A 7-tungstabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane complex forms slowly upon addition of cyclohexene to the ethylene complex, W(NAr)(OSiPh3)2(C2H4), at 22 °C. A single-crystal X-ray study showed its structure to be closest to a square pyramid (τ = 0.23). At 22 °C, loss of cyclohexene or ring contraction of the 7-tungstabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane complex is slow. Above ∼80 °C, cyclohexene is ejected to give W(NAr)(OSiPh3)2(C2H4), but a sufficient amount of 7-tungstabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane complex remains in the presence of cyclohexene and the ring contracts to yield methylenecyclohexane and a methylidene complex or ethylene and a cyclohexylidene complex. Other complexes that have been observed include an 8-tungstabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane complex formed from 1,7-octadiene, a 7-tungstabicyclo[4.2.0]octane complex (formed from a methylidene complex and cyclohexene), and a methylenecyclohexane complex. 13C-Labeling studies show that the exo-methylene group in methylenecyclohexane and the α positions in the 8-tungstabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane come from ethylene. An alternative ring contraction of a tungstacyclopentane made from two molecules of cyclohexene cannot be excluded when concentrations of ethylene are low. A cyclohexylidene complex could also form from two cyclohexenes via a newly proposed "alkyl/allyl" mechanism. The results reported here are the first experimental confirmations that a tungstacyclopentane can ring-contract thermally at a substituted WCα position to form a tungstacyclobutane and therefore metathesis-active alkylidenes.

Abstract Disentangling the impact of climate change on environmental extremes is of key importance for mitigation and adaptation. Here we present an automated system that unveils the climate change signal of the day in near-real-time, employing a set of innovative storyline simulations based on a coupled climate model. Its potential to complement probabilistic assessments is showcased for storm Boris, which brought record-breaking rainfall over Central and Eastern Europe in September 2024, leading to devastating floods. Our near-real-time storylines suggest that storm Boris deposited about 9% more rain due to human-induced warming. The area impacted by the same storm’s extreme rainfall (>100 mm) was 18% larger and would continue expanding in a future warmer climate. Results from our prototype storyline system are disseminated publicly via an online tool. The case of Storm Boris demonstrates the potential of near-real-time storylines for rapid evidence-based climate change communication.

InSAR often demands the installation of artificial reflectors, usually represented by Passive Corner Reflectors (PCR). This occurs when in the imaged areas the coherence is low, and the density of Persistent Scatterers (PS) is scarce or even non-existent. For missions based on C-band sensor as Sentinel-1, PCRs capable of providing a high phase accuracy are cumbersome, and heavy, and the installation is difficult and costly. For this reason, the use of Active Reflectors (AR), compact and smaller with respect to PCRs, can be a valid alternative especially in mountain vegetated or snow-covered areas, or glaciers. The use of these devices has not yet largely spread due to their high sensitivity over long interval to annual/seasonal temperature range of variation which reduces their reliability. This work focuses on the analysis of the performance of a C band low-cost AR tested in a real field campaign based on the interferometric processing of Sentinel-1 images aimed at monitoring a forested slope, located in Andorra, partially collapsed some years ago. Phase stability is investigated using data acquired during an experimental campaign carried out in where also several PCRs have been installed. The experimental tests confirm that the device is capable to provide a millimetric accuracy over a significant temporal interval and can be used as reference point for a network of PCR installed in instable areas.

In a historical moment, where the future is considered a threat, it seems highly relevant to teach the ability to imagine desirable futures. Education for the Future (EF), from the Anglo-Saxon tradition, represents a reference to give a response to negative images about the idea of the future. The competences for democratic culture defined by the Council of Europe provide the basis for the elaboration of a theoretical framework that includes the imagination of democratic and sustainable futures as one of its main conceptual axes. This study analyses official documents of public policies carried out in the Iberian context, to examine the treatment of the idea of future in education systems. Three levels of policies have been studied: state educational laws, primary education curricula and institutional teacher training policies. The public policies have been analysed using the normative method of content analysis, with a syntactic sampling strategy, calculating the absolute and relative frequency of the units of analysis. Results show that there are few references to the construction of the concept of the future in public policies and suggest that the opportunity to educate others on the imagination of desirable futures may be being wasted.

