In this article, the views of Milesian philosophers on substance within the framework of their ontology are given. Accordingly, first of all, determinations about the origin and various meanings of the concept are given in order to explain why the concept of substance is handled in different ways in philosophical discussions. Based on these findings, it is revealed that the conclusions reached by Thales, Anaximandros and Anaximenes in their search for the first principle (arche) of everything can be accepted as substance and that their different substances refer to various features of the philosophical concept of substance. Ultimately, the aim to be reached in the article is to show that the Milesian philosophers' understanding of substance is parallel to each other, but to reveal that the properties they attribute to substance differ, and that Anaximenes' concept of substance is more inclusive than other thinkers. Eğitim ve öğretim faaliyetinin olduğu her zaman ve mekânda öğrenen ve öğretenlere ihtiyaç değişmeyecektir. Bir başka ifadeyle eğitim ve öğretim süreci içinde öğrenen insan, öğretimini alabileceği model bir öğreticiye muhtaçtır. Nitekim insan kişiliğinin ve inancının oluşumunda, hayat tarzının inşasında bir modele ihtiyaç duyar. Bu model, insanın kendi yaşadığı dönemden insanlar olabileceği gibi geçmişte yaşayan kimselerden de olabilir. Zira geçmişte yaşamış bazı insanların örnekliği kendi çağlarından sonra da devam etmiştir. Sözü edilen model şahsiyetler, kişilerin hayat tarzını, düşüncesini, inancını etkileyen ve her yönüyle örnek alınabilecek nitelikte kimseler olmuştur. Medeniyetlerin tarihinde kâmil insan diye de tabir edilen model insan hakkında muhtelif tasavvurlardan söz edilebilir. Bu tasavvurların değişim ve gelişiminde zamanın, kültürün, eğitim ve öğretim anlayışlarının rolleri kaçınılmazdır. Nitekim İslam eğitim ve öğretim tarihinde Hz. Peygamber ilk öğreticidir. İlk öğrenciler olarak ise Suffe ashabı sayılmaktadır. Zaman içinde bu vazifeyi peygamber mirasçıları görülen âlimler almış, onlar da çocuk, kadın- erkek demeden yaş ve cinsiyetine bakmaksızın bu faaliyeti her zaman ve mekânda yürütmüştür. İlk dönemlerden itibaren Müslüman bilginler eğitim- öğretim hakkında bir takım görüş ve düşünceler ileri sürmüşler ve bu hususta müstakil eserler kaleme almışlardır. Bu noktada makalemizde genel anlamda eğitim ve öğretimde özelde ise hadis rivayet ve edasında model öğreticinin niteliklerini incelemeyi amaç edindik. Bunun için sahasındaki şöhreti ile bilinen el-Hatîb el-Bağdâdî’nin el-Câmiʻ li Ahlaki’r-Râvi ve Âdâbi’s-Sâmiʻ adlı eser özelinde model öğreticinin vasıflarını ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştık. Makalemizde esas aldığımız erken dönem kaynakları arasında sayılan bu eser, temel kaynakların yanı sıra ortaya koymuş olduğu muhtelif rivayetlerle model insanın niteliklerini bize sunmaktadır. Ayrıca bu makalede ilk başta kısaca el-Hatîb ve el-Câmiʻi hakkında bilgi verilmiş, ardından hadis öğreticisinin sahip olması gereken niteliklerinden söz edilmiştir

Bu çalışmada İbn Sînâ’nın Kategoriler kitabında incelediği on kategoriden üçünü yani nicelik, nitelik ve görelilik kategorilerini ele almaya çalışacağız. Bu üç kategorinin İbn Sînâ’nın kategoriler sistemi içerisinde merkezi bir öneminin bulunmasından hareketle ‘üç temel kategori’ isimlendirmesi uygun görülmüştür. Buna bağlı olarak İbn Sînâ’nın söz konusu üç kategoriye dair açıklamaları başta Aristoteles olmak üzere Fârâbîve Tûsî’nin görüşleri etrafında değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Bu karşılaştırmanın temel amacı meşşai geleneğin önemli temsilcisi olan İbn Sînâ’nın diğer meşşai flozoflarla olan fkir birliğinin ve yaklaşım tarzının uygunluk derecesinin belirginleştirilmesine katkı sunabilmektir.

