The research includes the development of spectrophotometric method for determination microgram amounts of CPZ via oxidative coupling with the Sodium sulphacetamide reagent in presence of oxidizing agent potassium persulphate in the acidic medium (pH=1.8) to form a violet colored-dye, which is soluble in water and showed the highest intensity of absorption at λ max 550 nm. The method has been obeyed Beer's Law in the concentration range (2 - 20) µg/ml, with molar absorptivity of 1.2791 ×104 L/ mol. Cm, Sandel Index value 0.0278 µg/cm2. The detection limit 0.1727 µg/ml, with correlation coefficient 0.9983, the relative standard deviation of the method does not exceed 0.8933%, the proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical preparation

All over the world, robotics technology is rapidly replacing manuals of work. Customers in traditional cafes, restaurants, and hotels are facing a variety of problems due to crowding during peak hours, lack of waiters, manual order processing, and the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this paper is to discuss where a waiter robot can be designed and developed that can be used for restaurant automation. Where we rely on a robot to address these defects using black tracking plans, where the bot can track the movement of the black line of the tables, and then the bot reaches the table to place orders, where the customer presses the order through the center. The program is through a bank machine, and a tablet is placed on each table. The program is installed in it to choose the order, and after selecting the order by the customer, this is on the part of the customer upon request. After the request, a lamp lights near the cashier with a table that wants a specific service, and this is according to the existing lamp counter where there is a board near the cashier in which foods and juices are placed and it consists of (1-8) A lamp and a list of foods or juices are indexed by each one separately, and the service will be transferred via the smart car according to the requests requested by the customer. Thus, this paper presents a method to protect people from this virus and not transmit it to others, and the paper suggested was programmed according to the Arduino environment and the Bluetooth module.

During the growing season of 2021, an experiment was conducted on a papaya plant at the research station of the College of Agriculture and Marshlands, Dhi Qar University, to determine the impact of adding various levels of SAP agricultural polymer (0, 50, 100) g. m-2, anti-transpiration kaolin at levels (0, 1, 3) g.L-1, and baking yeast at two levels (0, 20) g.L-1. In terms of several chemical properties and characteristics of vegetative development, The results showed that the yeast spray (20 g.L-1), the anti-transpiration therapy (3 g.L-1), and the polymer addition treatment (100 g.m-2) were the most effective treatments. The complete random block design was utilized with three replicates. In comparison to the other treatments, they produced plants with the maximum height, leaf area, stem diameter, number of leaves, chlorophyll content, and leaf carbohydrate content.

The aim of this article is to present the exact analytical solution for models as system of (2+1) dimensional PDEs by using a reliable manner based on combined LA-transform with decomposition technique and the results have shown a high-precision, smooth and speed convergence to the exact solution compared with other classic methods. The suggested approach does not need any discretization of the domain or presents assumptions or neglect for a small parameter in the problem and does not need to convert the nonlinear terms into linear ones. The convergence of series solution has been shown with two illustrated examples such (2+1)D- Burger's system and (2+1)D- Boiti-Leon-Pempinelli (BLP) system.

The current study aims to know the protective role of the aqueous extract of the Ginkgo biloba against cerebrum damage induced by Aluminum chloride (AlCl3) in male rats. 40 adult male rats were used, which were randomly divided into four equal groups (10 animals/group), the first group (G1) administered 1 ml/kg of tap water, the second group (G2) administered 10 mg / kg of AlCl3, the third group (G3) was administered 10 mg/kg of aqueous extract of the Ginkgo biloba ,while the fourth group animals (G4) were administered 10 mg/kg of AlCl3 and 10 mg/kg of Ginkgo biloba aqueous extract orally and daily for 30 days. Fasting blood samples were collected after the end of the experiment to study the following parameters: concentration of soluble acetylcholinesterase AChE(G1), membrane bound acetylcholinesterase AChE (G4), Neuronal Mitochondrial ATPase (Nmit ATPase), Cytochrome C oxidase (COX) , Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α). The current study aimed to investigate Cryptosporidium spp. that infect humans and some animal species as well as to compare among various isolates obtained. A total of 96 human stool samples and 96 animal fecal samples (48 for cattle and 48 for sheep) were collected and examined by using Nested PCR technique followed by DNA sequencing analysis through phylogenetic tree to know the parasite species. The whole infection rate in human was 36.4% (35/96), while in cattle was 22.9% (11/48) and in sheep was 14.5% (7/48) by nested polymerase chain reaction technique. The findings of DNA sequencing based on 18s rRNA gene (654 bp) showed the presence of three Cryptosporidium spp. which namely C. hominis, C. parvum, and C. bovis, all of them have identity 99 %, Cryptosporidium parvum was the most widespread species being detected in 60% (9/15), followed by C. bovis 33.33% (5/15), and C. hominis 6.66% (1/15). This is the first report revealed the molecular sequencing among human, cattle and sheep in Wasit province, Iraq and the role of livestock (cattle, sheep) in zoonotic transmission of the cryptosporidiosis.

