Refracturing is a promising means to improve the output and estimated ultimate recovery of shale oil and gas resources, which is an efficient method to recover the productivity of low permeability old wells. Refracturing has achieved good results in the development of shale gas wells in North America, and has increased output and decreased the extraction cost significantly of shale gas resources. The disadvantage of unable to control the fracturing fluid accurately of the conventional temporary plugging diverting refracturing technologies like chemical particulates has been exposed in the applications. Wellbore reconstruction technology based on the solid expandable tubular (SET) was studied in this paper, which is a permanent plugging diverting refracturing technology with a high sealing effect and simple operation. Technical principles, tool structures and construction processes were analyzed and relative laboratory tests were conducted to verify the feasibility of this technology. Meanwhile, comparisons between expandable tubular technology and other refracturing technologies were developed to analyze the application prospect in shale oil and gas resources. The indoor tests indicated that wellbore reconstruction technology based on expandable tubular can plug the perforation on the casing effectively with certain sealing pressure, which showed that this technology can realize the wellbore reconstruction to create the wellbore conditions for the next fracturing work. Compared with other temporary plugging refracturing technologies, the expandable tubular technology can achieve accurate control of fracturing fluid and has a better effect of refracturing work. At the same time, it has the advantages of simple operation and big internal diameter compared to other wellbore reconstruction methods like casing plugging technology, which means that bigger displacement can be used and better effect can be achieved in the refracturing work. The conclusions obtained in this paper can promote the development of wellbore reconstruction technology based on expandable tubular, which provides a theoretical reference for the design of the refracturing work in shale oil and gas resources.

To investigate the distribution and diagnostic value of serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in healthy women of childbearing age, women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), ovarian dysfunction (DOR) and premature ovarian failure (POF). This study retrospectively selected female patients of childbearing age who were treated in the affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from January to December 2019. According to different clinical manifestations, they were divided into 133 cases in PCOS group, 120 cases in DOR group and 134 cases in POF group. 125 healthy women in the same period were selected as the control group. The values of serum AMH, estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) were measured in the four groups. To analyze whether the serum concentration of estradiol on the day of progesterone conversion could predict the pregnancy outcome of frozen-thawed embryo transfer in hormone replacement cycle. In this paper, a case-control study was conducted to retrospectively analyze the 230 cycles of hormone replacement therapy-frozen thawed embryo transfer(HRT-FET)conducted by the Department of Reproductive Medicine, Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2018 to December 2020. The concentration of serum estradiol was between 139.5-3 941.0 pg/ml. At present, ITRS series reference frameworks are widely used in the world. The results of GNSS are mostly based on the ITRF framework. Transform from ITRF to CGCS2000 is not easy, which restricts the promotion and use of CGCS2000. The conversion relationship between CGCS2000 and ITRF framework has imminent practical significance. This paper constructs the epoch reduction and frame conversion two-steps model which estimated the nonlinear model to solve the appeal problem. Effective test show that the nonlinear model accesses an improvement in not only precession but also accuracy relative to the tradition model.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma secondary to Sjögren' s syndrome (SS) (SS-MALT lymphoma) in salivary gland and to explore the value of the combined application of histopathological morphology, protein expression and molecular phenotype in pathological diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of SS-MALT lymphoma. METHODS: Sixteen patients with SS-MALT lymphoma were collected from 260 patients who were diagnosed with SS in Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from January 1997 to December 2016. Twelve patients with non-MALT lymphoma secondary to SS (non-SS-MALT lymphoma) in salivary gland were selected as controls. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. All the patients were followed up until December 20, 2019. Hematoxylin-eosin staining, immunohistochemistry, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) techniques were used to observe the histologic characteristics and to detect the manifestations of light chain restrictive expression, immunoglobulin (Ig) gene clonal rearrangement, chromosome translocation and gene abnormality, so as to evaluate their values in pathological diagnosis and prognostic evaluation. RESULTS: The malignant transformation rate of SS to MALT lymphoma was about 6.15%, ranged from 3 to 240 months, during which 2 patients died due to high-level deterioration. Microscopically, the acini of the glandular tissue were atrophied and destroyed. The tumor cells dominated by central cell-like lymphocytes grew diffusely, destroying the epithelial islands. All SS-MALT lymphoma cases were positive in CD20 and Pax5. Half of them had the Ki-67 proliferation index of 10% or less, and half greater than 10%. 93.75% cases expressed AE1/AE3 protein, which showed the residual glandular epithelium. All the tumor cells were negative in CD3ε, and the plasma cells were detected by CD138 antigen. The light chain restrictive expression of κ and λ was 37.5% in SS-MALT lymphoma group. The positive detection rates of immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH)-FR1, IgH-FR2, IgH-FR3, immunoglobulin kappa chain (IgK)-A, and IgK-B in SS-MALT lymphoma group were 33.3%, 53.3%, 33.3%, 20.0%, and 26.7%, respectively, and 93.3% when together used with IgH and IgK. The positive rates of the MALT1, IGH and BCL6 genes with dual color break-apart probes were 36.4%, 27.3% and 27.3%, and the detection rate of chromosome translocation and gene abnormality by applying the three probes was 72.7%. CONCLUSION: There are no specific histological characteristics and protein phenotypes in the histologic diagnosis of SS-MALT lymphoma in salivary gland. The combined application of histopathological manifestations, immunohistochemistry, PCR and FISH techniques helps the accurate pathologic diagnosis of the disease. Although SS-MALT lymphoma is considered as an indolent lymphoma with a relatively favorable prognosis, the regular return visit and long-term follow-up should be conducted to detect the clues of recurrence and advanced deterioration.

Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) has been emerged as a major breakthrough in tumor immunotherapy, but its unique mechanism of action has also led to a number of immune-related adverse events (irAE). Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) is one of the rarest irAEs. This paper reports a case of advanced malignant liver tumor-induced T1DM who received second-line anti-PD-1 therapy and showed initial symptoms of hyperosmolar coma and hyperglycemia. In addition, the relevant literature at home and abroad was collected and reviewed, and the clinical characteristics of T1DM induced by anti-PD-1 therapy were summarized with a view to achieve early detection, diagnosis and treatment.免疫检查点抑制剂(ICI)的出现是肿瘤免疫治疗的重大突破，但其独特的作用机制也带来了许多免疫相关不良反应（irAE）。1型糖尿病（T1DM）是极为罕见的irAE之一，通过报道一例晚期肝恶性肿瘤患者在接受二线抗PD-1治疗后出现以血糖升高及高渗昏迷为初发症状的T1DM病例，并搜集回顾国内外相关文献，总结抗PD-1治疗诱发的T1DM的临床特征，以期达到早发现、早诊断、早治疗。.

目的 总结不同类型胸部受累Castleman病（CD）的临床、影像学、病理及诊治特征，以提高临床医师对CD的认识。 方法 回顾性分析广州医科大学附属第一医院自2009年6月至2019年5月收治入院的胸部受累CD患者30例，将其分为闭塞性细支气管炎（BO）组、不伴BO的单中心型Castleman病（UCD）组及不伴BO的多中心型Castleman病（MCD）组，分析其临床资料并总结其特征。 结果 30例患者中，5例（16.7%）纳入BO组，18例（60.0%）纳入不伴BO的UCD组，7例（23.3%）纳入不伴BO的MCD组。不伴BO的MCD组中位年龄明显大于BO组[（49.29±5.39）岁对（27.20±3.76）岁，P=0.005]和不伴BO的UCD组[（49.29±5.39）岁对（37.17±2.87）岁，P=0.034]。胸部症状在BO组（100%）和不伴BO的MCD组（71.4%）多见，而不伴BO的UCD组无胸部症状。贫血及IgG增高仅在不伴BO的MCD组出现（发生率均为57.1%），红细胞沉降率增快及低氧血症在BO组（发生率分别为40.0%和60.0%）及不伴BO的MCD组（发生率分别为57.1%和28.6%）均可出现。BO组患者的肺功能均表现为极重度混合性通气功能障碍。胸部CT所示肺实质受累率：BO组为100%；不伴BO的MCD组为57.1%，表现为双肺弥漫性病变；不伴BO的UCD组为11.1%，表现为孤立性肺结节。不伴BO的MCD组的淋巴结短径明显小于BO组[（1.83±0.51）cm对（4.73±1.63）cm，P=0.006]和不伴BO的UCD组[（1.83±0.51）cm对（3.62±0.26）cm，P=0.011]。BO组病理类型均为透明血管型（100%），不伴BO的UCD组88.9%为透明血管型，而不伴BO的MCD组以浆细胞型为主（57.1%）。BO组患者均出现口腔溃疡，在肿物切除术后予免疫调节剂治疗，溃疡症状缓解，但肺部症状仍进行性加重。不伴BO的UCD组主要治疗方式为胸腔镜下肿物切除，不伴BO的MCD组主要治疗方式为化疗、免疫调节剂、靶向治疗等。 结论 三组患者的年龄、临床症状、实验室检查、肺功能、影像学表现、病理类型、治疗及预后均有所不同，此分类能促进临床医师对本病的认识。

