışan sayısı, sahiplik yapısı, yıllık satış ve ihracat rakamları) ve endüstri (sektör sınıfı verekabet yoğunluğu) özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Çalışmada veri standart bir anket formu yardımıyla farklısektörlerde faaliyet gösteren 123 firmadan toplanmıştır. Kümeleme analizi sonucu üç farklı bilişim teknolojisi kullanım modeli(düşük kullanıcılar, takipçiler ve yüksek kullanıcılar) belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca analizler, bilişim teknolojisi kullanım modelleri ileçalışan sayısı arasında bir ilişki bulunmadığını buna karşın sektör türü, rekabet yoğunluğu, sahiplik yapısı, yıllık satış veihracat rakamları arasında bir ilişki bulunduğunu göstermiştir. Son bölümde,sonuçların teorik ve pratik uygulamaları yanı sıraçalışmanın sınırları belirtilmiş ve gelecek çalışmalar için öneriler sunulmuştur., The aim of this study is to explore the existence of different patterns of information technology use in the firms operatingTurkish manufacturing sector and the relationship between these patterns and various firm (number of employee, ownershipstructure, annual sales and export figure) and sectoral(sector type and competition intensity) characteristics. Data are collectedfrom 123 firms in ISO 1000 list operating in different sectors using a standard survey form. Three different informationtechnology use patterns(Low users, Followers and High users) are identified as a result of cluster analysis. Results suggest thatthere is no relationship between information technology use patterns and number of employees;conversely it reveals that thereis a significant relationship between sector type, competition intensity, ownership structure, annual sales and export figures. Infinal section, the implications of the results are discussed; limitations of the study are noted and additional research issuggested.

Bu çalışma ile köpeklerde spontan ventilasyon (SV) ve kontrollü ventilasyon (CV) sırasında sevofluran (SEV), izofluran (ISO) ve halothan (HAL) anestezilerinin kardiyopulmoner etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışma deneysel olarak planlandı ve çalışmada 60 sağlıklı melez köpek kullanıldı. Köpekler eşit olacak şekilde rastgele 6 anestezi grubuna ayrıldı: SEV/SV; SEV/CV; ISO/SV; ISO/CV; HAL/SV; HAL/CV. Xylazine HCL ile premedikasyonu takiben indüksiyon thiopental sodium ile yapıldı ve SEV, ISO ve HAL ile 90 dakika boyunca inhalasyon anestezisi oluşturuldu. Kardiyopulmoner parametreler [kalp frekansı (HR), solunum sayısı (RR), ortalama arteriyel kan basıncı (MAP), solunum sonu karbondioksit düzeyi (ETCO2), oksijen saturasyonu (SpO2), sentral venöz basınç (CVP), beden ısısı, parsiyel arteriyel oksijen basıncı (PaO), parsiyel arteriyel karbondioksit basıncı (PaCO2) ve arteriyel pH] ölçüldü. İlk ölçüm değeri, inhalasyon anestezikleri ile bilincin kaybolmasından bir dakika sonra, diğer ölçüm değerleri ise 15., 30., 45. 60. ve 90. dakikalarda kaydedildi. SV’de ISO ve HAL anestezileri ile RR anlamlı şekilde azaldı (p, The objective of this study was to investigate the cardiopulmonary effects of sevoflurane (SEV), isoflurane (ISO) and halothane (HAL) anesthesia during spontaneous ventilation (SV) or controlled ventilation (CV) in dogs. An experimental study was designed. Sixty healthy cross breed dogs were used for the study. Dogs were randomly allocated to six anesthesia groups (n = 10 in each group): SEV/SV; SEV/CV; ISO/SV; ISO/CV; HAL/SV; HAL/CV. After premedication with xylazine HCl, anesthesia was induced with thiopental sodium. Inhalation anesthesia was maintained for 90 minutes with SEV, ISO, or HAL. Cardiopulmonary parameters [heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), mean arterial blood pressure (MAP), end tidal carbon dioxide level (ETCO2), oxygen saturation (SpO2), central venous pressure (CVP), body temperature, arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), and arterial pH] were measured after induction of anesthesia; the first measurement was taken one minute after the loss of consciousness with SEV, ISO, or HAL and the others were done at 15th, 30th, 45th, 60th and 90th minutes. ö Z ET Tıp hekimliğinde, anesteziyoloji alanındaki geliş meler çok hızlı olmaktadır. Bu gelişmelere paralel olarak, çalışmamızda bu gelişmeleri yakalamak ve çağdaş bir anlayışla sağlıklı bir anestezi oluşturmak ve anes tezinin kontrolü konusunda derinleşmek amaçlanmıştır. Köpeklerde deneysel ve klinik olgular üzerinde, kardio-vasküler ve solunum sistemlerine ilişkin rutin kontrol parametreleri yanı sıra, direkt arter iyel kan basıncı ve sent rai venöz basınç