Following trends in entertainment streaming services, online educational platforms are increasingly offering users flexible "on-demand" content options. It is important to understand how the timing of content release affects learning behaviors and firm revenue drivers. The current research studies over 67,000 users taking a marketing course before versus after a natural experiment in which the platform switched the course from a scheduled weekly-release format to an on-demand format with all content immediately available. The switch to on-demand positively impacted short-term firm revenue by increasing the number and proportion of certificate-paying users, suggesting that on-demand content can attract a broader set of consumers who value flexibility. On the downside, the switch resulted in users exhibiting lower lecture completion rates and quiz performance and taking fewer additional business courses on the platform, representing a long-term cost. The results were robust to propensity score matching and stratification. The analyses also revealed that on-demand content enabled learning patterns that deviated from a standard evenly paced schedule, including "strategic" binge learning and stretching out engagement past the recommended course period. Thus, while on-demand formats can boost revenues by bringing in more paying users, managers must consider new strategies for maintaining performance and engagement levels within these environments. Global Anglophone culture of the twenty-first century has seen a popular resurgence of serialized fiction not witnessed since the English-language apogee of the Victorian serialized novel, as embodied in the monthly packets of chapters published by Charles Dickens, William Makepeace Thackeray, George Eliot, Anthony Trollope, and others. This time around, it is weekly televisual and streaming installments that debut the eagerly awaited episodes and seasons of our culture's most influential long-format narratives. Despite any residual disrespect for television/streaming as a cultural medium, this transposition of serial narratives from print to screen does not always entail a reduction or simplification of fictive narratives' literary capacity for implicit socioeconomic critique, or for subtle and illuminative registers of the era's political unconscious. There is no Anglophone televisual series of the 2020s that better illustrates the potential of long-format streaming narrative to parallel the critical power of the best Victorian serial novels than showrunner Jesse Armstrong's Succession (HBO, 2018 – 23). The aim of this essay is to ground an interpretation of Succession in the thematic and formal homologies that it shares with the best nineteenth-century serial novels in general, and Trollope's The Way We Live Now (1873 – 74) in particular. Recent video text spotting methods usually require the three-staged pipeline, i.e., detecting text in individual images, recognizing localized text, tracking text streams with post-processing to generate final results. The previous methods typically follow the tracking-by-match paradigm and develop sophisticated pipelines, which is an not effective solution. In this paper, rooted in Transformer sequence modeling, we propose a simple, yet effective end-to-end trainable video text DEtection, Tracking, and Recognition framework (TransDeTR), which views the VTS task as a direct long-range temporal modeling problem. TransDeTR mainly includes two advantages: (1) Different from the explicit match paradigm in the adjacent frame, the proposed TransDeTR tracks and recognizes each text implicitly by the different query termed 'text query' over long-range temporal sequence (more than 7 frames). (2) TransDeTR is the first end-to-end trainable video text spotting framework, which simultaneously addresses the three sub-tasks (e.g., text detection, tracking, recognition). Extensive experiments on four video text datasets (e.g., ICDAR2013 Video, ICDAR2015 Video) are conducted to demonstrate that TransDeTR achieves state-of-the-art performance with up to 11.0 % improvements on detection, tracking, and spotting tasks. This article explores the representation of transgender individuals in Indian cinema after 2018, with a focus on the impact of streaming platforms. It discusses the traditional stereotypes associated with transgender characters in Bollywood films and how these have started to shift since the decriminalization of homosexuality. Background: Children in care and care leavers have worse health outcomes than their peers without care experience. This study addresses an evidence gap in exploring care-experienced young people's views and experiences of accessing general practice and dental services and attending health reviews in England. Methods: We conducted a qualitative study using podcasting as a creative medium. We recruited young people from two sites: one in South England (A) and one in greater London (B). We held two paired discussions in site A and two focus groups in site B, with 14 participants in total. Participants were aged between 13 and 22 years and were diverse in gender, ethnicity, and care experiences. Data were analysed thematically using candidacy theory as a theoretical framework. Results: Mental health was a prevailing concern for participants, but general practice was not considered a place to discuss it. Most participants reported distant relationships with primary healthcare professionals and considered opening-up to a professional to be risky, for example, it could result in an unknown/unwanted outcome. A lack of time and personal connection in appointments, and experiences of feeling judged, dismissed, or misunderstood, hindered young people's ability to disclose mental health or relationship concerns. Participants reported variation in the timeliness and location of services, with salient examples of