It is shown that the use of low-quality sprayers for pesticide application can lead to the yield decrease and negative environmental consequences. The use of worn nozzles is noted to reduce the efficiency of plant treatment, since the deviation from the dosage norm of plant protection products reaches 30-60 percent. It is noted that foreign-made sprayers are most often used in Russia, since there are no domestic analogues providing similar output parameters. (Research purpose) To investigate the output parameters of the developed slotted agricultural sprayer and compare them with the performance of advanced imported analogues. (Materials and methods) A prototype model of the developed sprayer was made of bronze using mechanical treatment. It was examined on a special test bench in comparison with a reference polymer sprayer. Using optical microscopy the flow rate of the working fluid and the spray angle were measured, as well as the dimensions of the sprayer nozzle. (Results and discussion) It was found that, on average, in the prototype sprayer made of bronze, the flow rate of the working fluid is 1.7 times greater and the spray angle is 37.16 degrees less than those of a reference polymer sprayer. The examination of the spray nozzles by an optical microscope revealed some differences in shape and size. (Conclusions) The developed design of the sprayer reveals a need for improvement: the nozzle shape should be modified to ellipsoid; the nozzle size should be reduced.

The purpose of the study: to study the clinical and epidemiological aspects of severe trauma (polytrauma), accompanied by shock and (or) coma, in military personnel in peacetime.Material and methods. During the period 2015–2021, 280 cases of severe trauma were studied in servicemen who were initially hospitalized in medical or military medical organizations of the zone of territorial medical responsibility of the Western Military District of the Russian Defense Ministry. Polytrauma (ISS≥18 points, “Berlin Definition”) was recorded in 137 cases (48.9%). 252 victims (90.0%) were subsequently evacuated to higher-level trauma centers for medical, tactical and organizational reasons. Statistical processing of information and analytical work were carried out with the help of the original trauma register.Results and discussion. In the structure of the causes of severe trauma (traumogenesis) military personnel in peacetime, as well as in the whole of the Russian Federation, were dominated by traffic accidents. The injury structure д. was dominated by injury without severe leading damage (max AIS=2 points). The most severe and unfavorable in prognostic terms were injuries of two or more anatomical areas; injuries with leading damage to soft tissues and breast organs. In general, compliance with the principles of primary routing of victims with mechanical injuries was noted, the proportion of victims with polytrauma taken to level 3 trauma centers is minimal. More than half of the victims (52.1%) are initially taken to trauma centers after hours, when their medical and diagnostic resources are limited. During the initial delivery to military medical organizations, military personnel are more often delivered to level 3 trauma centers. Victims with an ISS index of less than 18 points were taken to trauma centers of all levels in approximately equal proportions. The proportion of polytrauma victims taken to level 3 trauma centers was minimal. Inter-hospital transportation of victims from level 3 trauma centers was carried out on average 27 hours earlier than from level 2 trauma centers.Conclusions. Timely inter-hospital transportation of victims with polytrauma increased their chances of a favorable outcome. When studying the problem of severe trauma, the trauma register allows you to conduct high-quality analytical work. The problem of timeliness of inter-hospital transportation for medical and tactical indications is still relevant, especially in the central area of medical responsibility of the Western Military District.

Objective: substantiate the criteria for choosing a method for inter-hospital transportation of patients with severe trauma for the territorial system of medical support for the troops of the Western Military District.Materials and methods. We studied 121 cases of inter-hospital transportation of patients with severe trauma in the territorial system of medical support for the troops of the Western Military District for the period 2015–2020. The time of inter-hospital transportation of patients by an ambulance car of class C and by helicopter was studied at various distances between medical organizations: up to 70 km, from 70 to 200 km, more than 200 km.Results and discussion. At distances between medical organizations of more than 200 km, the average time of medical aviation evacuation of patients with severe injuries by helicopter was 176±35 minutes, and the average time of medical evacuation of patients in a class C ambulance was 290±43 minutes (p=0,04). When the distance between medical organizations is less than 200 km, the average time of medical aviation evacuation of patients with severe trauma by helicopter was 126±43 minutes, and the average time of medical evacuation of patients in a class C ambulance was 137±37 minutes (p=0,85).Conclusions. The main factor in choosing a method for carrying out inter-hospital transportation of patients with severe trauma in the territorial system of medical support for the troops of the Western Military District is the distance between medical organizations. It is advisable to plan medical aviation evacuation of patients with severe trauma by helicopter when the distance between medical organizations is more than 200 km.

