The purpose of this study was to get an overview of the implementation strategy for the successful implementation of social capital-based cattle business insurance or AUTS. The research method used to obtain research answers was to collect data using questionnaires, and to obtain variables, research indicators conducted surveys and focused group discussions. The data that has been collected is processed based on the substance of the research, and followed by data analysis using SWOT analysis combined with social capital. The theoretical basis used as a reference in this study is Rangkuti. F., (2002), James Coleman., (1990), and Burt., (1992),. The data collected for research purposes was used by 60 respondents from AUTS breeders. The research was conducted in one of the districts in South Sulawesi Province. Because the form of the data is qualitative while the type of research is quantitative, the data processing is done with the help of a five-level Likert scale, namely a value of 5 means very good, 4 means good, 3 is quite good, 2 is not good, and value 1 is very bad. The research output is to get an overview of the AUTS implementation strategy. The results of the research based on SWOT and QSPM analysis show that it is necessary to continue and maintain it because the strategy for successful implementation of AUTS is in the growth and aggressive quadrant with IFES and EFAS coordinates, namely X:Y = (X=0.90:Y=1.08). the QSPM strategy, namely regulatory support 2.62, government premium assistance 1.09, and government department support 1.90.