ölçümleri ile, anestezinin kont rolü yapılarak bunların yorumlanması ve bunları rutin hale getirecek bilgi ve beceri sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın deneysel materyali değişik yaş cinsi yet ve ağırlıktaki 25 köpekten, klinik olgular ise, kliniğe değişik cerrahi hastalıklar nedeniyle getirilen ve operatif sağaltım için seçilen değişik ırk, cins, yaş ve ağırlıkta 10 köpekten oluştu. Atropin sülfat ve xylazine hidroklorid ile yapı lan premedikasyonu takiben, pentotal sodyum ile indüksi- yon sağlandı. Entübe edilen hayvanlarda hal ot an ve oksijen karışımı ile İnhalasyon anestezisi uygulandı. Bu anestezi altında deneysel süre içerisinde ve operas yon süresi boyunca monitorizasyon sağlandı. Rutin olarak pulzasyon, respirasyon sayıları ile beden ısısı değerleri ve kan örneklerine ilişkin para- -1-metrelerin kontrolü yapıldı. Direkt arteriyel kan basıncı, A.femoralis kullanılarak perkutan punksiyon veya kut-dovm kateterizasyon yapılması sonrasında ane roid manometre ile ölçüldü. Sentral venöz basınç hazır set olarak bulunan CVP monometresi ile V. jugular isten sağ atriuma ulaştırılan kateter yardımı ile ölçüldü. Anestezinin başlangıçtan itibaren her devresinde, kullanılan gerek premedikasyon amaçlı ve gerekse anes- tezik ilaçların sözü edilen sistem üzerindeki etkilerini periyodik olarak yapılan ölçümleri ve değerlendirmeleri ile komplikasyonsuz olarak anestezinin sürdürülmesi ve süratle uyanmanın sağlanabileceği görülmüştür. Çalışmada kullanılan anestezi tekniği ve kullanılan anestezik ajan olan halotan'm etkisiyle kardiovas- küler ve solunum sistemlerinde depresyon oluştuğu, kalp vurum sayısı (66 ± 22) solunum sayıları(6 ± 1) ve A.P'nin (56 ± 10) düştüğü, CVP değerinin (6.1 ± 2.1) yükseldiği gözlendi. Ancak bu kontrol altında gerekli reanimasyon ölçemleri ile, anında bu olumsuzlukların düzeltilmesi gerçekleştirildi. Sonuç olarak rutin kontroller yanı sıra, A.P. ve CVP ölçümlerinin yapılması ve değerlendirilmesi ile anestezinin çok daha sağlıklı olarak kontrol edilebileceği ve yararları çalışmamız sonuçlarına dayanarak vurgulanmaktadır. Anahtar Sözcükler: Hal o t an anestezisi, monitorizasyon, köpek. -2- SUMMARY In the human medicine, the development in the field of anesthesiology has rapidly been progressing. Parallel to these advancements in this current study, with an up - to - date approach by obtaining a healthy anesthesia, we aimed to catch up with developments achieved in this field, and the gain on in depth view on the control of anesthesia. In the dogs, in addition to collect parameters related with cardiovascular and respiratory systems of experimental and clinical cases, control of anesthesia by measuring direct arterial and central venous blood pressure was made. Our over all aim was to interpret those data collected and to gain the knowledge and practice that will ait to make those parameters appli cable to clinical routine. The experimental material of the study was composed of 25 dogs that are in different ages, sexes, breeds and weights. As the clinical cases, 10 dogs; in different, ages breeds, sexes and weights, brought into the clinics with several surgical problem and chosen for surgery were used in the clinical cases part of the study. After the premedication with atropine sulphate and xylazine hydrochloride, induction was provided the pentothal sodium. Materials were en tuba ted and inhalation anesthe- -3-sia was applied with hal o t hane and oxygen mixture. Experimental and clinical studies materials were moni tored during each anesthetic period. Pulsation and respiration rates, body temperature and some heamoto logical parameteres were observed rount inly. Direct arter ials pressures were measured with aneroid manometer after percutaneus punction or cut-down catheterization of A. femoral is. Central venous pressure were measured with avaible CVP manometer by using a catheter reached to right atrium throughout V.jugularis. The effects of preanesthesia and anesthesia on the respiratory and cardiovascular system was determined utilizing repeated measurements. It was concluded that these measurements are useful for the maintanence of anesthesia without complications and rapid recovary. The anesthesia technique and hal o thane the anesthetic agent caused depressive effects on respira tory and cardiovascular system. As a results of these effects, heart beat ( 66 ± 22), respiratory rate (6+1) and A. P. (56 ± 10) decreased; CVP value (6±2.1) increased. These problems were corrected quickly by reanimation during anesthesia. As a result, it was determined that routine cont rol 1 and measurement of A.P and C.V.P will be helpful for the controlling anesthesia. Key Words; Halot hone-anesthesia, monitorization, dog. -4- 113