Abstract We report the case of a 21-year-old Cameroonian woman residing in France for one year, who presented to our department with left eye discomfort and itching. Examination revealed a mobile translucent cord beneath the nasal-inferior conjunctiva, prompting suspicion of loaiasis. Anesthesia was administered for extraction, revealing a 31 mm male Loa loa. A positive microfilarial load, albeit low, confirmed the diagnosis and the diagnostic workup excluded other locations. Treatment with diethylcarbamazine was well-tolerated. This case highlights the importance of considering loaiasis in non-endemic regions and underscores the need for interdisciplinary collaboration in its diagnosis and management.

Abstract Background Organic solvents are used in formulating an extensive range of products for professional use. Animal and human studies suggest that in utero solvent exposure may affect neurodevelopment. Our objective was to assess the association between occupational exposure to solvents during pregnancy and child behavior aged 2–12 years. Methods The French mother-child cohort PELAGIE (2002–2006) included 3,421 women recruited in early pregnancy. Occupational exposure to solvents was self-reported. For 459 children, parents used a questionnaire derived from the Child Behavior Checklist and the Preschool Social Behavior Questionnaire to assess their child’s behavior, at age 2, and the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire at ages 6 and 12. A cross-lagged structural equation modeling approach was used to assess direct and indirect associations between exposure and child behavior. Results At age 2, an increased externalizing behavior score was suggested with prenatal exposure to solvents (mean change in standardized score (95%CI): 0.28 (-0.01, 0.57) for occasional exposure and 0.23 (-0.05, 0.51) for regular exposure). At ages 6 and 12, distinct sex-specific patterns were observed: among boys, no association with externalizing behavior was observed, while among girls, an association was seen for both occasional and regular exposure (total effect at age 12: 0.45 (0.06,0.83) and 0.40 (0.03, 0.76), respectively). For both sexes, occasional exposure may be associated with internalizing behavior at ages 6 and 12 (total effect at age 6: 0.37 (0.06, 0.68) and at age 12: 0.27 (-0.08, 0.62)). Conclusions Occupational exposure to solvents during pregnancy may impact child behavior through either direct or cumulative effects during childhood; these associations may persist until early adolescence, especially among girls.

Early-life stages play a key role in the dynamics of bipartite life cycle marine fish populations. Difficult to monitor, observations of these stages are often scattered in space and time. While Mediterranean coastlines have often been surveyed, no effort has been made to assemble historical observations. Here we build an exhaustive compilation of dispersal traits for coastal fish species, considering in situ observations and growth models (Di Stefano et al., 2023; https://doi.org/10.17882/91148). Our database contains over 110 000 entries collected from 1993 to 2021 in various subregions. All observations are harmonized to provide information on dates and geolocations of both spawning and settlement, along with pelagic larval durations. When applicable, missing data and associated confidence intervals are reconstructed from dynamic energy budget theory. Statistical analyses allow traits’ variability to be revisited and sampling biases to be revealed across taxa, space and time, hence providing recommendations for future studies and sampling. Comparison of observed and modelled entries provides suggestions to improve the feed of observations into models. Overall, this extensive database is a crucial step to investigate how marine fish populations respond to global changes across environmental gradients.

El presente ensayo es una discusión teórica que tiene por objetivo identificar la relación -o relaciones-entre la enseñanza de la Historia Reciente Presente (en adelante HRP) y la formación ciudadana del alumnado. Es un estudio que emerge desde la Didáctica de las Ciencias Sociales. La metodología fue una revisión bibliográfica o Scoping Review a partir del trabajo con bases de datos de acceso abierto y actas de seminarios. La proposición de esta revisión es que la enseñanza de la HRP permite abordar los contenidos de la memoria histórica como parte inherente a la educación democrática y crítica de la ciudadanía. Entre los hallazgos encontrados en la literatura específica de la Didáctica de las Ciencias Sociales y en investigaciones historiográficas, se destaca la importancia de un aprendizaje situado, donde la memoria debe estar al servicio de la educación democrática. El vínculo entre la HRP y la formación ciudadana es clave para historizar la experiencia personal y colectiva del alumnado. Dentro de las conclusiones que son posibles de plantear, se encuentra que la enseñanza de la historia puede promover que el alumnado comprenda dinámicas persistentes y promueva la búsqueda de alternativas a problemáticas que le sean cercanas y atingentes. En este proceso la formación del profesorado, su pensamiento y su práctica son esenciales para un cambio educativo.

