PURPOSEThis study aimed to investigate the impact of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the CD44 gene, specifically in the 3'UTR region (rs13347) and intronic region (rs187115), on the cell surface expression of CD44 protein and the risk of development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).MATERIALS AND METHODSThe study involved analysis of 85 samples and 85 healthy controls. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and flow cytometry were used to assess cell surface protein expression using CD44 antibody. DNA from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections was isolated and amplified using targeted primers. Sanger sequencing of the resultant amplified products was performed to determine the genotypes of the CD44 rs13347 and rs187115 SNPs. GTEx and RegulomeDB were queried to evaluate the genotypic effects of these variants on target gene expression and regulation.RESULTSA comparison between patients with HNSCC and healthy controls revealed a significant association between CD44 rs13347 and an increased risk of HNSCC in all the analyzed models, especially the TT genotype showed a significantly higher risk with an odds ratio of 8.69 (95% CI, 2.35 to 32.09; P = .0003). However, no significant association was found between CD44 rs187115 and HNSCC in any of the models analyzed (all P > .05). Other notable findings included significant associations between CD44 rs13347 genotype and age (P = .031), number of CD44-positive tumor cells (P = .049), CD44 staining intensity (SI; P = .039), and CD44 immunoreactivity score (IRS) status (P = .019).CONCLUSIONThe T allele and homozygous TT genotype of CD44 rs13347 SNP were associated with increased susceptibility to HNSCC and decreased proportion of CD44-positive tumor cells, low SI, and reduced IRS.

The objective of this research endeavor is to examine the properties of stagnation point flow in the presence of absorption, viscous dissipation, and internal thermal generation with respect to a shrinking surface. The resulting system of differential equations is notoriously challenging to solve analytically. The equations controlling the boundary layer flow were solved using a finite difference method. The analysis includes the examination of important physical quantities through the presentation of plots and tabulated values. Our findings reveal a strong connection between the presence of solutions for high shrinking parameters and the magnetic field that was applied. Temperatures increase when there is an increase in both Ec and α at the same time. These results also suggest a shallowing of the thermal boundary layer. As a result of these findings, it appears that temperature and thermal boundary layer thickness are sensitive to changes in these factors.

Measles, a highly contagious viral disease, spreads primarily through respiratory droplets and can result in severe complications, often proving fatal, especially in children. In this article, we propose an algorithm to solve a system of fractional nonlinear equations that model the measles disease. We employ a fractional approach by using the Caputo operator and validate the model's by applying the Schauder and Banach fixed-point theory. The fractional derivatives, which constitute an essential part of the model can be treated precisely by using the Broyden and Haar wavelet collocation methods (HWCM). Furthermore, we evaluate the system's stability by implementing the Ulam-Hyers approach. The model takes into account multiple factors that influence virus transmission, and the HWCM offers an effective and precise solution for understanding insights into transmission dynamics through the use of fractional derivatives. We present the graphical results, which offer a comprehensive and invaluable perspective on how various parameters and fractional orders influence the behaviours of these compartments within the model. The study emphasizes the importance of modern techniques in understanding measles outbreaks, suggesting the methodology's applicability to various mathematical models. Simulations conducted by using MATLAB R2022a software demonstrate practical implementation, with the potential for extension to higher degrees with minor modifications. The simulation's findings clearly show the efficiency of the proposed approach and its application to further extend the field of mathematical modelling for infectious illnesses.

Alzheimer's disease stands as one of the most widespread neurodegenerative conditions associated with aging, giving rise to dementia and posing significant public health challenges. Mathematical models are considered as valuable tools to gain insights into the mechanisms underlying the onset, progression, and potential therapeutic approaches for AD. In this paper, we introduce a mathematical model for AD that employs the fractal fractional operator in the Caputo sense to characterize the temporal dynamics of key cell populations. This model encompasses essential elements, including amyloid-β ($\mathbb{ A_\beta }$), neurons, astroglia and microglia. Using the fractal fractional operator, we have established the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the model under consideration, employing Leray-Schaefer's theorem and the Banach fixed-point methods. Utilizing functional techniques, we have analyzed the proposed model stability under the Ulam-Hyers condition. The suggested model has been numerically simulated by using a fractional Adams-Bashforth approach, which involves a two-step Lagrange polynomial. For numerical simulations, different ranges of fractional order values and fractal dimensions are considered. This new fractal fractional operator in the form of the Caputo derivative was determined to yield better results than an ordinary integer order. Various outcomes are shown graphically by for different fractal dimensions and arbitrary orders.