Gerçekleştirdiğimiz çalışmada propofolün tavşanlarda farklı sürelerde infüzyon şeklinde derin sedasyon oluşturmak için kullanımının tavşanlara ait fizyolojik, biyokimyasal ve moleküler parametreler üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Çalışmada 24 adet Yeni Zelanda Tavşanı kullanıldı. Tavşanlar kontrol ve 6- 12-24 saat infüzyon grupları olmak üzere rastgele 4 gruba ayrıldı. Çalışmada kullanılan tüm tavşanlara infüzyon uygulaması başlatılmadan önce sedasyon ksilazin HCl, indüksiyon ise ketamin HCl uygulaması yapılarak sağlandı. Hayvanlara uygulanan ketamin anestezisinin 20. dakikasından itibaren propofol infüzyonu başlatıldı. Tüm gruplarda propofol ilk bir saat 40-50 mg/kg/sa dozunda uygulandı ve daha sonrasında infüzyon süresi uzadıkça kademeli olarak azaltıldı. Kontrol grubu indüksiyon sonrasında, diğer gruplarda infüzyon süreleri sona erdikten sonra ötenazi edildi ve doku örnekleri alındı. Kan örnekleri ise hem infüzyon işlemi başlatılmadan önce hem de infüzyon uygulaması sona erdirildikten sonra alındı. Tavşanlara uygulanan infüzyon süresince kalp atım sayısı, solunum sayısı, endtidal karbondioksit düzeyi, oksijen satürasyonu düzeyi ve vücut sıcaklıkları monitör aracılığıyla takip edildi. Oksijen satürasyonu dışındaki tüm parametrelerde infüzyon süresi uzadıkça değişiklikler olduğu saptandı. Biyokimyasal parametreler incelendiğinde sadece kreatin değerinde gruplar arasında farklılıklar olmadığı saptandı. Moleküler parametreler incelendiğinde ise sadece katalaz düzeyinde gruplar arasında farklılıklar olmadığı diğer parametrelerde hem doku türüne hem de infüzyon süresine göre değişiklikler olduğu saptandı. Tavşanlarda 6-12-24 saat süresince derin sedasyon amacıyla gerçekleştirilen propofol infüzyonu süresince hiçbir tavşanda bradikardi, aritmi, desaturasyon (

Dış kulak kanalının değerlendirilmesi ve kulak zarı bütünlüğünün bozulup bozulmadığı, otitis externa ve otitis media muayenesi açısından çok önemlidir. Membrana tympanica yaralanmaları; dış kulak kanalına giren yabancı cisimlerden, hatalı manipülasyonlardan, konsantre ilaç sonrası yada uzun süre devam eden irinli otitis externa’dan dolayı kulak zarının deformasyonu yada perforasyonudur. Otitis media; kulak zarı ile orta kulak boşluğunun mukozasının yangısıdır. Çalışmamızı toplam 20 adet otitis tanısına sahip köpek oluşturdu. Toplam 40 kulağın 28 tanesine otitis externa tanısı konuldu. 1 adet kronik otitis externa, 4 adet kronik proliferatif otitis externa tanısına sahip olgumuz vardır. Akut otitis externa olgularında en çok Staphylococcus sp. %25, kronik otitis externa olgularında ise en çok Proteus sp. %60 oranında izole edilmiştir. Sitolojik muayenede ise rod %40, kok %45 oranında tespit edilmiştir. Direkt grafide, dış kulak kanalı os temporale’ye kadar 4 olguda takip edilememiştir. Otoskopik ve video-otoskopik olarak; 10 kulağın membrana tympanica’sı değerlendirilemedi. Dış kulak kanalının pozitif kontrast radyografisi için; 2ml İohexol® ve 6 ml serum fizyolojik karışımı hazırlandı. 4 olguda; dış kulak kanalındaki pozitif kontrast madde, aşırı daralma ve proliferatif üremeler nedeniyle yetersiz gelmesi nedeniyle, membrana tympanica değerlendirilemedi. Ultrasonografik muayenede, 8 olguda mineralizasyon alanları, 19 olguda yangı bulguları, 14 olguda dış kulak kanalı lümeni düzensizliği, 6 olguda dış kulak kanalında yabancı cisim tespit edildi. Ancak gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu çalışma göstermiştir ki bu tanı yöntemleri birçok noktada tek başına yeterli olmamaktadır. Ancak tanılarının konması aşamasında birçok tanı yöntemlerine başvurulması ve bu tanı yöntemlerinin birlikte karşılaştırmalı olarak yorumlanması gerekliliği bu çalışmanın sonuçlarından biridir. The evaluation of the external ear canal and the deterioration of the integrity of the eardrum is very important in terms of otitis externa and otitis media examination. Membrana tympanica injuries; deformation or perforation of the ear membrane due to foreign bodies entering the external ear canal due to erroneous otitis externa that lasts long after concentrated drug, it can be seen that there is a serous discharge from the ear canal, which is slightly bloody, odorless. Otitis media; is an inflammation of the mucous membrane of the middle ear cavity with membrana tympanica. A total of 20 dogs diagnosed with otitis were included in our study. Otitis externa was diagnosed in 28 out of 40 ears. We have a case with the diagnosis