This project describes development of Automatic Wall Painting Robot in real time which helps to achieve low-cost painting efficiently. It would offer the opportunity to reduce or eliminate human exposure to difficult and hazardous environments, avoids Human efforts, saves human life in risky painting like high rise buildings, which would solve most of the problems connected with safety when many activities occur at the same time. It will suit for all types of walls. The system performs the painting process using image captured by the pi camera. The painting area is calculated, and information is transferred to the spray gun. The whole process in painting is controlled by controlling circuit/Raspberrypi module. Raspberry pi module will control the DC motors, pully, paint spraying gun and connecting shaft. The pully will help in extending and retracting raises the connecting shaft and lowers it, respectively. The spray gun handle is mounted to the connection shaft, while the air compressor is set on the top platform and is turned ON/OFF at the bidding of the raspberry pi module

Women's health is one of the main goals of social and economic development of societies; therefore, problems and diseases compromising women's physical and mental health, such as premenstrual syndrome (PMS), are among health priorities.To estimate and compare the serum levels of calcium and magnesium in subjects with pre-menstrual syndrome and subjects without premenstrual syndrome during pre-and post-menstrual phases.: Healthy women (intern students, hospital staff, non-teaching staff, class 3 and class 4 staff) in the age group of 18-26 years having regular menstrual cycles for the past 6 months were included based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. PMS was diagnosed based on ACOG criteria. 5 mL of venous blood sample was collected in red stoppered plain tube and used for estimation of serum calcium and magnesium levels during premenstrual phase of menstrual cycle. We found that there was no significant difference in the serum calcium levels between cases and controls, but there was significant difference in serum magnesium levels between the cases and controls.Several factors like culture, socioeconomic status, cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise, dietary habits, age of menarche etc. have also been implicated. Prolonged stress exposure is believed to lead to persistent malfunctions of neuroendocrine system and cause PMS. Lack of micronutrients and certain hormonal agents and are also implicated in the development of PMS. We strongly recommend Lifestyle modifications which include mind-body approaches, aerobic exercise, and supplementation with vitamins, minerals, and complex carbohydrates. Early nutritional supplementation of with the diet rich in these minerals will be effective as preventive and therapeutic strategy.

G-Quadruplexes (G4s) are four-stranded motifs formed by G-rich nucleic acid sequences. These structures harbor significant biological importance as they are involved in telomere maintenance, transcription, and translation. Owing to their dynamic and polymorphic nature, G4 structures relevant for therapeutic applications need to be stabilized by small-molecule ligands. Some of these ligands turn on fluorescence upon binding to G4 structures, which provides a powerful detection platform for G4 structures. Wireless capsule endoscopy (WCE) can be viewed as an innovative technology introduced in the medical domain to directly visualize the digestive system using a battery-powered electronic capsule. It is considered a desirable substitute for conventional digestive tract diagnostic methods for a comfortable and painless inspection. Despite many benefits, WCE results in poor video quality due to low frame resolution and diagnostic accuracy. Many research groups have presented diversified, low-complexity compression techniques to economize battery power consumed in the radio-frequency transmission of the captured video, which allows for capturing the images at high resolution. Many vision-based computational methods have been developed to improve the diagnostic yield. These methods include approaches for automatically detecting abnormalities and reducing the amount of time needed for video analysis. Though various research works have been put forth in the WCE imaging field, there is still a wide gap between the existing techniques and the current needs. Hence, this article systematically reviews recent WCE video compression and summarization techniques. The review's objectives are as follows: First, to provide the details of the requirement, challenges and design percepts for the low complexity WCE video compressor. Second, to discuss the most recent compression methods, emphasizing simple distributed video coding methods. Next, to review the most recent summarization techniques and the significance of using deep neural networks. Further, this review aims to provide a quantitative analysis of the state-of-the-art methods along with their advantages and drawbacks. At last, to discuss existing problems and possible future directions for building a robust WCE imaging framework.

The aim of present study is to formulate and characterize darifenacin hydrobromide transdermal patch and the effects of non-ionic surfactants span 20 and tween 20 on drug permeation were studied. Transdermal patches were prepared by solvent casting method using PVA, PVP, HPMC E5, HPMC E15 polymers. Propylene glycol and Glycerol were used as plasticizers and Span 20 and Tween 20 were used as permeation enhancers. The prepared patches were evaluated for physicochemical properties like drug content, thickness, weight variation, folding endurance, moisture uptake, watervapour transmission studies. Physicochemical properties have shown better. Drug release studies by in-vitro diffusion, ex-vivo permeation as well as skin irritation. Formulations DPAT2, DPLT3 showed better drug release rate, ux and Q when compared to DPAS2, DPLS2. From the results it was concluded that darifenacin hydrobromide transdermal patch 24 (DPAT2) formulation would reduce the administration frequency, side effects and may avoid uctuations of drug level in the blood in comparison to immediate release formulations which might enhance the patient compliance.

