- Abstract
Experience in teaching practice shows us that relations between students and teachers are not as they should be and they have a negative impact on quality and outcomes of teaching. Frequent misunderstandings and conflicts in communication and interaction between students and teachers were a sufficient argument to thoroughly explore this problem. More specifically, the research of indicators modality “Professional quality - Characteristic of teachers as a relationship factor between students and teachers“ aimed to use the obtained results to actuelize the importance of this problem in the educational process, make it a subject to daily questioning and continuous work resulting in democratization of relations between the direct factors of teaching and thus improving the overall educational process.