Considers an example of organizing and conducting practice-oriented classes on providing emergency medical care for injuries with medical personnel of the military level, garrison and base military hospitals in the Western military district. In large garrisons of the military district in 2019, we conducted four rounds of field training on the organization of emergency medical care for major life-threatening conditions. The format of classes included master classes and blitz lectures on various topics: cardiopulmonary resuscitation, stopping ongoing external bleeding, eliminating asphyxia and pneumothorax, transport immobilization, and features of the use of modern means of emergency medical care. An important practical part of the training was training with surgeons of military and hospital units on living biological objects. At the beginning and end of the course, primary and control tests of the level of knowledge were conducted. During the initial testing, the percentage of correct answers in the groups averaged: surgeons (n=20) 53,9%, doctors of other specialties (n=25) 56,5%, average medical staff (n=34) 52,8%, health instructors (n=52) 52,6%. During the control testing, the following results were obtained: 71,5; 83,5; 84,3 and 83,9% respectively. The format of classes reliably (p˂0,05) showed their high efficiency in all groups. Thus, the need to actively introduce a practice-oriented form of training in the form of demonstration classes, including the use of biological models and simulators, into the combat and special training of military medical personnel is obvious and beyond doubt.

In recent years, significant progress has been made in the treatment of severe injuries and traumas. In critical situations, for the heaviest category of wounded, the outcome is largely determined in the next few minutes after admission to the hospital. The only possible tactic that gives a chance to save the lives of such victims is the tactics of multi-stage surgical treatment (damage control). The low effectiveness of traditional methods of training surgeons in the basics and techniques of this tactic makes it necessary to develop new forms of training. One of the most progressive and sought-after is training on biological material (large animals or cadaver material), but the methodology for conducting such studies has not been worked out before. For the first time in Russia in November 2018, a unique training and practical course «SMART» (Modern Methods and Algorithms for the Treatment of Wounds and Traumas) was conducted, combining training in both living tissues and cadavers. Participants were given the opportunity to see and independently work out the basic combinations of typical surgical techniques and maneuvers aimed at eliminating the life-threatening consequences of injuries and traumas.

The article presents the experience of using an improved model of the trauma registry. The model allows you to register all the injuries to the victim in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases ICD-10 and the Abbreviated Injury Scale severity index. The results of monitoring the structure of multiple and combined injuries in 548 patients are presented.

Aim. To study results of registration, calculation and evaluation of quality of arterial hypertension (HT) control (HT Register) in Vologda Region (VR). Material and methods . HT Register system is developed and legislatively introduced in the VR. Blood pressure registration in every visitor of out-patient clinics is the basic principle of HT Register. The algorithm of HT diagnosis in primary medical care of rural public health services was developed. Analysis of results of HT Register implementation in VR during 2004-2007 is presented. Results. Patients with HT stage 1 seek medical help more often in cities while patients with HT stage 3 seek medical help more often in villages. Patients with HT in villages take antihypertensive drugs more often, but they have more risk factors and associate conditions. Conclusion. Improvement of HT pharmacotherapy was observed in urban and rural districts of VR. At the same time non pharmacologic HT control has to be developed.

We propose a new method for calculating the processes of melting and solidification of heat-accumulating materials placed inside small-sized elastic capsules of symmetric form. The specific feature of the method is the simultaneous solution of the heat conduction equation joined for both phases and the equation for the rate of change in the mass fraction of the new phase in the layer between two neighboring nodes of a stationary computational mesh. The method permits using explicit finite-difference schemes for continuous calculations of the nonlinear heat conduction equation without loss of stability at weak and alternating external heat flows, as well as in the presence of several phase transition zones in the capsule. The paper presents the results of a test solution of the two-phase Stefan problem for an unbounded plate and the results of calculations for spherical capsules with n-paraffin in one regenerative convective heat cycle.