extensive waiting periods for braces. Participants perceived annual health reviews to be largely inconsequential. Conclusions: Any primary care presentation by a care-experienced young person should trigger additional professional curiosity. To build rapport and trust, professionals should not underestimate the power of active listening, being reliable and honest, and small acts of thoughtfulness, for example, ensuring medical letters are provided promptly. Carers and other trusted professionals should help care-experienced young people to understand the role of primary care and support them with access. Health reviews may not be of value to all young people in care. Through a lens for engaged scholarship (Boyer in Journal of Public Service and Outreach, 1(1), 11–20, 1996) this multiple case study (Merriam, 1996) explores the potential of scholarly podcasts for public knowledge dissemination, highlighting the misalignment of university impact metrics with this medium. Our team collected qualitative and numerical data from six podcasters across our university system. We identify metrics for assessing scholarly podcast value, offer recommendations for institutional communication, and share our insights and challenges. Data analysis suggests that a Listen Score (Listen Notes, ND) and an increasing Podcast Success Index (Singh et al. JMIR Medical Education, 2(2), 1–10, 2016) may be consistent with a wider reach. Using pre- and post-semester surveys in a large lecture classroom focusing on social justice, human rights, and the media, this study measures the change in students' beliefs regarding the importance of social justice issues, how media represents social justice issues, and whether students believe that their participation matters. The course was designed to move students beyond understanding to action, thus encouraging them to become involved in societal change. Discussion, understanding, and action cultivated a critical pedagogy/communication activism pedagogy environment. A significant difference was noted in whether the students considered social justice issues "a big problem." There was also a significant difference from the beginning to the end of the semester in whether the students believed their participation mattered in social justice movements. Findings show that critical and communication activism pedagogy is possible in a large lecture classroom and that students' beliefs, knowledge, and allyship can be converted into actionable efforts. Background: Mental distress is on the rise for young people, and there are high levels of unmet need for support. Increasingly, young people are engaging with online mechanisms of support to avoid cost and wait times; however, online support does have its limitations. We surveyed young people, 15–30 years of age, in Aotearoa New Zealand to explore their views of digital support for mental health. The aim of this study was to find out from young people what they thought about various types of online support and perceived benefits and drawbacks. Methods: A cross‐sectional online survey promoted through social media advertising was used. Participants included anyone aged 15–30 years living in Aotearoa New Zealand. The survey ran for 10 weeks between February and May 2022. It included demographic questions and asked about (i) use of digital support for mental health; (ii) what digital support is best used for; (iii) best ways of publicising mental health supports to young people; and (iv) where they would choose to get information about mental health support. Questions were a mix of forced choice and free text. Participants could opt to take part in a follow‐up interview. Results: Surveys were completed by 1471 participants; two respondents participated in an interview. A total of 641 participants had used digital support before (44%). The most used forms of digital support were websites (n = 324) and watching videos (n = 260), although these were not necessarily rated as the most helpful. Alternatives that people most wanted to try were podcasts and phone or video consultations with a counsellor or therapist. Drawbacks of digital support included privacy concerns, technical issues, lack of quality and motivation requirements. Benefits included ease of access, anonymity and a non‐threatening starting point. Conclusions: Digital support has a place in mental health care, but strong sentiment was expressed in favour of real‐life support. It may also be worth investing in more innovative types of digital support such as online performing arts and podcasts. This literature review critically examines the need to incorporate critiques of urban, middle‐class, Hindu, upper‐caste mediated regulation of transgender mobility within media analyses of transgender representation in contemporary films and other streaming (OTT) media in India. The essay explores how the real and imagined/narrative mobility of marginalized groups, such as Dalit women, Muslim women, sex workers, and transgender communities, has been historically disciplined by the cultural and political practices of the upper‐caste Hindu middle class family. Material‐discursive practices of this class upper‐caste, middle‐class Hindu family shape and get shaped by gendered and caste‐coded interests of neoliberal productivity and heteropatriarchal respectability, determining the ideal geographies of the city and the relational cartographies of the nation. Films and media also get influenced by and shape these discursive practices by prioritizing a middle‐class sense of place in their worldmaking efforts. The narrative schema of such cultural production designs the movement of characters in such a way that they move in directions considered recognizable, legible and acceptable for the Indian middle class family. The primary aim of this review is to delineate the literature on spatial imaginaries of the