This study uses the Monte Carlo simulation method to calculate a stock portfolio's Value at Risk (VaR). Value at risk (VaR) is a standard method for evaluating the risk of loss in a portfolio of financial assets. The research findings predict the maximum loss that portfolio participants may incur. This study experimented 500 times to characterize the risk associated with invested assets. The hotel stocks portfolio on the Indonesian Stock Exchange consists of PT. Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST), PT Hotel Sahid Jaya International Tbk (SHID), and PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk (DFAM). The VaR calculation assumes a 200,000,000 IDR capital investment in each share. According to the analysis, the results are unfavorable; thus, investors who purchase the three stocks would lose money. The VaR for EAST is -0.1886 with a maximum loss of IDR 371,242.76, the VaR for SHID is -0.5144 with a maximum loss of IDR 1,028,735.06, and the VaR for DFAM is -0.5339 with a maximum loss of IDR 1,077,704.16. This research aims to determine a property stock portfolio is expected return and standard deviation. The expected market return is a statistic often used to address a variety of investment and corporate finance problems. The study's result specifies the greatest possible loss for portfolio owners. PT Pollux Property Indonesia Tbk. (POLL), Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk. (MKPI), PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON), and PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) comprise the Real Estate stock portfolio on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the expected Returns analysis show: PT Pollux Property Indonesia Tbk (POLL) at -3.05 percent, Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk (MKPI) is 1.87 percent, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) at 1.55 percent, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) at 1.93 percent, and PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) at 3.20 percent. According to the findings of this analysis, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) has the highest predicted return of the five hotel stocks, while PT Pollux Property Indonesia Tbk (POLL). has the lowest. Moreover, PT Pollux Property Indonesia Tbk shares. (POLL) has a standard deviation of 0.5035, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) has a standard deviation of 0.0940, Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk. (MKPI) has standard deviation at 0,1232, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) has standard deviation at 0,1031, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) has standard deviation at 0,1207. Public Service Sectors require professional and innovative public officers to support economic growth. Multiple regression is used in this study to examine the research hypotheses of knowledge-intensive public services in the Indonesian Development Department in Greater Jakarta. The empirical findings demonstrate that knowledge development and pro-social behaviour are significantly associated with knowledge-intensive public services. While training and development are essential tools for improving public sector officers' knowledge, when knowledge development and pro-social behaviour are combined, they can have a greater significant impact in developing knowledge-intensive public services. Furthermore, the research revealed that knowledge development alone is insufficient to ensure qualified public service officers in the public sector. This study investigates the association between Entrepreneurial Motivation and Innovation Capacity in Entrepreneurial Orientation. Entrepreneurial orientation refers to the rules and practices foundation for entrepreneurial company choices and activities. Under the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses must embrace entrepreneurialism to achieve corporate success. This research aims to ascertain the entrepreneurial drive and innovativeness of Indonesian SMEs. This investigation was conducted in 2021 and included 104 SMEs situated across Indonesia. The quantitative research approach utilized to address the study topics is descriptive and regression analysis. As a result of this study's results, it is evident that Entrepreneurial Motivation and Innovation Capacity play a significant role in Entrepreneurial Orientation. Generation Z (Gen Z) is expected to reach 2.56 billion individuals globally by 2020 and estimated to occupy 20% of work-place. Each generation has its unique ability and competency. Leveraging them is a key to the success of an organization. Gen Z is known to be more risk-averse, have lower expectations, confident but cautious, demanding. This generation is known as digitally naïve and hyper-connected junkies. Their attention span is short and need extensive feedback, but not micromanagement. Gen Z prefers face-to-face interactions. With those characteristics, this study aims to see what leadership style is effective for Gen Z. A qualitative study was conducted to 92 Gen Z see the frequent keyword to identify the effective leadership style. Voyant analytical tools was used to analyze the keywords. The most frequent keywords mentioned were friendly, good, humble, wise, polite, honest, providing, supportive, understanding, caring, giving and appreciate. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many people to lose their jobs. Most laid-off people went into the informal sector, such as starting a small business. This research aims to examine the entrepreneurial orientation of the newbie entrepreneurs based on McClelland's classic theory of social motives and entrepreneurship. Only a few studies have been done on this subject, with Rasch Model Analysis to explain the research phenomenon. Multiple regression was used to validate the research hypotheses. The findings show that the need for achievement and the need for affiliation has a statistically significant direct impact on entrepreneurial orientation. On the other hand, a need for power directly impacts entrepreneurial orientation and has statistically declined. This study aimed to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital and Technology Strategy on the Innovation Strategy. The innovation strategy is a strategy to create added value and serve customers as needed. This study uses four dimensions for the innovation strategy: innovation expenditures, internal research and development, innovation cooperation, and emphasis. The intellectual capital variable uses two dimensions: Internal Intellectual Capital and External Intellectual Capital. Meanwhile, the technology strategy variable uses six dimensions: pioneering, product portfolio breadth, process portfolio breadth, external technology sources, foresight, and organizational mechanism--this study uses SPSS 26 to analyze the data with the regression method. The government's civil service officers are linked to efforts that benefit the broader public sector services, assisting in the successful delivery of government services through innovative behavior and service excellence. The primary objective of this study is to ascertain how to regenerate innovative behavior from a knowledge-based public service perspective by examining the mediating roles of service behavior and two independent variables; service orientation and social capital. This study focuses on officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A systematic questionnaire was used to collect primary data based on the literature review. Using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.28 software to test the model's hypothesis. The PLS-SEM analysis is a two-step procedure that evaluates the measurements and ends with evaluating the structural model. The research findings indicate that service behavior can mediate between service orientation and social capital, promoting innovative behavior. Dealing with risk and uncertainty, team resilience plays key role in the successful project management. When performing their project tasks, the team faces the