Richterová Many of us not look for a long answer when asking ourselves what exactly school rules and regulations are. We all have met it, so we consider it to be an already established and known term. To define it, however, is not as easy. Not even pedagogical theory offers us the support needed. Through the eyes of history i tis seen as an integral and necessary tool, as the historical part of this paper illustrates. It will also shed light upon why there is growing pressure concerning the creation of a central template of school rules and regulations. We can approach it as we would approach an all-encompassing social set of norms that guide the inner workings of schools, or through the perspective of history, where it was more of a set of rules for students, teachers, and parents. Presently, we can consider it a wide norm concerning many fields, schooling systems, inner functionality, grading, rights, responsibilities and so on. If we emphasize rules and regulations as one of the first written set of norms that a child should abide by, we are presented with a pedagogically psychological connection. Well-thought-out cooperation between the teacher and the teacher's assistant not only leads to more efficient work, but is also very beneficial for students and the classroom climate. Already at the beginning of their cooperation, it is necessary to have clear nules, roles and competences set.. I focused my research on the cooperation of a teacher and a teacher's assistant, on the factors that influence the cooperation in everyday practice. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical definition of this issue. It deals with the concepts of inclusion and inclusive education. It characterizes the position of a teacher and a teacher assistant within the teaching process and its legislative anchoring. The empirical part of the work is devoted to the research of mutual satisfaction of cooperation between respondents. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of experiential pedagogy at a summer camp for children. The theoretical section deals with children's camps, experiential pedagogy, and its applications in the field of free-time pedagogy for the social development of students. The study focuses on the adaptation of new students and their relationships with future classmates at a summer camp for children aged 15 to 18. The analysis also applies to the camp program's use of experiential pedagogy methods. In summary, it appears that the new student camp assisted in the formation of multidisciplinary relationships as well as orientation in the school's climate and the establishment of rules.

This diploma thesis is based on concepts of positive psychology and deals with the topic of well-being. The approaches of positive psychology and development of this psychological specialization as well as the concept of well-being are presented in the first part of the thesis. In addition to the Harvard approach to well-being, special attention is paid to the new theory of well-being, which was created by Martin Seligman and expended by Scott I. Donaldson and Stewart I. My work focuses on students' motives for truancy, which Salavcová (2017) explains as the unexcused absence of a primary or secondary school student from class. Kyriacou (2004) considers this phenomenon as crucial due to the possibility of indicating the proper functioning of the educational system. At the core of the theoretical part are the causes of this pathological phenomenon, which Thambirajah a col. (2008) categorizes into several categories such as those on the side of the student, on the side of the family, on the side of the peers, on the side of the school and cases where the student is in a difficult life situation. Čapek (2014) sees the most common causes in fear of written tests, disinterest in school, bullying. I used this breakdown of causes in the subsequent practical part, which was conducted as qualitative research in the form of a semi-structured interview with seven students from a selected high school, an educational counsellor and a prevention methodologist. In the analysis of the interviews, I focused mainly on the probands' motivation for truancy and the factors that ended their truancy. This diploma thesis consists of the role of teaching assistant in an inclusive education in elementary and middle school. Theorethical part is devided into four parts and explains theorethical points. It discusses the position of the teaching assistant, the assistant's role in the education of pupils with and without special educational needs, the cooperation of the teaching assistant with other teachers and parents and last but not least about the pupils with special educational needs and their education. Empirical part is focused on the role of the teaching assistant in the process of an inclusive education in an selected elementary and middle school, in which it contains a qualitative study, which results in a situational study of the school. Semi- structured interviews were used in the research as well as observation and analysis of documents. The goal of this research is to analyse the work of teaching assistants at the selected school. The results of this research bring information about how the teaching assistant profession is perceived and used at this specific school. The diploma thesis can be used as an example of a good practice on how to use the teaching assistant in an inclusive education.