Nanoparticles including starch-graft-methylmethacrylate, starch-graft-(methylmethacrylate/methyl acrylate), starch-graft-(methyl methacrylate/butyl methacrylate) were synthesized via emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization and were blended with natural rubber latex at various mass ratios. Chemical structure of graft copolymers was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared. Transmission electron microscopy demonstrated the core-shell structures of the nanoparticles distributed uniformly around the natural rubble particles. The tensile strength of blend films was significantly enhanced by addition of graft copolymers. Besides, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy showed the blend film had smooth surface.

Tetanus consists of neonatal tetanus and non-neonatal tetanus. Although neonatal tetanus in China has been eliminated since 2012, non-neonatal tetanus remains a serious public health problem. Non-neonatal tetanus is a potential fatal disease, and the mortality rate of severe cases is almost 100% in the absence of medical intervention. Even with vigorous treatment, the mortality rate is still 30~50% globally. In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of non-neonatal tetanus in China, this specification is hereby formulated. This standard includes etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, classification, grading and treatment of non-neonatal tetanus.破伤风分为新生儿破伤风和非新生儿破伤风。我国已于2012年消除了新生儿破伤风，但非新生儿破伤风仍是一个严重的公共卫生问题。非新生儿破伤风重症患者在无医疗干预的情况下，病死率接近100%，即使经过积极的综合治疗，全球范围病死率仍为30%~50%，是一种极为严重的潜在致命性疾病。为规范我国非新生儿破伤风诊疗行为，提高医疗质量，保障医疗安全，特制定本规范。本规范包括了非新生儿破伤风的病原学、流行病学、发病机制、临床表现及实验室检查、诊断、鉴别诊断、分级、治疗等方面内容。.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of propofol (PPF) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) by inhibiting the Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT) pathway, and to explore the possible underlying mechanism.A total of 60 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, including the Sham group (n=12), the MIRI model group (n=12), the PPF pretreatment group (n=12), the RG81640-CH (RG) pretreatment group (n=12) and the PPF+RG pretreatment group (n=12). The hemodynamic parameters of rats in each group were measured. Serum samples were collected from rats in each group. Meanwhile, the levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase-muscle/brain (CK-MB), nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide+ (NAD+) and inflammatory factors, including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP), were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Myocardial infarction area of rats in each group was detected via 2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining. Moreover, the JAK/STAT pathway, as well as apoptosis indexes in myocardial cells of rats, were detected via Western blotting.Compared with the Sham group, the contents of LDH, CK-MB, NAD+ and inflammatory factors, as well as the area of myocardial infarction were significantly increased in the MIRI group (p0.05). In terms of hemodynamic parameters, the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) was significantly increased in the MIRI group. However, heart rate (HR), left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP) and maximal rate of the increase/decrease of left ventricular pressure (±dp/dtmax) were significantly decreased in the MIRI group when compared with those of the Sham group (p0.05). Compared with the MIRI group, the contents of LDH, CK-MB, NAD+ and inflammatory factors, as well as the area of myocardial infarction and LVEDP were significantly declined in the PPF group. Meanwhile, HR, LVDP and ±dp/dtmax were remarkably increased (p0.05). No significant differences in each index were found between the PPF + RG group and the MIRI group (p0.05). Western blotting revealed that the protein level of B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) was remarkably increased, while the activity of Caspase-3 was decreased in the PPF group when compared with the MIRI group (p0.05). In addition, the protein expression levels of JAK1, STAT1 and STAT3 in the PPF group were significantly decreased than those of the MIRI group (p0.05). However, completely opposite trends were found in the RG group.PPF reduces the release of inflammatory factors and alleviates tissue damage caused by myocardial apoptosis in MIRI rats by inhibiting the activation of the JAK/STAT pathway. Our findings indicate that PPF has a certain myocardial protective effect on MIRI.