Water pollution is a growing concern worldwide. One of the main causes of water pollution includes the textile industry which produces a large amount of wastewater every day. This wastewater is known to contain dyes that are recalcitrant and hard to treat. In order to solve this problem, bioremediation using ligninolytic fungi is commonly used for the ligninolytic enzymes which are able to break down the dyes. In this study, samples were collected from decaying woods and soils in the vicinity of UiTM Puncak Alam forests. A total of 20 fungal isolates were tested for ligninolytic enzyme production. Out of the 20 isolates, 13 were found to produce lignin peroxidase and manganese peroxidase, but only one produced laccase. The isolate that produced all three enzymes was used for DNA isolation and identified using amplification of the ITS region by PCR. The isolate was identified as Trichoderma asperellum, a soft rot fungal species which is renowned for its role in bioremediation as a biosorbent.

Mesoporous silicon (mesoPSi) layers fabricated by the photoelectrochemical etching (PECE) method in hydrofluoric acid (HF) are active as carbon monoxide gas sensors. The modified porous silicon (PSi) can be used with noble metals to manufacture an effective gas sensor. Embedded gold, platinum, and palladium nanoparticles Au, Pt, and Pd-NPs could modify the surface morphology of mesoPSi and form mesoPSi/AuPtPd-NPs hybrid structures through a simple and dipping process in fixed salt concentrations. The morphology of the hybrid structures has been studied using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The prepared gas sensor has measured the electrical characteristics at room temperature. Shape, nanoparticle size, and specific surface area strongly influenced the current–voltage characteristics. The results show that Au, Pd, and Pt-NPs sizes prepared by the dipping process for mesopore-like structures were in the range from 0.64 to 7.53 nm. Besides, considerable improvements in the response, recovery times and sensitivity of gas sensor were noticed when decreasing the incorporated Au, Pd, and Pt-NPs to the mesoPSi matrix.

Statistical analyzes include a study of many societies’ characteristics that are data collection, organization, analysis, and analysis to get the aim with easy-to-understand diagrams and analytical drawings in return. In this paper, we will try to shed light on the most popular statistical methods, analysis of variance, and familiarize the reader with its types and how to choose the most appropriate data used during the various experiments. This paper deals with a brief outline of the species, and a practical application of communication data using statistical methods, where we found from the obtained results that the sensor provided for sensing low ranges has high sensitivity and high linearity in addition to the possibility of using it in extreme environments, which makes it a good choice for use in medical fields. As for the mathematical analysis, the analysis of the variance test supports the practical results, as there are no differences between the first and second groups (probability = 0.1832) nor between the second and third groups (probability = 0.1043), but there are statistically significant differences between the first and third groups (probability = 0.0054). The preference belongs to the third group (C) and as the best response on run 18 = 430.

Levin (1993) argues that the behaviour of verbs is determined by word meaning which is directly linked to the expression and interpretation of its argument. Based on this statement, Levin classified verbs into 48 classes and VerbNet, an English verb lexicon was created based on the extension of Levin’s taxonomy of verb classification (VC). Therefore, this study presents the classification of the updated English verbs of 2016 to 2018 in the online version of the Oxford English Dictionary (OED) to examine the relevance of Levin’s VC and VerbNet in the recently added repertoire of verbs. In Addition, the study seeks to find out the new verb classes introduced in this study. This study uses a mixed-method to identify and classify the verbs. To conclude, this study found that both classifications were applicable and relevant in 14 new main verb classes introduced to classify the verbs that did not belong to Levin’s VC and VerbNet. Hence, this contributes to the body of knowledge as the newly introduced verb classes could be used based on the given semantic and syntactic conditions.

