Abstract This study aims to build a conceptual model based on the role of share value relational capital, frugal innovation and ambidexterity as an effort to link the increase in the resilience of SMEs (small medium enterprises). By using a quantitative research design, a structural study methodology was adopted in this study. Overall, data from 132 tourism SMEs was collected using a questionnaire and 568 data from respondents that can be used for further analysis. The analysis uses logistic regression with dichotomous response and predictor variables on structured tables of count data, representing firm performance as a result of capital resources, physical resources and possibly innovation. To test share value relational capital, frugal innovation and ambidextirity which is outlined in the research model and the hypotheses, the authors used the structural modelling software Analysis of Moment Structure, Structural of Equation Model (AMOS SEM) to analyse 568 usable questionnaires. The results show the acceptance of all hypotheses proposed in this study, as well as the role of share value relational capital, frugal innovation and ambidextirity variables can be a bridge to leverage the resilience of SMEs. The findings in this research area show that there are three pathway strategies for increasing resilience SMEs. Share value relational capital, frugal innovation and ambidexterity are the basis of separate contributions to increase the resilience of SMEs There are several practical implications for SMEs managers who want to increase their resilience. The originality in this research is the role of share value relational capital, frugal innovation and ambidexterity in being able to bridge the influence between digital business transformation and resilience SMEs.

The main problem discussed in this research is the negative impact of modernization which has the potential to damage the character of Indonesia's young generation. This research aims to explore the potential for character education through the application of Pandawa character personification in the traditional art of Wayang kulit. The method used is descriptive qualitative, by analyzing the representation of the Pandawa characters in Shadow Puppets and the values ​​contained therein. Research findings show that Wayang kulit not only maintains local wisdom values, but also carries moral messages and character values ​​that can be adopted by the younger generation. The personification of the Pandawa character highlights positive traits such as courage, loyalty and leadership, which are relevant to character education. The conclusion of this research is that Shadow Puppetry can be an effective tool for strengthening the character of the younger generation, while maintaining Indonesia's cultural heritage. The application of the results of this research can be the basis for developing a culture-based character education program, which is expected to produce a young generation who are responsible and have noble values.

This study aims to develop E-LKS based on local cultural values of peusijeuk tradition as an embodiment Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The research method used research and development with the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research instrument used observation, a material expert questionnaire as a validation test, a product practicality test, an interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique usedqualitative and quantitative analysis. The research results obtained through expert validation tests of 87,5% were declared feasible for implementation. Meanwhile, the teacher responsed questionnaire resulted in an average practicality value of 82.82%, with a very practical category and the students' response questionnaire produced an average practicality score of 89.10%, with a very practical category. After conducting an assessment through several stages of assessment aspects, the peusijuek tradition-based E-LKS as the embodiment of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) can be concluded to be categorized as very practical based on the results of the assessment by teachers and students as users.

Asiatic palm weevil Rhynchophorus vulneratus Panzer is one of the key pests of coconut in Indonesia. Information regarding the spatial distribution of R. vulneratus is needed to support Integrated Pest Management and can be analyzed using Geographic Information System (GIS). Initial studies on the interaction between R. vulneratus and Oryctes rhinoceros were also studied in this study. This research aimed to analyze the spatial distribution of R. vulneratus using GIS and its interaction with the Coconut beetle Oryctes rhinoceros. The research was conducted in Yogyakarta as a habitat model (0-1,000 masl). R. vulneratus and O. rhinoceros were catched by installing aggregation pheromone traps hanging to coconut plants at 1.7 m above ground. The research was conducted during the rainy and dry seasons. The spatial distribution of R. vulneratus was analyzed by IDW interpolation using QGIS 3.22, whereas its interaction with O. rhinoceros was analyzed by the Pearson correlation test using SPSS 22. The results showed low number of R. vulneratus captured in the Yogyakarta area during the rainy season at 0-1,000 masl. However, the number of R. vulneratus during the dry season has increased, and the distribution rate was dominated by medium to very high levels, especially at an altitude of 0-300 masl. The study also showed that the number of R. vulneratus was not influenced by the number of O. rhinoceros, which suggested that the abundance of O. rhinoceros cannot accurately predict the abundance of R. vulneratus.

One of the agricultural commodities that has a high selling value and consumption level is shallot (Alium ascalonicum). However, the productivity of shallots is known to be susceptible to plant-destroying organisms, such as the shallot caterpillar (Spodoptera exigua). Currently, most shallot farmers control S. exigua using synthetic insecticides. Synthetic insecticides are poisonous and use for a long time period will cause resistance to pests and environmental pollution. One of the natural ingredients that has the potential as a botanical insecticide is papaya (Carica papaya). This study aimed to determine the effectiveness and concentration of n-hexane and ethanolic extracts of papaya leaves which are the most effective against toxicity and inhibition of the feeding power of S. exigua second instar larvae. The extract was obtained by gradual maceration of n-hexane (non polar) and ethanol (polar) solvents. Test the secondary metabolite content of papaya leaves using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). The results showed that the ethanol extract was the most effective extract in causing toxicity to larvae with the highest percentage of 96.67%. Meanwhile, n-hexane extract was more effective in inhibiting larval feeding than ethanol extract with the lowest feeding area of 2,27 mm. The most effective concentration of against toxicity and feeding inhibition of larvae is concentration 3%. The LC50 value of the ethanol extract was 0.0207% and the n-hexane extract was 0.0459%. Both extracts are known to contain compound groups, namely tannins, terpenoids, flavonoids, and alkaloids.

Abstrak Signaling theory menjelaskan bahwa kebijakan dividen mengandung informasi prospek perusahaan dimasa depan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui implikasi kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan economic value added sebagai moderator. Populasi berjumlah 20 perusahaan BUMN yang listing di BEI periode 2015-2018 dan sebanyak 13 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria sampel penelitian (purposeful sampling). Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu berupa data-data laporan keuangan perusahaan. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan moderated regression analysis (MRA) dengan alat bantu aplikasi statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Economic value added dapat memperkuat pengaruh kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to develop a self-assessment instrument in the affective domain of students' social attitudes, which was modified by the case of the instrument item. The measurement results can be used as a recommendation for the self-assessment of students' social attitudes at school. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The instrument was content validated by five experts using Aiken, and construct validation using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), while the reliability estimation used Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The results showed that there were seven instrument factors to assess the affective domain of students' social attitudes, namely honest, disciplined, polite, caring, responsible, responsive, and proactive. Content validity using the Aiken index shows 28 valid items. The construct validity of the instrument was carried out using EFA with a KMO value of 0.618, which means it has met the requirements. The fit model based on the CFA results shows the Chi-square value 2df = 258.022x341, p-value = 0.4160.05, RMSEA = 0.01970.08, CFI = 0.91, GFI = 0.86, AGFI = 0.88. In item estimation, the factor loading value is 0.3, which means the items in the instrument are valid. The estimated reliability of the instrument shows the Cronbach Alpha coefficient value of 0.895, which means that all developed instruments are reliable. Valid and reliable instruments are very important to get good information about the affective assessment of students' social attitudes.

