The aim of this paper is to develop a proposal in order to applicate the SAFe framework (scaled agile framework) into an organization with rigid hierarchical structures and hardware and software development environments for cascade projects of cars, obviously, in the automotive sector. To achieve that aim, it was carried out a methodical bibliographic research in different reference databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, PMI and in reference websites such as Agileforhardware.com and scaledagileframework.com. Developing through this systematic research two proposals. The first one, the integration of a brand's connected vehicle development team in a network of software development teams which it's already applying SAFe as a scaling method at group level and, on the other hand, a proposal to implement an agile approach on an electrical and electronic Package development team, which develops develop basically hard ward, focusing both proposals on the value stream, so that they find synergies to be scaled at the brand level using SAFe if required. This is possible due to the found synergies among both proposals with the hypertext organizational model from Nanoka that serves with some small changes on the frequency the team move themself to the knowledge layer as a support framework for a future synergy of both proposals in a SAFe context..

- Abstract
Many researchers agree that the current Chinese top-down housing reconstruction model guarantees both its enforcement and efficiency. However, many have also questioned its possible negative effects on the affected localities. Thus, this research conducted an empirical study on three recently serious-affected towns in China that were hit by earthquakes. Further, it identifies different types of housing projects according to their reconstruction methods, measures and compares their resilience levels, and proposes policy implications. Our findings clarify and indicate various implications. First, the housing reconstruction in China has been carried out primarily by on-site self-constructed housing (SCH) and relocated government-constructed housing (GCH). Second, SCH generally has high resilience levels and should thus be encouraged during the post-disaster resettlement period. Third, in the affected areas with developmental conditions, GCH should also be considered as it could also achieve a high-quality built environment and urban development. Fourth, this study found that, in less developed areas, large-scale relocation constructions always result in a low resilience and, thus, need to be avoided. Fifth, the mobilization of various external forces would provide strong support for achieving a high-quality reconstruction in both developed and less-developed areas. Therefore, a coordination method is important in leveraging their unique capacities without neglecting local demands. Finally, within the Chinese urban-rural divide, inhabitants with a transitional social identity are particularly vulnerable, requiring more attention and policy support in the long term. INFORMATION storage & retrieval systems , *MICROPROCESSORS , *CACHE memory , *COMPUTER storage devices , *ELECTRONICS - Abstract
Amid trends toward the unification of storage in information systems and improvements in their operating efficiency, increased speed and greater numbers of channels for host connections are needed in disk arrays. In this paper, the authors focus on the fact that for increasing speed the network structure is more useful than the bus structure in terms of an approach for several microprocessors which comprise a disk array and the memory connections shared with them. The authors then propose a hybrid star network configuration which uses a hierarchical star network with connections over switches to cache memory where data from the host is stored temporarily, and a star network with direct connections with control memory where control tables for cache memory and other types of control information are stored. The authors create a disk array with a 32-channel host interface using their approach, and then implement a performance evaluation. The results show that sequential performance of 920 MB per second and transaction performance of 160 kIO per second are achieved. This is equivalent to a 5-fold increase for the former and a 2.5-fold increase for the latter compared to a disk array using a conventional bus setup. From an approach microeconomic, the present work investigates the impact that the new organizational methods introduced in the internal workings of the company, in the knowledge management system, the organization of the workplace and management of the company's external relations (DANE), they have on innovation and productivity in Colombian manufacturing companies. The research is conducted in three phases; in the first phase, a theoretical revision of the organizational innovation so much in the international context, as for Colombian case; in the second phase the statistical analysis is made of the innovative process with based out based on the results of the Development and Technological Innovation Survey EDIT Industry, in it´s versions EDIT IV to VII. And subsequently in a third phase, is calculates correlation coefficients, it is estimated a model Probit and it performing causality tests between the variables: Introduction in new organizational methods and product innovations (goods and services) New or substantially improved. Among the main conclusions is has to that: : i) There is a correlation positive between the introduction of new organizational methods and the obtaining of product innovations in the Colombian industrial companies, ii) companies that obtain innovations in the strict sense, ie companies that are introducing goods and services, new or improved, in the international market, make an investment on average 3.5 times bigger than companies that are introducing new or substantially improved products in the domestic market or for the company itself, and iii) a the level by economic activity is evidenced a direct relationship between innovation in new organizational methods and product innovation, to greater innovation in organizational methods, the companies get a big number of goods or services, new or improved substantially for companies, the for domestic marke and international marke.