With the rapid development and application of Web services, the problem of Web service composition optimization based on Quality of Service (QoS) has become a research hotspot in the field of service computing. There are many researches on hunting search algorithm in continuous optimization problems, however, there are few researches using it to solve Web service composition optimization. In this paper, we propose an improvement on the hunting search algorithm (IHuS). It introduces an elite guidance strategy to accelerate the convergence of the algorithm, and at the same time it learns from the mutation strategy in the GA algorithm to improve the diversity of combined services. Compared with the standard HuS and GA algorithms, the experimental results demonstrate that IHuS has faster convergence speed and better optimization performance in solving large-scale Web service composition problems.

Sensitivity of dynamic response of a clamped functionally graded magneto-electro-elastic plate to its elastic parameters has been carried out by combining analytical method with finite element method. The functionally graded material parameters are assumed to obey a polynomial law in the thickness direction. A polynomial agreement with the clamped boundary condition is adopted in the plane of the plate and finite element method is used across the thickness of the plate such a way that the three-dimensional characteristics of the solution are preserved. The coupled electromagnetic dynamic characteristics of a functionally graded magneto-electro-elastic plate are determined by its dynamics differential equation modeled with displacement components, electric potential and magnetic potential as nodal degree of freedom. Sensitivity of dynamic response of a functionally graded magneto-electro-elastic plate to its elastic parameters has been studied. Dynamic response sensitivity analysis of a clamped functionally graded magneto-electro-elastic plate is useful for the optimization designs, nondestructive testing and inverse techniques of smart materials.

In virtue of the significance of ultrashort vortex pulses, a mode-locked LG01-mode vortex Ti:sapphire laser is first realized. In the study, an intra-cavity spot-defect spatial filter was used to suppress the TEM00 mode’s oscillation and a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror was used as the mode-locked device. As a result, the mode-locked laser emitted LG01-mode vortex pulses of 186 ps at 804.4 nm with a repetition rate of 78.95 MHz and a maximum average output power of 176 mW. The phase of the LG01 mode was measured by a Mach–Zehnder interferometer and both right- and left-handed helical wavefronts were obtained.

To investigate the expression levels of T follicular helper (Tfh) with different subsets in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and their serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-17 (IL-17), transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP-3) contents.The medical records of 45 RA patients in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January 2016 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the RA high activity group (24 cases, group A) (DAS28 score ≥ 5.0) and RA low activity group (21 cases, group B) (3.2DAS28 score5.0). At the same time, 20 healthy subjects were selected as a control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression levels of Tfh1, Tfh2 and Tfh17, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect serum IL-6, IL-17, IL-21 and MMP-3 concentrations. The correlation of Tfh cells with IL-6, IL-17, IL-21 and MMP-3 was analyzed.Those of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) Tfh2 and Tfh17 cells were significantly higher in group A than those in group B (p0.05). Compared with the control group, the concentrations of serum IL-6, IL-17 and MMP-3 significantly increased (p0.001), but that of serum TGF-β markedly decreased in group A and group B (p0.01). The concentrations of serum IL-6, IL-17 and MMP-3 were remarkably higher in group A than those in group B (p0.001), but that of serum TGF-β was significantly lower in group A than that in group B (p0.001). The expression level of PBMC Tfh2 cells, PBMC Tfh17 cells was positively correlated with serum IL-6, IL-17 and MMP-3. The expression levels of Tfh2 and Tfh17 cells are positively correlated with serum IL-6, IL-17 and MMP-3 concentrations, negatively correlated with serum TGF-β concentration.Tfh2 and Tfh17 are expected to be new targets for immunotherapy in RA patients.

