Tumor-related sarcoidosis-like reactions (SLR) have been reported with the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). We report a case of 50-year-old woman who observed an enlarged lymph node in the right hilar region and the appearance of a subcutaneous mass in the extremities during chemotherapy with atezolizumab plus nab-paclitaxel for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Skin biopsy revealed the formation of epithelioid granulation species with the Langhans giant cell. After discontinuing atezolizumab in the treatment procedure, the hilar lymph nodes and the subcutaneous mass were reduced. A pathological examination was effective in differentiating tumor exacerbation from SLR. Owing to limited information on ICI-related SLR in breast cancer, future studies are recommended to properly manage immune-related adverse effects during cancer treatment.

It was the 12th year of Shunzhi 順治, 1655, more than 35 years before Qalq-a's official surrender to the Qing. when the Eight Jasaɣs were appointed for Qalq-a Mongolia, which had maintained her independent status from the Qing dynasty at that time. They were those "head beises 貝子 of Qalq-a" with whom the Qing dynasty negotiated on the problems of "Tenggis chief's revolt" of the Sonid and of the plundered livestocks from Inner Mongolia by the Qalq-a. When these problems were resolved in 1655, the Qing obliged the "nine white tributes" per year 九白年貢 as the Eight Jasaɣ's obligation and determined the quantity of bestowal from the Qing court to them. This system was maintained until the 25th year of Kangxi 康煕, 1686. However, when Qalq-a surrendered as a result of their evacuation to Inner Mongolia from Гaldan 噶爾且's invasion of Qalq-a after 1688, the Qing reorganized Qalq-a to the banner (qosiɣu 旗) system and nominated 36 Jasaɣγs as banner chiefs.

Post war Japan’s intellectual circles were preoccupied with Hegelian readings of Karl Marx, based on the a priori scheme developed by the former in the 19th century. The 20th century Japanese economist Kuruma Samezō (1893 1982) put an end to this preoccupation, by proposing a novel understanding of Marx’ major work, Capital , instead. His ideas were developed at the Ohara Institute for Social Research, founded by Japanese businessman and philanthropist Ōhara Magosaburō, to address the problems of poverty and social inequality in the aftermath of the 1918 rice riots, economic hardship, and subsequent political crisis. Kuruma’s approach to understanding Marx by putting aside the prevailing Hegelian interpretations of his work, relied on attentively reading Capital , and focusing on the concrete problems which Marx addresses in it. Despite his opposition to the post war tendency, Kuruma still recognises a Hegelian influence in Marx, and as such also addresses it in his own work. This already testifies to Kuruma’s intellectual honesty. I argue that his interpretation of Marx has remained vital to a broader understanding of Marx’s work until the present day. In my paper, I will show how Kuruma’s understanding may be relevant to the debate concerning the Hegel Marx relation today.