Waveguide methods for determining the magnetic properties of magnetic liquids are proposed. The methods are based on the use of the results of measurements of the position and value of the extrema of the experimental dependence of the reflection coefficient of a wave from a layer of the material.

UDC 621.365 The conditions of nonreflective absorption of an electromagnetic wave in its incidence, at an angle, on a plane layer of absorbing magnetic applied to a metal substrate are found. The dependences of these conditions on the angle of incidence of the wave, the thickness of the layer, and the magnetic properties of the coating material are investigated. The possibility of separating a prescribed polarization component of the incident radiation with the use of the phenomenon of nonreflective wave absorption in the magnetic–metal system is considered.

The conditions of nonreflective passage of an electromagnetic wave on its incidence at an angle on a plane layer of an absorbing dielectric applied to an infinitely thick nonabsorbing backing have been found. Their dependences on the coating layer thickness, angle of wave incidence, and on the dielectric properties of the backing and coating materials are investigated.

The work analyzes participation of the serotoninergic system in correction of adverse effects of benthic deposits contaminated with industrial wastes on the level of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in the fry of the sturgeon Acipenser guldenstadti persicus. In the first series of the study, two intramuscular injections to the sturgeon fry of serotonin-modulated anticonsolidation protein (SMAP) that is in the direct correlation with the serotonin level led to pronounced normalization in the animal tissues of the LPO level whose increase was due to keeping the sturgeons in the fresh water contaminated with benthic deposits. In the second series of the study, administration to the animals of polyclonal anti-SMAP antibodies led to a significant increase of the LPO level in the tissues, similar to effects of the benthic deposits. It is concluded that adverse factors can produce their negative pro-oxidative effects on the organism tissues through a decrease of activity of the serotoninergic system, whereas an artificial increase of the serotoninergic system activity promotes correction of the oxidative stress.

The work presents data on studies of effect of a decrease in the serotoninergic system activity on the level of mutagenic changes (the micronuclear test) in the goby Neogobius fluviatilis and the fry of sturgeon Acipenser guldenstadti persicus. It has been shown that the long exposure of the animals to conditions of industrial and oil pollution leads to a significant decrease in their liver of the level of serotonin-modulated anticonsolidation protein (SMAP) correlating directly with the serotonin level as well as to a sharp rise of the level of micronuclear in erythrocytes. The intramuscular administration of anti-SMAP polyclonal antibodies to the sturgeon fry produces a significant increase of the amount of micronuclear as compared with that in the animals injected with non-immune γ-globulin. The obtained results allow concluding that the decrease of activity of the serotoninergic system is the mechanism that is triggered with adverse environmental factors and realizes mutagenic damages in the modified genetic apparatus.

Conditions for reflectionless quenching of electromagnetic radiation in the layer of absorbing dielectric applied to a nonabsorptive quarter-wave substrate have been found. These conditions as functions of the layer thickness and the dielectric properties of the coating and the substrate are investigated.

The conditions for occurrence of total reflectionless absorption of electromagnetic waves in a layer of magnetic material applied to a metal substrate have been found. Their dependence on the layer thickness and the magnetic properties of the coating has been investigated. The frequency band within which this phenomenon can exist has been determined.

Equations are obtained which give a unique functional relation between the required magnetic properties of a liquid magnetic material and the informative parameters on the position and value of the extrema of the experimental dependence of the reflected signal on the thickness of the layer of material. Various methods and algorithms for solving them are considered, taking the degree of attenuation of the wave in the material into account.