The present work is aimed to determine the chemical constituents in Baliospermum montanum methanolic extracts. An in vitro regenerated procedure was developed for the induction of callus from stem explant cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium fortified with various concentration and permutations of 2, 4-dichloro phenoxy acetic acid, 1-naphthalene acetic acid, 6-benzyl amino purine and gibberellic acid. FTIR & GC-MS analysis was done according to standard procedure. The quantitative estimation of β-sitosterol was done by HPLC method. Maximum fresh and dry weight of callus was estimated in the combination of GA3 (0.5 mg/L) + NAA (2 mg/L) compared to other concentration. The FTIR analysis showed various functional compounds with different characteristic peak values in the extracts. Major bioactive constituents were recognized in the GC-MS analysis. Root extract revealed the existence of 1-hexadecanol, pentanoic acid, 2-(aminooxy)- and 1-hexacosanol. Leaf extract showed the presence of propanoic acid, 2-oxo-, trimethylsilyl ester, 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (z,z)-, trimethylsilyl ester, docosane, 1,22-dibromo- and pentatriacontane. Stem and stem derived callus exhibit the presence of 1,6,3,4-dihydro-2-deoxy-beta-d-lyxo-hexopyranose, n-hexadecanoic acid and pentanoic acid, 2-(aminooxy). The methanolic extract of leaf exhibited 0.2149 % of β-sitosterol content. There were no peaks observed in the root, stem and stem derived callus. Further studies are necessary for the isolation and characterization of bioactive compounds from B. montanum.

Binuclear Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes [Ru

The heterobimetallic Ru(II)-Pt(II) polypyridyl complexes [Ru(bpy)2(BPIMBp)PtCl2]2+ (3) and [Ru(phen)2(BPIMBp)PtCl2]2+ (4) with their parent complexes [Ru(bpy)2BPIMBp]2+(1) and [Ru(phen)2BPIMBp]2+ (2) possessing bridging ligand (BPIMBp = 1,4′-Bis-{(2-pyridin-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl}-1,1′-biphenyl) were used for photocytotoxicity against MCF-7 cells.The parent ruthenium complexes (complexes 1-2) exhibited a negligible increase in viscosity of DNA while heterobimetallic Ru(II)-Pt(II) system exhibited a decrease in viscosity of DNA, indicating covalent interaction (through cis-PtCl2 unit). The Ru(II)-Pt(II) system co-precipitated with CT-DNA confirmed the covalent binding. In electrophoretic mobility studies, the interaction of Ru(II)-Pt(II) system with plasmid DNA led to retardation of negative supercoiled form, followed by positive supercoiled migration in the dark that indicated the ability to form covalent adducts with DNA similar to cisplatin. The complexes 1-4 showed enhanced photocleavage of plasmid DNA on blue light (~450 nm) irradiation. In a cell-based study, all the complexes exhibited photoactivated cytotoxicity in MCF-7 cancer cells when exposed to visible light of ~450 nm as compared to low toxicity in absence of irradiation. Additionally, the complexes containing platinum showed induction of autophagy in GFP-LC3 expressing MCF-7 cells. Overall our study shows that the inclusion of photosensitizer Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes to cis-PtCl2 moiety improves anticancer properties of complexes. The effect of Ru(II)-Pt(II) polypyridyl complexes as photosensitizers was studied against MCF-7 cells. The complexes are negligibly toxic to MCF-7 cells in the dark while highly cytotoxic towards MCF-7 cells on irradiation of blue light (~450 nm). Therefore, the complexes could be potential candidates for Photodynamic Therapy.

Mental illness is a leading cause of global morbidity. Over 10% of the Indian population experience a mental health disorder yet deficits in knowledge and negative attitudes towards metal illness limit early identification and treatment. We explored the relationship among knowledge, attitudes and practice among generalist nurses working at a large tertiary care hospital in South India. Participants demonstrated positive attitudes and sufficient knowledge about mental illness, yet these variables did not predict practice when presented with a patient case scenario of postpartum depression-related mental distress in a non-psychiatric inpatient setting. Findings warrant application-based pedagogies to facilitate nurses' enhanced recognition and treatment of patients experiencing mental distress in non-psychiatric settings.
