Hogweed multiplies rapidly and gains a large volume of phytomass during the growing season, which allows us to consider the mature biomass of hogweed as a raw material for cellulose production. The aim of the work is to obtain cellulose from lignified stems of hogweed by an oxidative-organosolvent method and study its properties. Raw materials in the form of stems harvested in August contain less lignin, more cellulose and minerals, compared to raw materials harvested in September. The component composition of raw materials: the mass fraction of lignin is 21.9%, cellulose is 46.4% of the absolutely dry raw materials. Depending on the conditions, cellulose with a yield of 49.5-49.7% was obtained by redox-organosolvent cooking with preliminary alkaline treatment % of absolutely dry raw materials, the mass fraction of lignin is 3.9-4.3% of the mass of absolutely dry cellulose, whiteness 72.0-80.2%. The best indicators for physical and mechanical properties are cellulose obtained at a consumption of 0.8 g/g of equilibrium peroxyacetic acid and with a duration of alkaline treatment of 90 minutes. The analysis of cellulose showed that it is possible to obtain cellulose from hogweed that is comparable in characteristics to GOST 28172-89. The anatomical elements of cellulose contain bast fibers, parenchymal cells and vessels. The average fiber length is 0.70 mm, and the average fiber width is 20.4 microns. According to the fractional composition and fiber sizes, the resulting cellulose should be attributed to shortfiber semi-finished products. © 2022 Altai State University. All rights reserved. Борщевик быстро размножается и набирает большой объем фитомассы за вегетационный период, что позволяет рассматривать зрелую биомассу борщевика как сырье для получения целлюлозы. Целью работы является получение целлюлозы из одревесневших стеблей борщевика окислительно-органосольвентным способом и изучение ее свойств. В ходе работы установлено, что сырье, заготовленное в августе, содержит меньше лигнина, больше целлюлозы и минеральных веществ по сравнению с сырьем, заготовленным в сентябре. Компонентный состав сырья: массовая доля лигнина - 21.9%, целлюлозы - 46.4% от абсолютно сухого сырья. Окислительно-органосольвентной варкой с предварительной щелочной обработкой в зависимости от условий получена целлюлоза с выходом 49.5-49.7% от абсолютно-сухого сырья, массовой долей лигнина 3.9-4.3% от массы абсолютно-сухой целлюлозы, белизной 72.0-80.2%. Лучшими показателями по физико-механическим свойствам обладает целлюлоза, полученная при расходе рПУК 0.8 г/г и с продолжительностью щелочной обработки 90 мин. Из борщевика можно получать целлюлозу, сопоставимую по характеристикам с ГОСТ 28172-89 марки ЛС-4. Анатомические элементы целлюлозы содержат лубяные волокна, паренхимные клетки и сосуды. Средняя длина волокна составляет 0.70 мм, а средняя ширина волокна - 20.4 мкм. По фракционному составу и размерам волокон полученную целлюлозу следует отнести к коротковолокнистым полуфабрикатам.

The research purpose is to develop methods for determination of heat losses in drying cylinders. Experimental study of temperature of drying cylinders performed in the drying section of a paper machine during its steady-state operation. Medium, maximum and permissible statistical characteristics of drying cylinder temperatures were defined. The drying cylinders with increased condensation concentration were determined by the minimally permissible temperature levels and the repair of the condensation drainage system to reduce heat losses (steam consumption) was justified. The cause of uneven dryness of the paper web across the width has been determined. The condensate ring on the inner wall at the edges of the drying cylinders gets thickened due to moisture coming from the end caps from the action of centrifugal forces. The condensation is removed from the drying cylinders with a siphon on the drive side. Therefore, on the front side of the drying cylinders condensate film has a greater thickness, and the paper web dries worse. The single-sided condensate disposal and the physical effect of centrifugal condensate runoff from the end caps to the side inner surface of the drying cylinders cause a lower dryness from the front side of the paper web. The use of thermal insulation of end caps will contribute to uniform dryness across the width of the paper web. The results of experimental studies were processed by methods of mathematical statistics in order to describe the thermal losses during contact drying of the paper web on drying cylinders with and without thermal insulation of the end caps to the ambient air. The calculation of heat losses is carried out according to the refined method of researching thermal processes in contact drying of paper web. It is found, that the use of thermal insulation of the end caps of the drying cylinders provides a reduction in steam consumption for contact drying of the paper web without affecting the technological process. The research results can be used to reduce heat losses in the drying section of paper machines on cylinders that do not have thermal insulation of the end caps. For instance, for a paper machine consisting of 56 cylinders with a diameter of 1500 mm and a capacity of 7000 kg/h of absolutely dry paper, insulating their end caps saves up to 223 kg/h of steam for drying the paper web. Methods of detection of drying cylinders with increased content of condensation on permissible levels of temperature is developed and approved. A refined method for determining thermal losses during contact drying of the paper web on drying cylinders