Cytoarchitectonics of the external nuclei of the pretectal area was studied in four species of the sturgeons: great sturgeon, Huso huso L., Kura sturgeon, Acipenser gueldenstaedtii persicus n. Kurensis Belyaeff, stellate sturgeon, Ac. stellatus Pall. and barbel sturgeon, Ac. nudiventris Lov. Study of morphological organization of the structures was carried out using routine Nissl staining and Bilschowski impregnation technique in Viktorov’s modification. Similar structure of this pretectal area was found in the species. Five nuclear formations were described in this pretectal area: parvocellular and magnocellular external pretectal nuclei, laminiform nucleus of pretectum, dorsal pretectal nucleus, and the accessory optic nucleus. Comparison of the obtained data with the literature revealed a high level of differentiation of the area of pretectum in the sturgeons. Also, a general conclusion is given on the organization of the whole pretectal area in the sturgeons.

Investigations of dielectric properties of solutions of methyl ethyl ketone and methyl isobutyl ketone in n-heptane in a microwave range established the existence, in these solutions, of a spectrum of concentrations and thicknesses of the solution layer at which resonant reflectionless radiation absorption originates.

This work concerns the ELISA-test determination of the serotonin-modulating anticonsolidation protein (SMAP) content under industrial and oil pollution. Exposure of goldfish Carassius auratus in fresh water containing oil at concentrations of 100 and 500 ppm for 5 days leads to significant increase of the content of SMAP in the livers. These studies are conducted in parallel with micronucleus analysis of erythrocytes. It is shown that although SMAP content changes at this test oil concentration, changes do not occur in micronucleus amounts. While studying the SMAP content in the livers of wild-living gobies Neogobius fluviatilis taken from a polluted zone of the Caspian Sea, decrease of SMAP content and increase of micronuclei amount are noticed. So, short-term exposure of fish to oil pollution leads to increase of the SMAP content, whereas long-term exposure results in decrease of its content. The possibility of application of the SMAP as a biomarker of environmental pollution is discussed.

A method of measuring the dielectric properties of weakly absorbing liquids in the microwave band is proposed. The method is based on analyzing the standing-wave field for thicknesses of the liquid layers for which the conditions for total nonreflecting absorption of the incident radiation to occur in the layer of material, or conditions close to this, are satisfied.

The authors investigate the dependence of the selective absorption band of electromagnetic radiation in a two-layer dielectric-metal system on the dielectric properties and thickness of a coating near wavelengths at which in the system total absorption of incident radiation develops. The narrowing of the absorption band of this system due to an increase in the thickness of a coating material and in its refraction index is established.

A method is proposed for measuring the dielectric constant e′ and dielectric loss e″ of high-absorption dielectric materials by measuring the reflection of electromagnetic radiation with the aid of an adjustable quarter-wave matching plate of nonabsorbing material close to the dielectric surface.

An investigation is made of the conditions of occurrence of reflectionless absorption of electromagnetic radiation in a layer of polar mixtures deposited onto a reflecting metallic matrix.

The article reflects the results of the first laparoscopic appendectomy experiment which was conducted on the base of 30 person department of the military hospital for 150 patients. The researcher made the statistical analysis of the results of acute appendicitis diagnostic and cure among young men. For the group of patients whit catarrhal form of acute appendicitis separate analysis was committed. It was found out that in the half of cases the clinic and laboratory scheme of acute appendicitis does not differ from the destructive one. These results made the researcher comprehend the necessity of additional ways of diagnostic in the acute appendicitis shady cases. It is also necessary to develop a medicinal and diagnostic algorithm for shady appendicitis in accordance with diagnostic conditions of military hospital for 150 patients.

A realization of Poincare-Lie algebra in terms of noncommutative differential calculus was constructed. Corresponding relativistic quantum mechanics was considered.

We studied changes in the content of serotonin-modulated anticonsolidation protein in the liver of goldfishes and gobies caused by oil and industrial pollution. The concentration of serotonin-modulated anticonsolidation protein in fish liver increased after short-term exposure to oil-contaminated water (100 mg/liter), but decreased under long-term effect of industrial wastes. We hypothesize that serotonin plays a role in antimutagenic protection of the organism and maintains the differentiated state of mature cells.