The need for consumption of mustard plant (Brassica juncea L.) has increased every year. One of the efforts to increase its production and quality by applications of inorganic and organic fertilizer. This study aimed to evaluate the productivity of mustard plants treated with liquid organic fertilizer, a by-product of black soldier fly (BSF), and inorganic fertilizer (NPK). Mustard plants were grown at Karanggayam Research Station, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta were treated with water as a control, NPK fertilizer, DoctoRS organic fertilizer at 0.05%, organic fertilizer A, and B at 0.1, 0.15, 0.20, and 0.25%. The effects of treatments to the phenotypic and the chlorophyll of the mustards were done after 2 weeks of treatments. The results showed that there were significant different on the stem height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, and wet weight. These were in line with the total chlorophyll. Liquid organic fertilizer content analysis showed that DoctoRS liquid organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer A were the most in accordance with the national standards for organic fertilizers on the parameters of pH, Mg, Ca, and TPC.

Bacillus thuringiensis serotype kurstaki is an entomopathogenic bacteria commonly used to control the cutworm Spodoptera litura (Fab.). However, B. thuringiensis has disadvantage of being easily degraded due to exposed sunlight. The objective of this research was to determine the effectiveness of adding A. atlas (L.) cocoon extract as UV protectant B. thuringiensis to the mortality of S. litura. This research formulated 2.5% of the original substance of A. atlas cocoon extract and B. thuringiensis serotype kurstaki strain HD-7 applied from commercial product DiPel-WP®. The formulation was exposed to sunlight for 0, 1, 2, and 3 weeks. The suspension treated for 20 individuals of first instar larvae S. litura shifted into the artificial diet using 3-5 replicates. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) method began from a sample that was vacuumed, sample coated, and observed on SEM with the electron in a certain level probe. This research showed that the mortality of S. litura decreased with the growth of S. litura. The mortality of S. litura achieved 20%-100% mortality after treatments. The A. atlas cocoon extract was effective as UV protectant B. thuringiensis for three weeks of exposure to sunlight. The SEM analysis represented that formulation of B. thuringiensis and A. atlas cocoon extract sunlight exposure for one week has harsher surface than exposed during three weeks.

Understanding the order of limiting amino acids (AA) in reduced-protein (RP) diets for laying hens will facilitate precise feed formulation and ensure that AA requirements are met cost-effectively. The order of the first three limiting AAs—lysine (Lys), methionine (Met), and threonine (Thr)—has been well established in RP laying hen diets. This study aimed to determine the priority order of eight additional limiting AAs (critically important AAs) when formulating wheat–sorghum-based RP diets for laying hens: tryptophan (Trp), valine (Val), isoleucine (Ile), arginine (Arg), leucine (Leu), histidine (His), phenylalanine (Phe), and glycineequivalent (Gly). A total of 330 Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly assigned to 11 dietary treatments (30 replicates of individual birds per treatment) from 20 to 39 weeks of age (WOA). Treatments were a standard-protein (17.24% CP) diet as the control (SP); a reduced-protein (15.00% CP) diet with sufficient levels of Lys, Met, and Thr but insufficient levels of the eight experimental essential AA (RP); a reduced-protein diet with sufficient levels of all essential AAs (RP-EAA); and eight subsequent dietary treatments of the RP-EAA diet with one of the experimental essential AAs removed: Trp (RP-EAA-Trp), Val (RP-EAA-Val), Ile (RP-EAA-Ile), Arg (RP-EAA-Arg), Leu (RP-EAA-Leu), His (RP-EAA-His), Phe (RP-EAA-Phe), and Gly (RP-EAA-Gly). Eggs were collected and weighed daily, and feed intake and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were calculated weekly. External and internal egg quality was measured at 29 and 39 WOA. Nutrient digestibility, serum uric acid concentration, caecal microbiota composition, and tibia parameters were measured at 40 WOA. Overall, hens fed the RP-EAA-Val, RP-EAA-Ile, and RP diets presented significantly lower egg mass compared to hens fed the SP, RP-EAA-His, and RP-EAA-Gly diets (p < 0.001). Hens fed the RP diet and RP-EAA-Val diet had a higher FCR compared to those offered the RP-EAA, RP-EAA-Leu, RP-EAA-Phe, and RP-EAA-Gly diets (p = 0.046). Lower protein intake and excretion were observed in hens offered the RP diets compared to hens fed the SP diet (p = 0.001 and 0.018, respectively). Based on the egg mass, Ile may be considered the fourth and Val the fifth limiting AA, after Lys, Met, and Thr, in laying hens fed wheat–sorghum-based RP diets during peak lay. However, if ranked based on FCR, Val may be considered the fourth limiting AA, followed by Trp, Ile, Arg, and His as the co-fifth limiting AAs. Leu, Phe, and Gly may be considered as non-essential AAs for laying hens fed RP diets.

The implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) often lacks in human rights perspective, although the goals themselves were created based on the human rights principles. However, further studies in development and international human rights law show that it is essential to highlight that particular relationship. As a member of the international community, states have an extraterritorial obligation to assist one another in developing and fulfilling the human rights of their people. Particularly in the field of freedom of religion or belief and gender equality, which creates a domino effect on other women's rights such as access to justice and education. Although SDG 2030 has expressed its commitment to respect, protect, and promote fundamental freedoms, including one's religion, and to achieve gender equality, the antagonistic construction between those two issues possibly harm the women’s rights movement and does not adhere to the “no one left behind” principle. The lack of recognition between those issues would be damaging and could be deemed a failure to achieve the sustainable development goals. This research was conducted through a qualitative legal analysis by analysing relevant literary sources to understand the hidden link between freedom of religion or belief and gender equality within the sustainable development agenda. Clarity of these complex elements can be beneficial in creating a tool in advocating for women’s rights, especially for those who belong to religious and belief minorities.