Water and fertilizer losses have often affected wheat yield per unit area in China and Pakistan. The 2-year field experiments were conducted at six research stations. The experimental sites in China were Tongzhou, Qiliying and Yuanyang. In Pakistan were Faialsaabad, TandoJam and Dokri. Fertilizer treatments were: N275, N207 and N135 kg ha−1 in Tongzhou and N125, N105 and N90 kg ha−1 in Faisalabad. While the irrigation treatments were: W210–230, W160–190 and W110–140 mm ha−1 in Qiyliying, W350, W305 and W250 mm ha−1 in Yuanyang, W435, W400 and W365 mm ha−1 in TandoJam and W380, W340 and W300 mm ha−1 in Dokri. The grain yields, water and N losses were simulated using the WHCNS model. The model showed a good ability to capture the effects of management practices and read the environmental diversity. The study revealed that major contributors to water and N losses were N leaching (r=0.98), evaporation and drainage (r=0.77–0.96) rates. In Tongzhou, the N207 treatment maintained yield, NUE and decreased N loss. In Faisalabad, the N125 increased yield but led to higher N loss and reduced NUE. Furthermore, the decline in surface soil water content was a common issue in Pakistani sites and wheat yields were 27.48–41.60 % lower than in China. In Qiliying, the W160–190 and W110–140 and in Yuanyang, the W300 and W250 treatments decreased the annual average water loss by 33.49–12.38 mm and 66.06–55.01 mm, respectively. In TandoJam, the W400 and W365 and in Dokri, the W380 and W340 treatments decreased water loss by 72.34–45.87 mm and 56.84–37.82 mm compared to the full irrigation amount. Overall, results showed that 17.39–23.81 % of water use could be decreased without yield penalty in Qiliying and 14.29 % in Yuanyang. In Pakistani sites of TandoJam and Dokri, a decreased irrigation amount of 10.5 % is recommended.

Climate change, one of the most pressing issues, poses the greatest threat to human existence on our planet ever understanding the underlying structure, function and forecasting the future behavior has become considerable apparatus in numerous applications like metrological phenomena and production pattern of any observations. This study was conducted to model and forecast micro climatic variables in Sylhet district. The weather data for humidity, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, light duration, wind speed and monthly rainfall for the period 2005 to 2017 in Moulvibazar and Sylhet was collected for this study. Using Box-Jekins methodology, seasonal ARIMA model has been applied and models have also been verified. The best models were selected mainly based on AIC criterion. The best fitted SARIMA models for in Moulvibazar for humidity, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, light duration, wind speed and rainfall are ARIMA(1,0,1)(2,1,0)[12], ARIMA(1,0,0)(2,0,0)[12], ARIMA(2,0,1)(2,1,0)[12], ARIMA(1,1,1)(1,0,0)[12], ARIMA(4,0,1)(2,1,0)[12] and ARIMA(2,0,3)(1,1,2)[12] and in Sylhet ARIMA(0,0,1)(1,1,0)[12], ARIMA(0,0,0)(2,0,0)[12], ARIMA(0,0,0)(2,0,0)[12], ARIMA(0,1,2(2,0,0)[12], ARIMA(3,0,1)(1,0,0)[12] and ARIMA(1,0,0)(2,1,1) [12], respectively. This model can help to predict the climatic condition earlier, which could enhance the estimation of tea production in the next preceding years.

This study introduces an innovative approach combining Taylor wavelet with quasilinearization, aiming to enhance the fractional-order tumor growth model. To explore the prediction of tumor growth, the fractional order Taylor wavelet (FOTW) technique is employed. Block pulse functions (BPFs) are used for constructing a fractional order operational matrix of integration. Next, the quasilinearization method is employed to transform the given equations into a linear algebraic system of equations. To show the performance of the FOTW based approach, the numerical results are obtained and discussed geometrically. The outcomes show that fractional models work more effectively, and can be further explored.

