Islamic bankers have a central position and an essential role in the implementation of Sharia principles in Islamic banking practices because Islamic bankers are parties directly related to the operational implementation of Sharia contracts. This research attempted to reconceptualize the figure of the Islamic banker with the formulation of the ideal Islamic banker within the framework of Sharia norms. This research was qualitative research that applied a literature study. Referring to the Hadith of the Prophet, Atsar Umar bin Khattab and Qaul Abu Laits, which serve as the foundation for the formulation of the ideal Islamic banker in the ideas of banking jurisprudence related to Islamic Human Resources Management, Islamic bank management must consider the relevance of education in selecting employees as an application of the Islamic recruitment model. Furthermore, the ideal Islamic banker will be realized through Islamic training, which forms ways of thinking, competence, character, and work motivation within the Sharia framework. The results indicated that Islamic bankers had adequate knowledge of Sharia and enthusiasm and commitment, which was vital in implementing all Sharia provisions in banking transactions to create a Sharia compliance ecosystem in Islamic banking.

This study aims to determine how competence, motivation, and job satisfaction affect employee performance at PT Bank Mega, Tbk Makassar Area. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires, with the number of samples determined as many as 132 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the competency variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Mega, Tbk Makassar Area. Work motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction variable also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Makassar Area.

There are many environmental problems caused by factory waste. Sugar factory waste, in the form of bagasse ash, and PLTU factory waste, in the form of fly ash, are currently in the spotlight of science studies. This study used waste bagasse and fly ash to substitute Portland cement as the main ingredients for mortar. Baggash and fly ash waste were collected, processed, and then used to replace cement by up to 40% to determine to what extent they could be used in brick masonry work, wall plastering, and masonry paste. Experimental tests were carried out on mortar cube samples measuring 5×5×5 cm, comparing four types of samples consisting of Portland cement, bagasse ash, and fly ash. The compressive strength results were obtained after 28 days. Normal Mortar (MN=11.75 MPa) had higher compressive strength than the substitute mortar types MA (3.23 MPa), MB (3.09 MPa), and MC (2.98) MPa. According to SNI 6882-2014, MA, MB, and MC mortars can be used as O-type mortar (2.4 MPa). Therefore, they can be applied to wall plastering or walls not bearing loads.

Investasi pada infrastruktur khususnya untuk bidang transportasi dalam pembangunan ekonomi sangat penting sebagai upaya untuk memfasilitasi pergerakan dan mobilisasi baik barang maupun jasa. Selian itu juga sebagai upaya menghubungkan antara berbagai daerah dengan pusat-pusat pertumbuhan. Salah satu indikator pengembangan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang lebih baik dengan semakin mudahnya akses terhadap berbagai kepentingan dan potensi. Kota Kendari sebagai ibu kota Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara menjadi daerah berkembang dengan fungsi utama sebagai pusat pemerintahan. Seiring berjalan pula perkembangan permukiman dan perdagangan, sehingga berdampak pada semakin padat dan ramainya pergerakan orang maupun barang. Permasalahan umum di kota berkembang adalah peningkatan pergerakan aktivitas yang perlu diimbangi oleh peningkatan penyediaan infrastruktur transportasi khususnya pengembangan jaringan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberi pertimbangan kepada pengambil kebijakan pada rencana pengembangan jaringan jalan di Kota Kendari dengan mempertimbangkan multi kriteria. Terdapat sub kriteria yang mengarah pada pemilihan alternatif alinyemen jalan. Pendekatan Multi Criteria Decision Making dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan bantuan aplikasi Expert Choice menghasilkan alternatif trase pilihan dengan bobot kriteria Teknis 34,6%; Ekonomi 28,6%; Tata Ruang dan Lingkungan 20,5%; dan Sosial 16,3%.

The dynamic and rapid development of digital business and finance requires progressive Sharia legal certainty. National Sharia Board-Indonesian Council of Ulama (Dewan Syariah Nasional – Majelis Ulama Indonesia/DSN-MUI) has issued several fatwas related to digital finance. This research aims to examine the portrait of DSN-MUI’s progressiveness towards the digital finance paradigm and aspects of Islamic legal epistemology in the DSN-MUI Fatwa with the theme of digital finance. This research uses a qualitative approach. The primary data for this research are the DSN-MUI fatwas up to 2021 with a digital theme, plus secondary data in the form of relevant literature. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques. The findings are that there are three DSN-MUI fatwas regarding digital finance in Sharia financial institutions, namely Fatwa No. 116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017, No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018, and No. 140/DSN-MUI/VIII/2021. These three fatwas constitute progressive Islamic business law and are important for the Sharia financial industry in Indonesia. DSN-MUI used the ta’līlī and istiṣlāḥi methods with the consideration that electronic money, digital-based financing, and crowdfunding are permissible (mubah) based on sharia principles to achieve benefit. These three DSN-MUI fatwas need to be transformed into OJK regulations and can become a source for making derivative fatwas.

This study aims to determine ethics in media including taking photos or videos that include privacy. Not everyone likes it when their photos appear on social media. This will realize the importance of upholding ethics in media. The method used in this study is library research by collecting information and data with the help of various kinds of existing materials such as documents, books, journals, articles and so on. The results of this study show that media ethics are very important today. The right to privacy is often forgotten by media users, especially when taking pictures or recording others without permission. The rules of social media are in fact not in harmony with conditions on the ground. Many violations occur, for example the distribution of photos and videos of someone without permission to the person concerned. It is expected that users will be wiser in addressing the boundaries needed when mediating. In addition, media providers should provide features that support the security and privacy of their users.