The metaphor of "Swiss Army Employee" generally used for employees who can perform different roles at different times and places of life is used for employees who have different skills rather than having a specialization in a single competence and for whom are needed by some specific job fields. One of them is teachers who need to have both academic, personal and social competencies. The aim of this study is to identify the apparatus of Swiss Knife by means of teachers who should have multi-qualifications and then by weighting them hierarchically with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique, to determine which skill would be as important as knife which is the most important apparatus of Swiss Knife as it is the first one that comes to mind. In this study, we have aimed at examining the substance problem in the philosophy of John Locker, one of pioneers in the modern philosophy. As opposed to Descartes, Spinoza and Leibniz, three major philosophers of the 17th century, Locker came to the forefront as a realist and empiric philosopher. Although Locke was not a metaphysician, he discussed the problem of substance as a result of the philosophy atmosphere and especially the epistemology at that age. In this context, he examined the idea of substance in order to identify the source of its information, its criteria, scope and relation with reality. According to Locke, there is no inborn idea in our minds as opposed to claim by philosophers like Descartes, Spinoza and Leibniz. The thought of idea later formed in our minds by the joining of basic ideas. Although Locke differed from Descartes ontology in the debate over substance, he adopted his triplet substance doctrine. Locke has three kinds of substances, which are substances with primary and secondary attributes. The substance with the primary attribute is the God and the substances with secondary attributes are the spirit and the material. Not all three ideas of substance exist in the mind at the moment of birth. We reach the idea of God by our senses, our perceptions, mind, ideas, deductions and especially rules of ethic. As a result of the principle "beings and existence cannot be produced from nonentity", God exists as an eternal-everlasting and mandatory being. The idea of spiritual substance, which is an immaterial being, has formed in our minds pursuant to the joining of basic ideas in our minds such as thinking, understanding, desire and knowledge. The features of the spirit substance idea are thinking, the power to move and freedom. On the other hand, the material substance idea has no sensations, perceptions, it cannot think and has no self-movement. It is the God that gave the thinking and moving power to the material. The feature of the material substance idea is its occupation of space. In the material, there is no thinking, sensation, perception, will and freedom. Locke has therefore introduced a realistic and empiric point-of-view for solving the problem of substance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose of this study is to identify the attitude towards the Arabic language program in the preparatory year of students within the Faculties of Theology. The research questions are:1) What are the attitudes of these students in the Turkish universities towards the program of Arabic language in the preparatory year?2) Are there statistically significant differences (less than or equal to 0.05) in the attitude of the research sample due to the variables “gender, graduation in the secondary school of imams and preachers, class, the study in Arabic in the bachelor’s degree “? The research followed the descriptive method where the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. The research sample was accidental. It included (1374) students from (60) Faculties. The results of the research show that the students’ attitudes were “Neutral” towards the framework of the Arabic language program, the teachers of the preparatory year, their teaching methods, and the quality of education. The students’ attitudes were “positive” toward the effect of the preparatory year on their studies. 75% of the sample said that they consider the preparatory year to be useful. The analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in some topics due to some independent variables of the research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