Background/Purpose: To develop a prediction model for emergency medical technicians (EMTs) to identify trauma patients at high risk of deterioration to emergency medical service (EMS)-witnessed traumatic cardiac arrest (TCA) on the scene or en route. Methods: We developed a prediction model using the classical cross-validation method from the Pan-Asia Trauma Outcomes Study (PATOS) database from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2020. Eligible patients aged ≥18 years were transported to the hospital by the EMS. The primary outcome (EMS-witnessed TCA) was defined based on changes in vital signs measured on the scene or en route. We included variables that were immediately measurable as potential predictors when EMTs arrived. An integer point value system was built using multivariable logistic regression. The area under the receiver operating characteristic (AUROC) curve and Hosmer-Lemeshow (HL) test were used to examine discrimination and calibration in the derivation and validation cohorts. Abstract Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a severe rare neuromuscular disorder caused by mutations in the X-linked dystrophin gene. Several mutations have been identified, yet the full mutational spectrum, and their phenotypic consequences, will require genotyping across different populations. To this end, we undertook the first detailed genotype and phenotype characterization of DMD in the Bangladeshi population. We investigated the rare mutational and phenotypic spectrum of the DMD gene in 36 DMD-suspected Bangladeshi participants using an economically affordable diagnostic strategy involving initial screening for exonic deletions in the DMD gene via multiplex PCR, followed by testing PCR-negative patients for mutations using whole exome sequencing. The deletion mapping identified two critical DMD gene hotspot regions (near proximal and distal ends, spanning exons 8–17 and exons 45–53, respectively) that comprised 95% (21/22) of the deletions for this population cohort. From our exome analysis, we detected two novel pathogenic hemizygous mutations in exons 21 and 42 of the DMD gene, and novel pathogenic recessive and loss of function variants in four additional genes: SGCD, DYSF, COL6A3, and DOK7. Our phenotypic analysis showed that DMD suspected participants presented diverse phenotypes according to the location of the mutation and which gene was impacted. Our study provides ethnicity specific new insights into both clinical and genetic aspects of DMD.

Background Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) encompasses a diverse range of tumors with varying degrees of differentiation. Within tumors, cancer stem cells (CSCs) are believed to play a crucial role in tumor initiation, progression, and resistance to treatment. This study aimed to explore the expression of two CSC markers i.e. CD24 and Oct4, in patients with HNSCC. Methods The study included 85 patients diagnosed with HNSCC. Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression of CD24 and Oct4 in tumor tissues obtained from patients with HNSCC. Staining intensity and the proportion of positive tumor cells were analyzed and compared across the various HNSCC grades and histological subtypes. Results The findings revealed that the mean immunoreactivity score (IRS) for CD24 was significantly higher in non-conventional HNSCC subtypes compared to conventional types ( p = 0.019). Additionally, a significant statistical association was observed between the IRS status of CD24 and histological subtypes ( p = 0.043). Other demographic, clinical, and histological parameters showed non-significant associations with staining intensity, proportion score (PC), IRS status, and mean IRS (all p values > 0.05). Conclusions These findings indicate that CD24 could potentially serve as a CSC marker for distinguishing between conventional and non-conventional histological types of HNSCC. This suggests that CD24 holds promise as a valuable tool in identifying specific HNSCC subtypes characterized by CSCs.