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of tax haven on tax revenue development and its reflection on public revenue in Iraq between 2004 and 2014. A review of tax haven literature revealed that there are different types of tax havens, categorizations, characteristics, effects of tax havens, socio-economic consequence and reaction to tax haven that requires analysis. An empirical analysis is done in the public revenue of Iraq from 2004 to 2014. Descriptive statistics and evidentiary are employed as the analysis techniques. It is revealed that the importance of structure analysis of public revenues is connected with tax haven because the basic foundation for the State budget. Also, the growth rates of tax revenue for the period beyond the year 2003 which saw the Iraq regime change and more open to the world and draws from a socialist economy to a market economy, as well as the effect of the tax was havens with the direct tax income withholding tax, as well as the impact of tax revenue in the Public State revenues. Withthe analytical nature of the study reported in this paper, there is still an opportunity for further work on larger populations to confirm the generalizability of the findings.

Taze fasulye yetiştirme sezonu boyunca Konya bölgesinde yüksek buharlaşma değerlerinden dolayı sık sulamaya ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Türkiye’de özellikle Konya bölgesindeki kuraklık taze fasulye üretimini etkileyen en önemli abiyotik stres faktörü olmuştur. Kısıtlı sulama ve kuraklığa toleranslı çeşitlerin yetiştirilmesi verim kayıplarını önlemenin yollarından biridir. Bu çalışmada Selçuk Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümü öğretim üyesi Prof. Dr. Önder Türkmen tarafından geliştirilen bir taze fasulye genotipi ile Türkiye’de taze fasulye tohum pazarında bulunan Nazende çeşidinin farklı sulama seviyelerine olan tepkileri araştırılmıştır. Sulama suyu seviyeleri A sınıfı buharlaşma kabından 7 günlük aralıklara olan yığışımlı buharlaşmanın katları şeklinde (kcp1= 1.25; kcp2= 1.00. kcp3= 0.75. kcp4= 0.50 ve kcp5= 0.00 ) oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, sulama seviyeleri arasında taze fasulye verimi, bakla uzunluğu, bakla eti kalınlığı ve bakladaki tohum sayısı yönünden istatistiki olarak önemli farklar bulunmuştur. Taze fasulye verimi ve bakla kalınlığı yönünden ise çeşitler arasında bir fark gözlenmemiştir. Taze fasulyenin mevsimlik su tüketimi deneme konularına göre Nazende çeşidi için 177 mm ile 635 mm arasında, S3 genotipi için ise 181 mm ile 655 mm arasında değişmiştir. En yüksek verim S3 genotipi için kcp2 konusundan 3762 kg/da ile, Nazende çeşidi için ise 3525 kg/da ile kcp1 konusundan elde edilmiştir. Sezonluk bitki su tüketimi ve verim arasında doğrusal ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Verim tepki etmeni Nazende ve S3 için 1.24 olarak hesaplanmıştır. However the drought in recent years at Turkey, especially in Konya plain has been one of the most important abiotic stress factor affecting the snap bean production. Several ways to reduce yield losses are deficit irrigation practices, to improve and disseminate the varieties that are tolerant to water stress. In this research, the response of two green bean varieties one of which was improved by Prof. Dr. Önder Türkmen, Horticulture Department of Agriculture Faculty of Selcuk University (S3) and a commercial variety existing in Turkey market (Nazende) to different irrigation water levels under drip irrigation has been investigated. The irrigation treatments included five irrigation water level according the amount of water evaporated from Class A Pan within 7 days period and based on 5 different crop pan coefficient. According to the results, it was found that there were significant differences in yield, pod length, pod width, pod thickness and seed per pod among irrigation levels. No significant differences were observed in yield, pod thickness among varieties. The seasonal water use of the snap bean were ranged from 177 mm to 635 mm for Nazende, 181 mm to 655 for S3 . The highest yield was obtained in kcp2 treatment with 3762.2 kg ha-1 for S3 and kcp1 treatment with 3525.0 kg ha-1 for Nazende. It was not observed significant differences in yield between kcp1; kcp2. kcp3 treatment for both genotypes. Linear relations were found between yield and seasonal water use. The yield response factors (ky) were found 1.24 for both varieties. No differences were observed for pod color values (L, a, b) among irrigation levels.