At any time and place where there is education and teaching activity will not change to the need for learner and educators. In other words, the learner in process of education and training needs a model tutorial. Indeed, in the formation of human personality and belief, and in the built of life style is needed a model. This model can be people from the time when the lived period or from people who have lived in the past. As a matter of fact the modeling of some people who lived in the past continued after their ages. These model people who are mentioned has become a person who can influence the life style, thought and beliefs of people and can be taken as an example in every way. In the history of civilizations, it is possible to talk about various conceptions about the perfect person (al-insan al kamil) which is also called the model human. The role of cultures, education and teaching is inevitable in the exchange and development of these concepts. As a matter of fact, in the history of Islamic education and training, we consider the Prophet to be the first instructor / tutor and the Ashab al-Suffa as the first students. In the course of time, the scholars who were considered to be the inheritors of the Prophet took this position. And they have carried out this activity at any time and place without discrimination of children, men and women regardless of age and sex. From the first period, Muslim scholars have put forward a number of opinions and thoughts about education and training, and they wrote independent books. At this point, in this declaration we aimed to the characteristics of the model human in general education and teaching, in particular the hadith narrative. For this we tried to reveal the qualities of the model teacher based on the work of Khatib al-Baghdadi (392-463/1002-1071) known as al-Jāmi' li Akhlāq al-Rāwi wa Ādāb al-Sāmi'. This work, which considered as one of the early sources, presents us with the qualities of the model person, both from these basic sources and from the memories that have been experienced. Therefore, examples that will contribute to the current education and training activities will be tried to be presented in this paper. In this paper, at first, Kkatib and this work are briefly given, and then the qualities that should be possessed in the hadith teaching of the muhaddith, have been mentioned. Bibliometrics is both a research area determining the distribution of the information produced quantitatively by various factors and a research method. The aim of this study is to examine bibliometrics as a scientific discipline with a critical approach. In this context, the hypothesis of our study is as follows; "In assessing the productivity of research and researcher, bibliometric studies give more weight to quantitative aspects of the productivity. However, the productivity of research and researcher should not be determined only by quantitative aspects". In this study, our criticisms about bibliometrics and bibliometric studies are listed as follows: --Terminological problems about bibliometrics --Problems related to the importance given to quantity --Technical and interpretative problems arising from authors, and --Technical problems related to databases involving the related literature. Bu çalışma, Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerindeki görev yapan öğretim elemanlarının genel niteliklerini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, nitel bir araştırma deseni kullanılarak Türkçe eğitim bölümlerinde yer alan öğretim elemanlarının nitelikleri incelenmiştir. Doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılan bu çalışmanın veri kaynağını, Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerindeki öğretim elemanlarının uzmanlık alanları ve akademik unvanlarını oluşturmuştur. Bu yönüyle, ilk olarak, "Öğrenci Seçme ve Yerleştirme Sistemi Merkezi" (ÖSYS) 2015 yılı yükseköğretim programları ve kontenjanları kılavuzu incelenerek "Türkçe Öğretmenliği"ne sahip 62 üniversite belirlenmiştir. İkinci olarak, belirlenen üniversitelere "Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu" (YÖK)'ün bilgisunar adreslerinden ulaşılarak bölümlerdeki öğretim elemanlarına ilişkin araştırma kapsamında ele alınan bilgilere ulaşılmış ve bu bilgiler "Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi"nden elde edilen verilerle de desteklenmiştir. Araştırmaya konu olan verilere ise, içerik çözümlemesi türlerinden sıklık çözümlemesi tekniği uygulanmıştır. Bu yüzden veriler, bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmış ve SPSS 23 programı aracılığıyla Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerinden yer alan öğretim elemanlarının üniversitelere göre dağılımları, Türkçe eğitimcisi olup olmadıkları, akademik unvanları ve cinsiyetleri ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda ise, Türkiye'de 193 üniversite içinde toplam sayısının 62 olduğu Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerinde yer alan öğretim elemanlarının (n=335) salt 123 (% 36.7)'ünün Türkçe eğitimcisi, 150 (% 44.8)'sinin Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı uzmanı ve 62 (% 18.5)'sinin diğer alan uzmanların olduğu görülmüştür. Bu durum, Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerinde yer alan Türkçe eğitimcilerinin sayısının oldukça yetersiz olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