The thesis deals with the issue of truancy in relation to other manifestations of risky behaviour among pupils of selected secondary vocational schools in Mladá Boleslav. The main aim of the thesis is to map and identify the most frequent causes of truancy among pupils of selected secondary schools in Mladá Boleslav. Furthermore, the thesis investgates correlation between truancy and its tolerance and prevention from the perspective of teachers, school and parents. The theoretical part at first introduces and defines the concept of risk behaviour, risk factors and selected manifestations of risk behaviour. This is followed by a chapter focused on truancy itself, defining, categorizing and delineating its causes and consequences, not forgetting the legislative framework of truancy. It also discusses the period of adolescence that secondary school students go through and also looks at the prevention of risky behaviour of individuals and the intervention of truancy from the perspective of the school during this period. The diploma thesis "Changes in the school preventive program of risky behavior in the period of distance learning at a selected elementary school" follows up the school preventive program before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The work is structured in two parts. The first, theoretical part clarifies fundamental terms, such as prevention, prevention program, prevention methodology and others. The second, practical part describes the conducted research, which took place in two steps. First step contains an analysis of the prevention program. Attention is paid mainly to the changes, development, creation process and causes of changes in the given program over the last 3 years. This is followed by an in-depth interview with methodist of prevention. The period of distance learning pointed out some aspects which are leading to changes in the prevention programs at the selected school, but also to a certain unpreparedness in the prevention of risky behavior in a different environment. Changes based on the analysis and the interview are summarized in the final part of the thesis. This study could be a guideline for a formation of a preventive program of risky behavior in the case of distance learning.

This thesis focuses on the vocational education system, practitioners, and tuition of two medical fields of study: dental technician assistant and certified dental technician. The aim is to find out what the profile is of tutors in these fields, how they teach theoretical and applied subjects, and what the possibilities of didactical and content enhancement are. I conducted research to outline the situation in medical schools with the dental technician field of study. In the Czech Republic, there are 13 schools teaching the subject. The research was carried out as follows: I had sent electronic questionnaires to the schools and received answers from 54 vocational teachers, that's four teachers from each school. The quantitative research was further enriched by qualitative research in the form of interviews with practicing specialists, who commented on core competencies expected from the graduates to succeed as dental technicians. Results of the research pointed out that changes are needed not only in the educational methods that are applied but also in the content that is taught. As the title suggests, this bachelor's thesis is devoted to the choice of a teaching profession. It aims to find out why people decide to become teachers, what leads them to this decision and whether they regret their decision. Three research questions are set out and answers are sought through a research investigation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part attempts to give the reader an insight into the issue and describes the starting points that are crucial for the practical part. The practical part is devoted to the research investigation. A qualitative approach was chosen, specifically the in-depth interview method. A total of six interviews were conducted with current teachers. Based on the data obtained from the interviews, the research questions were answered. The results of the research investigation are quite clear. Teachers do not perceive their profession as prestigious. They see room for improvement mainly in financial evaluation and the view of the public. Despite the perception that their profession is not prestigious, teachers are satisfied with their career. The diploma thesis deals with the circumstances leading to the placement of children in a specific children's home with a school and the possibilities of preventing their risky behavior. The theoretical part presents an insight into risky behavior and institutional education. The practical part presents an analysis of the written documentation and life stories of the selected participants in order to determine the circumsances leading to their placement in a selected specific facility. It also presents the possibilities of education and prevention of risky behavior of individuals placed in this facility based on interview with pedagogical staff. The aim of the thesis is to present a comprehensive picture of the issues of institucional education related to a specific children's home with a school. The investigation concludes by finding that the circumstances for placement are consistent for each participant, as revealed by both the interview and documentation analysis. This thesis examines self-efficacy in dealing with cyberbullying as a key factor that influences the ability of prospective teachers to intervene effectively in cases of cyberbullying. The level of self-efficacy will be investigated with respect to other significant factors, which are awareness of cyberbullying, condemnation of cyberbullying, and evaluation of university preparation to adress cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a widespread phenomenon in schools abroad and in the Czech Republic, and it is teachers who play a key role in identifying and dealing with cases of cyberbullying. For this reason, it is essential that future teachers are aware of the phenomenon of cyberbullying and are prepared to deal with it effectively in the context of the teaching profession. This diploma thesis deals with a preventive program at a selected primary school. The theoretical part consists of a description of the creation of a school prevention program and concepts related to prevention in schools in the context of the legislative framework to which primary prevention in school facilities falls. Emphasis is placed primarily on the definition of the concept of risky behavior and its definition in the context of school primary prevention, whose horizontal and vertical level of management is also specifically described in this work. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of social networks, which are taken here as part of our daily lives. Social networks can be a very useful tool, but at the same time their use is associated with a large number of different risks that can even endanger adults. Pupils in the second stage of primary schools mostly are users of various different social networks and they have a considerable influence on them. The theoretical part deals with social networks - the social networks are defined here, their history is briefly described, a simple typology of social network users is mentioned along with the effect of social networks on their users, the factors important for the emergence of social media addiction and how such addictions can be prevented. The practical part of the work is based on the results obtained using a questionnaire from students of the selected primary school. The amount of time spent by pupils on social networks, pupils' opinions on selected social networks, advantages and disadvantages of social networks from the pupils' point of view, the level of awareness of pupils and their parents about social networks and safety in their use from the point of view of the average user were all monitored. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the concept of strengths according to the authors Martin Seligman and Christopher Peterson and possibilities of its application in pedagogical practice of the university teachers. The first part deals with classification of character strengths, methods of measurement and possible use, emphasizing in particular the connection between the use of character strengths to increase life satisfaction. The next part discusses the profession of university teacher, its stress, especially due to the constantly changing conditions of work, a high degree of responsibility and the need to combine scientific and pedagogical activities. All these factors generate the need for psychohygiene in this profession. 5 ABSTRACT The goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out and describe the internal rules organization of selected youth homes. To analyze different parts of internal rules, compare them with legislature and with one another. To ascertain what motivational system or system of upbringing measures is being used, how is it defined, where is it saved and who intro- duces it to the students. To determine which behavioral action appears to be beneficial for lack of students' discipline in these institutions and how can such behavior be de- manded. In the theoretical part one can find the mapping of youth homes organizational structure. Attention will be given to legislature that is necessary for functioning of such institutions in the Czech Republic and the internal rules necessary for operation will be also mentioned. The formation of social relationships accompanies us throughout our lives and are a source of satisfaction. While social interactions bring joy to healthy children, children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder bring such interactions to an unknown territory filled with uncertainty and distress. The social domain is an interrelated system consisting of several areas. If a child does not understand one or more areas, she will not function correctly during human-to-human interactions. Areas that help a child acquire appropriate social skills include cognitive, perceptual, motor, and emotional abilities. Consequently, it is only appropriate to focus on such areas during social skills training to achieve the best possible outcomes. The thesis deliberates on the social skills development of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This diploma thesis deals with the issue of evaluation and classification of pupils in art education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the form of evaluation and classification of art education at the second stage of primary school for selected teachers. Following the aim of the work, the following questions were asked: How do teachers evaluate pupils in art education? Does their evaluation subsequently correspond to the classification? According to art teachers, is classification necessary? What do teachers emphasize when evaluating a student's artistic performance? Within this work, qualitative research was performed. Selected research methods include observation of lessons of selected art teachers and subsequent interviews with them. Each of the teachers teaches art education and another subject at primary school. The main conclusions of the research include the finding that according to the respondents, evaluation is an activity that helps teachers in critical evaluation of student work, evaluation criteria and form of evaluation are not uniform among respondents and ideas about evaluation and classification often differ from the observed reality. This diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of education of children and pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Kladno region. In its theoretical part, it reveals the history of the study of this serious disability, describes the manifestations of behavior in individual diagnoses in the field of communication, socialization, social interaction, speech development, imagination, play. It briefly introduces the issue of diagnostics and multilateral interventions. The practical part is devoted to a qualitative survey, which aims to describe how the education, pedagogical, psychological and social intervention, goes in specific cases in Kladno region. Three case studies of boys aged 13, 14 and 17 show how they face their health problems, their educational difficulties, what types of schools they are educated at, what they have achieved. They see their future in a simplistic and sometimes naive way, yet it can be concluded that they want to work somewhere, to be independent and self-sufficient. I choose the topic of my bachelor's thesis on the basis of practice, personal experience and the experience of colleagues in the field. I deal with the description of the activities and risks associated with activities of social workers to achieve the goals in homes for abandoned children with school. I used a qualitative research, method of semi-structured interviews, to achieve these goals. Five social workers from these institutions in Czech Republic were willing to do the interview with me. It was found that the role of social worker is very important and diverse in its content. The social worker is an intermediary between the institution for these kids and all other related institutions. Social worker coordinates the admission of children and administratively ensures their admission, transfer and release, cooperates and mediates contact with OSPOD, CSSA, Czech police, courts, schools and medical facilities.