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menata interior kantor kelurahan Muktiharjo yang baru. Semarang terkenal dengan kota yang sering mengalami banjir sejak dulu. Tidak terelakkan juga Kelurahan Muktiharjokidul yang merupakan salah satu kelurahan dari Kota Semarang yang berlokasi di Semarang Timur dengan luas daerah 20,72 km2. Kantor kelurahan ini sudah beberapakali mengalami kebanjiran sehingga diperlukan suatu tindakan untuk dapat mengatasi hal tersebut. Selain dengan meninggikan lantai bangunan, upaya mendesain ulang kantor dirasa penting, mengingat pelayanan kepada masyarakat harus terdepan. Apalagi kondisi wabah covid masih merajalela sehingga dibutuhkan penataan interior yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan saat ini dan jangka panjang. Metode yang dipakai yaitu dengan studi literatur dan survei ke lapangan serta diskusi dengan pegawai kelurahan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan data, selanjutnya merencanakan dan mendesain layout ruangan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah desain penataan interior yang sudah disesuaikan dengan kriteria ruangan yang aman dan nyaman memenuhi kriteria protokol kesehatan yaitu ada minimal jarak komunikasi satu meter atau bersekat, komunikasi dua arah tetap dapat dilakukan dengan sekat, ruang terbuka (ada aliran udara), dan ada jarak antri pada ruang tunggu.

This paper examines the economic and legal dimensions of the existence and application of collateral in modern mudhârabah contracts. Through this multi-perspective study, this paper sought to see the relationship between risk management, national law, and contemporary fiqh in discussing the existence and application of the collateral. This paper was included in the library research design and specifically in legal research methodology, applying normative legal research types with a conceptual and statutory approach. Furthermore, this research found a relationship between risk management, national law, and contemporary fiqh in viewing the existence of collateral applied to modern mudhârabah contracts in Sharia banking through its financing products. Based on the perspective of risk management, its existence was a risk control for non-performing financing. Then, in the perspective of national law, it manifested the prudential principle mandated by the sharia banking law. Meanwhile, in the perspective of contemporary fiqh, it can be seen as an effort to avoid the harm that was in line with the sadd adz-dzari'ah principle. This relationship was realized by looking at the existence of collateral in modern mudhârabah contracts as a preventive instrument.

iPhone can now be said to have a distinctive brand image because it uses a distinctive information system. Marketing activities are closely related to the concept of product quality so that what consumers think and feel about a particular brand can make perceived benefits. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price, and reference group on the purchase interest of iPhone smartphones among students at Panca Marga University, Probolinggo. In this study using the causal-comparative method. Respondents in this study were students of Panca Marga University, Probolinggo. The questionnaire was distributed to 104 respondents. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of research using SPSS. Through the results of this research, it can be concluded that: Simultaneously Product Quality, Price, and Reference Group have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest for iPhone smartphones for Panca Marga Probolinggo University Students, Partially Product Quality, Price and Reference Group has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest of iPhone smartphones for Panca Marga Probolinggo University Students, and Product Quality has a dominant effect on Purchase Interest of iPhone smartphones for Panca Marga Probolinggo University Students.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan kandungan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan utang-piutang dengan pendekatan tafsir ahkam dan berupaya menelaah konstruksi kontrak qardh dan aplikasinya pada produk perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual, yakni konsep akad utang-piutang yang menjadi fokus kajian. Para mufassir diantaranya Ibnu Katsir, Ibnu ‘Arabi, Hamka dan M. Quraish Shihab menjelaskan bahwa ayat-ayat tentang Al-Qardh memotivasi manusia melalui perumpamaan/hiperbola “meminjami Allah SWT” agar mengorbankan sebagian hartanya dengan cara meminjamkan kepada orang lain yang sangat memerlukan tanpa mengharapkan imbalan (tabarru’ atau tatawwu’). Penggunaan akad utang-piutang (qardh) dalam operasional bank syariah yakni dalam penyaluran dana talangan dan produk pembiayaan qardhul hasan (pinjaman kebajikan) yang merupakan manifestasi penyaluran dana sosial.

The Aceh government has implemented Islamic Sharia regulations by enacting Qanun Aceh Number 7 of 2013 concerning Jinayat Procedural Law, and Article 262 contains provisions regarding the implementation of flogging in public places. However, according to Article 30 Paragraph (3) of the Aceh Governor Regulation Number 5 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Jinayah Procedural Law, the execution of flogging is restricted to prisons and detention centers. This study aims to outline the legal arguments for shifting the implementation of flogging in Aceh and the Islamic legal provisions related to carrying out flogging in public places. This research uses a normative legal method with a statute approach that refers to the concept of law as a rule and also uses Islamic legal doctrine, which is then analyzed qualitatively and described descriptively to find the alignment between the core issues and the normative provisions. The results of the research show that the main reason for issuing the Governor's Regulation regarding the implementation of flogging in prisons is to increase investment, as the implementation of flogging in Aceh has faced opposition from external parties. However, the issuance of the Governor's Regulation contradicts the system of forming legislation in Indonesia and legally lacks legal force. According to Islamic law provisions, the execution of flogging must be witnessed by a group of believers, as explained in the Quran, Surah An-Nur, verse 2. The implementation of flogging in prisons cannot be witnessed, whereas this is an integral part of the agreed implementation of flogging. There needs to be a specific and easily accessible location for the public as a place to carry out flogging penalties.

This study aimed to assess the halal certification of utilized goods from the perspective of Islamic law. It is qualitative field research. The purposive sampling technique was used to gather two informants for this study. The primary data used in this study were from the results of interviews with research subjects. Meanwhile, the secondary data were secondary sources of books, journals on halal products, and other books relevant to the study issue. In-depth interviews and tracking documentations were employed to gather the data. Data analysis involved data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the field study results, halal certification on utilized goods is intended to provide benefits by emphasizing precautionary principles. Furthermore, numerous phases of time are applied to utilized goods before they are required to be labeled halal. They have to follow the halal procedures referred to the LPPOM MUI halal assurance system to receive a halal certificate. According to a review of Islamic law, halal certification on utilized goods follows the principles of Islamic law stipulation, which is to provide benefits. The benefits are generated at the hajiyat (secondary) level. Furthermore, the Islamic law's conformity to halal certification of utilized goods is indicated in the fulfillment of basic principles of Islamic law. They are the principles of justice, legal certainty, practicality, monotheism, freedom, and gradual law stipulation.