Stunting merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang di alami oleh balita di dunia khususnya masalah kesehatan dalam bidang gizi. Kasus stunting berada di angka 34,8 persen pada 2013. Pada Riskesdas 2018 berada di angka 31,4 persen, (Tim Riskesdas, 2018). Untuk wilayah kabupaten nabire sendiri terdapat 185 kasus, dan kasus terbanyak terdapat pada wilayah kerja puskesmas Sanoba dengan 38 jumlah kasus stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar risiko pengetahuan ibu, pemberian ASI Eksklusif, BBLR, tinggi ibu, dan pendapatan keluarga dengan kejadian stunting. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan case and control. Hasil penelitian di temukan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan Ibu dengan kejadian stunting, di peroleh nilai OR 95% CI = 0,023 (0,006 – 0,087), ada hubungan antara pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting, di peroleh nilai OR 95% CI = 0,067 (0,022 – 0,208), ada hubungan antara tinggi badan Ibu dengan kejadian stunting, di peroleh nilai OR 95% CI = 25,278 (6,468 – 98,795), ada hubungan antara pendapatan keluarga dengan kejadian stunting,OR 95% CI = 3,588 (1,650 – 11,896), riwayat BBLR di peroleh nilai OR 95% CI = 6,070 (3,688 – 18,284).

A novel approach, namely photocatalytic esterification and addition reaction of unsaturated fatty acids using CuO/TiO2 catalyst has been investigated in kemiri sunan oil. The objectives of this study are to reduce the free fatty acid (FFA) content by using catalyst CuO/TiO2, characterization of the catalyst and the operation condition of reaction. The CuO/TiO2 catalyst was synthesized by the impregnation of TiO2 P25 powder with copper nitrate solution as a precursor and followed by calcination. The field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and Transmission electron microscopes (TEM) result showed that copper oxide was highly dispersed on the TiO2 surface. The X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) result showed that Cu is in the state of CuO (Cu2+), while Ti is in Ti4+ ( TiO2). The bandgap energy of CuO/TiO2 was smaller than TiO2 P25. It was found that the reactions conducted in the presence of CuO/TiO2 in a photoreactor under UV irradiation can perform esterification and addition reaction of the FFA, simultaneously. The optimum reduction of the FFA was under condition of 4% loading CuO/TiO2, 4 hours reaction time, 30:1 (mole/mole) methanol to oil ratio, 5% (w/w) catalyst amount. The conversion of FFA was at around 59%. The Gas Chromatography—Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) results showed that the addition reaction of -eleostearic acid simultaneously occured at 100% conversion. Although the photocatalyst selectivity in FFA reduction was relatively low, but double bond reduction of -eleostearic acid (C18:3) was very high. The reduction of multiple double bond is considered as positive poin to improve the oxidative stability of the product. This research aims to improve pedagogic competence and process skills through lesson study learning. The qualitative descriptive method focuses on pedagogic competence and process skills through lesson study for teachers at an elementary school in Langsa. The type in this research is action research conducted in the classroom or School action research (School Action Research). The results of this study are; (1) the stages of the lesson study learning activity process with the average value obtained from the plan, do and see learning activities of 0.39% can be concluded to be good for implementation in learning activities; (2) the stages of teacher pedagogic competency assessment using the lesson study learning process with an average value of 0.64% is declared high, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in teacher pedagogic competence before and after; and (3) the stages of assessing process skills with an average value of 0.62% are declared good, meaning that it can be concluded that process skills before and after an increase occur.

The purpose of the study was to describe the entrepreneurial attitude and interpersonal communication of teaching students. This study uses a cross sectional design and a quantitative descriptive approach through the explanatory method. The research sample was 168 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the analysis technique was a technique for categorizing the mean results from hypothetical statistics and the Kruskal-Wallis test. The research findings are the entrepreneurial attitude of teacher students in the low category of 60.07% and the mean result of the Kruskall Wallis test is 31.7321. The students' interpersonal communication is also in the low category of 43.45% and the mean value of the Kruskall Wallis test is 26.6488. Practical and academic implications of research findings for policy makers and future researchers in the field of entrepreneurship education to find effective learning process formulations to shape entrepreneurial attitudes and improve teacher student interpersonal communication.

Objectives: The red palm weevil (RPW), Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Coleoptera: Dryophthoridae) is the most destructive insect pest of several palm species, worldwide. The maintaining of RPW laboratory colonies for experimentation has been very challenging. We synthesized a standardized semi-artificial diet which is easy to prepare and economical for the rearing of RPW. Methods: The effects of semi-artificial diet on biological traits related to RPW development were studied at the Economic Entomology Research Unit (EERU), Department of Plant Protection, College of Food and Agriculture Sciences, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The diet was synthesized by combining shredded date palm petiole tissues, corn flour, wheat flour, ascorbic acid, sodium benzoic, sorbic acid, agar, and distilled water. Three replicates, each containing fifty newly hatched larvae, were reared on the semi-artificial diet. The developmental time of RPWs fed on the newly synthesized diet was compared to the growth rate of conspecifics fed on date palm and previously published artificial diets. Results: Fully-grown larval weight ranged from 4 to 6 g (5 ± 0.19 g), and larval duration ranged from 46 to 57 days (53 ± 0.3 days). Average adult emergence was 58–98 % (78 ± 0.6), with an average weight of 0.90 g for males and 0.97 g for females. Complete life span was between 48 and 98 days (77 ± 0.9 days). On present semi artificial diet, several larvae had 11 larval instars. The diet has a shelf life of at least seven days and can last up to two weeks if properly kept and saved. Conclusions: In conclusion, the present study proved that semi artificial diet is quite capable for the successful rearing of RPW. The growth and development of RPW larvae reared in this experiment were comparable to those fed on a natural diet.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership, and work life balance on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, Riau Province. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study is the entire number of employees at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, Riau Province. The sampling technique in this research is using saturated sampling so that the number of samples is the same as the total population of 40 people. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression using a computer program. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational culture, leadership, and work life balance on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, Riau Province. This study provides recommendations to the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Riau Province to improve employee performance from indicators of innovation made by employees at work and indicators of employee development in addition to organizational culture that still needs to improve attitudes towards risk, action orientation, and power discance, on leadership variables it is necessary to paying attention to indicators of participation in decision making, and showing concern or interaction with the team, as well as on work life balance variables in almost all indicators such as work interfering with personal life, personal life interfering with work, satisfaction with work balance and improvisation of effectiveness at work.