of 1 chronic otitis externa and 4 chronic proliferative otitis externa. In acute otitis externa cases, Staphylococcus sp. 25%, in chronic otitis externa cases, Proteus sp. 60% isolated. In the cytological examination, 40% of the rod and 45% of the cocci were detected. External ear canal could not be followed up to the os temporale in 4 cases on direct radiography. Otoscopically and video-otoscopically; the membrana tympanica of 10 ears could not be evaluated. For positive contrast radiography of the external ear canal; A mixture of 2ml of Iohexol® and 6ml of physiological saline was prepared. In 4 cases; the membrana tympanica could not be evaluated because the positive contrast material in the external ear canal was insufficient due to excessive narrowing and proliferative growths. In the ultrasonographic examination, mineralization areas were detected in 8 cases, inflammatory findings in 19 cases, external ear canal lumen irregularity in 14 cases, and foreign body in the external ear canal in 6 cases. However, this study we have carried out has shown that these diagnostic methods alone are not sufficient at many points. However, it is one of the results of this study that many diagnostic methods should be used in the stage of diagnosis and the necessity of interpreting these diagnostic methods together in a comparative manner.

Dolayısıyla fosil yakıtlardan enerji üretimi doğal çevrede büyük tahribata ve zarara neden olmaktadır. Bu sebeple, yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları büyük önem taşımaktadır ve yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarına yatırımlar artmaktadır. Aynı zamanda enerji, sosyal refahın ve ekonomik gelişmişlik düzeyinin önemli göstergelerinden birisidir. Ülkelerin ekonomide rekabet avantajı için temiz, kolay ve ucuz elde edilebilen enerji kaynaklarından yararlanmaları kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Bu nedenle enerji, ekonomik büyümenin hız kazanması ile birlikte tüketimde de artışa neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmada amaç, Türkiye'de kullanılan yenilenebilir enerjinin ekonomiye ve çevreye olan etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, 1990-2019 yılları arasında Türkiye'de tüketilen enerji miktarlarının hem ekonomiye hem de çevre kirliliği olarak ele alınan sera gazı emisyonuna etkisi Zaman Serisi Modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada enerji tüketiminin etkisini ölçmek için değişkenler arasında Dickey-Fuller (ADF) ve Phillips-Perron (PP) birim kök testleri ile durağan seriler elde edilmiştir. Daha sonra Granger Nedensellik analizi için uygulanan Johansen Eş Bütünleşme testi uygulanarak uzun dönemli ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Analiz Granger Nedensellik analizi ile tamamlanmıştır. Nedensellik sonucuna göre ise, enerji tüketiminden ekonomik büyümeye çift yönlü, sera gazı emisyonuna ise tek yönlü bir nedensellik ilişkisi bulunmuştur., The need to energy is increasing day by day as a result of growth in population, globalization and industrialization. Therefore, energy production from fossil fuels causes great destruction and damage to the natural environment. For this reason, renewable energy sources are of great importance and investments in renewable energy sources are increasing. In addition, energy is one of the important indicators of social welfare and economic development level. It is inevitable for countries to benefit from clean, easy and cheap energy sources for competitive advantage in the economy. Fort his reason, energy has caused an increase in consumption along with the acceleration of economic growth. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of renewable energy used in Turkey on the economy and the environment. For this purpose, the effect of the amount of energy consumed in Turkey between the years 1990-2019 on both the economy and greenhouse gas emissions, which is considered as environmental pollution, has been analyzed with the Time Series Model. In order to measure the effect of energy consumption in the study, stationary series were obtained with Dickey-Fuller (ADF) and Phillips-Perron (PP) unit root tests among the variables. Afterwards, the long-term relationship was determined by applying the Johansen Co-Integration test applied for Granger Causality analysis. The analysis is completed with Granger Causality analysis. According to the causality result, a bidirectional causality relationship was found from energy consumption to economic growth, and a unidirectional causality relationship to greenhouse gas emissions.