Background While atrial fibrillation (AF) is a key risk factor for stroke, recent studies have suggested that atrial cardiomyopathy may also increase stroke risk in the absence of AF. This study aimed to evaluate genetic determinants for left atrial (LA) function and volumes and risk of stroke. Methods and Results Polygenic scores (PGSs) for LA measures were constructed and used in 380 017 individuals in the UK Biobank, without history of ischemic stroke, systemic arterial embolism, or AF at enrollment. Risk of ischemic stroke was estimated using time‐to‐event models, considering all‐cause death and incident AF as competing events. Systemic arterial embolism was investigated as a secondary end point. The PGS for LA passive emptying fraction was associated with risk of ischemic stroke. Individuals with a PGS for LA passive emptying fraction in the lowest quartile had a hazard ratio (HR) of 1.12 for ischemic stroke compared with those in the top quartile (P=0.004). BackgroundThe efficacy of immunotherapies in high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) is limited, but clinical trials investigating the potential of combination immunotherapy including poly-ADP-ribose polymerase inhibitors (PARPis) are ongoing. Homologous recombination repair deficiency or BRCAness and the composition of the tumor microenvironment appear to play a critical role in determining the therapeutic response.MethodsWe conducted comprehensive immunogenomic analyses of HGSOC using data from several patient cohorts. Machine learning methods were used to develop a classification model for BRCAness from gene expression data. Integrated analysis of bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing data was used to delineate the tumor immune microenvironment and was validated by immunohistochemistry. The impact of PARPi and BRCA1 mutations on the activation of immune-related pathways was studied using ovarian cancer cell lines, RNA sequencing, and immunofluorescence analysis.ResultsWe identified a 24-gene signature that predicts BRCAness. Comprehensive immunogenomic analyses across patient cohorts identified samples with BRCAness and high immune infiltration. Further characterization of these samples revealed increased infiltration of immunosuppressive cells, including tumor-associated macrophages expressing TREM2, C1QA, and LILRB4, as specified by single-cell RNA sequencing data and gene expression analysis of samples from patients receiving combination therapy with PARPi and anti-PD-1. Our findings show also that genomic instability and PARPi activated the cGAS-STING signaling pathway in vitro and the downstream innate immune response in a similar manner to HGSOC patients with BRCAness status. Finally, we have developed a web application (https://ovrseq.icbi.at) and an associated R package OvRSeq, which allow for comprehensive characterization of ovarian cancer patient samples and assessment of a vulnerability score that enables stratification of patients to predict response to the combination immunotherapy.ConclusionsGenomic instability in HGSOC affects the tumor immune environment, and TAMs play a crucial role in modulating the immune response. Based on various datasets, we have developed a diagnostic application that uses RNA sequencing data not only to comprehensively characterize HGSOC but also to predict vulnerability and response to combination immunotherapy.