has been developed. Цель исследования - разработка методов определения тепловых потерь в сушильных цилиндрах. Экспериментальные исследования их температуры выполнены в сушильной части бумагоделательной машины при установившемся режиме работы. Определены средние, предельные и допустимые статистические характеристики температур сушильных цилиндров. По минимально-допустимым уровням температур выявлены сушильные цилиндры с повышенным содержанием конденсата и обоснован ремонт системы отвода конденсата для снижения тепловых потерь (расхода пара). Установлена причина неравномерной сухости бумажного полотна по ширине. Конденсатное кольцо на внутренней стенке по краям сушильных цилиндров приобретает утолщение из-за влаги, поступающей с торцевых крышек от действия центробежных сил. Конденсат выводят из сушильных цилиндров сифоном с приводной стороны. Поэтому на лицевой стороне сушильных цилиндров конденсатная пленка имеет бόльшую толщину, чем на приводной стороне, а бумажное полотно просыхает хуже. Односторонний вывод конденсата и физический эффект центробежного сгона конденсата с торцевых крышек на боковую внутреннюю поверхность сушильных цилиндров приводят к тому, что бумажное полотно имеет меньшую сухость с лицевой стороны. Применение тепло-изоляции торцевых крышек будет способствовать равномерной сухости по ширине бумажного полотна. Данные экспериментальных исследований температуры обработаны методами математической статистики для определения уровня тепловых потерь при контактной сушке бумажного полотна на сушильных цилиндрах от торцевых крышек к окружающему воздуху. Расчет тепловых потерь выполнен по уточненной методике исследования тепловых процессов при контактной сушке бумажного полотна. Установлено, что применение теплоизоляции торцевых крышек сушильных цилиндров обеспечивает снижение расхода пара на контактную сушку бумажного полотна без ущерба для технологического процесса. Результаты исследования можно применить для сокращения тепловых потерь в сушильной части бумагоделательных машин на цилиндрах, не имеющих теплоизоляции торцевых крышек. Например, для бумагоделательной машины, состоящей из 56 цилиндров диаметром 1500 мм, производительностью 7000 кг/ч абсолютно сухой бумаги, теплоизоляция их торцевых крышек экономит расход пара на сушку бумажного полотна до 223 кг/ч. Разработаны и апробированы методы обнаружения сушильных цилиндров с повышенным содержанием конденсата по допустимым уровням температуры и уточненный метод определения тепловых потерь при контактной сушке бумажного полотна на сушильных цилиндрах.

An improved process flow diagram for the production of cellulose by oxidation-organosolvent method from non-wood vegetable raw materials with pre-alkaline treatment and recovery of the spent cooking solution has been developed. It is shown that it is possible to obtain technical cellulose with the desired properties with repeated use of the spent cooking solution, which allows to reduce the consumption of acetic acid and fresh water by two and 1.7 times, respectively. The scheme includes the following stages: preparation of raw materials; preparation of the cooking composition and alkaline solution, alkaline treatment, cooking and washing of cellulose, recovery of the spent cooking solution, neutralization of the spent alkaline solution and the use of contaminated water. When implementing the flowcharts are formed by the following types of contaminated water: water for rinsing plant material circulates through the first and second steps of adding water with catalyst; circulating the water from flushing technical pulp in three stages - the washing water from the first washing stage is directed to the Converter; the washing water from the second stage washing sent to the first stage of the wash technical cellulose; the third step of the rinsing water is fed from the drum filter with the addition of fresh water; the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the spent alkaline solution is 1.75 %. In the neutralizer, weakly acidic water with a concentration of acetic acid of 0.83% and sodium acetate with a concentration of 2.5% is formed; weakly acidic water from the neutralizer is fed to the first stage of washing plant raw materials. Fresh water is used for the preparation of balanced peracetic acid, alkaline solution and the third stage of technical cellulose washing. Solid waste is formed in the hydraulic separator during washing of vegetable raw materials; in the tank of the spent cooking solution in the form of a precipitate from zero fiber; in the neutralizer, the washed precipitate can be used as an anti-frost additive for concrete. It is proposed to use reactor and neutralizer as the main technological equipment. © 2019 Altai State University. All rights reserved. Разработана усовершенствованная принципиальная технологическая схема получения целлюлозы окислительно-органосольвентным способом из недревесного растительного сырья с предварительной щелочной обработкой и рекуперацией отработанного варочного раствора. Показана возможность получения технической целлюлозы с заданными свойствами при многократном использовании отработанного варочного раствора, что позволяет сократить расход уксусной кислоты и свежей воды в два и 1.7 раза соответственно. Схема включает следующие стадии: подготовку сырья; приготовление варочной композиции и щелочного раствора, щелочную обработку, варку и промывку целлюлозы, рекуперацию отработанного варочного раствора, нейтрализацию отработанного щелочного раствора и использование загрязненной воды. При реализации предложенной технологической схемы образуются следующие виды загрязненной