Tobacco armyworm (Spodoptera litura Fab.) is one of the major insect pests of crops in Indonesia. The management of this pest still depends on the use of chemical insecticides. The use of bio-insecticides, such as Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt.), are known to be alternatives, but it easily degraded by sunlight. This research aimed to study the effects of UV B on Bt. pathogenicity and to explore plant-based additives as UV B protectants for Bt. against armyworm. Thirteen plant extracts were screened based on their UV spectra absorbencies using UV spectrophotometry. The extracts, namely cloves, Jicama, Celebes pepper, turmeric, and Moringa, then used for the formulations of Bt. and exposed under UV B lights for 0, 72, and 144 h. After exposure to UV B, Bt. formulations were tested for bioassay against one- day-old 1st and one day old 2nd larval instars of tobacco armyworm. The result indicated that at 72 and 144 h of UV B exposures, the Bt. added formulations were signifcantly different compared to Bt. alone. At 72 h exposure against the 2nd larval instar, the larval mortality of tobacco armyworm on the second day of observation on Bt. formulated with Celebes pepper and turmeric was 97.3 and 80%, respectively, whereas, at 144 h exposure, the mortality was 96 and 89.3%, respectively. This study concluded that Celebes pepper and turmeric extracts were the potential to be used as the Bt. protectants against UV B.

Armyworm (Spodoptera litura Fab.) is one of the agricultural pests that can cause huge losses especially for Indonesian farmers because it is damaging various crops, especially cabbage (Brassica oleifera L.). Spodoptera littoralis nucleopolyhedrovirus (SpliMNPV) is one of the biological agent which is effective for the management of the Spodoptera litura. However, because of UV radiation it easily degraded when applied in the fields. This study was aimed to determine the effectivity of several indigenous plants for UV protectant of SpliMNPV for controlling armyworm at greenhouse scale. Extracts of 2% (w/v) of turmeric rhizome, red betel leaf, moringa leaf, and clove flower, were formulated with SpliMNPV and sprayed evenly onto two-month- old cabbages. The experiment used five replicates with six periods of sunlight exposures (0, 1, 3, 5, 7, and 15 days). A commercial product of deltamethrin was used as a comparison. The sprayed leaves were then used as a bioassay by using 25 individuals of one day old 1st larval instar by five replicates. The results showed that the turmeric additive was the most effective as a UV protectant and effectively prolonged the half-life of SpliMNPV to 4.12 days, while for clove, moringa leaf, and red betel was 2.48, 2.15, and 2.28 days, respectively.

Physicochemical analysis for simplicia and extract, respectively: water content 2.12–4% for simplicia; drying losses 3.93–5.47% and 8.51–19.76%; total ash 5.14–9.41% and 6.22–17.07%; total ash acid-insoluble content 0.29–5.41% and 0.52–3.82%; total ash water-soluble content 1.26–7.14% and 1.43–8.54%; water-soluble content 19.60–39.43% and 58.45–77.51%; ethanol-soluble content 13.99–33.76% and 59.79–75.39%. The phytochemical analysis showed that the extracts contain alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, and terpenoids. Total flavonoids and total phenolics content were 9.86–15.74% QE/g and 6.67–7.65% GAE/g, respectively. Based on LC-MS results, the extract contained emodin, kaempferol, kaempferol-3,7-diglucoside, and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. The extracts possessed antibacterial activity against bacteria tested.

This research aimed at analyzing the character education forms and values contained in the folklores of Brebes Regency including their relevance for the old literature learning materials at higher education institutions. This research used a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The data were collected using an observational study, in-depth interview, note-taking, and documentation. The results show that the folklores in Brebes Regency are in the form of legends and myths. Besides, the folklores of Brebes Regency also contain 13 educational character values consisting of religiousness, hard-working, nationalism and patriotism, appreciating achievements, friendly/communicative, environmental awareness, responsibility, curiosity, discipline, democracy, honesty, tolerance, and social awareness value. Thus, the folklores of Brebes Regency are considered relevant to use as the old literature learning materials at higher education institutions since they are not only appropriate and functional in providing adequate experiences for the students but also containing noble values to follow.

Academic dishonesty becomes an exciting phenomenon to be examined. This research aimed to examine the effect of subjective norms on academic dishonesty. Data were collected from 426 accounting students from public and private universities in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The data were analyzed with the J48 algorithm decision tree. The interest that happened in the low subjective norms node was divided into public universities and private universities. Based on the decision of tree visualization, male students with the more extended length of study in public universities tended to have lower subjective norms but higher academic dishonesty than their counterparts. The results were discussed, and recommendations were also provided to several relevant parties.

Spodoptera litura Fab. is an insect that damage cultivated plants in Indonesia. Efforts to control it can be done by using biological agents for example by using Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki (Btk.). Unfortunately, the Btk. is easily degraded by UV radiation. This research aimed to study the effectiveness of red and green spinach as UVB protection for Btk. and to observe the pathogenicity of Btk. formulations against armyworm. Furthermore, the sublethal effect of Btk. against S. litura was investigated. The morphology of the endospore, protein crystal, and bacterium were observed under a contrast phase microscope. The extracts at 2% (w/v) were mixed with Btk. suspensions at 5 x 104, 5x105, and 5x106 (spores/ml), respectively. The formulations then exposed under Ultraviolet B (UVB) lights for 3, 6, and 9 hours then tested against the 3rd larval instar of armyworm. The larval mortality was observed daily and the analysis of variance was analyzed by one way anova. The sublethal effects of the treatment to the pupal and adult stages were observed when the moths emerge. The results showed that the larval mortality caused by Btk. mixed with red spinach ranged from 11.7 to 26.7%. The sublethal effects of Btk. resulted in smaller sizes of pupae and imago, darker pupae, and wings abnormality of the adult stage, compared to any control treatment. The morphological observation of the bacteria showed that extracts gave UV protection against UVB. These results suggested that red and green spinach potentially can be used as a protectant for Btk. against UVB.

The purpose of this study was to find out the CSR model (specifically the development of MSMEs) at Bank XYZ and develop the XYZ-guided Bank SME CSR model to increase the productivity of XYZ-assisted MSMEs. Based on the documentation, observations and in-depth interviews with informants, the results show that the CSR model implemented at XYZ Bank is technically charged with implementation on certain function lines, no task force that handles CSR programs. This research also results in the development of a CSR model by modifying the previous model.

The aim of this research is to examine empirically the form of Theory of Planned Behavior in predicting the intention of cheating in accounting students. The samples taken in this research were 426 accounting students. The research employed a mixed-method, with a regression analysis for the quantitative and an analytic induction for the qualitative method. The results of this research found that of all the variables tested, subjective norms were the variables that had the greatest influence on the intention to cheat accounting students, while the moral obligation variable had the second largest influence and perceived behavioral control as the third predictor on the intention to cheat accounting students. The implication of the research is that the main influence of the academic fraud is subjective norms. Keywords: Theory of planned behavior, subjective norms, academic integrity.

Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No.97/PUU-XIV/2016 menyatakan kata “agama” dalam Pasal 61 ayat (1) dan Pasal 64 ayat (1) Undang Undang Administrasi Kependudukan bertentangan dengan UUD NRI 1945 dan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat secara bersyarat sepanjang tidak termasuk “kepercayaan”. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tersebut pada Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kuningan, serta masyarakat adat Karuhun Urang (AKUR) Cigugur Kuningan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan socio-legal research, dengan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitis preskriptif dengan fokus permasalahan tentang bagaimana implementasi putusan MK pada masyarakat AKUR di Cigugur Kabupaten Kuningan ? dan apakah implementasi tersebut sudah sesuai dengan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi ? Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara formal Kemendagri dan Dukcapil Kabupaten Kuningan telah melaksanakan Putusan MK, tetapi secara substansial belum melaksanakan putusan MK. Implementasi kedua lembaga tersebut tidak sesuai dengan original intent Putusan MK yang menyatakan kepercayaan termasuk agama. Implementasi Putusan MK ini secara teoretis dipengaruhi oleh paradigma agama dunia. Putusan MK ini harus dilaksanakan oleh semua instansi pemerintah untuk menghormati, memenuhi dan melindungi penganut kepercayaan, termasuk pemberian kesempatan untuk ikut rekrutmen CPNS, TNI dan Polri.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of religiosity and ethical orientation on the perception of creative accounting. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Students who participated as respondents were as many as 107 students from Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta and 249 students from Universitas Islam Indonesia who were then grouped based on criteria. The criteria used are already or are currently taking intermediate financial accounting 1 and intermediate financial accounting 2 courses, auditing courses, and business ethics courses. Based on the predetermined criteria, a sample of 202 students was obtained consisting of 98 Universitas Negeri Yogayakarta students and 104 Universitas Islam Indonesia students. The students involved in this study were given a questionnaire to fill in and the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression methods. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of religiosity on students’ ethical perceptions in creative accounting. The students with high religiosity will have perceptions that are more ethical on creative accounting. The results of the analysis also show that ethical orientation has an effect on creative accounting. This means that the higher the ethical orientation of students, the more ethical their perceptions of creative accounting are.

This study aims to: (1) develop android game-based learning media “Go Accounting” in trading company accounting learning (2) reveal the feasibility of the develop learning media according to material experts, media experts, teachers, and student. This study is research and development that refers to the ADDIE model. The subjects of the trial are the students of class XI accounting of vocational high school. The data collection is done through interviews and questionnaire. The instruments used are interview guide, expert validation questionnaire, teacher response questionnaire, and student response questionnaire. The feasibility of the develop learning media is analyzed using the quantitative 5 category conversion. The result of this study is Android game-based learning media “Go Accounting”. The development of learning media is feasible according to material experts, media experts, teachers, and students each of whom subsequently gave a score of 4.18, 4.35, 4.70, and 4.22.

Red palm weevil (RPW) causes severe damage to date palm trees, leading to the death of trees if not detected and treated in time. A major obstacle in RPW control is the difficulty in identifying an early stage infestation In the present study, we measured the efficacy of some non-invasive optical devices including cameras (digital camera and thermal camera), TreeRadarUnit™ (TRU) (Radar 2000, Radar 900), resistograph, magnetic DNA biosensor, and Near-infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) to detect RPW infestation in date palm trees under field conditions at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Date palm trees used in these experiments were selected based on visual observations. After inspection of date palm trees with different devices to detect RPW infestation, each tree was taken down and dissected in detail to validate the accuracy of each device. Results indicated that the visual RPW detection approach presented the highest accuracy (87%) followed by Radar 2000 (77%), Radar 900 (73%), resistograph (73%), thermal camera (61%), and digital camera (52%).Moreover, different stages of RPW placed in plastic cups were fastened onto the healthy date palm trunks to judge RPW presence, the magnetic DNA biosensor correctly detected RPW eggs 75% of the time, followed by detection of larvae (64%) and the control (empty cup) (54%). In another experiment where determinations were made in an open area, the efficiency of the DNA biosensor for detecting adults was 100%, followed by 83%, 63%, 60%, and 39% for pupae, larvae, eggs, and control, respectively. Absorption spectra generated through NIRS for infested, wounded, and control samples of date palm tissue showed a remarkable variation in the gradient of the corresponding peaks between 1850 nm and 1950 nm. Based on the detection efficiency of the tested devices, the resistograph and NIRS have the best potential to detect RPW infestation in date palm trees. The ant genus Solenopsis Westwood, 1840 is the largest in Myrmicinae subfamily having almost 200 described species worldwide. They are commonly distributed in the tropics and temperate areas of the world. Some invasive Solenopsis species are very dreadful. We have already reported a fire ant species, Solenopsis saudiensis Sharaf & Aldawood, 2011, identified using traditional morphometric approaches of species identification. Present study was carried out to develop DNA Barcoding to identify Solenopsis saudiensis and to elucidate genetic structure of the various S. saudiensis populations across their distribution range in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The comparison of DNA barcodes showed no genetic diversity among six populations and a queen from S. saudiensis analyzed from the Riyadh region. This genetic resemblance probably reflects their adaptation toward a specific habitat, thus constituting a single and strong gene pool. Our comprehensive field survey did not provide any evidence of Solenopsis species except S. saudiensis in the Riyadh region. Solenopsis saudiensis populations were only found around date palm trees indicating their strong association with date palm groves. Moreover, S. saudiensis has 83–86% sequence identity to other Solenopsis spp. from other parts of the world. Interestingly, the highest sequence identity of (86%) was with that of Solenopsis molesta Say, 1836, the thief ant, from the USA. This study provides a working laboratory procedure and a reference library for the identification of Solenopsis saudiensis. The corrosion inhibition of rice husk extract for bio-corrosion in mild steel in 1 M of H2SO4 solution and the effect of adding potassium iodide were investigated using the weight-loss method with a variable solution temperature and various bio-inhibitor concentrations. The addition of potassium iodide can significantly increase the efficiency of rice husk extract. The highest efficiency is 95.89% at 1,250 ppm of inhibitor concentration at a temperature of 313 K. The inhibition efficiency of rice husk extract is synergistically increased with the addition of potassium iodide. The characteristics of the adsorption inhibitors were assessed using the Langmuir isotherm adsorption approach at all studied concentrations and temperatures. The synergy of rice husk extract and potassium iodide was examined using thermodynamic and kinetic parameters.