This study aims to determine the position and authority of Sultan Adam al-Watsiq Billah (1826-1857) in the formation of the Law of Sultan Adam 1835 and to describe the political aspects of law in the formation of the Law of Sultan Adam 1835. The method used is normative legal research with statutory, political, and socio-historical approaches. The results are first, Sultan Adam has authority as King and a religious leader in establishing Islamic law as the positive law of the Banjar kingdom in Sultan adam law. Second, the legal-political aspect in Sultan Adam Law is found in the purpose of its formation as stated in the preamble of the sultan adam law Martapura version. They were named, perfecting religion and i'tikad; maintaining the harmony of the unity, and guidelines for judges in deciding a case during their reign so that the people become good. As King and qadhi (judge), Sultan Adam used the religious and political approach through Sultan Adam Law when his political power weakened under Dutch rule. He has successfully applied it to the character of the Banjar Society, which is thick with Islamic (tradition), which is more obedient to religious leaders than rulers. The Banjar people still apply some of the Sultan Adam Law provisions to this day.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the usability of new cement (NC) made by the burning of quinary by-product to make commercial binders. Chemical analysis of the by-products and NC as well as X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of NC, fineness, density, consistency, and setting time of NC paste, and slump in addition to compressive strength (CS) and splitting tensile strength (STS) of NC concrete (NCC) were conducted. The results suggested that chemical composition of by-products is suitable to make NC binder. The NC contains Ca3SiO5, Ca2SiO5, Ca3Al2O6, and Ca3Al2FeO10. The particles passing through the 200 um Sieve were 56% compared with 52% for Portland cement (PC). The density of the of NC was similar to that of PC. The NC needed 48% more water than PC for normal consistency. The initial and final setting-time of NC was 105 min and 225 min respectively which is much higher than that of PC (15 and 45 min). The slump, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength were slightly lower for concrete containing NC compared with that pf PC concrete. Although the CS and STS of NCC are the lowest, the rate of the CS and STS gain of NCC is greater than that of PCC. It was concluded that NC is a viable alternative to PC for the production of greener concrete.

High performance colloid flake of carbon is gaining interest due importance in meeting the challenges of the globe. To make novel superior materials, the pulverized fuel ash-green adhesive based construction materials modified with the flake of carbon and the colloid flake of carbon were evaluated in view of synthesis, physico-mechanical properties, and material processing and models. For better understanding, such experimental samples as green adhesive plaster and green adhesive grout were made of the pulverized fuel ash of class C, the common adhesive, the flake of carbon, the colloid flake of carbon, fine sand, and the distilled water to compare with the structural material properties each other. The results of the adsorption spectra of optical atomic spectroscopy of the colloid flake carbon, the thickening-period of plaster, the spread and the consolidating level, the apparent unit volume mass, the apparent porosity, the apparent compacity, and the compressive stress of green grouts were reported in the research. It was concluded that the flake of carbon and the colloid flake of carbon led to important progress in the novel superior materials, e.g., accelerating of the thickening-period of plasters and increasing of the compressive stress of grouts.

This century waste has become a serious problem faced by every country in the world, the increasing need for plastic contributes to the high level of plastic waste. Facing the problem, the utilization of plastic waste for construction needs is considered to be a solution that gives positive and profitable results. This research aims to utilize plastic waste into fine aggregates based on plastic waste. Substitution of the amount of fine aggregate with plastic waste in the divide into 2 ie 10% and 20% substitution of waste will then be compared with normal mortar as a strong control press mortar. Plastic Waste as a solution of fine aggregate substitution for concrete is able to increase the value of strong press up to 15.78% with waste substitution of 10%, then the higher the amount of substitution makes the strong ability of press is also reduced, substitution of fine aggregate with plastic waste does not eliminate the ability of mortar as construction material.

The innovative paper evaluated the water of the sea as a curing component and mixing constituent in high-performance concrete (HPC). This motivation would provide an understanding for the reader of how the water from the sea affects the HPC. This paper would provide information about the mechanism and the influence of prepared high-performance concrete mixed with either freshwater or seawater and made to cure in freshwater, seawater, or air. The mechanism and the influence were evaluated by XRD tests, SEM observations, and petrography analysis of HPCs at 3 days, 7 days, 28 days, and 90 days. The structure of the Friedel's salt increases tobermorite and ettringite (3CaO.Al2O3.3CaSO432H2O) and retards portlandite (Ca(OH)2) and calcium silicates (2CaO.SiO2 and 3CaO.SiO2) in HPC mixed with seawater for 3–90 days. Air curing reduces the formation of portlandite (Ca(OH)2), tobermorite (3CaO.2SiO2.3H2O), ettringite (3CaO.Al2O3.3CaSO432H2O), and calcium silicate (3CaO.SiO2) in seawater HPC while increasing the formation of calcium silicate (2CaO.SiO2). SEM analysis supports the mechanism and influence of mixing of seawater, curing in the water of the sea, and curing treatment in the air. According to data from petrographic analysis and porosity testing, the porosity was decreased by the seawater and curing treatment in the seawater in HPC mixes. In terms of hydration components, SEM observation, porosity, and petrographic analysis, the HPC-3 shows the best performance in the work.