The conditions of reflectionless quenching of electromagnetic radiation in the system consisting of semi-infinite absorbing substrate and consistently superimposed on it two non-adsorbing layers of a coat are found.

Comparison of the obtained results with literature data has revealed a sufficiently high level of differentiation of this pretectum part of the sturgeons. Besides, a general conclusion is presented on organization of their entire pretectal area.

По определению ВОЗ - «здоровье это единство физического, психического и духовного состояний человека». Нарушение любого из указанных компонентов - свидетельство «нездоровья», индивидуального и/или общественного. С целью разработки алгоритма интегральной оценки общественного здоровья нами были обследованы репрезентативные выборки в 5 регионах России. В 2010 году в этих регионах был проведен скрининг на полноценных выборках (всего обследовано 1552 человека, 919 женщин и 633 мужчины). Методами для оценки здоровья служили опросники на выявление социально-экономического статуса, соматического и психологического состояния здоровья (индекс жизненного стиля, социальной адаптации, саногенной рефлексии, шкала психотизма Айзинка и нравственный потенциал развития личности, синдром эмоционального выгорания). Математическая, статистическая обработка полученных данных осуществлялась с использованием статистических пакетов SAS. Результаты. Все обследованные были опрошены в отношении уровня образования, уровня благосостояния (самооценка). Лица с высшим образованием составляли от 82% в Нальчике (работники К-Б Госуниверситета) до 29, 3 в г. Омске (работники одного из заводов). Самооценка уровня благосостояния оказалась низкой у значительной части обследованных: от 10, 4 и 13% (мужчины в Омске и Нальчике) до 40,4% (женщины в В. Новгороде). Еще один социальный фактор риска - это отсутствие брачного союза. Сюда относятся как многие молодые респонденты, так и разведенные и вдовцы среди лиц старших возрастов. Таких оказалось от 24 до 44%. Среди лиц без высшего образования низкая самооценка своего благосостояния была у 20% мужчин и у 37,7% женщин. Но среди лиц с высшим образованием (в/о) 13,2% мужчин и 18,7% женщин оценивали уровень своего благосостояния как низкий. Высоко оценили уровень благосостояния примерно каждый пятый мужчина, при любом уровне образования, а у женщин эта оценка различалась: 30,8% при в/о и лишь 19,6% - без в/о. Ведущий показатель нездоровья конкретной популяции - распространенность общепризнанных факторов риска (ФР) хронических неинфекционных заболеваний (ХНИЗ). Артериальная гипертония, диагностируемая по расширенным критериям (АД >140/90 мм рт.ст. и/или антигипертензивная терапия), была выявлена - от 1,29 и 1,64% у мужчин и женщин в самой молодой группе 25-34 г. до 60 и 75,8% в самой старшей группе. Уровни систолического АД оказались у лиц с высшим образованием (в/о) как у мужчин, так и у женщин в среднем несколько ниже (126,65±0,87 и 124,91±0,64 мм рт.ст.) по сравнению с лицами без в/о (127,42±0,89 и 128,00±0,91 мм рт.ст.). Столь заметных различий для диастолического АД мы не наблюдали. Ожирение (ИМТ > 30) выявлено более чем у половины обследованных во всех социальных группах. Ценными были данные по шкалам синдрома эмоционального выгорания (СЭВ). Низкие значения [0-1] СЭВ (характерно для эмоционально здоровой части популяции) отмечены у 47.6 и 58,7% наиболее молодых (25-34 года) мужчин и женщин. С возрастом этот процент снижается до 23,3 и 32,4% в 35-44 года и до 9,1 и 10,9% в 65-74 года. Зато возрастает частота менее благоприятных значений СЭВ [2-6], это касается лиц зрелого и особенно пожилого возраста. В 35-44 года такие значения СЭВ отмечены более чем в 60% наблюдений, а у пожилых более чем в 80%. Явный же СЭВ диагностирован существенно реже, но все же у ~15% мужчин и у 6-8% женщин зрелого и пожилого возраста (35-64 года). При анализе психологических тестов Р. Плутчика выявлено, что шкала «защитное отрицание» свойственна 63.57±4.91% мужчин и 56.55±1.71% женщин, что говорит об их не всегда адекватной реакции, завышенной самооценке. Шкала «защитной проекции» в негативном смысле выявлена у 76.69±1.75% мужчин и у 75.09±1.52 женщин. Эти лица склонны обвинять других для облегчения внутреннего состояния и снятия напряжения. По шкале «защитное замещение» видно, что "внутренняя агрессия" выражена у 45.01± 4.93 мужчин и у 40.46±1.74 женщин. По шкале «защитное подавление», которое приводит к скрытой агрессии или равнодушию, выявлено 44.0±3.24% респондентов. У женщин данные по указанной шкале выглядят хуже (до 73% в старшей возрастной группе). По шкале «защитной регрессии» видно, что у мужчин проявление «инфантильного» поведения выявлено в 55,9±9,5% и 63,9%±10,3 случаев, а у женщин - в 47,3±1,8%. Была проведена оценка теста на социальную адаптацию (поведение в конфликтной ситуации). Мужчины во всех возрастных группах склонны к проявлению агрессивного стиля поведения в сложных ситуациях: от 74.78±5.37% в возрасте 35-44 г. до 90,2±2,8% в возрасте 45-54 г. У женщин это- 92,4%±2,2 в возрасте 35-64 г. Анализ психотизма по Х. Ю. Айзинку также показал, очень высокую склонность к вербальной агрессии (89,9%). Таким образом, при психологическом анализе выявлено высокое напряжение механизмов психологических защит, таких как подавление, проекция, замещение; у респондентов слабо сформирован навык разрешать конфликтную ситуацию с учетом личной модели поведения в конфликте, наблюдается нереализованный нравственный потенциал, замечена тенденция к личной безопасности и эгоцентризму. Для реального оздоровления населения требуется разработка мер, могущих улучшить психологический климат, в первую очередь, среди работающего населения.