BackgroundTelemonitoring for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) has not consistently demonstrated superiority over standard care; however, noninferiority may be an acceptable outcome if remote care proves to be more efficient. ObjectiveThis study aims to compare the remission time and quality of life of patients with active IBD managed through standard care versus the TECCU (Telemonitoring of Crohn Disease and Ulcerative Colitis) app. MethodsA 2-arm, randomized, multicenter trial with a noninferiority design was conducted across 24 hospitals in Spain. The study included adult patients with IBD who were starting immunosuppressive or biological therapy. Participants were randomized into 2 groups: the telemonitoring group (G_TECCU) and the standard care group (G_Control). The follow-up schedule for the telemonitoring group (G_TECCU) was based on contacts via the TECCU app, while the control group (G_Control) adhered to standard clinical practice, which included in-person visits and telephone calls. In both groups, treatment adjustments were made based on the progression of disease activity and medication adherence, assessed using specific indices and biological markers at each check-up. The primary outcome was the duration of remission after 12 weeks, while secondary outcomes included quality of life, medication adherence, adverse events, and patient satisfaction. ResultsOf the 169 patients enrolled, 158 were randomized and 150 were analyzed per protocol: telemonitoring (n=71) and control (n=79). After 12 weeks, the time in clinical remission was not inferior in the telemonitoring group (mean 4.20, SD 3.73 weeks) compared with the control group (mean 4.32, SD 3.28 weeks), with a mean difference between arms of –0.12 weeks (95% CI –1.25 to 1.01; noninferiority P=.02). The mean reduction in C-reactive protein values was –15.40 mg/L (SD 90.15 mg/L; P=.19) in the G_TECCU group and –13.16 mg/L (SD 54.61 mg/L; P=.05) in the G_Control group, with no significant differences between the 2 arms (P=.73). Similarly, the mean improvement in fecal calprotectin levels was 832.3 mg/L (SD 1825.0 mg/L; P=.003) in the G_TECCU group and 1073.5 mg/L (SD 3105.7 mg/L; P=.03) in the G_Control group; however, the differences were not statistically significant (P=.96). Introduction Home-based, virtually-supported care models may represent the most efficient and scalable approach to delivering prehabilitation services. However, virtual approaches to prehabilitation are understudied. This manuscript describes the protocol for an internal pilot randomised controlled trial of a virtually-delivered, multimodal prehabilitation intervention.Methods and analysis We will conduct a pragmatic, individual patient, internal pilot randomised controlled trial of home-based, virtually supported, multimodal prehabilitation compared with standard perioperative care in adults undergoing elective, inpatient thoracic, abdominal, pelvic and vascular surgery at five Canadian hospitals. Participants will be partially blinded; clinicians and outcome assessors will be fully blinded. The intervention consists of 3–12 weeks of a home-based, multimodal (exercise, nutrition and psychosocial support) prehabilitation programme supported through an online platform. The primary feasibility outcomes and their progression targets are (1) monthly recruitment of>6 participants at each centre, (2) intervention adherence of>75%, (3) retention of>90% of participants at the patient-reported primary outcome point of 30-days after surgery and (4) elicitation of patient, clinician and researcher-identified barriers to our pragmatic trial. A sample size of 144 participants will be adequate to estimate recruitment, adherence and retention rates with acceptable precision. All participants will be followed to either death or up to 1 year. As an internal pilot, if no substantive changes to the trial or intervention design are required, pilot participant outcome data will migrate, unanalysed by allocation, to the future full-scale trial.Ethics and dissemination Ethical approval has been granted by Clinical Trials Ontario (Project ID: 4479) and our ethics review board (Protocol Approval #20230399–01T). Results will be disseminated through presentations at scientific conferences, peer-reviewed publications, partner organisations and engagement of social and traditional media.Trial registration number ClinicalTrials.gov identifier NCT06042491. La variedad y la cantidad de las ánforas halladas en el yacimiento de San Millán lo convierten en la excavación con la mayor densidad de este tipo de restos documentada hasta ahora en el conjunto arqueológico de Herrera de Pisuerga, en la provincia de Palencia. Este estudio muestra la rica variedad de sus tipos –con un predominio de los contenedores vinarios sobre los dedicados al transporte de salazones y aceite–, así como de sus lugares de procedencia: provincias Tarraconense y Bética, Mar Egeo y Mediterráneo oriental, península itálica –costas adriática y tirrénica–, Gallia –área narbonense– y producciones regionales. Por otro lado, y a partir de esta información, se intenta explicar cómo se produjo el abastecimiento al campamento de la legio IIII Macedonica en Herrera de Pisuerga de los productos contenidos en estos recipientes, así como las rutas seguidas, analizando las relaciones comerciales y las características del transporte que implican a la Hispania Citerior Tarraconensis en los momentos finales de la conquista del área NO peninsular y su posterior urbanización.

Abstract With heavy reliance on fossil fuels, countries like Saudi Arabia face challenges in reducing carbon emissions from urban bus transportation. Herein, we address the gaps in evaluating proton-exchange membrane fuel cell buses and develop a globally relevant life-cycle assessment model using Saudi Arabia as a case study. We consider various bus propulsion technologies, including fuel cell buses powered by grey and blue hydrogen, battery electric buses, and diesel engines, and include the shipping phase, air conditioning load, and refuelling infrastructure. The assessment illustrates fuel cell buses using blue hydrogen can reduce emissions by 53.6% compared to diesel buses, despite a 19.5% increase in energy use from carbon capture and storage systems. Battery electric buses are affected by the energy mix and battery manufacturing, so only cut emissions by 16.9%. Sensitivity analysis shows climate benefits depend on energy sources and efficiencies of carbon capture and hydrogen production. By 2030, grey and blue hydrogen-powered fuel cell buses and battery electric buses are projected to reduce carbon emissions by 19.3%, 33.4%, and 51% respectively, compared to their 2022 levels. Fully renewable-powered battery electric buses potentially achieve up to 89.6% reduction. However, fuel cell buses consistently exhibit lower environmental burdens compared to battery electric buses.