Çevre problemlerinin kökeninde doğal kaynaklar sonsuzdur anlayışı hâkimdir. İnsanoğlunun kaynakları tükenmeyecekmişçesine kullanımı çevresel yıkıma neden olmaktadır. İnsanların göstermiş olduğu bu tavırlar dünyanın dengesini bozarak küresel ısınma, iklim değişikliği şeklinde birçok sorunu meydana gelmiştir. Artık güneş ışınları daha tehlikeli halde yeryüzüne ulaşmakta ve yüksek miktarda kanserojen ışınlar içermektedir. Küresel ısınmayla birlikte meydana gelen iklim değişikliği sebebiyle Dünya'nın pek çok bölgesinde kuraklıklar yaşanırken, pek çok bölgesi de buzulların erimesiyle sular altında kalmaktadır. Bu problemlerin insan yaşamına yansımasıyla beraber günümüzde tüketicilerde çevre bilinci de hızla artmaktadır. Artan çevre bilinci ile tüketim biçimi ve çevre arasındaki ilişkinin farkında olan tüketici sayısı gün geçtikçe artmıştır. Bunun sonucunda tüketimlerine dikkat edip, alışkanlıklarını değiştirerek çevre açısından zararı daha az olan ürünleri yani yeşil ürünleri satın almaya başlamışlardır. Bu durumu fark edip bunu fırsata çeviren şirketler de bunu bir rekabet unsuru olarak ele alıp, faaliyetlerinde benimsemeye başlamışlardır. Bazı şirketler çevrecilik anlayışına kendiliğinden yönelirken, diğerleri rekabet baskısından dolayı pazarda varlığını devam ettirebilmek için yapmışlardır. Böylelikle "çevresel (yeşil) işletme", "yeşil pazarlama", "yeşil tüketim", "yeşil tüketici" ve "yeşil ürün" kavramları gündeme gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada yeşil pazarlama kavramı ele alınmıştır. Yeşil pazarlama ile işletmeler, toplumsal sorumluluklarını yerine getirdiğini göstererek prestijlerini arttırmakta ve rekabette öne çıkmaktadırlar. Ancak, aktif bir bicimde yeşil pazarlama faaliyetlerinde bulunmak isteyen işletmeler yeşil pazarlamanın işletmeye getireceği faydalarından yararlanabilmek için yeşil tüketici davranışını ve yeşil tüketimi etkileyen faktörleri iyi analiz etmeli ve iyi yorumlamalıdır. Bu çalışmada yeşil pazarlama bağlamında küçük ölçekli yerleşim yerlerinde ikamet eden tüketicilerin satın alma tercihlerinde çevre etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda öncelikle çevre problemleri, bu problemlerin sebepleri ve çözüm biçimleri, işletmelerin çevresel problemlere karşı duruşları, yeşil pazarlama faaliyetleri ve sonrasında yeşil pazarlama faaliyetlerinin tüketicilerin satın alma davranışları üzerindeki tesiri incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda Niğde ilindeki tüketicilerin yeşil pazarlama algısı ve ürün satın alma tercihleri arasında "çevre" unsurunun önemi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların çevreye karşı duyarlılıkları yüksek olsa da çoğunun satın alma kararlarında ürünün çevreciliğine değil de fiyat ve kalite gibi özelliklerine dikkat ettikleri görülmüştür. Katılımcıların çoğu çevreci ürünleri tercih etmeme nedeni olarak "gereksinimleri ile uygunluk göstermemesi" olarak belirtmiştir. Bunun yanında ürünün fiyatı, markası ve ömrü önemli kriterler arasında yer almasına karşın sağlığa zararı az ya da zararı olmayan ürünlerin tercihi de ön plandadır., The root of environmental problems springs from thinking that natural resources are infinite. The use of resources as if they will not run out causes environmental destruction. These have destabilized the world, created many problems in the form of global warming and climate change. With the reflection of these problems on human life, environmental awareness of consumers is increasing rapidly nowadays. With increasing environmental awareness, the number of consumers who are aware of the relationship between environment and consumption has increased. As a result, they began to buy products that were less environmentally damaging by paying attention to their consumption and changing their habits. Businesses that realized this change and turned it into an opportunity have started to consider it as a competitive factor and adopt it in their activities. While some businesses began to have environmental approaches willingly, others have done so in order to survive in the market due to competition. Thus, the concepts of "environmental (green) business", "green marketing", "green consumption", "green consumer" and "green product" have been brought up. In this study, the concept of green marketing is discussed. With green marketing, businesses