Kur’an nazım ve telifiyle, dil ve üslûbuyla, her dönemde beşeriyetin tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşılaması ve daha birçok özelliğiyle hiçbir şekilde benzeri ortaya konamayan mucize bir kitaptır. İnsanın böyle eşsiz bir kaynaktan istifade etmesi O’nunla kurduğu ilişkiye bağlıdır. Şayet bu ilişki kıraat, tecvîd gibi doğrudan bu alanı kendisine konu edinen ilimlerin ortaya koyduğu tilavet, tertîl, anlama, tefekkür, hüzün gibi belli ilkeler çerçevesinde olursa kişinin Kur’an’dan istifade etmesi o nispette fazla olur. Söz konusu ilkelerden uzaklaşıldıkça da Kur’an okuma gibi son derece faziletli bir ibadet, ibadet olma özelliğini kaybeder ve sıradan bir iş haline dönüşebilir. Dolayısıyla burada Kur’an okuyan herkes için manevi açıdan hayatî bir durum söz konusudur. Biz de araştırmamızda insanlar için bu denli önemli olan bir konuyu incelemeye tabi tuttuk. Bu bağlamda öncelikle Kur’an okumayla ilgili bazı naklî bilgilere yer verdik, daha sonra araştırmanın ana konusunu oluşturan Kur’an tilavetinde nitelik sorunu üzerinde durduk. Kısa bir girişten sonra meseleyi dört başlık altında ele aldık. Birinci başlıkta işin teknik yönünü ilgilendiren kıraat, tecvîd gibi konular üzerinde durduk. İkinci başlıkta nitelikli okumayı ifade eden tertîl, tilavet gibi kavramları inceledik. Üçüncü başlıkta okuma faaliyetini, sıradan bir faaliyet olmaktan çıkarıp değerli bir ibadete dönüştüren genel ilkeler üzerinde durduk. Dördüncü başlıkta ise nitelikli Kur’an okumada yaşanması tavsiye edilen hüzün ve ağlama halini ele aldık. Kısa bir değerlendirme ve önerilerin yer aldığı sonuç bölümüyle de çalışmamızı tamamladık.

In this study; The aim of this course is to review the problems of the graduate education in the process and to develop solutions to the problems in the field of educational sciences. The research was conducted in the screening model and the qualitative research design was used. The working group identified 7 located in Turkey, provided that at least one university in each of the geographical regions constitute 15 graduate and 30 participants, including 15 faculty members. For the purpose of collecting the data; prepared semi-structured; The aim of this course is to investigate the role of graduate education studies in educational sciences and their contribution to the educational objectives, the general problems seen in the licensing, and the solution suggestions for the development of graduate education. After the content and frequency analysis of the questions were done, they were visualized in a schematic form using NVİVO package program. According to the findings of the study; It has been determined that there are some deficiencies on the general characteristics of the theses, course contents and the instructional dimensions of the learning environments in the selection of the students at the entrance to graduate education, the level of readiness of the counselors and students. In order to solve these problems, reducing the number of courses of faculty members, taking measures to increase the qualifications of faculty members in the graduate education, reviewing the working conditions, ALES, which is the entrance examination for the graduate education, has been restructured as content, and it has become an examination tool that measures the characteristics of the students by overlapping the characteristics of the field with the personal characteristics of the students. In this study, we will try to deal with the three categories of quantity, quality and relation, which Ibn Sina examined in the Categories book. It is appropriate to label these three categories as 'three basic categories' in view of Ibn Sina's central theme in the categorical system. Accordingly, Ibn Sina's statements about the three categories have been evaluated around the views of Farabi and Tusi, especially Aristotle. The main purpose of this comparison is to be able to contribute to the clarification of Ibn Sina, an important representative