目的 探讨淋巴瘤合并实体肿瘤的多原发癌临床特征，以提高临床工作者对多原发癌的认识。 方法 回顾性分析2012年3月至2017年10月收治的17例明确诊断为淋巴瘤合并原发实体肿瘤的患者资料，并结合文献对其临床特征、治疗及转归进行总结。 结果 ①17例患者中，男8例，女9例，中位年龄57（30~78）岁。②淋巴瘤：分类：霍奇金淋巴瘤1例，B细胞淋巴瘤2例，边缘区淋巴瘤6例，弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤3例，套细胞淋巴瘤1例，结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤（鼻型）3例，间变大细胞淋巴瘤1例；Ann Arbor分期：Ⅰ期6例，Ⅱ期1例，Ⅲ期2例，Ⅳ期4例，不确定4例。③实体肿瘤：分类：消化道恶性肿瘤8例（食管癌3例，胃癌3例，结直肠癌2例），甲状腺癌7例（乳头状癌3例，微小乳头状癌4例），肝癌1例，肺癌1例；分期：Ⅰ期10例，Ⅲ期3例，Ⅳ期2例，不确定2例。④17例患者中有15例接受手术治疗，部分患者联合化疗、放疗、auto-HSCT治疗。3例患者治疗未结束，2例失访，4例死亡，3例完全缓解，3例病情稳定，2例复发或进展。 结论 淋巴瘤与实体肿瘤之间的关系目前虽暂无定论，但二者在发生、发展过程中存在一定的相关性，淋巴瘤合并实体肿瘤虽然少见但并不罕见，临床工作者应该提高认识，避免误诊和漏诊。

The investigation described here was conducted to clarify the corrosion behaviour of high level radioactive waste containers made of copper. The influences of oxygen, chloride ion and sulphate ion on copper crevice corrosion were studied in solutions simulating groundwater characteristic of northwest China. The results showed that oxygen, chloride ion and sulphate ion promote crevice corrosion. Chloride ion was found to play a significant role in the crevice corrosion mechanism in copper, but sulphate ion had no effect on the mechanism.

Stellite alloys are a family of superalloys, which can be categorized as CoCrW and CoCrMo systems. Ten selected Stellite alloys from these systems, with low carbon or high carbon content, are studied with respect to solidification and microstructure using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy with an energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, and x-ray diffraction. The objective of this work is to investigate the effects of carton content and other alloying elements on the solidification behavior and associated microstructure of Stellite alloys, to provide the materials industry with technical guidance in design, manufacturing, processing, and heat treatment of these alloys. The phase transformation temperatures of these alloys during heating and cooling are determined under the DSC test. The solidified microstructures and the phases present are analyzed and discussed with emphasis on the relation to chemical composition.

Soft variable polarity plasma arc welding technology has been proposed to solve the problems in horizontal position welding for aluminium alloys. Arc thermal field shape, arc pressure distribution and the characteristic of the weld pool, which are important for keyhole stability, have been changed compared with the ordinary variable polarity plasma arc. Its stability in application can be evaluated by the operational window. The thermal cycle curves, microstructures and microhardness of the horizontal position weld indicate the weld asymmetry. The influence of asymmetry as well as welding defects on tensile strength and fracture behaviour has been studied. The fundamental reason for the asymmetry was considered as the asymmetric fluid flow around the keyhole in the weld pool.

A novel soft variable polarity plasma arc has been proposed to solve the problems in horizontal welding of aluminium alloys (in 2G position). It is defined as an arc with reduced arc pressure while retaining the ability to maintain a stable keyhole. In this paper, its characteristics were studied and its influence on the stability of keyhole was investigated. The results indicate that it has been changed in the energy and pressure distribution compared with ordinary variable polarity plasma arc. It is beneficial for the stability of keyhole especially for the stability of keyhole shrinking process. The keyhole can be established easily. It can also improve the wetting and spreading of molten metal in weld pool. The reason for a stable keyhole is that the soft variable polarity plasma can provide a suitable heat input and a suitable arc pressure.