Abstract Background The 15q11–q13 region is a genetic locus with genes subject to genomic imprinting, significantly influencing neurodevelopment. Genomic imprinting is an epigenetic phenomenon that causes differential gene expression based on the parent of origin. In most diploid organisms, gene expression typically involves an equal contribution from both maternal and paternal alleles, shaping the phenotype. Nevertheless, in mammals, including humans, mice, and marsupials, the functional equivalence of parental alleles is not universally maintained. Notably, during male and female gametogenesis, parental alleles may undergo differential marking or imprinting, thereby modifying gene expression without altering the underlying DNA sequence. Neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Prader–Willi syndrome (PWS) (resulting from the absence of paternally expressed genes in this region), Angelman syndrome (AS) (associated with the absence of the maternally expressed UBE3A gene), and 15q11–q13 duplication syndrome (resulting from the two common forms of duplications—either an extra isodicentric 15 chromosome or an interstitial 15 duplication), are the outcomes of genetic variations in this imprinting region. Methods Conducted a genomic study to identify the frequency of pathogenic variants impacting the 15q11–q13 region in an ethnically homogenous population from Bangladesh. Screened all known disorders from the DECIPHER database and identified variant enrichment within this cohort. Using the Horizon analysis platform, performed enrichment analysis, requiring at least >60% overlap between a copy number variation and a disorder breakpoint. Deep clinical phenotyping was carried out through multiple examination sessions to evaluate a range of clinical symptoms. Results This study included eight individuals with clinically suspected PWS/AS, all previously confirmed through chromosomal microarray analysis, which revealed chromosomal breakpoints within the 15q11–q13 region. Among this cohort, six cases (75%) exhibited variable lengths of deletions, whereas two cases (25%) showed duplications. These included one type 2 duplication, one larger atypical duplication, one shorter type 2 deletion, one larger type 1 deletion, and four cases with atypical deletions. Furthermore, thorough clinical assessments led to the diagnosis of four PWS patients, two AS patients, and two individuals with 15q11–q13 duplication syndrome. Conclusion Our deep phenotypic observations identified a spectrum of clinical features that overlap and are unique to PWS, AS, and Dup15q syndromes. Our findings establish genotype–phenotype correlation for patients impacted by variable structural variations within the 15q11–q13 region.

Salt stress is one of the major impairments to agricultural soil that significantly reduces growth and productivity in rice (Oryza sativa L.) and other crop plants. The proteomic mechanisms underlying salt stress tolerance in rice have not been well established. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of molecular mechanisms associated with salt signaling, salt-toxicity detoxification, and other metabolic mechanisms is essential for elucidating salt tolerance mechanisms in rice as well as ensuring global food security. Recent proteome studies have provided a global proteomic signature of rice cultivars. Integrative studies of proteomic, physiological, and molecular responses under salt stress have provided detailed mechanisms associated with salt stress tolerance in rice. This review explores the proteomic mechanisms with finely-tuned salt-responsive networks in this cereal. Several proteomic processes, including salt sensing and signaling, scavenging of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and stress defense, salt compartmentalization and homeostasis, alterations of cell wall components, modulation of the cytoskeleton, regulation of salt-responsive genes, transcription factors, and protein synthesis, protein folding and processing, protein degradation, and strategies of carbohydrate and energy metabolism for organ development, elucidate extensive molecular mechanisms linked to salt stress responses and tolerance in rice. Further, it is updated the prospects of salt stress tolerance in rice using multi-omics and CRISPR/Cas approaches. These finely-tuned molecular insights will be beneficial to rice breeders and farmers for developing high-yielding, salt-tolerant rice cultivars to achieve global food security.

This article aims to introduce and analyze a diabetes mellitus model of fractional order, utilizing the ABC derivative. Diabetes mellitus is a prevalent and significant disease worldwide, ranking among the top causes of mortality. It is characterized by chronic metabolic dysfunction, leading to elevated blood glucose levels and subsequent damage to vital organs including the nerves, kidneys, eyes, blood vessels, and heart. The fractional ABC derivative is used in this study to describe and analyze diabetes mellitus mathematically while removing hereditary influences. The investigation begins by exploring the initial points of the diabetes mellitus model. Under the fractional ABC operator, Picard's theorem is used to prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions. For the numerical approximation of solutions in the fractional-order diabetes mellitus model, this study used a specialized technique that combines the principles of fractional calculus and a two-step Lagrange polynomial interpolation. Finally, the obtained results are visually presented through graphical representations, serving as empirical evidence to support our theoretical findings. The numerical experiments showed that the proportion of patients with diabetes mellitus increased as the fractional dimension (θ) reduced. The combination of mathematical modelling, analysis, and numerical simulations provides insights into the dynamics of diabetes mellitus, offering valuable contributions to the understanding and management of this prevalent disease. Additionally, the proposed scheme can be enhanced by incorporating the ABC operator, allowing for the simulation of real-world dynamics and behavior in the coexistence of diabetes mellitus and tuberculosis.