Cultural, social, personal, and psychological are consumer behavior factors in buying and selling transactions, especially buying and selling durian using the bonded bond system in Lemahabang Village. In practice, buying and selling of durian using the bonded system is carried out by both parties when the fruit is still on the tree, so the quality and quantity are not known. The purpose of this study was to determine how much cultural, social, personal, and psychology influence the purchase decision for durian with the bonded system. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The population in this study were all durian farmers who were durian buyers with the bonded bond system in Lemahabang Village whose numbers were unknown or infinite. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling and the determination of the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula, which is a total of at least 100 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The results showed that partially cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors had a significant and positive effect and positive relationship between the independent variables on durian purchasing decisions with the bonded system. Simultaneously, culture, social, personal, and psychological factors influence on durian purchasing decisions with the results of f count of 45.106> f table of 2.47 and a significant value of 0.000

Volcanic ash contains essential elements to the soil fertility of agricultural land which is important to be investigated. The aim of this study was to determine the distribution pattern of volcanic ash essential elements as a result of volcanic eruption disaster using Surfer software. To input, the Surfer software, soil samples of volcanic ash at 10 sampling locations in Sleman at a radius of 14 to 26 km towards the south from a peak of Merapi were collected. Data of wind direction, humidity and ground level at the time of sampling were also collected. The concentrations of the essential element in samples were measured using NAA (neutron activation analysis). The pH of volcanic ash samples in each sampling locations was also measured. The results showed that volcanic ash for all sampling locations contained, Al, Fe, Na, K, and Si as major elements and Zn, Co, and Se as trace elements. The concentration distribution pattern of the Zn, Si, Co and Fe elements tends to decrease towards the peak of Merapi, on the other hand, the Na, and K elements showed that their distribution concentration tends to decrease away from the peak of Merapi. The wind’s speed affects the distribution range of an element contained in volcanic ash samples. The pH of volcanic ash samples seemingly only affect the concentration of Zn elements in the distribution pattern of elements.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan database ScienceDirect oleh oleh civitas akademika Fakultas Kedokteran Umum Universitas Gadjah Mada. Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan baik, yaitu variabel yang digunakan dengan nilai rata-rata skor 80,05%. Rekomendasi penelitian agar artikel yang dapat didownload fulltext tanpa harus membayar jumlahnya perlu untuk ditambah. ABSTRACT The success of a lecture in research and education can not be separated from adequately facilities and infrastructure, or other support facilities, for example, the availability of the information sources for studying and searching in library in database form. One of databases that available in Universitas Gajah Mada library is ScienceDirect. ScienceDirect is database that giving information source containing fulltext article or abstract. This research is using quantitative approach method, with 99 respondences. The goal of this research is to know the utility of ScienceDirect database by academic civity of medicine faculty of Universitas Gajah Mada. The result of the research is concluded good, namely used variable with average value of score 80,05%. The recomendation of this research is the amount of article that can be freely downloaded fulltext need to be added.

This study aims to utilize abundant glycerol because the production is more than the consumption. The use of glycerol is carried out through a carbonylation reaction between glycerol and urea to obtain glycerol carbonate. In the carbonylation reaction, variations in the use of CaO catalysts were carried out at 130°C and 160°C and the use of ZnO catalysts at 160°C. The results of product testing using GC-MS showed that the desired glycerol carbonate was not detected, but 1,3-dioxol-2-one was detected as the reaction result in the largest amount. The carbonylation reaction using catalyst CaO 1 mol% with a temperature of 160°C and constant stirring for 3 hours resulted in a conversion of 92.86% and a 1.3-dioxol-2-one yield of 64.80%. The carbonylation reaction using ZnO 1 catalyst mol% at 160°C and constant stirring for 3 hours can produce a conversion of 94.88% and a 1,3-dioxol-2-one yield of 30.06%.

The dataset showed in this manuscript belongs to the investigation of determinant of lecturer performance in Indonesia. Semi-closed questionnaires were administered to collect data and 750 questionnaires were distributed by using snowball-sampling method to lecturers, peers, and students in the public and private universities in Indonesia. About 347 questionnaires were returned and could be further analyzed. Respondents were required to indicate their level of agreement on various items with a five-point scale. Exploratory factor analysis was used to test the item validity and Cronbach's Alpha test was employed to examine the instrument reliability. Besides, path analysis was also employed to test research hypotheses. Lecturer performance is an endless issue in education and the data can be used to explore the lecturer performance. Besides, it may also be used in developing an appraisal model of teacher performance other education levels as well.

Local wisdom has been derived from the expression of ancestors that grows and develops especially in rural life norms which could be related to local food security. The question will be on what kind of natural resources can be managed without damaging the environment. In line with the issue, we need to know the local natural resources and manage it through the people behavior by following the local norms. Margodadi Village located in the western part of Sleman regency. The condition of society and its natural resources and environment is still original and unique. Activities undertaken by the community are mostly simple and traditional. Live harmony between individuals in society still exists. Natural resources and the environment are utilized by the community from generation to generation to this day, such as the existence of clean water - lake which is considered out of a big banyan tree. This water comes out of the ground under the tree and is called “Tuk Sibedug”. The water of this lake is often used for bathe rituals in a pond and the rest flows into the river for farming irrigation especially rice fields. By knowing the inner or spiritual strength of each individual, the norms of life will grow and develop, so that natural resources and environment can be managed better. Natural resources from the agricultural, livestock, fishery and small industries sectors are possible to potentially generate per capita income of 519 kg per person per year. This shows the existence of local food security in the villages of Seyegan that has been achieved.