Heterokaryons obtained by fusion of proliferating and terminally differentiated cells were studied. The data obtained suggest that mechanisms of proliferation arrest are different in macrophages on one hand and nucleate erythrocytes and polymorph leukocytes on the other. Macrophages appeared to be devoid of factors preventing replication in nontransformed and spontaneously immortalized cells. Inhibition of proliferation was probably due to certain modifications of macrophage genome which arise during differentiation and can be compensated by the effect of "immortalizing" oncogenes. On the contrary, nucleate erythrocytes and polymorphs evidently contain some factors mediating negative control of proliferation. For reactivation of DNA synthesis in these cell types after fusion with other cells the latter did not have to be immortalized. After cell fusion macrophages specifically inhibit DNA synthesis in cells containing active oncogenes.

1. Equations are derived for the influence of fluctuations on dielectric constant and loss in individual liquids and solutions in the region of dispersion of electromagnetic waves. 2. Equations are derived for the relationship between mean local and macroscopic or effective values of e′ and e″. 3. Measurements of e′ and e′ in acetone-benzene solutions at λ=3.21 cm and 8.15 mm, performed over wide ranges of concentration and temperature, are in quantitative agreement with theory.

1. Values of ∈' and ∈" for acetone—benzene solutions were determined over wide ranges of temperature and concentration at λ=3.21 cm. 2. Average macroscopic and average local values of the dielectric constant and loss are presented in the form of Cole curves. 3. The macroscopic relaxation times τ, characteristic dipole relaxation times τ* and τ l * , and the ratios of relaxation time to viscosity were calculated for various temperatures. 4. The free energies of activation ΔF, ΔFΔH l , heats the activation of dipole relaxation ΔH, ΔH l , and entropies of activation of dipole relaxation TΔS, TΔɛ l were calculated. 5. Analysis of experimental data on dielectric constants and losses in acetone—benzene solutions in superhigh frequency fields shows that the hypothesis of molecular association of acetone in such solutions cannot account for all the experimental facts. Our experimental results are satisfactorily explained if the influence of concentration fluctuations on ∈' and ∈" is taken into consideration.