In this paper, we present a wavelet collocation method for efficiently solving singularly perturbed differential–difference equations (SPDDEs) and one-parameter singularly perturbed differential equations (SPDEs) taking into account the singular perturbations inherent in control systems. These equations represent a class of mathematical models that exhibit a combination of differential and difference equations, making their analysis and solution challenging. The terms that include negative and positive shifts were approximated using Taylor series expansion. The main aim of this technique is to convert the problems by using operational matrices of integration of Haar wavelets into a system of algebraic equations that can be solved using Newton’s method. The adaptability and multi-resolution properties of wavelet functions offer the ability to capture system behavior across various scales, effectively handling singular perturbations present in the equations. Numerical experiments were conducted to showcase the effectiveness and accuracy of the wavelet collocation method, demonstrating its potential as a reliable tool for analyzing and solving SPDDEs in control system.

This study introduces a new fractional order Fibonacci wavelet technique proposed for solving the fractional Bagley-Torvik equation (BTE), along with the block pulse functions. To convert the specified initial and boundary value problems into algebraic equations, the Riemann–Liouville (R-L) fractional integral operator is defined, and the operational matrices of fractional integrals (OMFI) are built. This numerical scheme’s performance is evaluated and examined on particular problems to show its proficiency and effectiveness, and other methods that are accessible in the current literature are compared. The numerical results demonstrate that the approach produces extremely precise results and is computationally more decisive than previous methods.

The aim of this paper is to analyze a fractional model of the Ebola virus. This study is important because it contributes to our understanding of the Ebola virus transmission dynamics using the notion of non-local differential operators. We aim to apply the recently implemented Atangana–Baleanu–Caputo (ABC) fractional derivative with the Mittag-Leffler kernel to study the Ebola virus model closely. The Picard–Lindelof approach is used to do a comprehensive study of the existence and uniqueness of the model’s solutions. The approximate solutions of the fractional order Ebola virus model were obtained using a numerical technique with the ABC operator, a combination of the fundamental theorem of fractional calculus and the two-step Lagrange polynomial interpolation. This innovative approach may offer new insights into the Ebola virus model that were not previously explored. Finally, the numerical simulations illustrate how the control parameters impact specific compartments within the model. The geometrical representation gives significant information about the model’s complexity and reliable information about the model. We simulate each model compartment at various fractional orders and compare them with integer-order simulations, highlighting the effectiveness of modern derivatives. The fractional analysis underscores the enhanced accuracy of non-integer order derivatives in capturing the Ebola virus model’s dynamics.

In this paper, we have discussed the Fibonacci wavelet (FW) framework for numerical simulations of the fractional relaxation–oscillation model (FROM). Firstly, the fractional order operational matrices of integration associated with the FW are constructed via the block pulse functions. The operational matrices merged with the collocation method are used to convert the given problem into a system of algebraic equations that is solved by the Newton method. We conduct error analysis, perform numerical simulations, and present the corresponding results to establish the credibility and practical applicability of the proposed technique. Numerical examples are provided to show the efficiency of our approach. To show the accuracy of the FW-based numerical technique, the approximate solutions of FROM are compared with the exact solution and other existing methods. This research opens up new possibilities for using FW as a powerful tool for addressing complex mathematical problems in real-world systems.

This study introduces a novel numerical approach based on shifted fractional-order Gegenbauer wavelets. The technique aims to provide approximate solutions for a certain class of extremely significant fractional models of electrical Image 1, Image 2, Image 3, and Image 4 circuits. We use a collocated approach to generate numerical solutions for these circuits model by making use of the beneficial characteristics of shifted fractional-order Gegenbauer polynomials (SFGBP). We include a parameter that characterizes the presence of fractional structures inside the models in order to retain the dimensional properties of the physical parameters in the electrical circuits. Several particular instances of the various source terms have also been examined. The main findings include the close resemblance of current fractional-order models to classical cases, variations in current with resistance values, and error reduction through additional series terms. Numerical simulations are shown through geometrical interpretation to illustrate the exactness and reliability of our technique.