middle class family and how the cultural practices of this class imagine and render legible the marginalized, allowing for a critical analysis of the co‐production of middle‐class spatial control and transgender visibility in cultural texts like that of contemporary streaming media. Furthermore, this study explores the emplacement of the marginalized as evident in critiques of representations of Dalit, Muslim, and sex worker communities in Indian cinema, emphasizing the necessity of applying similar analyses to trans representation. This spatially sensitive critique is crucial for understanding transgender struggles in India, highlighting the importance of examining middle‐class spatial imaginaries that shape trans representation and the politics of regulated transgender (im)mobilities. With the advancement of multimedia and human-computer interaction, it has become increasingly crucial to perceive people's emotional states in dynamic data (e.g., video, audio, text stream) in order to effectively serve them. Emotion recognition has emerged as a prominent research area over the past decades. Traditional methods for emotion recognition heavily rely on manually crafted features and primarily focus on uni-modality. However, these approaches encounter challenges in extracting sufficient discriminative information for complex emotion recognition tasks. To tackle this issue, deep neural model-based methods have gained significant popularity in emotion recognition tasks. These methods leverage deep neural models to automatically learn more discriminative emotional features, thereby addressing the problem of poor discriminability associated with manually designed features. Moreover, deep neural models are also employed to integrate information across multiple modalities, thereby enhancing the extraction of discriminative information. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review of the relevant studies on deep neural model-based emotion recognition in dynamic data using facial, speech, and textual cues published within the past five years. Specifically, we first explain discretized and continuous representations of emotions by introducing widely accepted emotion models. Subsequently, we elucidate how advanced methods integrate different neural models by scoping these methods using variant popular deep neural models (e.g. Transformer), along with corresponding preprocessing mechanisms. In addition, we present the development trend by surveying diverse datasets, metrics, and competitive performances. Finally, we have a discussion and explore significant research challenges and opportunities. Our survey bridges the gaps in the literature since existing surveys are narrow in focus, either exclusively covering single-modal methods, solely concentrating on multi-modal methods, overlooking certain aspects of face, speech, and text, or emphasizing outdated methodologies. The COVID-19 pandemic affected educational institutions and clinical organizations, with universities and clinical sites experiencing a complete lock down with unexpected changes to meeting students' and clients' needs within this new landscape. Consequently, music therapy educators had to pivot from their current teaching and practicum format to comply with university and governmental restrictions. This manuscript explores how COVID-19 impacted music therapy teaching practices and learning delivery, identifying resources and tools implemented by music therapy educators, explicating changes in assessment of student learning, compliance with required guidelines and approvals, and innovations used or discovered during this time. International music therapy educators completed an online survey about their music therapy education and teaching practices, including questions about their teaching practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sixty-one music therapy educators from 19 countries completed a 55-question survey, including 6 questions specifically about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their teaching practices. Majority of respondents reported that COVID-19 had a significant impact on their teaching practices, sharing the various changes implemented and tools and resources integrated into their online teaching platforms. Two exemplars further illustrate detailed processes necessitated by educators from two different universities. Clearly, the pandemic impacted music therapy education and training, including integration and adaptation of new and existing tools into their teaching and assessment practices, plus changes to safety procedures in implementing guidelines. Emotion recognition systems are typically trained to classify a given psychophysiological state into emotion categories. Current platforms for emotion ground-truth collection show limitations for real-world scenarios of long-duration content (e.g. $> $ > 10 minutes), namely: 1) Real-time annotation tools are distracting and become exhausting; 2) Perform retrospective annotation of the whole content in bulk (providing highly coarse annotations); or 3) Are used by external experts (depending on the number of annotators and their subjective experience). We explore a novel approach, the EmotiphAI Annotator, that allows undisturbed content visualisation and simplifies the annotation process by using segmentation algorithms that select brief clips for emotional annotation retrospectively. We compare three methods for content segmentation based on physiological data (Electrodermal Activity (EDA), emotion-based), scene (time-based), and random (control) selection. The EmotiphAI Annotator attained a B+ System Usability Scale score and low-average mental workload as per the NASA Task Load Index (40%). The reliability of the self-report was analysed by the inter-rater agreement (STD $< $ < 0.75), coherence across time segmentation methods (STD $< $ < 0.17), comparison against the state-of-the-art ground truth (STD $< $ < 0.7), and correlation to EDA ($> $ > 0.3 to 0.8), where the EDA-based method obtained the overall best performance. This study centers on the problem of transposition of historical reality into the artistic form. Using the example of HBO Europe's Czech six-part drama Bez vědomí (The Sleepers, 2019), I would like to discuss how the transnational co-production, the effort to attract international audiences, and the selected genre influenced the portrayal of the past. In the context of Czech audiovisual production, the series represents a rather exceptional example. First, it reflects on the period around the Velvet Revolution, which has not been the focus of many Czech films or TV series. It is set in late 1980s Prague, and captures the time of political and societal changes that resulted in the collapse of the communist regime. Secondly, the series uses the spy genre, which is also unique in local production. Drawing from film and TV studies and from memory studies, I will explore the concept of transnational memory in relation to HBO's original production. In particular, however, I would like to focus on the formative role of the genre and argue that the choice of the genre in itself contributes to challenging the prevailing narratives and already established interpretations of the past. The rise of online social networks has fundamentally transformed the traditional way of social interaction and information dissemination, leading to a growing interest in precise community detection and in-depth network structure analysis. However, the complexity of network structures and potential issues like singularity and subjectivity in information extraction affect the accuracy of community detection. To overcome these challenges, we propose a new community detection algorithm, known as the Hierarchical Louvain (H-Louvain) algorithm. It enhances the performance of community detection through a multi-level processing and information fusion strategy. Specifically, the algorithm integrates graph compression techniques with the Hyperlink-Induced Topic Search (HITS) algorithm for initial network hierarchical partitioning, simultaneously filtering out low-quality posts and users while retaining critical information. Furthermore, the proposed method enhances semantic representation by automatically determining an appropriate number of attribute vector dimensions and obtaining attribute weight information through the calculation of self-authority values and the "minimum distance" attribute of posts. Lastly, the method creates an initial user training set through network re-partitioning in hierarchical layers and improves the Louvain algorithm for community partitioning by estimating the comprehensive influence of nodes. Extensive experimentation has demonstrated that the H-Louvain algorithm outperforms state-of-the-art comparative algorithms in terms of accuracy and stability in community detection based on real-world Twitter datasets. OTT (over-the-top) platforms that stream media directly to viewers via the Internet, bypassing cable, broadcast, and satellite television platforms, are one of the fastestgrowing platforms in India. This study investigates the variables influencing continuance intention to subscribe to video-on-demand streaming media services. Utilizing the expectation confirmation model (ECM) and adding habit and content availability, the moderating effects of those variables are examined. SmartPLS was used for Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the results of the measurement and structural models. The findings show that perceived usefulness and expectation had a significant impact on satisfaction and that the effect of satisfaction was significant on continuance intention to subscribe. Research establishes that habit and content availability moderate the association between satisfaction and continuance intention. This study provides a quantitative characterisation of the discursive evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on streaming platforms (YouTube), integrating text mining and complex social network analysis. A comprehensive corpus was obtained from leading platforms, and natural language processing algorithms were implemented to analyse the textual content and identify patterns, emerging themes, and changes in AI discourses. Concurrently, a social network analysis was conducted to examine the interaction structures and the influence of different actors in the dissemination of information. The findings reveal significant trends in the representation and perception of AI, indicating the evolution of specific topics, differences in perception between different groups, and the influence of factors such as technological advances and global events. This analysis offers a more profound comprehension of the communication and perception of AI in the digital domain, providing valuable insights for academics, communicators and policymakers engaged in the field of AI. Background: Most existing chemical experiment teaching systems lack solid immersive experiences, making it difficult to engage students. To address these challenges, we propose a chemical simulation teaching system based on virtual reality and gesture interaction. Methods: The parameters of the models were obtained through actual investigation, whereby Blender and 3DS MAX were used to model and import these parameters into a physics engine. By establishing an interface for the physics engine, gesture interaction hardware, and virtual reality (VR) helmet, a highly realistic chemical experiment environment was created. Using code script logic, particle systems, as well as other systems, chemical phenomena were simulated. Furthermore, we created an online teaching platform using streaming media and databases to address the problems of distance teaching. Results: The proposed system was evaluated against two mainstream products in the market. In the experiments, the proposed system outperformed the other products in terms of fidelity and practicality. Conclusions: The proposed system which offers realistic simulations and practicability, can help improve the high school chemistry experimental education.