FAKTOR DETERMINAN PROFESIONALISME GURU Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualifikasi pendidikan terhadap profesionalisme guru; sikap inovatif terhadap profesionalisme guru, etos kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru; dan pengaruh kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif, dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap profesionalisme guru IPS SMP di Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal-komparatif yang bersifat ex post facto dengan melibatkan 119 guru IPS tingkat SMP, baik sekolah negeri maupun swasta, yang mengajar di Kabupaten Gowa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif, dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru. Besarnya sumbangan efektif kualifikasi pendidikan, sikap inovatif, dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap perubahan profesionalisme guru IPS tingkat SMP di Kabupaten Gowa adalah 46,50%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kualifikasi pendidikan guru, sikap inovasi, dan etos kerja perlu ditingkatkan agar profesionalisme guru meningkat melalui penyesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan yang dimiliki dengan standar minimum yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah dan melanjutkan pendidikan yang sesuai/linear dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu sehingga dapat lebih fokus/kompeten dalam bidang tersebut. Abstract This study was aimed at determining the effects of educational qualifications on teacher professionalism; innovative attitude on teacher professionalism, work ethic on teacher professionalism; and the influence of educational qualifications, innovative attitudes, and work ethic simultaneously on the professionalism of social science junior high school teachers in Gowa District. This study was an ex-post facto causal-comparative research involving 119 social science teachers of the junior high school, both public and private, teaching in Gowa District. The data were collected using questionnaires and research hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that educational qualifications, innovative attitudes, and work ethic have significant effects on the teacher professionalism. The amount of effective contributions of educational qualification, innovative attitudes, and work ethic simultaneously to the change of professionalism of junior high school teachers in Gowa is 46.50%. Based on the results, teacher education qualification, innovation attitudes and work ethics need to be improved so that teacher professionalism increases through adjustment of educational qualification at the minimum standards set by the government and continuing education that is linear with the subjects that can be more focused/competent.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran, penguatan guru, dan penerimaan teman sebaya terhadap pemahaman materi ekonomi dan keterampilan bertanyasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan survei. Populasi dari penelitian adalah 647 siswa SMA di Sleman yang menggunakan K-13. Sampel sejumlah 472 siswa menggunakan teknik disproportional stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan lewat angket, pengamatan, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, ketepatan metode pembelajaran dan penguatan guru memberikan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman materi siswa, sedangkan penerimaan teman sebaya tidak. Kedua, penguatan guru, penerimaan teman sebaya, dan pemahaman materi memberikan pengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap keterampilan bertanya siswa, sedangkan metode pembelajaran tidak. Apabila dilihat dari pengaruh tidak langsung, metode pembelajaran dan penguatan dari guru memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap keterampilan bertanya. Penerimaan teman sebaya cenderung memberikan pengaruh langsung. Kata Kunci: metode pembelajaran, penguatan guru, teman sebaya, pemahaman materi, keterampilan bertanya IMPROVING STUDENTS’ QUESTIONING SKILLS THROUGH THEIR MOTIVATING FACTORS Abstract: The study investigates the effects of the teaching method, teacher’s reinforcement and peer acceptance on students’ comprehension on the learning materials of economicsand on students’ questioning skills. A survey was conducted to 647 high school students in Sleman Regency which applied K-13. A sample of 472 students wererecruited using the disproportional stratified random sampling. Statistical technique of multiple regression and path analysis were deployed to analyze the data. The results revealed that, firstly,while the teaching method and teacher’s reinforcementhad significant effect on students’ comprehension on economics learning material, peer acceptance did not have any. Secondly, teacher’s reinforcement, peer acceptance and comprehension of the materials gave a direct effecttowardsstudents’ questioning skills. However, the teaching methods did not have a direct effect. They, yet, simultaneously had direct and significant effect on students’ questioning skills. Teacher’s reinforcement and appropriateness of the teaching method had indirect effect on students’ questioning skills. Peer acceptence tended to have a direct effect. Medical education emphasizes on the importance of individual responsibility in continuing professional development (CPD). Problem-based learning (PBL) is a method developed to accommodate the need for individual professional development. Health cluster at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) consists of Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, and Faculty of Pharmacy. These faculties also implement PBL in the learning process of undergraduate students. The success of PBL implementation largely depends on adequate support in facilities, either rooms and other supporting facilities including the availability of various information resources in health and medicine. Online databases are provided in efforts to meet the need for relevant and up-to-date references. One of the databases provided by UGM Library for the students of health cluster is ClinicalKey. This study uses quantitative approach involving 100 students as respondents. It is intended to (1) find out the utilization of ClinicalKey database by students of health cluster, (2) give input to UGM Library in the decision making for database collection development, (3) give input to the undergraduate program manager of health cluster on the utilization of online database in supporting the the learning process. The result of the study shows that based on 5 variables of (1) user needs, (2) Internet access, (3) facilities of electronic journals, (4) price, and (5) human resources, the average score is 67.32% (adequate). Librarians need to conduct intensive socialization or promotion is in order to optimize the utilization of ClinicalKey database.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi N0.35/PUU-X/2012 yang menyatakan hutan adat adalah hutan yang berada di dalam wilayah masyarakat hukum adat. Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meneliti tindak lanjut pemerintah atas putusan tersebut, menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan legal reasoning yang mengacu pada positivitas, koherensi dan keadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) putusan MK sudah ditindaklanjuti oleh pemerintah dengan berbagai peraturan dan keputusan yang berbeda-beda substansinya; (2) tindak lanjut pemerintah tersebut tidak menjamin pengakuan hutan adat, karena masih menyisakan dua persoalan, yaitu ketidaksamaan persepsi antar kementerian, dan mata rantai birokrasi penetapan hutan adat terlalu panjang dan lama.

This study will be discussed related to the professionalism of teachers after certification, the efforts made to develop the professionalism of teachers, and the impact of certification policy on the quality of education. This research subject is accounting certified teacher with a population of 7 informants, and informants are the principal supporter and 3 learners. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach, with this type of case studies. Collecting data using the model interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to 1) Data collection 2) reduction of data 3) data presentation 4) conclusion / verification. The results showed that 1) accounting certified teachers have a good level of professionalism. The teacher can understand the characteristics of students, mastering both subject areas of a scientific or educational field, is able to organize teaching well, mastering the material in depth, mastering the technology and professionalism are able to develop in a sustainable manner. 2) the efforts of teachers to develop professionalism is with workshops, seminars, training, training, writing books, looking for a new regulation, to follow the teacher association continues studies to improve the qualifications and buy gadgets as supporting tools in learning. 3) certification of a positive impact on the quality of education. It is suggested that could be given to teachers, namely that the purpose of the certification is not to get professional allowance alone, but that teachers can master the competence of teachers well and make teachers more professional in carrying out his profession. Professional allowances simply as a consequence of this capability.