Long-term application of nitrogen (N) fertilizer adversely degrades soil and decreases crop yield. Biochar amendment with N fertilizer not only can increase yield but also can improve the soil. A 3-year field experiment was conducted to determine the effect of biochar doses with N fertilizer on maize yield and soil N and water dynamics under border irrigation (BI) and drip irrigation (DI) methods. Treatments were 260 kg N ha−1 without biochar addition and combined with low, medium, and high doses of biochar, namely, 15.5 t ha−1, 30.7 t ha−1, and 45.3 t ha−1 (NB0, NB1, NB2, and NB3), respectively. The biochar doses and irrigation methods significantly (p < 0.05) increased maize growth and yield characteristics, irrigation water use efficiency (IWUE), and fertilizer N use efficiency (FNUE) and enhanced the soil properties. In the BI and DI method, the NB1, NB2, and NB3 treatments increased yield by 4.96%–6.10%, 8.36%–9.85%, and 9.65%–11.41%, respectively, compared to NB0. In terms of IWUE and FNUE, the non-biochar treatment had lower IWUE and FNUE compared to biochar combined with N fertilizer treatments under both BI and DI methods. In the BI method, the IWUE in NB2 and NB3 ranged from 3.36 to 3.43 kg kg−1, and in DI, it was maximum, ranging from 5.70 to 5.94 kg kg−1. Similarly, these medium and high doses of biochar increased the FNUE of maize. The FNUEs in NB2 and NB3 under BI ranged from 38.72 to 38.95 kg kg−1 and from 38.89 to 39.58 kg kg−1, while FNUEs of these same treatments under DI ranged from 48.26 to 49.58 kg kg−1 and from 48.92 to 50.28 kg kg−1. The effect of biochar was more obvious in DI as compared to the BI method because soil water content (SWC) and soil N concentrations (SNCs) were higher at rhizosphere soil layers under DI. Biochar improved SWC and SNC at 0–20 cm and 20–40 cm soil layers and decreased below 60-cm soil layers. In contrast, despite biochar-controlled SWC and SNCs, still, values of these parameters were higher in deeper soil layers. In the BI method, the SNCs were higher at 60–80 cm and 80–100 cm compared to the top and middle soil layers. Depth-wise results of SNC demonstrated that the biochar’s ability to store SNC was further enhanced in the DI method. Moreover, biochar increased soil organic matter (OM) and soil aggregate stability and maintained pH. The NB0 treatment increased soil OM by 11.11%–14.60%, NB2 by 14.29%–19.42%, and NB3 by 21.98%–23.78% in both irrigation methods. This increased OM resulted in improved average soil aggregates stability by 2.45%–11.71% and 4.52%–14.66% in the BI and DI method, respectively. The results of our study revealed that combined application of N fertilizer with a medium dose of biochar under the DI method would be the best management practice, which will significantly increase crop yield, improve SWC, enrich SNC and OM, improve soil structure, and maintain pH.

In this article, we provide effective computational algorithms based on Fibonacci wavelet (FW) to approximate the solution of fractional order electrical circuits (ECs). The proposed computational algorithm is novel and has not been previously utilized for solving ECs problems. Firstly, we have constructed the operational matrices of fractional integration (OMFI). Secondly, we transform the given initial value problems into algebraic equations, we used the Riemann–Liouville (R–L) fractional integral operator. The proposed approach is capable of handling a wide range of fractional order dynamics in ECs. To validate the effectiveness of the method, four models of electrical circuits with fractional order parameter are considered. The numerical results are compared with exact solutions and absolute errors are calculated to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the approach. The proposed method provides a valuable tool for analyzing and designing fractional order systems in electrical engineering, offering improved accuracy and capturing the intricate behavior of complex systems.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the possible content of IG (Information Governance) framework for implementation in Nigerian universities so that emphases should be on the areas discovered by the study when planning for the framework for better information management in the universities. A qualitative research using case study approach on two Nigerian public universities using semi-structured interview technique was used to elicit data from stakeholders in records and information management systems (RIMS) regarding the research topic in the case study universities. Qualitative research analysis software ATLAS-ti 7.0 was used to aid the data analysis. Finding of the study suggests that IG implementation could alleviate enormous challenges of records and information management in the universities. Similarly, all issues regarding RIMS, personnel, technology, increase in the university population should be spelt out explicitly in the IG framework. The study offered recommendation for records management professionals and IG researchers to consider this research and articulate the views and experiences of stakeholders in RIMS regarding the four IG components explored.