increase their prestige and stand out in competition by demonstrating that they fulfill their social responsibilities. However, businesses that want to engage in green marketing activities in an active manner should analyze and interpret the green consumer behavior and the factors affecting green consumption accurately in order to benefit from the benefits of green marketing. In this study, the effect of environmental awareness and consumption behaviors of consumers residing in small cities was examined in the context of green marketing. Accordingly, environmental problems, causes and solutions of these problems, the attitudes of businesses towards environmental problems, green marketing activities and then the effect of green marketing activities on consumer purchasing behaviors were examined. In this context, the importance of the "environment" factor between green marketing perception and product purchase preferences of consumers in the province of Nigde has been investigated. As a result of the research, although the participants were sensitive to the environment, it was observed that most of them pay attention to the characteristics of the product, such as price and quality, rather than environmental effect. Many of the participants stated that "not complying with their requirements " as reasons why they do not prefer green products. In addition, although the price, brand and life of the product are significant, the preference of products with little or no harm to health is also significant.

Enerji insanoğlunun geleceği için önemli bir kaynaktır. Kalkınmanın ve gelişmişliğin bir göstergesidir. Nüfusun artması, teknolojinin gelişmesi ile birlikte enerji ihtiyacı da artmıştır. Türkiye gelişmekte olan ülkeler arasında yer aldığından, Türkiye'nin enerji tüketimi her yıl artmaktadır. Artan enerji ihtiyacı ve çevre problemleri Türkiye'yi yeni alternatif kaynaklar aramaya yöneltmiştir. Güneş enerjisi, rüzgâr enerjisi, jeotermal enerji, hidroelektrik enerji, biyokütle enerji yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları olarak bilinmektedir. Türkiye'nin coğrafi konumu dikkate alındığında yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları arasında yer alan güneş enerjisinin potansiyeli oldukça yüksektir. Güneş enerjisi ile elektrik üretiminde en önemli faktör doğru yeri seçmektir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'nin güneş enerji potansiyeli en yüksek bölgesi olan KOP Bölgesinde güneş enerji santrali yer seçimi karar problemi ele alınmıştır. Doğru yer seçimini etkileyen 8 kriter belirlenmiştir. Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden ENTROPİ ile kriterlerin ölçüt ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca en uygun 3 alternatif belirlenerek TOPSIS, MOOSRA VE ARAS yöntemleri ile alternatiflerin sıralaması yapılmıştır. Konya Taşkent alternatifi tüm yöntemlerde 1. sırada yer alırken, Karaman Başyayla alternatifi 2. sırada, Niğde Bor alternatifi ise 3. sırada yer almıştır., Energy is an important resource for the future of mankind. It is an indicator of economic and social development. With the increase in the population and the development of technology, the need for energy has increased. As Turkey is among the developing countries, Turkey's energy consumption is growing every year. Increasing energy demand and environmental concerns led Turkey to search for renewable energy sources. Solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, hydroelectric energy, biomass energy are known as renewable energy sources. Given Turkey's geographical location, solar energy has the most potential among renewable energy sources. A crucial factor in solar energy is choosing the right location for solar power. Thus, location selection for solar power generation in KOP region, which has the most potential in terms of solar energy in Turkey, is discussed in this study. 8 criteria have been determined that affect the right location selection. Criterion weights of the criteria were determined with ENTROPI, one of the multi-criteria decision making methods. In addition, the 3 most suitable alternatives were determined and the alternatives were listed using TOPSIS, MOOSRA and ARAS methods. Konya Taşkent alternative ranked first in all methods, while Karaman Başyayla alternative ranked second and Niğde Bor alternative ranked third.