Abstract Background Reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) with intercalating dyes is one of the main techniques to assess gene expression levels used in basic and applied research as well as in diagnostics. However, primer design for RT-qPCR can be complex due to the high demands on primer quality. Primers are best placed on exon junctions, should avoid polymorphic regions, be specific to the target transcripts and also prevent genomic amplification accurately, among others. Current software tools manage to meet all the necessary criteria only insufficiently. Here, we present ExonSurfer, a novel, user-friendly web-tool for qPCR primer design. Results ExonSurfer combines the different steps of the primer design process, encompassing target selection, specificity and self-complementarity assessment, and the avoidance of issues arising from polymorphisms. Amplification of potentially contaminating genomic DNA is avoided by designing primers on exon-exon junctions, moreover, a genomic alignment is performed to filter the primers accordingly and inform the user of any predicted interaction. In order to test the whole performance of the application, we designed primer pairs for 26 targets and checked both primer efficiency, amplicon melting temperature and length and confirmed the targeted amplicon by Sanger sequencing. Most of the tested primers accurately and selectively amplified the corresponding targets. Conclusion ExonSurfer offers a comprehensive end-to-end primer design, guaranteeing transcript-specific amplification. The user interface is intuitive, providing essential specificity and amplicon details. The tool can also be used by command line and the source code is available. Overall, we expect ExonSurfer to facilitate RT-qPCR set-up for researchers in many fields.

Chromosomal instability (CIN) is a hallmark of cancer aggressiveness, providing genetic plasticity and tumor heterogeneity that allows the tumor to evolve and adapt to stress conditions. CIN is considered a cancer therapeutic biomarker because healthy cells do not exhibit CIN. Despite recent efforts to identify therapeutic strategies related to CIN, the results obtained have been very limited. CIN is characterized by a genetic signature where a collection of genes, mostly mitotic regulators, are overexpressed in CIN‐positive tumors, providing aggressiveness and poor prognosis. We attempted to identify new therapeutic strategies related to CIN genes by performing a drug screen, using cells that individually express CIN‐associated genes in an inducible manner. We find that the overexpression of targeting protein for Xklp2 (TPX2) enhances sensitivity to the proto‐oncogene c‐Src (SRC) inhibitor dasatinib due to activation of the Yes‐associated protein 1 (YAP) pathway. Furthermore, using breast cancer data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and a cohort of cancer‐derived patient samples, we find that both TPX2 overexpression and YAP activation are present in a significant percentage of cancer tumor samples and are associated with poor prognosis; therefore, they are putative biomarkers for selection for dasatinib therapy.

Abstract Knee osteoarthritis (OA) diagnosis is based on symptoms, assessed through questionnaires such as the WOMAC. However, the inconsistency of pain recording and the discrepancy between joint phenotype and symptoms highlight the need for objective biomarkers in knee OA diagnosis. To this end, we study relationships among clinical and molecular data in a cohort of women (n = 51) with Kellgren–Lawrence grade 2–3 knee OA through a Support Vector Machine (SVM) and a regulation network model. Clinical descriptors (i.e., pain catastrophism, depression, functionality, joint pain, rigidity, sensitization and synovitis) are used to classify patients. A Youden’s test is performed for each classifier to determine optimal binarization thresholds for the descriptors. Thresholds are tested against patient stratification according to baseline WOMAC data from the Osteoarthritis Initiative, and the mean accuracy is 0.97. For our cohort, the data used as SVM inputs are knee OA descriptors, synovial fluid proteomic measurements (n = 25), and transcription factor activation obtained from regulatory network model stimulated with the synovial fluid measurements. The relative weights after classification reflect input importance. The performance of each classifier is evaluated through ROC-AUC analysis. The best classifier with clinical data is pain catastrophism (AUC = 0.9), highly influenced by funcionality and pain sensetization, suggesting that kinesophobia is involved in pain perception. With synovial fluid proteins used as input, leptin strongly influences every classifier, suggesting the importance of low-grade inflammation. When transcription factors are used, the mean AUC is limited to 0.608, which can be related to the pleomorphic behaviour of osteoarthritic chondrocytes. Nevertheless, funcionality has an AUC of 0.7 with a decisive importance of FOXO downregulation. Though larger and longitudinal cohorts are needed, this unique combination of SVM and regulatory network model shall help to stratify knee OA patients more objectively.