of the peripatetic tradition, of the idea of unity with other peripatetic philosophers and the degree of conformity of the approach style. The effect of various carbohydrate sources on bee function was investigated in this study. To conduct the experiment, 12 treatments in 6 replications in a completely randomized design carried out on (Apis mellifera meda). The treatments are consisted of control treatment (honey, white sugar, brown sugar) and sweet dough treatments containing corn, potato, wheat starch and corn liquid fructose with ratios of 15 and 30%.population size, feeding rate and egg, larvae and pupae amount as well as honey production and honey analysis were investigated. The results of supplying the colonies with diverse starch targeted groups show that there is a significant difference between the highest and the lowest tested treatments (P<0.05). In conclusion starch content at 15% increased the performance of the honey bee in comparison to the 30% level. Thus, along with the starch sources it is recommended to use a small amount of 1:1 sugar syrup one day in between due to performance improvement, especially in the seasons when the flow of nectar is low. Sweet dough containing 15 and 30% corn liquid fructose improves honeybee efficiency. The purpose of this study is to select the appropriate alternative for white sugar in terms of economic, ease of supply and nutritional health for honey bee. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Within this article, It’s tried to examine the source qualifications of law disciplines that were in practice during the prevrcus period of treatise. As the method of research, the data about that period’s law were calected thraugh text analysis method which is specified as one qualitative methods. As the result of data we reached, the elements soyurced jahiliyya period’s law are formed as contents after they are brought up as titles. Within the scope of research, source qualitatives of crime law that is on of the law disciplines largely applied in Hijaz regicn is examined. Source qualitatives of the period’s law were also tried to be detected by getting help from the disciplines apart from crime law, and legal disposels in the other regions of the peninsula. Within the text , It is absorved that internal dynamics of the penisula shaped the crucial part of the source of law which was valid during that period, coupled with this, peninsula law’s source qualitatives were formed by getting affected by external dynamics due to the fact that peninsula was neighbour to different cultures and civilizations., الملخص: في هذه المقالة يفصل خصائص مصدر تاديبات الحقوقية التي تمارس في جزيرة العرب في الفترة ما قبل الوحي التي نسميها بفترة الجاهلية. تم جمع البيانات في البحث بطريق تحليل النص الذي يعتبر البحث النوعي منهجا حول حقوق الفترة. تم تشكيل العناصر التي يصدر عن حقوق فترة الجاهلية بعد ما احضار حالة العوانين محتوياً الي نتيجة للبيانات التي حصلنا عليها. قد فحص البحث خصائص مصدر الحقوق الجنائية التي من تاديبات الحقوقية التي تمارس داخل حدود منطقة الحجاز مكثفاً ومع ذلك عند الااقتضاء قد حوولت تحددا خصائص مصدر حقوق الفترة مستفيداً من التصرفات الحقوقية في اجزاء اخري من شبه الجزيرة و من تاديبات الاخري غير حقوق الجنائية. قد لوحظ في البحث ان تشكيل جزء كبيرمن مصدر خصائص الحقوق الحالية في شبه الجزيرة بنتيجة للدناميات الداخلية لشبه الجزيرة ومع ذلك يتم تشكيل خصائص المصدر لحقوق شبه الجزيرة تتاثربالدناميات الخارجية لكون شبه الجزيرة مجاورة لثقافات و حضارات مختلفة., Öz: Bu makalede câhiliye dönemi olarak adlandırdığımız risâlet öncesi dönemde Arap yarımadasında uygulanan hukuk disiplinlerinin kaynak nitelikleri incelenmektedir. Araştırmada yöntem olarak nitel araştırmalardan sayılan metin analizi yoluyla dönemin hukuku hakkında veriler toplanmıştır. Ulaştığımız veriler sonucunda câhiliye dönemi hukukuna kaynaklık eden unsurlar başlıklar haline getirildikten sonra, içerik olarak oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmada ağrılıklı olarak Hicaz bölgesi sınırları içinde uygulamada olan hukuk disiplinlerinden olan ceza hukukunun kaynak nitelikleri incelenmiştir. Ancak yeri geldiğinde yarımadanın diğer bölgelerindeki hukuki tasarruflar ve ceza hukuku dışındaki disiplinlerden faydalanılarak, dönemin hukukunun kaynak nitelikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada yarımadada cari olan hukukun kaynak niteliklerinin önemli bir kısmının yarımadanın iç dinamikleri sonucunda şekillendiği; bununla beraber yarımadanın farklı kültür ve medeniyetlere komşu olması nedeniyle, dış dinamiklerden etkilenerek yarımada hukukunun kaynak niteliklerinin oluştuğu gözlemlenmiştir.