воды: вода для промывки растительного сырья циркулирует по первой и второй ступеням при добавлении воды с ;нейтрализатора; оборотная вода от промывки технической целлюлозы в три ступени - промывную воду с первой ступени промывки направляют в нейтрализатор; промывную воду со второй ступени промывки направляют на первую ступень промывки технической целлюлозы; на третью ступень промывки подают воду с барабанного фильтра с добавлением свежей воды; концентрация гидроксида натрия в отработанном щелочном растворе составляет 1.75%. В нейтрализаторе образуется вода с концентрацией уксусной кислоты 0.83 % и ацетата натрия с концентрацией 2.5%; воду с нейтрализатора подают на первую ступень промывки растительного сырья. Свежая вода используется для приготовления равновесной перуксусной кислоты, щелочного раствора и на третью ступень промывки технической целлюлозы. Твердые отходы образуются в гидроразбивателе при промывке растительного сырья; в баке отработанного варочного раствора в ;виде осадка из нулевого волокна; в нейтрализаторе промытый осадок можно использовать как противоморозную добавку для бетонов. В качестве основного технологического оборудования предложено использовать реактор и ;нейтрализатор.

We study the changes of Bi electronic structure near T and L points of the Brillouin zone caused by doping with Sn (concentrations 0.08 at.%). Hall coefficient and magnetoresistance measurements (under magnetic field up to 8 T) enabled calculation of magnetoconductivity tensor components. The usage of quantitative mobility spectrum analysis together with the isotropic approximation for band structure allowed the estimation of Fermi level position at temperatures 10–300 K. The results have shown that Sn doping shifts the Fermi level down on the energy scale at the L point (in all temperature range) and at the T point under (primarily at low temperatures), leading to the decrease of band overlap.

This paper investigates the influence of loading mode factors on the "chips-liquor" slurry deformation in the load circulation feeder of a digester. A power consumed by the high pressure pump is also consumed for the slurry deformation at loading. The experiment objectives are: to establish a "chips-liquor" slurry deformation dependence, performed by the high-pressure pump in the feeder rotor channels of the digester load circulation; to obtain the equations and numerical values of the scales of similarity parameters for the slurry deformation in the feeder rotor channels and an experimental model; to determine the power consumed by a high-pressure pump at the "chips-liquor" slurry deformation in the rotor channel of the load circulation feeder. We use the methods of the full factorial experiment and of similarity and dimensional analysis. On the basis of the methods of similarity and dimensional analysis we compile the design equations and determine numerical values of the following similarity scales of a standard feeder and a model: geometric, Poisson's ratio, strain energy and friction force, hydraulic radius, work of strain energy, velocity, loading time and deformation. The dependence of the slurry deformation during supply from the low-pressure zone to the high-pressure zone of load circulation is examined on a model. The relative deformation increases in proportion to the load time and pressure and is inversely proportional to a liquid module. The maximum power, consumed by the pump to deform raw material in the feeder rotor channel, is determined by the design parameters of the deformation process. We should take into account the power consumption not only for the transportation of chips in the pipeline, but also for the slurry deformation in the load circulation feeder of a digester to calculate a high-pressure pump drive. Исследовано влияние факторов режима загрузки на деформацию суспензии «щепа–щелок» в питателе загрузочной циркуляции варочного котла. Показано, что на деформацию суспензии при загрузке расходуется мощность, потребляемая насосом высокого давления. В ходе эксперимента решались следующие задачи: установить по экспериментальным данным зависимость деформации суспензии «щепа–щелок», выполняемой насосом высокого давления в каналах ротора питателя загрузочной циркуляции варочного котла; получить уравнения и численные значения масштабов подобия параметров для деформации суспензии в каналах ротора питателя и экспериментальной модели; определить мощность, расходуемую насосом высокого давления при деформации суспензии «щепа–щелок» в канале ротора питателя загрузочной циркуляции. Использованы следующие методы: полного факторного эксперимента; подобия и анализа размерностей. На основе методов подобия и анализа размерностей составлены уравнения для расчета и определены численные значения следующих масштабов подобия типового питателя и модели: геометрического, коэффициента Пуассона, сил деформации и трения, гидравлических радиусов, работы сил деформации, скорости, деформации и времени нагружения. Зависимость деформации суспензии при подаче из зоны низкого в зону высокого давления загрузочной циркуляции исследована на модели. Установлено, что относительная деформация возрастает пропорционально времени нагружения и давлению и обратно пропорционально жидкостному модулю. Максимальная мощность, расходуемая насосом на деформацию сырья в канале ротора питателя, определена по расчетным параметрам процесса деформации. Показано, что при расчетах привода насоса высокого давления необходимо учитывать расход мощности не только на транспортирование щепы в трубопроводе, но и на деформацию суспензии в питателе загрузочной циркуляции варочного котла.