The alkali-activated materials found in agricultural and industrial waste have less carbon impact on concrete production. This study intends to use unprocessed charcoal gravel (UCG) and unprocessed charcoal fine gravel (UCFG) appropriately as a substitution of normal gravel stack to manufacture self-consolidated construction material (SCCM). The SCCM contains pulverized fuel ash (PFA), two different alkalis- NaOH and Na2SiO3 as alkali activator, and superplasticizer (SP). The measured features are density, workability, air content, mechanical stresses, modulus of elasticity, gas-based, water-based, and chloride-based endurance, resistivity of electrical power and strength of acid on ten different SCCM mixes in the work. In the mixes, the stack of normal gravel was substituted with the stack of unprocessed charcoal gravel at ten contents in terms of volume: 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100%. In addition to the measured features, new math models were suggested to estimate the durability and mechanical features of SCCM produced with different stack of unprocessed charcoal gravel. It was shown with the results that the SCCM features were developed significantly by substituting of 20% normal gravel stack with unprocessed charcoal gravel stack. In addition, the suggested math models could obtain to estimate accurately the features of SCCM containing PFA, alkalis, unprocessed charcoal gravel, and superplasticizer.

This research aimed to observe how the model of halal certification of BPJPH DIY from maqasid syariah with the political-economic approach. This study is field research with the political-economic approach and consisted of four informants with data collection techniques through interview and documentation tracing. The data analysis included data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of the research in the field, it was found that the model of halal certification by BPJPH DIY in the implementation of halal certification had a task to accept the registration and issue the halal certification. Meanwhile, the implementation of halal standardization still used the reference of SJH LPPOM MUI. The cost for halal certification for the category of SMEs will be the responsibility of the state. In addition, there were two posts of payment account: BPJPH and LPH (LPPOM). As seen from a political-economy approach, the existence of BPJPH has brought the interest of ideology, power, and economy. The business actors consider that BPJPH halal certification is in two-way form, both in the administrative process and certification cost. In the perspective of maqasid sharia, to secure the value of human life, society, and the environment is fulfilled; meanwhile, to secure human him/herself has not been fulfilled yet.

Penelitian ini menganalisis argumentasi fatwa dari Dar al-Ifta al-Mashriyyah terkait shalat Jum’at yang dilaksanakan melalui jaringan, baik bermakmum melalui radio maupun melalui panggilan video online. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Dar al-Ifta al-Mashriyyah menyatakan bahwa shalat yang dilakukan melalui jaringan radio ataupun internet tidak sah dilaksanakan karena tidak memenuhi syarat sah shalat jum'at yaitu dilakukan secara berjamaah serta imam dan makmum berada di tempat yang sama. Argumentasi terkuat yang diajukan oleh Dar al-Ifta al-Mashriyyah adalah tiga argumentasi ijma’, yaitu ijma’ bahwa khutbah adalah syarat sah shalat Jum’at, ijma’ bahwa shalat Jum’at harus dilaksanakan secara berjamaah, dan ijma’ bahwa shalat Jum’at hanya dapat dilaksanakan di masjid. Selain argumentasi ijma’, Dar al-Ifta al-Mashriyyah juga berargumentasi dengan sunnah Rasulullah dalam pelaksanaan shalat Jum’at dan sejumlah argumentasi lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan klinis hukum (istinbath al-hukm). Data yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah lima buah fatwa Dar al-Ifta al-Mashriyyah yang dirilis antara tahun 1950 hingga tahun 2020

The influence of storage room conditions can cause the quality of post-harvest fruit to decline, so monitoring is necessary. Monitoring is carried out using a data acquisition system designed to measure the temperature, oxygen, and carbon dioxide in the refrigerator storage room automatically. System design is divided into two stages, namely hardware design and software design. The hardware is composed of a sensor unit, a data processing unit (Arduino Mega 2560), and a display unit. On the other hand, the software uses the Arduino IDE. The test results of temperature (DS18B20), oxygen (Figaro KE-25), and carbon dioxide (MH-Z14a) from the system obtained an accuracy value of 98.29% with an error of 1.71%; 98.57% with an error of 1.43%, and 94.58% with an error of 5.42%. The device can display real-time measurement data output to 20x4 LCD with IIC and save the data on a micro-SD card.