Verbal or written literary products are at the forefront of rich information sources of nations. Kutadgu Bilig, one of the first Turkish works after Islamism, is an eternal means for Turkish culture. It is possible to find social life, religion, thinking, government understanding, state philosophy and many other cultural codes of Turks. Kutadgu Bilig has become an object of many scientific studies in terms of knowing the past, understanding it and proposing a method to the future. From Kutadgu Bilig, it is possible to learn about Turkish administrators' understanding of state administration, power and politics. In this study, Kutadgu Bilig was examined in terms of the characteristics that a manager is expected to have in the context of "manager" and Turkish history and culture. In the study Kutadgu Bilig's sections XII, XVII, XVIII, XXI, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI, XXVII, XLI, XLII and XLIII have been examined in terms of the design of the ruler and the understanding of the state. However, the other sections of the work were also utilized according to the subject discussed. Citations from the work have been included in the presentation of the manager features. In the study, the type of the ruler depicted in Kutadgu Bilig is knowledgeable, powerful, warrior, makes his people happy by expanding the boundaries of his country by managing his state with the knowledge of politics. However, due to the acceptance of Islam in the Karahanlılar State, the influence of religion in the depictions of the ruler is observed. Considering the concept of Turkish state and sovereignty, it is seen that the features possessed by the ruler are in fact the expected characteristics that a ruler should have. However, with the adoption of a sedentary life in the Turks, it is seen that the steppe type and the alp type are replaced by a more systematic management approach. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Tulum cheese which has also dry and brine types is produced in many regions except Thrace and it is a kind of cheese which is unique to Turkey. It is the most produced cheese in Turkey after kashar and white cheese. Tulum cheese is put on the market after it is matured traditionally in bags made of goat or sheep skin, kept in caves or cold storages in recent years. Erzincan Tulum cheese is known as Erzincan Tulum cheese in central Anatolia and in the west of Turkey, but in the east it is known as a Şavak Tulum cheese which is a dry type of cheese. Erzincan tulum cheese, which is consumed popularly by the public, it is still usually produced with unhygienic conditions in small-scale dairies and poses a potential danger for public health. The lack of a standard production technique leads to different quality and flavor of cheeses on the market. By examining the specific sensory qualities of this cheese with a scientific method, the standard production technique is determined; it is important for the protection of both public health and market value. - Abstract
For annihilating ambiguity caused by differentiation of meaning according to disciplines, we tried to categorise value in the form of Weber's entity value ideal type and functional value ideal type. According to entity value typified, concept of value is the issue of philosophical disciplines such as law, theology, aesthetics and morals. These fields examine values with refer to conceptual content and are subjected to a review such as transcendency and high state criterion. As for functional value typified, concept of value is matter of sociology, handled through its role on both individual and social level. This differentiation also stands for a kind of rating that explains the transformation process of world of thought very fundamentally. Pirsig tries to retrace the understanding that creates it with the help of re-interrogating concept's philosophical meanings and usages. He directs his basic criticism to dual approaches such as subject-object, classical-romantic, kosmos-chaos and he attempts to develop an integrated approach to all problematic situations with the concept of Quality. Also in sociology studies, concept of value(s) is used together with dual concepts such as subjectivity-objectivity, positivism-antipositivism and static-dynamic. Functional value theory, locating either society or individual at the centre, discusses the subject under different titles such as concept's definition, root, types, functions, relations, differentiation and transformation. In addition, while discussing these subjects continual reaction to the dual approach is highly adumbrated. Öğrenmeye başladığımız ilk günden ulaştığımız yaşa kadar, sürekli bir şekilde yeni şeylerin isimlerini sözcük dağarcığımıza katıyoruz. 8 sözcük türünden biri olan sıfatlar, nesneleri algılamada, tanımlamada ve ayırt etmede önemli bir görev üstlenirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, hem Almanya’da hem de Türkiye’de, ilköğretim 5.sınıf öğrencilerinin dilbilgisi derslerinde ne kadar ve hangi sıfatlarla karşılaştıklarınıaraştırmaktır. Kitaplardaki tüm sıfatların nicelik ve niteliğini belirlemek için, bir tarama işlemi yapılmıştır. Tarama işleminde, Almanca “Praxis Sprache 5 Ausgabe A” ve Türkçe “İlköğretim Türkçe 5” ders kitaplarıkullanılmıştır. Kitapların taranmasıile Almanca ders kitabının 409, Türkçe kitapta ise 216 sıfat olduğu saptanmıştır. Böyle olunca, öğrencilerin sıfatlarla karşılaşmalarıAlmanya ve Türkiye’ de farklıseyretmektedir. Yeterli ya da yetersiz dil öğrenmenin yansımalarıokullarda öğrenilen diğer alanlarda da gözlemlenebilir. Kitaplardaki Türkçe sıfat içeriği Almanca sıfatlardan çok az olduğu için Türk öğrenciler bu sıfatlarıöğrenmeyi ertelemekteler ve Alman yaşdaşlarıyla karşılaştırıldıklarında anadillerini kullanmada eksik kalmaktadırlar sonucuna varılabilir. Etkili anadili ediniminin, edebiyat, güzel sanatlar ve müzik gibi sosyo-kültürel etkinliklerden ülkenin her bakımdan kalkınmasına kadar pek çok getirileri olduğu inancıyaygındır.