Bu tezin amacı viral pazarlamayı incelemek ve bu hızla gelişen olguya ait tüketici davranışlarını gözlemlemektir. İnsanlar zamanlarının çoğunu Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Orkut, You Tube gibi sosyal paylaşım sitelerine ayırdıkları için şirketler bu kanallar aracılığıyla viral pazarlamayı kullanarak, örgütsel hedefleri için bile güçlü ilişkiler kurabilir ve geliştirebilirler. Günümüzde, tüketiciler interneti iletişim kurmak, alışveriş yapmak ve bilgi elde etmek için bir araç olarak kullanmaktadırlar. Bu nedenle internet, şirketlerin tüketicilere kolay ve ucuz bir şekilde ulaşması için uygun bir yol haline gelmiştir. Viral pazarlama yoluyla pazarlamacılar, TV veya gazete reklamları dahil olmak üzere geleneksel reklam biçimlerine karşı giderek artan bir direnç gösteren tüketicileri çekme şansına sahip olmuşlardır. Viral pazarlamanın marka bilinirliği üzerindeki etkisi konusunda literatürde henüz yeterli araştırma bulunmamaktadır. Bu sebeple bu tezin amacı, viral pazarlamanın bankacılık sektöründe ne kadar etkin olduğunu ve banka müşterilerinin, viral pazarlama yoluyla banka hizmetlerinin ne kadar farkında olduğunu bulmaktır. Bu çalışma, bir pazarlama aracı olarak viral pazarlamaya tüketici tarafından yeni bakış açıları sunmakta ve viral pazarlamanın tüketicilere nasıl başarılı bir şekilde ulaşıp onları nasıl etkileyebileceği konusunda gelecekteki araştırmalar için bir yol gösterici olmaktadır., The purpose of this thesis is to examine the viral marketing and thereby observing the consumer behaviour towards this fast-growing phenomenon. Since people are devoting lots of their time on social networking sites like facebook, twitter, linkedIn, orkut, You tube etc, it seems that through such channels by using viral marketing, strong relationships even for business aims can be built and developed. Consumers of today use the internet as a tool to communicate, do shopping and search for information. Hence, the internet has become a convenient way for organizations to reach out to consumers in an easy and cheap way. By means of viral marketing, marketers have had the chance to attract more consumers with increasing resistance to traditional forms of advertising including TV or newspaper ads. Many practical research has yet to be done regarding the effect of viral marketing on brand awareness. Specifically this thesis aims to find how well viral marketing works with banking industry and how aware bank consumers are of their bank's services by means of viral marketing. The research group for this study was restricted to banks' customers of Tehran, the capital of Iran. After gathering data, SPSS was used to find the relationship between viral marketing and brand awareness in banking sector. It showed there is a positive and significant relationship between viral marketing and brand awareness in banking industry. This study provides new insights on viral marketing as a marketing tool from a consumer's point of view and guides future research on how viral marketing can successfully reach out and influence consumers.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical and histopathological effects of two different dosages of alcohol extract of Tarantula cubensis (Theranekron) on open wounds. Method: A total of 24 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into Tarantula cubensis extract (TCE1, n=8) 1/10 diluted, TCE (TCE2, n=8), and (3) vehicle-control (0.2 ml of 96 % ethanol, n=8) groups. Experimental full-thickness 1 x 1cm wounds were created on dorsum skin. TCE or vehicle were given systemically by subcutaneous injections on postoperative days 1 and 4. Wound planimetry and procurement of biopsies was performed on days 4, 8, 12 and 16. Results: The mean non-epithelialised wound area in the vehicle-control group was significantly larger than in the TCE1 group on days 4, 8, 12 and 16, and in the TCE2 group on days 8, 12 and 16 (pConclusion: Our results suggest that alcohol extract of Tarantula cubensis accelerates epithelialisation and, thus, has beneficial effects on open wound healing in rats.

Extrinsic contamination of propofol is thought to be a source of postoperative sepsis. Researchers studied growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in propofol, thiopental and in a 1:1 propofol-thiopental mixture. All microorganisms were taken from standard stock cultures. Half of the samples were incubated at 20 degrees C and the rest were stored at 4 degrees C for 120 h. Growth of microorganisms in each solution was compared by counting the number of the Colony-Forming Units (CFUs) at 0, 3, 6, 24, 72 and 120 h. Propofol supported the growth of all four microorganims at both temperatures. In contrast, thiopental and the 1:1 propofol-thiopental mixture exhibited markedly bactericidal properties on E. coli, C. albicans and P. aeruginosa and bacteriostatic effect on S. aureus.

