Hormones like occitocine, PIF, adrenaline , vasopresine, or endorphines suffer sensible variations during the different phases of delivery. lt is important to know their interrelationships and how with simple methods we can modulate them to ease the delivery. Privacity, absence of stress, water, security, can modulate the pregnant's hormone response.

Planing rightly the palliative cares in a terminal ill is very difficult, because the ill has normally difficulties to express his needs, or because his psichological state is very unpleasant. lt is required that the health professional enters in the personal sphere, and exercize his attitude to show his availability to the ill.