İmam-Hatip Okulları ve İlahiyat Fakülteleri Osmanlı döneminden günümüze yüz yıldan fazla tarihi tecrübeye sahip din eğitimi kurumlarıdır. Uzun tarihi süreçlerinde yaşadıkları problemler ve bu problemleri aşmada gösterdikleri çözüm yolları aynı zamanda Türkiye’deki din eğitimi alanının tecrübesini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu bağlamda bu kurumların başarısı Türkiye’de din eğitiminin geleceği açısından önemlidir. Son on yıllık dönemde her iki kurumun öğrenci ve okul sayısının artması bu okullarda verilen eğitim ve din eğitiminin kalitesini gündeme getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, İmam Hatip Okulları ve İlahiyat Fakülteleri hakkında yazılmış akademik eserler, gazete ve sosyal medya vb haberler incelenmiştir. Yapılan bu literatür taramasında İmam-Hatip Okulları ve İlahiyat Fakültelerinde nicel artışa paralel olarak nitel bir artışın olmadığına yönelik bulgular tespit edilmiştir. Özellikle yapılan alan araştırmalarında Türkiye’de din ve dini hayat konularında gözle görülür düşüşün olduğu ve bu kurumların bu süreçteki rollerinin ne olacağı tartışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ilgili literatür bağlamında bu kurumlardaki kalite problemi üzerinde durularak bu okulların gelecek vizyonuna yönelik analizler yapılmıştır.

This research focuses on the skills and qualification of the labor force working in the manufacturing industry. It specifically focuses on the needed vocations in the Organized Industrial Region and tries to find out whether the firms have played an active role in increasing the quality of their labor force. This present research is based upon an empirical study composed of focus group studies and a questionnaire. We had three focus group studies variously picked up from 724 firms to which a detailed questionnaire has been applied. As the research results indicate most of people working in the manufacturing industry have been trained through their apprenticeship experience. It seems that the number of the professional vocational schools is insufficient to provide the needed labor force in industry. The internship system seems to be inefficient as well. Given this fact, this article tries to develop some solutions in order to overcome this problem in the manufacturing industry. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In today's classrooms, coursebooks remain as the major instructional instrument and resource and effectiveness and quality of coursebooks must be studied in their actual classroom use. In this study, opinions of future teachers of English are collected and analyzed to shed light on what happens in Turkish EFL classrooms in regards to the use of English language coursebooks. This study is a descriptive study using qualitative research design, analyzing reports made by 12 volunteering practicum students. As the findings suggest, participants generally find the quality of coursebooks acceptable although problems with coursebooks are often associated with the teachers who make use them. Türkiye, sahip olduğu iktisadi ve demografikdinamikleri paralelinde uluslararası göç trendlerinin oldukça zengin birşekilde gözlemlenebileceği bir ülkedir. Yurtdışına göç eden insan sayısıgeçtiğimiz on yıllık dönemlerde sürekli artış eğiliminde olmuştur. Bu eğilimkadın ve nitelikli gruplarda çok daha da belirgin olarak gözlenmiştir. Öteyandan, mikro verilerin yetersizliği ülkenin göç dinamiklerinin detaylı birşekilde incelenmesine engel olmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı söz konusu boşluğudoldurmak adına, Türkiye’den göç eden bireyler üzerinden göç ve insan sermayesiarasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemektir. Bu doğrultuda, ilk olarak IAB’nin Brain DrainVeritabanı kullanılarak, 1980-2010 yılları arasında Türkiye’den 20 OECDülkesine yönelik gerçekleşen göçün boyut ve niteliği, cinsiyet ve eğitimseviyesi ayrımlarında analiz edilmektedir. Bu toplamcı analizi takiben,gözlemlenen göç