Abstrak: Undang-undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah telah mengamanatkan agar bank syariah selalu mengacu pada perjanjian kehati-hatian dalam berbagai kegiatan usaha, termasuk dalam pembiayaan operasional dengan pengadaan barang jaminan (collateral). Lembaga Penjaminan yang berlaku pada bank syariah adalah Lembaga Penjaminan yang juga digunakan pada bank konvensional. Idealnya, praktik Jaminan Syariah harus dipertanggungjawabkan dengan jaminan syariah dengan instrumen Rahn berdasarkan prinsip syariah yang berjalan secara kaffah dalam operasional perbankan syariah. Namun hal ini terkendala dengan belum adanya hukum positif tentang Penguatan yang mendukung Jaminan Syariah. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk melihat penerapan hukum penjaminan di perbankan syariah dan permasalahan hukum yang muncul terkait penerapan agunan pada perbankan syariah terkait kanon Barat, dan tawaran kebutuhan akan keamanan syariah yang didasarkan pada hukum Islam. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: pertama: Peraturan hukum lembaga perasuransian dalam operasional perbankan syariah masih dalam payung hukum bagi lembaga penjaminan dengan sistem perkreditan perbankan konvensional yang sesuai dengan undang-undang ini, tidak semua ketentuan prosedural dirancang khusus untuk keuangan. kepentingan bank syariah bertentangan dengan prinsip hukum perbankan syariah. Kedua; Lembaga Penjaminan yang diterapkan dalam perbankan syariah adalah gadai, hipotek, hipotek, fidusia dan jaminan resi gudang dalam perspektif hukum ekonomi Islam terkait dengan semua yang termasuk dalam kategori akad rahn yang berkaitan dengan penjaminan harta, hanya saja rahn yang digunakan lebih banyak. bersifat universal dan didukung, karena lembaga Pengamanan dibedakan satu sama lain berdasarkan jenis bendanya baik benda bergerak maupun benda tidak bergerak (tetap) dan bentuk benda yang dijamin. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi; Syariah; Urgensi; Menjamin; Perbankan Islam Abstract: Law No. 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law No. 7 of 1992 concerning Banking and Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking has mandated that Islamic banks always refer to prudential agreements in various business activities, including in operational financing with the procurement of collateral (collateral) goods. The Guarantee Institution that applies to Islamic banks is the Guarantee Agency that also uses in conventional banks. Ideally, the practice of Sharia Guarantees must be accounted for by sharia guarantees with Rahn instruments based on sharia principles running in kaffah in sharia banking operations. But this is constrained by the absence of a positive law concerning Strengthening that supports Islamic Guarantee. Based on the above problems, this study proposes to look at the application of guarantee law in Islamic banking and legal issues that arise related to the implementation of collateral in Islamic banking related to the Western canon, and the offer of the need for sharia security that is based on Islamic law. The findings of this research are: first: The legal regulations of insurance institutions in Islamic banking operations are still under legal umbrella for security institutions with conventional banking credit systems that are in accordance with this law, not all of the procedural provisions specifically designed for financial interests in Islamic banks conflict with Islamic banking law principles. In Banjarmasin, most of majlis taklim are dominated by the study of sufism. If there is a discussion of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), it is more inclined about fiqh al-‘ibâdah (fiqh of worship). Meanwhile fiqh al-mu‘âmalah (fiqh of social interaction) is not a study that is considered important, so that the majlis taklim by the study fiqh al-mu‘âmalah are few. Based on participant observation, there are two majlis taklims who carry out da’wa of islamic economics through the study fiqh al-mu‘âmalah, they are Darul Ma‘arif and Ar-Rahmat. Using interactive data analysis, this field research indicates that the two majlis taklims carry out da‘wa of islamic economics by presenting fiqh al-mu‘âmalah contemporary material through a discussion of mu‘âmalah which is associated by economic issues and modern financial. Considering that study fiqh al-mu‘âmalah is still few, it is necessary to initiate transformative da‘wa as an effort to build a comprehensive Islamic paradigm including worship and social interaction, so that the partial religiousity phenomenon in Banjarmasin become a total religiousity.[Majlis taklim di Kota Banjarmasin didominasi materi pengajian sufism. Jika ada pembahasan fikih, ia lebih cenderung kepada pembahasan fikih ibadah. Sedangkan fikih muamalah tidak menjadi kajian yang dianggap penting, sehingga majlis taklim dengan kajian fikih muamalah (fikih ekonomi syariah) terbatas. Berdasarkan observasi partisipan, ada dua majlis taklim yang melaksanakan dakwah ekonomi syariah melalui pengajian fikih muamalah, yaitu Majlis Taklim Darul Ma‘arif dan Majlis Taklim Ar-Rahmat. Penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan analisis data interaktif ini menunjukkan bahwa dua majlis taklim tersebut melaksanakan dakwah ekonomi syariah dengan penyajian materi fikih muamalah kontemporer melalui pembahasan muamalah yang dikaitkan dengan isu-isu ekonomi dan keuangan modern. Various studies on radicalism in Non-Religion Higher Education show that the institutions are not sterile from this movement. If it is left, in the next few years, it will cause disintegration of the nation. Besides for worship, the campus mosque is the most effective means of spreading radicalism through structured studies among students. This study examines the efforts of the Ulul ‘Azmi campus mosque of C Airlangga University in Surabaya to counteract radicalism among students. This study is a qualitative research with the descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the efforts for the caretaker of the Ulul ‘Azmi mosque Airlangga University are by strengthening moderate Islamic ideology and nationalist insights and imposing strict permits on study groups conducted by external organizations. The study material is also determined by the mosque management with moderate and tolerant principles. This study is expected to be able to provide solutions for the development of understanding of religious radicalism in universities through campus mosques

The development and progress of the city of Makassar in line with the occurrence of disturbing conflicts, conflicts and even war between groups provide an overview of research problems regarding the erosion of nationalism, erosion of national ideology, low national character, erosion of local culture, shallow religious values, low sense of solidarity, moral decline , and ethnic fanaticism and declining character quality and declining character quality, all of which have the potential to threaten National Integration and Social Harmony. This research method is descriptive and form of presentation in a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts obtained. The results showed that conflict/war between groups or residents still occurred in at least six 6 regions in Makassar that had caused various losses because war between groups or residents involved children or adolescents using dangerous objects. There are 30 factors, namely juvenile delinquency, multi aspects, peaceful disturbance, offensive, revenge, social, economic, jealousy, work area disputes, unemployment, ethnicity, religion, culture, wild race, women, competition, misunderstanding, social change, deprivation land, women who seize men (infidelity of women), youth group clashes, politics/parties, deception, social classes/strata, selfishness, arrogance, ridicule, slander, conflict of interest, and government land disputes. Recommendations are needed Conflict Resolution Forum (FOLEKO) as a preventive and repressive measure, provide guidance and counseling for members of the community, about legal awareness, social ethics and courtesy in family life and community life, and inculcation of religious values ​​and national integrity, the authorities need to be more intensive in conducting surveillance and need to carry out routine checks on the possession of dangerous sharp objects, and it is necessary to have the Social Harmony Creation Model module and legal awareness as recommendations of this research.