Digitally created online celebrities (so-called virtual influencers) have appeared on various social media and video streaming platforms. While the scientific community has recently started to take an interest in this new phenomenon, it still remains mostly unclear how online audiences engage with—and relate to—these artificial digital creations. To address the identified research gap, we conducted a preregistered experiment (N = 179), comparing viewers' parasocial interactions (PSIs) with either a human or a virtual influencer. Based on natural stimuli, we find that viewers' parasocial response does not differ significantly between the two groups. However, by focusing on several theoretically relevant mediator variables, we uncover two opposing effects at play: While a significant direct effect signifies stronger PSIs with the virtual influencer, participants also attribute this persona with less mental human-likeness and similarity to themselves—which ultimately suppresses the observed advantage. This article proposes a modified reading of Thomas Elsaesser's theories of cinephilia, taking into account the new viewing practices established by the rise of online media streaming. Elsaesser characterised early film culture (labelled as 'take one') as rooted in celluloid and marked by a longing to view films that were not always easily available. By contrast, his characterisation of the later 'take two' era is one in which each new distribution technology (television, VHS, and so on) promises greater abundance and convenience, to the point where this new generation of cinephiles – in response to the widespread success of DVD – were perceived as having to deal with the 'anachronisms generated by total availability'. Amanda D. Lotz argues that streaming services appear to provide an extension of the 'take two' ideal, offering assurances of ' availability (on-demand libraries with many choices) and reliability (you don't have to watch it now or it's gone)'. I suggest, however, that the underlying impermanence of streaming has prompted fears related to both access and ownership, marking a break from the expectations surrounding the DVD (as well as its successors Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD). The impact of content migration – fracturing access between a greater number of paid platforms – and particularly content delisting – the outright removal of access to a given text – can place certain works in a form of limbo. This article proposes the dawn of a new generation of cinephilia – a potential take three – marked by a newfound concern of ephemerality, albeit much more potential and localised than the widespread unavailability of the take one era. In essence, then, take three wrestles with the anachronisms of loss in a media landscape that, in many other ways, offers unprecedented levels of access to film and television content. The evolution of data in text streams may cause feature and concept drifts. The former, while being less discussed in the literature, poses challenges for learning algorithms by changing the feature space of text representation. A common approach for handling concept drift is to maintain summarized groups of documents, known as micro-clusters. Despite the benefits, this scheme restricts document representation and poses challenges in the face of feature drift. In this paper, we propose an incremental text clustering algorithm that deals with both kinds of drifts. The algorithm uses incremental word embedding, which is rarely studied in the context of evolving data streams. We also propose a novel approach to leverage hierarchical summarized concepts instead of micro-clusters. The concepts reflect the semantic structure of the text stream and are continuously updated in the face of concept drift and evolution. The proposed method enables a customized low-dimensional and interpretable document representation, which improves the clustering quality. By employing concept modeling, in contrast with many available approaches, the proposed algorithm detaches the process of handling data evolution from document clustering. This modularization enables arbitrary variation in the granularity of document representation and allows for customized clustering when accessing the historical documents is impractical. The experimental results on several real datasets, and comparison with other incremental and non-incremental methods, show that the proposed algorithm can deal with dynamics in the feature space, and concept drift and evolution, while preserving its accuracy. The Nigerian media have, over the years, moved back and forth via all manners of experience of leadership, from military to democratic, until they finally settled into the present democratic governance. Experience from previous regimes exposed them to the vagaries of power and how to cope with them. These traditional news media, newspapers/magazines, radio, and television, were then the major and authentic news sources for Nigerians. The coming of the internet with its social media handles threw the journalists of these media into confusion as the citizens have taken the reigns of news/information peddling from under them, turning them into agents of confirmation and authenticity of information. Ironically, these traditional media, television, radio, and print, have adjusted to online media streaming, thus liberating themselves from the vagaries of temporal and spatial limitedness. Deploying a survey method (opinion poll, OPL) and relying on a purposive sampling technique, the authors purposively selected WhatsApp group platforms (WGP) as the most suitable of the new/social media with access to all manners of news sources. These were used to interrogate how online media/information/news streaming has taken the audience away from traditional media by being on the 'spot' at all hours with their avalanche of "Breaking News". The findings revealed that audiences currently resort to traditional media to confirm the authenticity of news and information carried online in a sort-of-when-in-doubt-watch-the television manner or listen to radio or read the newspapers/magazines. Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) are rare cancers observed predominantly in children and young adults. ALCL accounts for 10–15% of all pediatric non-Hodgkin lymphomas and is commonly diagnosed at an advanced stage of disease. In children, 84–91% of cases of ALCL harbor an anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene translocation. IMT is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm that also tends to occur in children and adolescents. Approximately 50–70% of IMT cases involve rearrangements in the ALK gene. A combination of chemotherapeutic drugs is typically used for children with ALK-positive ALCL, and the only known curative therapy for ALK-positive IMT is complete surgical resection. Crizotinib, a first-generation ALK inhibitor, was approved in the USA in 2021 for pediatric patients and young adults with relapsed or refractory ALK-positive ALCL; however, its safety and efficacy have not been established in older adults. In 2022, crizotinib was approved for adult and pediatric patients with unresectable, recurrent, or refractory ALK-positive IMT. This podcast provides an overview of ALK-positive ALCL and IMT. Chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapies targeting the CD19 antigen have been associated with high and durable response rates in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). CAR-T cell therapies are commonly administered in the inpatient setting due to the average onset of cytokine release syndrome within the first 3 days post infusion, but there has been growing interest in delivering CAR-T cell therapies in the outpatient setting to overcome frequent hospital bed shortages and the high cost of inpatient care. Although this approach could improve access whilst catering to patient preference, it requires a multidisciplinary approach as well as careful patient selection. Herein, Dr. Foley and Dr. Kuruvilla discuss the case of a patient presenting with the ideal profile for CAR-T cell therapy referral whilst also determining the key attributes for eligibility from a clinician's perspective. Solutions for successful outpatient management include proper education, caregiver support, and early referral to ensure a timely infusion. The identification of actionable biomarkers and development of targeted therapies have revolutionized the field of lung cancer treatment. In patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), biomarker testing can inform selection of effective targeted therapies as well as avoid therapies that are less likely to be effective in certain populations. A growing number of actionable targets, including those involving EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF, MET, KRAS, NTRK, RET, HER2, and PD-L1, can be identified with biomarker testing. More than half of patients with advanced NSCLC have tumors that harbor genetic alterations that can be targeted. When these patients are treated with targeted therapy, survival and quality of life may be significantly improved. In addition, broad-based molecular testing may detect alterations identifying patients who are potentially eligible for current or future clinical trials. Comprehensive biomarker testing rates in communities are often low, and turnaround times for results can be unacceptably long. There is an unmet need for widespread, efficient, and routine testing of all biomarkers recommended by clinical guidelines. New testing techniques and technologies can make this an attainable goal. Panel-based sequencing platforms are becoming more accessible, and molecular biomarker analysis of circulating tumor DNA is becoming more common. In this podcast, we discuss the importance of biomarker testing in advanced NSCLC and explore topics such as testing methodologies, effect of biomarker testing on patient outcomes, emerging technologies, and strategies for improving testing rates in the United States. Follicular lymphoma (FL) is often considered a chronic disease with frequent relapses, shortening both response duration and survival after every relapse. Selecting the most appropriate therapy at the right time within the treatment timeline is key to optimize outcomes. The aim of this vodcast, featuring Dr. Kai Hübel, is to outline the severity of FL by referring to a patient case as well as highlight chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cells as an effective therapy in relapsed/refractory (r/r) FL. The patient was in their early 50s, diagnosed with FL in the early 2010s and presented with a third relapse. The patient complained of night sweats and fatigue but was still capable of self-care (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status Scale 2). The patient received eight cycles of rituximab-cyclophosphamide-doxorubicin-vincristine-prednisolone (R-CHOP), followed by irradiation and rituximab maintenance (first-line) and then received rituximab 4 × weekly, followed by rituximab maintenance (second-line). The patient relapsed during rituximab maintenance; the patient was rituximab refractory. The patient received six cycles of bendamustine/obinutuzumab followed by obinutuzumab maintenance. The patient relapsed during obinutuzumab maintenance, achieved a partial remission