Oxidative stress occurs following the impairment of pro-oxidant/antioxidant balance in chronic wounds and leads to harmful delays in healing progress. A fine balance between oxidative stress and endogenous antioxidant defense system may be beneficial for wound healing under redox control. This study tested the hypothesis that oxidative stress in wound area can be controlled with systemic antioxidant therapy and therefore wound healing can be accelerated. We used chlorogenic acid (CGA), a dietary antioxidant, in experimental diabetic wounds that are characterized by delayed healing. Additionally, we aimed to understand possible side effects of CGA on pivotal organs and bone marrow during therapy. Wounds were created on backs of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. CGA (50 mg/kg/day) was injected intraperitoneally. Animals were sacrificed on different days. Biochemical and histopathological examinations were performed. Side effects of chronic antioxidant treatment were tested. CGA accelerated wound healing, enhanced hydroxyproline content, decreased malondialdehyde/nitric oxide levels, elevated reduced-glutathione, and did not affect superoxide dismutase/catalase levels in wound bed. While CGA induced side effects such as cyto/genotoxicity, 15 days of treatment attenuated blood glucose levels. CGA decreased lipid peroxidation levels of main organs. This study provides a better understanding for antioxidant intake on diabetic wound repair and possible pro-oxidative effects.

Topal A., M. Kaya, N. Gul: Ondansetron and Granisetron in the Prophylaxis of Nausea and Emesis Induced by Cisplatin in Dogs. Acta Vet. Brno 2005, 74: 111-116. In the present study, the effects of 5-HT3 receptor antagonist granisetron and ondansetron on the acute phase of cisplatin-induced nausea and emesis were analyzed in dogs. Fifteen healty dogs were used in this study. Cisplatin was administrated to all dogs to induce nausea and vomiting. All dogs that received cisplatin (3 mg/kg IV) were observed continuously for 8 h. Five dogs administered only cisplatin acted as controls. Cisplatin induced emetic response and nausea was detected in the controls. Ondansetron (1 mg/kg IV) and granisetron (60 µg/kg IV) were administered to the other animals 30 min. before cisplatin administration. Although acute vomiting was significantly inhibited by ondansetron and granisetron, granisetron was found more effective on the nausea. It was concluded that both ondansetron and granisetron are effective in the control of cisplatininduced vomiting in dogs, but granisetron is more effective than ondansetron in the inhibition of cisplatin-induced nausea in dogs. 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, vomiting, emetic response, canine

We studied the hemostatic and histopathological effects, and intra-abdominal adhesion scores of a new hemostatic agent, Ankaferd Blood Stopper (ABS), in an experimental liver injury model and compared it with regenerated oxidized cellulose. Thirty-six rats were randomly assigned to ABS, oxidized cellulose (Surgicel), and control groups (n=12, each). A wedge resection was performed on the left medial lobe of the liver. In the ABS group the liver surface was sprayed with ABS, whereas in the Surgicel group the liver was covered with double-layered oxidized cellulose. In the control group, saline solution was sprayed on the cut surface. The mean bleeding time was shorter in the ABS (23.08 +/- 6.99s) and Surgicel groups (47.91 +/- 8.21s) than in the control group (223.42 +/- 57.83s). No significant difference was found in the ABS and Surgicel groups in terms of preoperative and postoperative hematocrit (hct) values (P>0.05). This study investigated the effects of topically applied oily homogenized and powder forms of bitter melon (Momordica charantia) (MC) and ointment formulation of gotu kola (Centella asiatica) (CA) extract and compared the results with untreated control and pure olive oil groups on wound healing in rabbits. A total of 30 New Zealand rabbits were divided into five equal groups (oily homogenized form of MC, powder form of MC, ointment of CA, control, pure olive oil). Full-thickness 5x5 cm skin wounds were created on the right mid-dorsum area and experimental groups were treated daily with the above mentioned extracts. Wounds were observed daily. Planimetry was performed for the unhealed wound area and the percentage of total wound healing on days 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28. Hematological and serum biochemical values were measured in blood samples collected from ten adult red deer (Cervus elaphus) which were captured physically or by the use of a combination of xylazine/ketamine. The investigated hematological values were white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin, packed cell volume, mean corpuscular volume and platelets count. The serum values of glucose, total bilirubin, Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), creatinine, uric acid, cholesterol, Very Low Density Lipoprotein (VLDL), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), triglycerides, Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT), Creatine Kinase (CK), Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH), amylase, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, Total Protein (TP), albumin and globulin were also measured. Heart and respiratory rates decreased in chemically captured animals, while rectal temperature did not fall in any group. The physically captured animals revealed significantly higher packed cell volume, mean corpuscular volume, glucose, triglycerides, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase than the chemically captured deer.