This paper aims to trace the genealogy of the Kiai Ṣāliḥ Darat in the field of falak sciences and the approach he used in uniting the differences in the initial determination of Ramadan in Semarang. This study is important, considering Kiai Ṣāliḥ Darat is more an expert in the field of Sufism. On the other hand, Kiai Ṣāliḥ Darat was also positioned as an early generation Falak Indonesian expert (salaf). This paper includes a historical study that conducts critical analysis of data that has been isolated from various literatures. The results of the study showed that the expertise of Kiai Ṣāliḥ Darat in the field of falak knowledge was obtained when conducting scientific jouney for Semarang scholars to al-Haramayn scholars. Kiai Ṣāliḥ Darat initiated a deliberation to determine the beginning of the month of Ramadan. This discussion involved ulama, astronomer, habaib and umara in Kauman Mosque in Semarang. The idea of deliberation is aimed at eliminating differences in society in determining the beginning of fasting. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa eksistensi bunga bank dalam perekonomian modern merupakan perwujudan riba di lembaga keuangan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara kritis praktik pembungaan uang dan eksistensi bunga bank sebagai riba keuangan kontemporer dari berbagai perspektif termasuk tinjauan hukum Islam. Selain itu juga tulisan ini berupaya menanggapi pendapat-pendapat yang dijadikan landasan dalam upaya melegalkan bunga bank. Bunga bank adalah perwujudan riba kontemporer dalam operasional bisnis modern dan salah satu yang menjadikannya pusat keuntungan dalam bisnisnya adalah bank konvensional. Dengan menggunakan metode qiyas dalam istinbat al-hukm bunga bank, maka praktik riba sebagai ashl dan bunga bank sebagai far’, keduanya disatukan dalam ‘illat yang sama yaitu adanya tambahan tanpa disertai imbalan. Karena itu keharaman riba berlaku pada hukum bunga bank. Praktik bunga bank inipun menyalahi kaidah al-ghurmu bi al-ghunmi dan al-kharaj bi adh-dhamân serta menjadi representasi prinsip time value of money (sistem ekonomi kapitalis). Ketetapan tentang keharaman bunga bank juga telah banyak dikeluarkan oleh berbagai forum ulama baik yang bertaraf nasional maupun internasional.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi botanis dan kandungan nutrisi hijauan rawa Kalakai dan purun tikus yang tumbuh di Kecamatan Cerbon Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan dari Bulan Juli hingga September 2018. Alat yang digunakan berupa kuadran ukuran 1 x 1 meter dan dilakukan pada 6 titik yang berbeda. Komposisi dari masing masing kuadran diklasifikasikan dan dikumpulkan untuk dihitung persentase dan bagian tanaman serta dianalisis kandungan nutrisi dan kandungan anti nutrisinya. Analisis nutrisi yang diukur melalui analisis proksimat dan kandungan tannin. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa 2 jenis hijuan rawa kalakai dan purun tikus merupakan tanaman hijauan rawa yang terbanyak di lokasi rawa Kecamatan carbon kabupaten Baritokuala dengan lokasi yang lebih jauh dari sumber air/sungai, sedangkan purun tikus lokasi vegetasinya berada dekat dengan air. Hijauan rawa kalakai memiliki komposisi daun 48%, batang 44% dan akar 8%, sedangkan tanaman purun tikus Daun+batang 88% dan akar 12%. Adapun kandungan nutrisi kalakai adalah kadar air 11,93%, serat kasar 7,36 %, protein kasar 21,97, lemak kasar 2,15% sementara kandungan nutrisi purun tikus adalah kadar air 11,93%, lemak kasar 1,01%, protein kasar 8,67 dan serat kasar 24,48%. Dilihat dari komposisi botani untuk kalakai 48% adalah bagian daun terbanyak bagian dengan kandungan nutrisi serta kandungan tannin 1,31% sehingga sangat potensial digunakan sebagai pakan ternak kambing. Adapun tempat tumbuh hijauan kalakai adalah agak sedikit menjauh dari keberadaan air dibandin purun tikus yang dekat dengan air/sungai. This study aimed to know pre-service English Language teachers of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin's beliefs of their feedback providing practices in PPL 1, described types of oral feedback that they give in PPL 1, and also determined the types of feedback and frequency of each type that they use in PPL 1. The subject of this study was 11 of pre-service teachers in the English Department of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This study's object was pre-teachers' beliefs and the type of oral feedback provided by them during PPL 1. To collect the data, the researcher used some instruments such as questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Then the data is collected, processed, and analyzed by descriptive. This study showed that most Pre-Service English Language teachers believe that feedback is constructive criticism and advice/tips, feedback that they provide can encourage their students in learning activities, and feedback is sufficient. Overall, Pre-service English Language teachers of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin provided feedback is 403 times. The most frequently used type of oral feedback is praise.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses pembubuhan afiks pada verba madi dan morfofonemiknya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan jalan mengumpulkan data, menyusun atau mengklasifikasi, menganalisis dan menginterpretasinya. Kekualitatifan penelitian ini berkaitan dengan data penelitian yang tidak berupa angka-angka, tapi berupa kata atau frasa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan afiksasi pada verba madi dalam ḥadīś arba‟īn nawawiyyah berupa sufiks. Pembubuhan sufiks pada verba madi menunjukkan bilangan, jenis dan pelaku. Ditemukan bahwa Pembubuhan afiks yang sama pada jenis verba yang berbeda konsonan bentuk dasarnya menyebabkan perbedaan pada proses morfofonemiknya. Proses morfofonemik pada afiksasi verba madi sangat dipengaruhi jenis konsonan kedua dan ketiganya. Afiks yang ditemukan berupa sufiks {-u} yang menunjukkan persona ketiga berbentuk jamak maskulin, {-ta} yang menunjukkan persona kedua tunggal maskulin, {-tu} yang menunjukkan persona pertama tunggal maskulin, {-na} yang menunjukkan persona pertama dual dan jamak maskulin dan {-tum} yang menunjukkan persona kedua jamak maskulin. Morfofonemik yang terjadi berupa penghilangan fonem, penghilangan konsonan bentuk dasar, perubahan dan penambahan fonem.