Hydrodeoxygenation of palm oil and Jatropha curcas oil over NiMo/ZAL (nickel molybdenum/zeolit alam Lampung) catalyst was investigated under temperatures of 375°C and 400°C and H2 pressure of 15 bar in a semibatch stirred autoclave reactor. NiMo/ZAL catalyst was prepared using a rapid cooling method. NiMo/ZAL characterization revealed a crystal size of 70.07 nm, surface area of 12.25 m2/g, and pore size and pore volume of 9.83 Å and 0.0062 cm3/g, respectively. The hydrodeoxygenation removal pathway of palm oil and Jatropha curcas oil over NiMo/ZAL catalyst was primarily achieved through decarboxylation. Under hydrogen pressure of 15 bar and temperature of 375°C, palm oil and Jatropha curcas oil can be converted into paraffin chains (from n-C15 up to n-C18) by a decarboxylation reaction that produces water, methane, and COx gases as byproducts and contains some undesirable reactions. These byproducts can produce alkene bonds that form chains different from those in conventional diesel fuel. The conversion was 80.87%, selectivity was 52.78%, and yield was 45.66%. The hydrodeoxygenation reaction catalyzed by NiMo/ZAL catalyst was found to be suitable for removing oxygen and producing paraffin chains; this increased the heating value and stability of renewable diesel fuel.

Role and function of library unit of medical faculty of Gajah Mada university prepares instrument and support facilities for student of medical education, namely preparing many kinds of information sources in health and medical unit. To fulfill the information need for student, it prepares information sources in various formats, either in printed form or digital form. Printed format is by preparing books, scholarly paper, government published, and magazine. Meanwhile, digital format includes books, scholarly paper, articles, even subscribe database in health and medical unit. Preparing this digital book collection is relevan with student tendency of medical education program in using collection. So that, this research will evaluate the utility of digital book collection by student of medical education of medical faculty of GajahMadaUniversity. The problem formulation is how the student of medical faculty of Gajah Mada university utilize the digital book collection. The purpose oh this research are: (1) knowing the utility of digital book collection by student of medical education of medical faculty of Gajah Mada University., (2) giving opinion to library unit of medical faculty of Gajah Mada University in taking policy to develop digital book collection, (3) giving opinion to the organizer of medical education of medical faculty of Gajah Mada University about the utility of book collection. The method in this research is by using quantitative approach with 94 respondents of medical education student. Based on result and discussion in this research , it is known that the evaluation of digital book collection utility can be categorized good, if the score average is 85,3975 %. Almost all of the indicators get category good., except interest indicator of user. Their category is sufficient because the question for respondents in minor question form. Meanwhile recommendation based on respondents suggestions of proposals are: (1) access of digital book collection can be done from home or beyond of medical faculty area ofGajahMadaUniversity, (2) update digital book collection always be done, (3) library unit of medical faculty ofGajahMadaUniversity intensively socializes to student about the utility of digital book collection.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan media yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan tema pemanfaatan dan pelestarian sungai untuk siswa kelas VII SMP. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa multimedia pembelajaran dalam bentuk CD program, yang telah dinilai dengan skala lima menunjukkan bahwa:(1) aspek pembelajaran dengan skor 4,64 “sangat layak”; (2) aspek materi dengan skor 4,83 “sangat layak” (3) penilaian ahli media pada aspek media dengan skor 3,92 “layak”. Hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) uji coba lapangan awal dengan skor 4,04 “layak”; (2) uji coba lapangan utama dengan skor 4,14 “sangat layak”; (3) uji coba lapangan operasional dengan skor 4,19 “sangat layak”. Hasil tes uji coba efektivitas lapangan menunjukkan skor ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 76,4 (melampaui KKM yaitu 75,0), aspek sikap sebesar 84,36 “sangat baik” dan skor aspek keterampilan sebesar 71,88 “baik”.

This research aim to know and analyse load policy of affirmative, and principles which must there are in regulation recogniting of customary law community rights. Research method used by normative juridical, and then analysed with legal reasoning. Result of research show UUPA, UU No.1/Pnps/1965 and of UU No.24/2013 not yet seen as policy of affirmative because its recognition still accompanied by condition and discrimination. Therefore regulation come have to load four principle, that is based on empirical research, fourth reference norm of Pancasila, affirmative action, and non discrimination.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan secara empiris tentang pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah yang dimoderasi komitmen organisasi karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia pada organisasi bisnis, sedangkan bagi perusahaan diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna tentang kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi karyawan dalam upaya menurunkan tingkat keinginan berpindah karyawan ke perusahaan lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam (DSP) Solusi Modal Cluster Bandung 2 Jawa Barat menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan Tipe penelitiannya adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan dan membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi terbukti menjadi variabel moderator yang memperkuat hubungan pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan panjang lengan dan kekuatan otot lengan dengan hasil Shooting free throw pada atlet putra Klub Basket Bangau di Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional (hubungan). Populasi sebanyak 36 orang dan seluruhnya menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah teknik tes, teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan panjang lengan (X1) dengan hasil shooting free throw (Y) sebesar 0,90 dengan tingkat korelasi sangat kuat, berarti panjang lengan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 90% terhadap shooting free throw (Y). Sedangkan hubungan kekuatan otot lengan (X2) dengan hasil shooting free throw sebesar 0,94 dengan tingkat korelasi sangat kuat, maka sumbangan kekuatan otot lengan (X2) terhadap shooting free throw (Y) sebesar 94%. Sedangkan hubungan panjang lengan (X1) dan kekuatan otot lengan (X2) secara bersama- sama dengan hasil shooting free throw (Y) sebesar 0,96 dengan tingkat korelasi sangat kuat. berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara panjang lengan dan kekuatan otot lengan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil shooting free throw pada permainan bola basket dengan korelasi sebesar 0,96. Sehingga sumbangan panjang lengan (X1) dan kekuatan otot lengan (X1) secara bersama-sama dengan shooting free throw (Y) sangat signifikan sebesar 96%. This research is intended to show another proxy of government performance measurement from the capital market data. This research also is directed to compare the differences of company financing between Mega and SBY era, to examine the relationship of company financing and company profitability, and to interpret profoundly the results using the capital market data. Data were gathered from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) starting from 2001 up to 2006. Geometric mean was used to profoundly trace the influence of presidential leadership era and to balance financial data between Mega (2001 – 2003) and SBY era (2005). Hypotheses were confirmed by employing paired sample t test and linear regression analysis. This research draws three main conclusions. Firstly, collateral ratio and equity to total assets ratio are significantly different between Mega era and SBY era. Nevertheless, there is no significant difference in current liabilities to total assets, long-term liabilities to total assets, capital structure, and return on assets between Mega and SBY era. Secondly, current liabilities to total assets and long-term liabilities to total assets have a negative and significance influence to company’s profitability. Lastly, equity to total assets has a positive and significant effect on company’s profit. Findings are discussed to provide possibility factors behind the financing issue.