trendlerinin altında yatan dinamikler rassal etkili panel verimodeli ile incelenmektedir. Tahmin sonuçları, cinsiyet, zaman ve eğitimdeğişkenlerinin uluslararası işgücü hareketliliği ile yakından ilişkiliolduğuna, ve Türkiye çıkışlı göçmenlerin eğitim seviyesi dağılımındaki belirginsola çarpıklığın zaman içerisinde kaybolduğuna işaret etmektedir., Turkeyprovides rich evidence for the current international migration trends given itseconomic and demographic dynamics. The number of people moving overseas tosettle permanently has been following an increasing trend in the recentdecades, particularly remarkable for skilled and female groups. However, giventhe micro-level data limitations the migration outlook of Turkey is still quitebleak. The aim of this paper is to fill this gap and analyze the relationshipbetween migration and human capital in the context of Turkish immigrants.First, aggregate trends of the Turkish emigrants in the 20 OECD destinationcountries by gender and educational level over the 1980-2010 period areexamined using the IAB Brain Drain dataset. Next, a random effects panelestimation is applied to scrutinize the underlying dynamics of observedmigration patterns adopting economic size, unemployment, demographic profile, urbanizationand proximity as explanatory variables. The results reveal that gender, timeand education are found as significantly related to international mobilitytrends, and the substantially left-skewedness ofthe distribution of Turkish emigrants along educational level is graduallyfading away over time.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Burdur kenti açık-yeşil alanlarının mevcut durumunu incelemek, yeterlilikleri ve işlevsel niteliklerini tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla, açık-yeşil alanlardan meydanlar, parklar, çocuk oyun alanları, spor alanları, okul bahçeleri, resmi kuruluşlar, mezarlıklar, pazaryerleri ile yollar, yaya yolları, refüj ve bulvarlar incelenmiştir. Burdur kentinde kişi başına 8,4 m2 açık-yeşil alan düştüğü ve bu alanın yetersiz olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın bulguları bütün olarak düşünüldüğünde, Burdur kenti mevcut açık-yeşil alanlarının gelişigüzel bir dağılıma sahip oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, kentte yer alan açık-yeşil alanların bitkilerinin estetik ve işlevsel özellikleri açısından kent insanının ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak nitelikte olmadığı, bitkisel tasarımın yetersiz olduğu ve kullanılan bitki türlerinin mekanın kalitesini artırmada yeterli olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Burdur kentini modern, yaşanabilir ve kaliteli bir mekan haline getirmek için, açık-yeşil alanları nitelik ve nicelik yönünden konunun uzmanları tarafından planlanması ve tasarlanması uygun olacaktır., The aim of this study is to examine the current state of the open-green lands of Burdur city, and to determine their competencies and functional qualities. For this purpose, squares, parks, playgrounds, sport fields, school gardens, public institutions, cemeteries, marketplaces and roads, pedestrian paths, refuges and boulevards of open-green lands were examined. It was determined that there was 8.4 m2 open-green land per capita in Burdur city and this land is inadequate. As considered the findings of the present study as whole, it was found out that the existing open-green lands of Burdur city had a haphazard distribution. In addition, it was observed that the plants of the open-green lands in the city were not enough to meet the needs of the urban people in terms of their aesthetic and functional characteristics, plant design was insufficient and the plant species used were not sufficient to increase the quality of the space. As a result, in order to make the city of Burdur a modern, livable and quality place, it would be suitable to be planned and designed the open-green lands by the related experts in terms of quality and quantity.