after irradiation and was switched to R/lenalidomide. Due to several high-risk features, CAR-T cell therapy was initiated. Dr. Hubel underlines how earlier treatment with CAR-T cell therapy would have been beneficial for this patient. Results of the ELARA trial as well as comparative studies have shown tisagenlecleucel to be more effective than standard of care in extensively pretreated r/r FL, including high-risk patients. Management of stage II–III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has been dramatically revolutionized by studies testing the addition of immunotherapy (IO) to chemotherapy in the pre- or perioperative setting. That is because the integration of chemoimmunotherapy (chemo-IO) with surgery has consistently shown a significant improvement in pathological complete response (path CR) rate, event-free survival, and, more recently, overall survival, versus preoperative chemotherapy alone. Particularly, resectable stage III NSCLCs represent a disease entity with a high risk of distant recurrence after radical surgery, for whom pre- or perioperative chemo-IO should be considered as the preferential treatment option. However, owing to the heterogeneity of stage III NSCLC, a standard definition of resectability is not established yet, being often subjective according to the expertise and clinical background of the thoracic surgeon. In addition, careful patient selection on the basis of tumor biomarkers, meticulous staging of the disease, and accurate monitoring of treatment-related adverse events are critical factors that could prevent the ineligibility for surgery of patients treated with pre- or perioperative chemo-IO. Finally, the impact of downstaging for initially borderline resectable tumors, as well as the exact number of preoperative chemo-IO cycles needed and the indications for adjuvant IO, still need to be fully elucidated. Short text streams, such as social media comments, are continuously generated, making effective clustering methods essential for extracting valuable information. However, existing research fails to address the problem of topic concentration in clustering, which leads to multiple topics being confused in one cluster, making it challenging to summarize the center of clustering. To tackle this issue, this paper proposes a novel topic-enhanced clustering method called TEDM, based on the Dirichlet model. The method uses dynamic clustering, leveraging topic information to improve the sampling of documents and better cluster documents on the same topic. TEDM constructs a dynamic word relation graph to extract topic terms, which is updated with the stream of documents to cope with the dynamic changes in topics. Prior '12 Tips' publications have focused on helping medical educators create and publish their own podcasts. However, there is a gap in available resources to help educators incorporate an already existing and growing library of medical education podcasts into their curriculum rather than create their own. Watching live streams as a constituent of the online buying process is a recently emerged trend that demands empirical investigation. For this purpose, the researcher proposed a conceptual model using S-O-R framework to investigate the relationships among perceived shopping values (utilitarian value, hedonic value, symbolic value) and buyers' engagement and purchase intention in live streaming. We assess the model's performance through an empirical measurement by conducting a survey of 300 customers who have made purchases through Facebook live streaming on social media. The path analysis results revealed that utilitarian value is significantly related to customer engagement and purchase intention while hedonic value is found to have no effect on customer engagement but significant effect on purchase intention. Symbolic value is also found to effect customer engagement significantly. The results also revealed that customer engagement mediates the relationship between utilitarian value, symbolic value, and purchase intention. Our findings also deliver some theoretical and practical implications for live commerce sellers and online platforms on how to effectively utilize live streaming features to strategically market their products. We study on-the-fly classification of evolving text streams in which the relation between the input data and target labels changes over time—i.e., "concept drift." These variations decrease the model's performance, as predictions become less accurate over time and they necessitate a more adaptable system. While most studies focus on concept drift detection and handling with ensemble approaches, the application of neural models in this area is relatively less studied. We introduce Adaptive Neural Ensemble Network (AdaNEN), a novel ensemble-based neural approach, capable of handling concept drift in data streams. With our novel architecture, we address some of the problems neural models face when exploited for online adaptive learning environments. Most current studies address concept drift detection and handling in numerical streams, and the evolving text stream classification remains relatively unexplored. We hypothesize that the lack of public and large-scale experimental data could be one reason. To this end, we propose a method based on an existing approach for generating evolving text streams by introducing various types of concept drifts to real-world text datasets. We provide an extensive evaluation of our proposed approach using 12 state-of-the-art baselines and 13 datasets. We first evaluate concept drift handling capability of AdaNEN and the baseline models on evolving numerical streams; this aims to demonstrate the concept drift handling capabilities of our method on a general spectrum and motivate its use in evolving text streams. The models are then evaluated in evolving text stream classification.