dynamics in the projects will lead to major challenges or stress. The project team who are able to bounce back from a negative experience are less likely to experience the detrimental effects of intimidating uncertain situations. The study aims to see whether transformational leadership can influence individual resilience and team resilience. This study also aims to see whether resilience in the individual level can influence team resilience. A descriptive quantitative study with 349 respondents from project teams from various industry was conducted. PLS was used to analyzed the relationship among variable. The finding of the study showed that transformational leadership has a positive significant impact to both team and individual resilience. Employees in the public sector should be service-oriented rather than profit-driven. They should be motivated by the inherent advantages and rewards of their job. Therefore, the study proposes to use the Rasch Model Analysis to examine the well-being of public knowledge workers based on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. According to the findings, public knowledge workers who are more satisfied with their jobs have higher affective commitment than those who are less satisfied. Furthermore, those who are more satisfied with their jobs have a higher level of normative commitment. Furthermore, dissatisfied public knowledge workers tend to have higher continuance commitment than satisfied ones. The findings indicate that, despite their dissatisfaction with the promotion system in public learning institutions, the public knowledge workers continue to perform their duties as civil servants. This study aims to know the clear concept of theory and the proper implementation of dynamic capability in the port industry. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (S.L.R.) method. There were two steps in using the S.L.R. method: setting inclusion criteria and locating and selecting the potential studies. The strategy used in this study was by carrying out a computerized search using multiple keywords in six databases. The researcher found 8,186 papers in Google Scholar, Emerald, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Sage, and Taylor & Francis using the keywords. Then the papers were sorted in 3 times until left a total of 10 studies to be used for this study. The findings of this study have two implications for management practices. First, the port manager should be responsive, seeing opportunities and following environmental conditions in any situation. This study examined the influence of open innovation and change management on the firm performance of national shipping companies. The performance of a business is determined by its operational and financial performance. The functioning of the national shipping sector is under severe strain during this pandemic, owing to the presence of legislation governing the Compliance with Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM). This unstable environment necessitates change management and open innovation to thrive. As such, this research aims to determine the impact of change management and open innovation on the performance of Indonesian shipping companies. The analysis was performed in 2020 and covered 126 Indonesian shipping companies. The quantitative study employs descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis methods, namely, regression analysis. The findings demonstrate that change management and open innovation have a favorable effect on a company's success. This result indicates that change management and open innovation affect firm performance, meaning that management should devote particular attention to developing open innovation personnel inside the organization. Supply chain adaptability relates to a logistics service provider's ability to adapt to market change regarding strategies, products, and technologies. Adaptability is one of the critical aspects of consideration for implementing blockchain technology in the supply chain. At the same time, supply chain resilience refers to logistics service providers (LSP) preventing disruptions and reducing their impact according to their readiness, quick response, and recovery. Service climate relates to LSP employees' perceptions about how their companies appreciate them if they provide excellent customer service. In this study, supply chain adaptability is an exogenous variable measured by three indicators: design, operations mix, and physical facility mix. Supply chain resilience is endogenous and measured by five indicators: relevant information, timely information, accurate information, collaborative plan, and flexibility. The service climate is a moderation variable measured by three indicators: employees' perception of service quality, customer expectation, and customer position. Reducing dwelling time in Indonesia is an urgent matter to reduce national logistics cost. In line with that, one of key government programs is through strengthening the role of dry port firms in supporting seaport particularly in import activities. The aim of study was investigated the role of government (logistics) regulation in moderating the effect of supply chain collaboration on dry port firm's performance. The study used causal, quantitative, or cross-sectional survey method. The data collection conducted by using questionnaires with purposive sampling technique. The sample size consisted of 55 respondents that constitute stakeholders of dry port company. In this study, it was used SEM-PLS software for processing the data. The results showed that the government (logistics) regulation had positive and significant role in moderating the effect of supply chain collaboration on dry port firm's performance. The study intends to verify the effect of supply chain agility (SCA) on supply chain resilience (SCR) moderated by supply chain complexity (SCC). The study has used a quantitative approach and survey cross sectional method. The research model is constructed by three variables namely supply chain agility (SCA) as independent or exogenous variable, supply chain complexity (SCC) as moderator variable, and supply chain resilience (SCR) as dependent or endogenous variable. This study investigates the relationship between the influence of behavior and organizational culture on the adoption of electronic commerce in businesses. E-commerce adoption refers to using company websites to deliver information, establish relationships, and execute transactions using electronic networks instead of traditional methods. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, a company's ability to run its operations depends on its ability to leverage existing technologies. As a result, this study aims to determine how organizational behavior and culture influence the adoption of e-commerce in Indonesian SMEs. This research was carried out in 2021, and the scope of the study covered 115 SMEs spread across Indonesia. The quantitative research method employed includes descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis tools, such as regression analysis, to answer the research questions. This study aims to examine the performance of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). SMEs to concentrate the study on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) because of their significance to Indonesia's economy and its sizeable business community presence. Several aspects of SMEs' success, including entrepreneurial ability, technical innovation, and performance, were explored in this research. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and improvisational behavior were the two components of entrepreneurial capability identified in the study. It achieved a competitive edge and developed new products, the two components of technological innovation. To adopt a survey approach for this study, which was then analyzed utilizing descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis techniques. According to the study's conclusions, each independent variable had a mixed effect on the performance of SMEs.