The relationship between people, place, and data presents challenges and opportunities for science and society. While there has been general enthusiasm for and work toward Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR) data for open science, only more recently have these data-centric principles been extended into dimensions important to people and place-notably, the CARE Principles for Indigenous Data Governance, which affect collective benefit, authority to control, responsibility, and ethics. The FAIR Island project seeks to translate these ideals into practice, leveraging the institutional infrastructure provided by scientific field stations. Starting with field stations in French Polynesia as key use cases that are exceptionally well connected to international research networks, FAIR Island builds interoperability between different components of critical research infrastructure, helping connect these to societal benefit areas. The goal is not only to increase reuse of scientific data and the awareness of work happening at the field stations but more generally to accelerate place-based research for sustainable development. FAIR Island works reflexively, aiming to scale horizontally through networks of field stations and to serve as a model for other sites of intensive long-term scientific study.

Este artículo pretende analizar el impacto social y político de la salida del Reino Unido de la Unión Europea en la reciente emigración española residente en este país. Este proceso político tuvo un impacto en el estatus de los españoles como residentes en el Reino Unido, pasando a convertirse en inmigrantes extranjeros y, por tanto, regidos por la normativa de extranjería. Concretamente, se pretende realizar una aproximación a la evolución de los flujos de entrada y salida de españoles del Reino Unido y al impacto del proceso político en la decisión de permanecer, retornar o reemigrar. La metodología que se utilizará es doble. Por un lado, se centra en el análisis cuantitativo de las migraciones a partir de los microdatos de la Encuesta de Variaciones Residenciales. Por otro lado, se analizan un total de treinta entrevistas a emigrantes españoles que vivieron en Reino Unido durante el proceso de la salida de este país de la Unión Europea (2016-2020), en las que se estudiarán sus discursos sobre el proceso del Brexit y sus narrativas sobre este proceso político. Los resultados permiten ver que hay un rechazo unánime, por parte de los emigrantes españoles, a la salida del Reino Unido de la Unión Europea. Por otro lado, se observa que no se perciben actitudes hostiles en su vida diaria. Finalmente, se comprueba que el proceso de salida afecta principalmente a las personas con menor tiempo de residencia en Reino Unido y mucho menos a quienes pudieron acceder al estatus de residencia permanente.

BackgroundFibromyalgia (FM) is a complex rheumatic disorder characterized by chronic nociplastic pain and central sensitization. Psychopathological conditions can influence FM symptoms, which worsen their condition. However, not all patients with FM have psychopathological disorders, indicating a heterogeneous population.ObjectiveTo investigate the psychopathological profile and personality disorders in patients with FM and its relationship impact on this disease.MethodsAn observational and cross-sectional comparative study was conducted with a sample of 90 women, mean age 48.7 years (SD = 8.12), from Hospital del Mar, Barcelona. The Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) and the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ) were used for assessment.ResultsFM patients predominantly exhibited psychopathological profiles resembling affective disorders (37.7%) and Cluster C personality disorders (58.8%). The severity of FM’s impact was related to affective disorder symptoms, hypervigilance, derealization, somatization, and Cluster B personality disorder (emotional instability). Different rheumatic symptoms correlated with specific psychopathological patterns. Increased somatic symptoms on the FIQ were related to an unstable and dependent personality, while heightened emotional symptoms on the FIQ were associated with avoidance, borderline traits, and passive-aggressive reactions.ConclusionRecognizing psychopathological aspects is crucial for managing FM. The PAI is a valuable tool for establishing its psychopathological multidimensional profile, which predominantly shows an affective spectrum conditions and comorbid Cluster C personality disorder, exacerbating the disease’s impact.