The Principal’s strategy is the important factor for determining the succesfull of increasing teacher’s competency. The aims of this study was to know the program, implementation, evaluation and obstacle that’s faced by principal of SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. This research was conducted by descriptive qualitative methode. the data were collected by observation, interview adn documenation technique. The subcject of this research was a principal, vice of principal and teachers. The data was analyzed by data reduction,data display, drawing conclusion and data verification. The result shown that (1) The program of the principal for increasing teacher’s competency in SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada Aceh Besar was prepared by team of school develpoment in the beginning of the semester or the school year which is including annual program, semester program and it has been documented well. Commonly it relates to the quality of learning that always start with lesson plans ( RPP). (2) The implementation of the program for increasing teacher’s competency in SMA N 1 Peukan Banda Aceh Besar was started by presenting the instruction on the beginning of each semester. In implementing the strategy of school management, the principal/ school was applying kinship’s principle, however teachers who can increase their competency, they will get reward, and the teacher who are less in their competency, they will get reproof. (3) the evaluation of principal for increasing teacher’s competency was carried out at the end of each semester through the assessment of teacher’s performance that’s described in SKP, (4)the obstacle of principal for increasing teacher’s competency was include lack of teacher’s awareness in upholding discipline and low disciplines of both tecahers and the students.

Background: Several studies have reported hip geometry to predict the femoral neck fractures. However, they showed inconsistency. Objectives: To determine the association between hip geometry and femoral neck fractures. Methods: Published literature from PubMed and Embase databases (until May 25th, 2017) was searched for eligible publications. The information related to (1) name of first author; (2) year of publication; (3) country of origin; (4) sample size of cases and controls and (5) mean and standard deviation of cases and controls were extracted. The pooled odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) for the association between hip geometry and femoral neck fractures were assessed using random or fixed effect model. A Comprehensive Meta-analysis software, version 2.0, was used to analyse the data. Results: A total of 11 studies were included in this study. Our results showed that increase in hip axis length (OR 95% CI = 1.53 [1.06–2.21], p = 0.025), femoral neck angle (OR 95% CI = 1.47 [1.01–2.15], p = 0.044) and neck width (OR 95% CI = 2.68 [1.84–3.91], p

Kompetensi awak kapal penangkap ikan merupakan salah satu faktor utama penunjang keberhasilan operasi penangkapan ikan. Penguasaan kompetensi awak kapal dibuktikan dengan sertifikat kompetensi yang didapatkan melalui pendidikan dan latihan serta uji sertifikasi awak kapal penangkap ikan oleh badan berwenang. Standar kompetensi awak kapal penangkap ikan harus sesuai dengan ukuran kapal (panjang kapal dan gross tonage) dan wilayah operasi penangkapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesenjangan yang terjadi antara sertifikat kompetensi awak kapal penangkap ikan dengan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku di Indonesia beserta faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada kapal ukuran lebih dari 30 GT di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Pelabuhanratu dan Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudra Nijam Zachman Muara Baru Jakarta. Data primer diperoleh dari bukti dokumen awak kapal (BST, buku pelaut, Ankapin, Atkapin, SKK) yang berada diatas kapal. Data sekunder diperoleh dari Sijil Awak Kapal, SPB, ukuran kapal (panjang dan GT), wilayah operasi penangkapan serta peraturan perundangan tentang pengawakan kapal penangkap ikan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas awak kapal penangkap ikan Indonesia belum memiliki sertifikat kompetensi sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Hal ini disebabkan oleh dispensasi penerbitan SPB dan keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan uji sertifikasi. Pihak berwenang harus tegas menentukan batas waktu dispensasi penerbitan SPB serta memperbanyak waktu dan tempat uji sertifikasi yang mudah diakses oleh awak kapal.

Definitions of green buildings, in essence it should be environmentally friendly and sustainable ranging from planning, implementation to operation of the building. In the implementation of the legislation is needed to ensure its implementation. Candy MOE issued a regulation on the criteria and certification of environmentally friendly building where the content has some similarities with the green building parameters issued by GBCI. Parameter issued by GBCI is Appropriate Land, Energy Efficiency and Refrigerants, Water Conservation, Resource and Material Cycle, Quality and Comfort Air, and the Built Environment Management. This research question is whether there are other laws that support the concept of building a 'green'. The method used is descriptive review the regulations of the aspects of green building. The results showed that there are many laws and regulations in Indonesia has not accommodate green building design criteria. This could mean there are no rules or regulations already exist, but still expressed in general.

Abstrak Masih ada siswa yang kesulitan dalam pembelajaran secara langsung apalagi pelajaran TIK berbasis praktek. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk menjelaskan/mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media video dalam pembelajaran dan Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dengan media video pada mata pelajaran TIK Pada Siswa Kelas 7.4 Tahun 2011-2012 di SMP Negeri 6 Malang. Penelitian PTK ini dilaksanakan pada semester Genap yang dimulai pada bulan Mei dilakukan di SMP Negeri 6 Malang Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 7.4 dengan jumlah 34 siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: kemampuan, pemahaman dan motivasi dalam menyelesaikan tes, hasil dari siklus 1 70,6% dan ada kenaikan pada siklus 2 yaitu 91,2%. Abstract Still students who have difficulty in learning directly especially ICT-based teaching practices. The purpose of this study is to explain / describe the use of video media in learning and to know the learning outcome use video on ICT In Grade 7.4 Year 2011-2012 SMP Negeri 6 Malang. This research was conducted on even semester that start in May conducted in SMP 6 Malang in academic year 2012/2013, the research subjects were students of class 7.4 with a number of 34 students. The results of the study are as follows: ability, understanding and motivation to complete the test, the results of the first cycle of 70.6% and no increase in cycle 2, namely 91.2%.

