Cancer remains a significant global health challenge, necessitating continuous innovation in diagnostics and therapy. Nanotechnology has emerged as a promising frontier in cancer research, offering unique tools for early detection, targeted therapy, and monitoring of disease progression. This review explores the potential applications of green nanoparticles as molecular biomarkers in cancer diagnostics and therapy. We discuss the importance of molecular biomarkers in cancer diagnosis and prognosis, current challenges and limitations, and the potential of green nanoparticles to overcome these challenges. Specifically, we highlight the ability of green nanoparticles to enhance drug delivery to tumor sites, control the release of therapeutic agents, overcome multidrug resistance, reduce side effects, and enable combination therapy approaches. Furthermore, we address challenges and future perspectives in the field, including regulatory hurdles, scalability concerns, integration with existing protocols, and potential applications in personalized medicine, multimodal imaging, and targeting rare cancers. By leveraging the unique properties of green nanoparticles and embracing interdisciplinary collaboration, we can unlock the full potential of nanotechnology in revolutionizing cancer diagnostics and therapy, ultimately improving outcomes for patients worldwide. The aim of the project is to develop a fast, simple, precise, and cost-efficient RP-HPLC method for measuring the amounts of Imatinib mesylateand Anastrazole simultaneously in both pharmaceutical products and bulk samples. This technique has effectively achieved the separation of Imatinib mesylateand Anastrazole in large quantities. The separation was performed using a Phenomenex C18 150 x 4.6 mm, 5m analytical column at a wavelength of 280 nm. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol, water and acetonitrile in a ratio of 30:60:10. The pH of the buffer was adjusted to 5.5. The separation was carried out in isocratic elution mode with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Imatinib mesylate had a retention time of 1.885 minutes, whereas Anastrazole showed a retention duration of 3.139 minutes. Quantitative analysis of Imatinib mesylate and Anastrazole was achieved using PDA detection at 285 nm using a linear calibration curve. The concentration ranges of 10-50 μg/ml (with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995) and 1-5 μg/ml (with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995) were used for reliable quantification. The limit of detection (LOD) for Imatinib mesylate was 3.1245 μg/ml, whereas the LOD for Anastrazole was 0.3356 μg/ml. The proposed method is highly suitable for use in quality-control laboratories for the bulk and pharmaceutical quantitative analysis of pharmaceuticals, whether used individually or in combination. In computer vision, there are so many applications and uses, one of which is object detection. Object detection is a subset of computer vision that is used to detect the presence, location, and type of objects in images. Object detection is also a combination of three functions; Object recognition, to find objects in an image, Object localization, to find where exactly in the image the objects are located, and Object classification, to detect what particular objects are in that image. There are lots of ways used to pick or grasp object through robotic hand but there are some hardly worked done with help the of Deep Learning approaches. To solve this issue, a solution is proposed which involves human strategies of picking up an object using Neural Network classifier. Classifier uses help of object detection model to detect object in environment and classifier classifies into picking strategy as per objects shape and orientation. Strategy detected by classifier can be used by soft hand as anticipatory action and reactive grasp. Background: Peptic ulcer is a digestive disorder most commonly found in clinical practice. Given the many side effects of modern medicine, the initial acquisition of fewer side effects, and medication of indigenous drugs, it should be considered as a better alternative for the treatment of peptic ulcer. Objective: To assess antiulcer and antioxidant activity of ethanol extract of Barleria gibsoni (EBG) Dalz. leaves in ulcer-induced rats and in vitro antioxidants method, respectively. Materials and Methods: Ethanol EBG was screened for antiulcer activity in pylorus ligation-induced ulcer models in Wistar rats. In vitro antioxidant activity of the extracts was tested using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), nitric oxide (NO) radical scavenging activity. Total phenol and flavonoid content in the extracts were determined spectrophotometrically. Results: Oral administration of ethanol extract of leaves at doses of 250, 500 mg/kg p.o. reduced significant gastric lesions induced by pylorus ligation-induced ulcer as compared to standard omeprazole (20 mg/kg p.o.). The IC50 values were found to be 150 µg/mL in leaves extract. The ethanol extracts showed good antioxidant capacity in DPPH radical scavenging assay and NO radical scavenging activity when compared to standard. The total phenolic content using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent estimated in 1 mg of leaves extracts was 368 µg and 481 µg with gallic acid equivalent and also the total flavonoid content found to be 240 and 410 µg, respectively, with quercetin equivalence. Conclusion: These findings suggest that the leaves of B. gibsoni possessed antiulcer potential and antioxidant compared to standard. The present investigation intended to evaluate the pharmacognostical features and physicochemical analysis of Barleria gibsoni Dalz. (B.gibsoni) leaves. Macroscopic, microscopic and physicochemical studies such as moisture content, ash values, extractive values were carried out as recommended by WHO. Microscopical studies revealed the presence of stomata, trichomes, vascular bundles and calcium oxalate crystals. Physicochemical parameters such as moisture content, extractive values, ash content and fluorescent studies were also determined. This is the first report on the pharmacognostic and physicochemical studies of B. gibsoni and is helpful in the characterization of the crude drug. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