The congestion of road traffic is one of the most problems facing the ambulance transportation to provide fast healthcare service for patient. In this work, ambulance tracking with messages transfer system has been designed and implemented such that a central monitoring and tracking unit can observe ambulance using MQTT IoT protocol. Where each vehicle is occupied with an intelligent embedded system (Raspberry Pi) unit. When an ambulance is being in the road, it will communicate with other vehicle or road traffic by means of CoAP IoT protocol as a direct device to device communication. The proposed system has been designed such that driver use voice chat and the system are completely hand free. The voice message is being transfer into text by using speech recognition based Google API library, and then the received text message is converted again to speech by using text to speech algorithm. An encryption–decryption process-based stream cipher has been used. The message between IoT nodes has been encrypted using One Time Pad (OTP) and DNA computing. Furthermore, the required key sequence was generated using a linear feedback shift register (LFSR) as a pseudo number key generator. This key sequence was combined to generate a unique key for each message.

Internet of Things (IoT) is a rapidly developing technology that enables “devices” to communicate and share information amongst them without human control. The devices have the features of internet connectivity and networking. Due to the increasing demands of a secure environment in IoT application, security has become a crucial aspect on which researchers have been increasingly focused. Connecting devices to the internet can facilitate intruders to attack devices as they can access the data from anywhere in the globe. In this work, an encryption–decryption process-based stream cipher has been used. The messages between IoT nodes were encrypted using One Time Pad (OTP) and DNA computing. Furthermore, the required key sequence was generated using a linear feedback shift register (LFSR) as a pseudo number key generator. This key sequence was combined to generate a unique key for each message. The algorithm was implemented using source python and tested on a Raspberry pi under Linux open operation system.

In this paper addresses the multi-period single-item inventory problem with stochastic demands. In which the demand in each period is known but it varies from time to time for N replenishment periods. The main idea is to calculate expected the total minimum cost and the optimal quantity and the optimal replenishment periods using probabilistic dynamic programming. The results showed the optimal replenishment are (1, 10, 28), optimal quantity is (34974) and the expected total minimum cost is (883.487).

The current study aimed to assess BMP-2, P-selectin, substance-p in s-thalassemia major patients in Babylon Province (Iraq), by enrolling individual of Arab ancestry. A total of 70 beta-thalassemia major patients and 30 normal individual were enrolled Family history. All patients were blood transfusion depend with age mean (14.1±0.7years). On the other hand the selected control do not have history of family for thalassemia and doesn’t have any disease with mean age (15.6±1.2years). The result revealed significant decrease in BMP-2 in beta-thalassemia major patients, and significant increase in P-selectin, substance P in beta-thalassemia major patients.

The impact of management control systems (MCS) on organizations performance empirical research has been the subject of numerous studies during the past decade in developed and emerging economies. In the contemporary competitive, complex and changing global business environment, firms are being challenged to adopt business models that enable them to address the strategic uncertainties and risks they face in their business environments. The main issue of this study is that management accounting researchers argue that one of the ways firms can continually rejuvenate themselves to survive and succeed in these complex and uncertain environments is to understand the role of management control systems in Formulating a business strategy in management control systems that yields a sustainable competitive advantage which in turn lead to enhance organizations performance. The purpose of this study is attempting to wading in the literature review related to The impact of management control systems on organizations performance based on 10 articles published in a wide variety of journals. Discuss some methodological issues related to stage in the organizational life cycle and, finally, review the main results related to this topic and provide suggestions for future research Literatures indicate several factors that could possibly influence management control systems and organizations performance. Cloud computing became an emerging technology. The benefits have made a lot of institutions and companies looking to use this technology. The process of migration from legacy systems to cloud computing environments is a complex process. The migration process does not represent the movement of data, applications and service only but also presents the process from the early stages of planning and continue until after the selection and transfer of data to a specific deployment model. Security is the biggest concern to consumers during the migration process, whether immigration initial from legacy systems to the environment of cloud computing or migration between the clouds. This paper presents an overview of the security requirements: before, during and after the migration from legacy systems to cloud computing, as well as security requirements data migration between the clouds.
