Objective: The aim of the work was to develop effective methods for the synthesis of promising condensed heterocyclic systems based on pyrazole and 1,2,4-triazole. In the process of realizing the set goal, a number of new pyrazolo[1,5-d][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-f][1,2,4]triazines were synthesized. Material and Method: Chemical structures of synthesized compounds were characterized with elemental analysis, 1H-NMR, LC-MS techniques. The biological potential of the synthesized substances was estimated by the molecular docking method. Result and Discussion: An optimal method for the synthesis of pyrazolo[1,5-d][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-f][1,2,4]triazines has been developed. In molecular modeling studies, the compounds were found to be similar to known drugs in some respects. The interaction of each molecule with the crystal structures of cyclooxygenase-2, lanosterol-14α-demethylase, kinases of anaplastic lymphoma in the active site were considered as in silico.

This article covers the problem of motivation of employees of internal Affairs bodies in General and cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, in particular. The author analyzes the history of views on the problem of motivation and determines the actual vectors of its study in modern conditions within the framework of professional activity. The authors define the role of motivation in the structure of operational and service activities of police officers. The importance of studying and developing motivation in cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia is shown. Based on the analysis, a content-functional model of studying and developing the motivation of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia is presented. Presents and describes a pilot study aimed at examining the motivation of cadets and listeners of educational institutions of the MIA of Russia for students 1 and 5 courses of faculty of training of police on protection of a public order of Moscow University of the MIA of Russia named after V. J. Kikot. Based on the analysis of experimental data, significant differences between the samples were identified.

Most sows convalescent from porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) are immune to the re-infection. The PRRS virus's antibodies detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) can persist for a year. The PRRS virus (PRRSV) causes damage to the pigs' reproductive system, manifested by abortions, delivery of non-viable piglets and saws' infertility. We carried out morphometric studies of recovered pregnant pigs' reproductive organs to determine changes in the fetus and placenta system in pregnant PRRS-convalescent sows. Morphological studies of the fetal portion of the placenta indicate that the weight of the placenta in PRRS-convalescent sows was significantly lower as compared to the weight of the placenta in clinically healthy pregnant sows, 0.71 ± 0.05 kg versus 0.92 ± 0.09 kg at the end of the second trimester, and 1.61 ± 0.42 versus 1.75 ± 0.16 kg on day 105-110 of gestation. By day 70-75 of gestation, we observed a significant 31.8%-decrease in the fetus's body weight in seropositive pigs compared to the clinically healthy ones and 19.2%-decrease on days 105-110. Piglets born from the experimental sows demonstrated physiological abnormalities that allowed for hypotrophy diagnosis. ELISA-tests of sera for anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) proved the possibility of early assessment of gilts' fertility. This method will enable the premature culling of low-yielding replacement gilts from the breeding stock. Further development of the methods for gilts' fertility determination and ELISA-testing for AMH during the mandatory gynecological screening of the gilts at the pig breeding establishments are economically practical and effective.

The article considers the results of leached chernozems and yellow soil research in Central Russia and in the South of Central China. The research has demonstrated that organic matter has an increased sorption capacity for heavy metals (HM), including lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd), which are hazardous environmental pollutants. Studies conducted on chernozems demonstrate features of HM migration along a soil profile. Thus, the total content of elements accumulates in the upper humus horizon, further down the profile it gradually decreases, following a decrease in an amount of organic matter. In a soil-forming rock an accumulation of metals is again noted due to the alkaline reaction of soil solution and silt fraction, which is enriched in soil-forming rocks. A significant increase in elements content in soils of arable land (farmland soils) was revealed in comparison with a fallow territory and a forest belt. This phenomenon explains by an additional supply of HMs as an admixture of mineral fertilizers applied on plowed chernozems. In addition, HMs are also appear as a result of agricultural machinery operations during flammable fuel combustion. The ability of organic matter to increased sorption of HMs can be used to restore heavily polluted areas. Farmland soils of Sichuan province were studied as a model experiment. Modern technologies of authentication and authorization of access play a significant role in ensuring the protection of information in various practical applications. We consider the most convenient and used in modern mobile gadgets face authentication, ie when the primary information to provide access are certain features of biometric images of the user’s face. Most of the systems use intelligent processing of biometric images, in particular, artificial intelligence technology and deep learning. But at the same time, as always in cybersecurity, technologies for violating biometric authentication are being studied and researched. In particular, to date, the most common attack is substitution (spoofing), ie when attackers use pre-recorded biometric images to gain unauthorized access to critical information. For example, this could be a photo and/or video image of a person used to unlock their smartphone. Protection against such attacks is very difficult, because it involves the development and study of technologies for detecting signs of life. The most promising in this direction are artificial intelligence techniques, in particular, convolutional neural networks (CNN). This is the practical application of intelligent processing of biometric images and is studied in this article. We review various CNN settings and configurations and experimentally investigate their effect on the effectiveness of signs of life detection. For this purpose, success and failure indicators of the first and second kind are used, which are estimated by the values of cross entropy. These are reliable and reproducible indicators that characterize the effectiveness of protection against spoofing attacks on biometric authentication on the face. The world-famous TensorFlow and OpenCV libraries are used for field experiments, photos and videos of various users are used as source data, including Replay-Attack Database from Idiap Research Institute.

The problem of constructing additional storeys on existing buildings is really up-to-date nowadays. Implementation of the above-mentioned process should be undertaken after the inspection of constructions. Foundation is the construction which takes additional loads. The inspection of constructions, which are located underground, i.e. piles, is a very complicated technical problem. This article considers the full inspection of the pile foundation, analysis of mistakes in the geological survey and ways of their elimination. The results of determining a bearing capacity of piles were described using three different methods: calculation, static penetration test, in-situ load tests were compared. The paper shows the essential difference between the results obtained by using different methods. The analysis of the survey’s results contributes to drawing up recommendations on the methodology of the pile foundation complex inspection.