The waste problem is a problem faced throughout the world. This research aims to save the environment with on the utilization of recycling waste materials that do not contribute much in people's lives over the years. Organic cement is an alternative cement besides portland cement made from organic waste recyled and substitution of mediteran soil. The research is oriented to chemical compounds, compressive strength, and tensile strength testings of concrete by using organic and portland cements. Age of concrete in the research are 3, 4, 14, 21, and 28 days old. Result for compressive test of cylinder concrete with organic cement, it obtained 6.10 MPa while the cylincer concrete with portland cement, it obtained 20.22 MPa. For tensile strength test of cylinder concrete with organic cement on 28-days-old concrete reached 1.09 MPa and those with portland cement reached 2.01 MPa. From the physical test result, it obtained the density of organic cement is 3.01 g/ml, while for the density of portland cement is 3.16 g/ml. From the analysis of organic cement chemical compounds through laboratory testing methods result, it found indications that resemble portland cement chemical compounds that are CaO;65,36%, SiO₂; 18,84%, Al₂O₃; 6,33%, Fe₂O₃; 2,29%, SO₃ ; 3,64%, MgO; 1,35%, C₃S; 66,72%, C₂S; 3,98%, C₃A; 12,9%, and C4Af; 6,97%. This article explores local wisdom “tudang sipulung” (seated together), as conflict settlement medium of Bugis-Makassar Community of South Sulawesi, Indonesia.Tudang sipulung is one of the social institutions that owned the Bugis-Makassar South Sulawesi as a conflict resolution. Tudang sipulung was originally only known in the agricultural community in resolving conflicts related to agriculture, and developing relevant social disputes. Formally, this Tudang Sipulung accommodated by Police in South Sulawesi in the form of a forum called the Mabbulo Sibatang Communication Forum (FKMB) to resolve the conflict. FKMB essence is tudang sipulung between the government, the team of FKMB Police, religious leaders, community leaders, the parties to the dispute and sit together in solving the conflict. Memasukan data password melalui keyboard mudah dicuri dengan aplikasi Keylogger. Tahun 2008, 78% terdapat ancaman pencurian informasi rahasia data pengguna, dan 76% menggunakan komponen keystroke logging untuk mencuri informasi seperti akun bank online. beberapa variasi password yang dapat meminimalisir interaksi langsung pengguna dengan keyboard adalah memanfaatkan kedipan mata menjadi password. Dalam paper ini akan di pakai teknik Haar Cascade Classifier sebagai metode deteksi bagian tubuh tertentu suatu obyek, dan metode Contour sebagai deteksi kontur pada object spesifik, teknik ini dapat mendeteksi mata dan indikasi adanya kedipan, berdasarkan jarak, posisi obyek dan posisi sumber cahaya tertentu.Hasil dari penelitian yang di lakukan dengan memanfaatkan template deteksi kontur mata sempurna sebagai acuan kedipan mata. Nilai threshold juga berpengaruh pada hasil kontur yang dihasilkan dari berbagai jenis mata baik bentuk maupun warnanya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap 15 sampel password kedipan, didapatkan akurasi 71,43 %, dan pengujian keystroke dengan aplikasi keylogger, password kedipan tidak terekam dalam log file keylogger. Employees who have high goal commitment are very concerned with organizational goals. Otherwise, employees who have low goal commitment did not care organization goals can be achieved or not. Participation affect employee commitment to organizational goals. Participation provides opportunities for information exchange and negotiation, creating a perception that the goals has specific, realistic and a sense of belonging to the goals. This study aims to examine the effect of participation in strategic planning based on the balanced scorecard (BSC) to increase goal commitment and to generate strategic plan based on the BSC in a foundation. This study involved 16 subjects in a foundation. Measurement of goal commitment using goal commitment scale. Quantitative data analysis with Repeated Measures ANOVA. The result showed that there was no significant increase of goal commitment (F = .500 and p = .611) after attending a participatory strategic planning based on BSC.

One of the objects of the philosophy studies is the nature. The thought of the nature runs continually to the things beyond the nature (metaphysics) and eventually comes to a conclusion that the existence of the nature must be in process. The philosophers argued that all things created must be in process, namely the process of emanation. The implication of this argument is that the nature is qadīm, because it was created by God since qidam and azālī. This argument was opposed by the theologists (mutakallimīn). They said that the nature was something new and its existence was from nothing. These two different theories are supported by the dalīls of the Qur’an. Bank interest is an interesting topic to discuss from classical era to modern era. In classical era, interest has been decided as ribâ., the law status of which is harâm (forbidden) because of an addition (ziyâdah). Based on this, bank interest is also categorized as ribâ. Nevertheless, some say that the forbiddance of ribâ is because of an exploitation to the clients, based on which bank interest is not ribâ. It is based on these two opinions that a controversy on bank interest emerges. The controversy emerges since the first group interprets the verses on ribâ textually while the second group interprets the verses contextually. Theological thought of the Ash’arite founded by Abu Hasan al-Asy'ari develops through its theologians such as al-Baqillani, al-Juwaini, and al-Ghazali. Each of them has his own theological thought that differentiates him from other theologians. However, the three Ash’arite theologians remains to refer to the basic thought of the Asha’rite that make them different from Mu’tazilite theologians, that is, they believe that God has uncreated attributes negated by Mu’tazilte. The research purpose is to analyzing the effect of destination image on tourist satisfaction, analyzing the effect of destination image on revisit intention, analyzing the effect of tourist satisfaction on revisit intention, and analyzing tourist satisfaction mediates the effect of destination image on revisit intention in the tourist village of Batu City. This study uses a quantitative explanatory research approach with the sample of this research is Indonesians who when the research was conducted finished traveling in the tourist village of Batu City and were at least 17 years old, totaling 155 respondents and using Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) which will be processed using the AMOS (Analysis of moment structure) program. The results showed that destination image has a significant impact on tourist satisfaction and revisit intentions, tourist satisfaction has a significant impact on revisit intentions, and tourist satisfaction does not have a role as a mediator that forms the relationship between destination image and revisit intentions in the Batu City tourist village.