The purpose of the paper is to define the frequency of the technological sieves cleaning of a feeder in dependence on vibration speed of a high-pressure pump and loading device of digester in the controlled exploitation. In a high-pressure feeder the low-pressure waste-liquor bleeding is executed out of suspension "chip - waste liquor" up to hydromodulus 4... 7 dm(3)/kg, feeding of high-pressure waste-liquor with suspension dilution up to hydromodulus 25 ... 35 dm(3)/kg and unloading of suspension. The influence of a sieve choking upon a load of drives of the high-pressure pump and a loading device of digester as well as the vibration of the process equipment is studied. At sieve choking the waste-liquor bleeding is reducing. The unload of suspension into the hydraulic circulation occurs with a hydromodulus more than 35 dm(3)/kg. Elevated level of liquid in the suspension reduces the friction losses at its transportation as well as drive loads and equipment vibration. Cloth cleaning forces a filling of the rotor trays by chip, reduces hydromodulus at unload of the suspension, that increases the friction losses at its transportation as well as drive loads and equipment vibration. Process of a sieve choking and screen self-cleaning of a feeder is random. Drive loads and vibration of the loading equipment circulation change also. It is shown that the cycling change of the load of drives or equipment vibration can set the frequency of technological cleaning of sieves. At the entrance of the section of loading circulation a vibration velocity of a high-pressure pump was measured as well as a vibration velocity of the loading device at the output. Methods of mathematical statistics established the spectrum borders of frequency of a process of a sieve choking and self-cleaning cyclicity, correlation functions, linear correlation connection of a vibration velocity at the entrance and output of a section of the loading circulation. Changing of a vibration velocity corresponds to the conditions of stationarity. The same periodical components at the input and output of the section of loading circulation according to the autocorrelation functions of the equipment vibration velocity are installed. As a result of research of the spectral density of a stationary random process of vibration velocity changing of a section of loading circulation the dominant frequency of a sieve choking is established. The frequency of technological sieve cleaning is established. Цель работы - определение периодичности технологической очистки сит питателя по изменению виброскорости насоса высокого давления и загрузочного устройства котла в процессе подконтрольной эксплуатации. В питателе высокого давления проводится отбор щелока низкого давления из суспензии щепа-щелок до гидромодуля 4…7 дм 3/кг, подача щелока высокого давления с разбавлением суспензии до гидромодуля 25…35 дм 3/кг и выгрузка суспензии. Исследовано влияние засорения сит на нагрузку приводов насоса высокого давления и загрузочного устройства варочного котла, а также на вибрацию технологического оборудования. При засорении сит снижается отбор щелока. Выгрузка суспензии в загрузочную циркуляцию происходит с гидромодулем более 35 дм 3/кг. Повышенное содержание жидкости в суспензии снижает потери на трение при ее транспортировании и, следовательно, на нагрузку приводов и вибрацию оборудования. Очистка сит от засорений увеличивает заполнение карманов ротора щепой, снижает гидромодуль при выгрузке суспензии, что увеличивает потери на трение при транспортировании суспензии, нагрузку на приводы и вибрацию оборудования. Процесс засорения и самоочистки сит питателя носит случайный характер. Аналогично засорению и очистке сит изменяется нагрузка приводов и вибрация оборудования загрузочной циркуляции. Показано, что по цикличности изменения нагрузки приводов или вибрации оборудования можно установить периодичность технологической очистки сит. На входе в тракт загрузочной циркуляции измерялась виброскорость насоса высокого давления, на выходе - виброскорость загрузочного устройства. Методами математической статистики установлены границы спектра частот проявления цикличности режима засорения и самоочистки сит, определены корреляционные функции и выявлена линейная корреляционная связь виброскорости на входе и выходе тракта загрузочной циркуляции. Установлено, что изменение виброскорости оборудования на входе и выходе из тракта загрузки удовлетворяет условиям стационарности. По автокорреляционным функциям виброскорости оборудования выделены из массива случайных сигналов одинаковые периодические составляющие на входе и выходе тракта загрузочной циркуляции. В результате исследования спектральной плотности стационарного случайного процесса изменения виброскорости тракта загрузочной циркуляции установлена преобладающая частота засорения сит. Обоснована периодичность технологической промывки сит.
