Los procesos formativos, complejos por su propia naturaleza social, parten de los contextos en que se desarrollan y de las características psicopedagógicas, sociológicas, culturales y fisiológicas de los que intervienen como componentes personales. El ámbito educativo ecuatoriano, consciente de lo anterior, evidenció en los últimos años el desarrollo de estrategias encaminadas a cumplir estándares básicos de inclusión, reconocidos por organismos internacionales y materializados en acciones pedagógicas y curriculares en todos los niveles formativos. La investigación propuesta estuvo dirigida a perfeccionar la escala evaluativa para la inclusión, en la asignatura Educación física, de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales asociados a una discapacidad, en Ecuador. Se utilizaron los métodos de análisis-síntesis y modelación; además, el análisis documental y una encuesta a docentes del área para profundizar en las características fenomenológicas del objeto de investigación. La estadística descriptiva facilitó el procesamiento de la información y la determinación de regularidades, lo que sustentó la propuesta del sistema de acciones, para el perfeccionamiento de la escala evaluativa inclusiva para la Educación Física.

La Educación Física, el deporte y la recreación constituyen herramientas efectivas en la educación para corregir o compensar los modos de actuación de los educandos con trastornos en la conducta, manifestaciones que muchas veces son motivo de exclusión por parte del grupo de coetáneos, docentes y/o la comunidad donde reside. Ante las exigencias actuales de crear escuelas verdaderamente inclusivas en su funcionamiento, no siempre se encuentran en las aulas los profesionales competentes que garanticen una educación de calidad y equidad, capaz de aprovechar los beneficios de la actividad física y el deporte, tanto en el desarrollo social como en el psicológico; debido a su impacto en la construcción de las identidades individuales y colectivas, los educandos sienten la necesidad de su participación, la satisfacción con la tarea desarrollada y pueden valorar sus resultados, lo que permite la formación de actitudes y valores positivos hacia las diferentes esferas de la vida social. Es por ello que el siguiente artículo tiene como objetivo diseñar un sistema de talleres que contribuyan a la preparación de los docentes para la inclusión de escolares con trastornos de la conducta desde la actividad física y deportes. Para ello se utilizaron métodos como el histórico-lógico, el análisis documental, la entrevista y la observación científica, los que permitieron constatar el estado actual de la preparación de dichos profesionales y plantear desde la vía científica una respuesta de solución que promueva nuevos modos de actuación profesional.

La evaluación, como categoría didáctica en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física y Deporte, enfrenta desafíos que obligan a los diferentes colectivos pedagógicos a proyectar acciones que le permitan una visión contextualizada e integral de la misma. La unidad del sistema de influencias educativas es una necesidad para la evaluación formativa, compartida, personalizada, centrada en evidencias de conocimiento, de producto y de desempeño en la formación y desarrollo de competencias en esta Carrera. El objetivo del trabajo es valorar el proceso evaluativo integrador de las competencias, en los estudiantes de la Práctica Laboral Investigativa de tercer año, de la Carrera de licenciatura en Cultura Física y Deporte, a través de la disciplina principal integradora Formación Laboral Investigativa. Para ello se aplicaron métodos de investigación empíricos, como el análisis de documentos, la entrevista y la observación. Los resultados permitieron fundamentar una propuesta metodológica que potencie la evaluación integradora, sobre la base el enfoque integral físico-educativo, en el proceso de estudio. El diseño de los resultados fue de tipo experimental, en su variante preexperimento. La aplicación parcial de la propuesta validó su pertinencia y contribuyó de forma favorable al mejoramiento del desempeño profesional y humano de los que participan.

In boxing, precise actions are required in a very short period of time because, to the extent that the technical action in the attacks is faster, it makes it impossible to defend and counterattack efficiently during the fight. The objective of this work is to improve the technical preparation process in boxing from sports training, with emphasis on the execution of hook blows in the pioneer category boxers who train in the "Giraldo Córdova Cardín" boxing gym in Pinar del Río. It was based on the diagnosis of the state of this technical element, in the sample of ten athletes, in which the observation was applied to 24 training sessions, as well as an interview with the four boxing trainers who work with this category in that gym. A series of weaknesses were found when working with this technique in the training unit. As a final result, in order to make possible the correction of the existing deficiencies, a methodology containing a cognitive and an instrumental apparatus is implemented, methodological from the exercises that are presented and demonstrated to the coaches and the results in the competitions of the cycle 2019-2020 that show the quota of gain for the coaches and athletes.

The practice of sports from an early age in Cuba is an objective of the maximum direction of the National Institute of Sports and Recreation (Inder in Spanish) where the integral preparation of the athlete is promoted by integrating all the components of the preparation. In the case of Boxing, the technical and tactical preparation constitutes an essential axis for the work with pioneer athletes. This work has the objective of elaborating a set of exercises that strategically contribute to the improvement of the work of the trunk defenses in school category boxers of Pinar del Río. In order to fulfill the objective, methods of theoretical and empirical level were used in the diagnosis, combined with statistical mathematicians, seeking to confirm the weaknesses and potentialities in the work of the trunk fenders in the pioneer category, to allow their improvement. In observations and interviews made with coaches, from the diagnosis to training sessions of the boxing team, category 11-12 pioneer, it was possible to corroborate that there are deficiencies in the work of the trunk defenses to counteract attacks with straight and cross blows to the face, specifically, since they do not have a variety of exercises for the performance of such work. All this allowed to verify the scientific problem and to plan a group of customized strategic exercises for the improvement of the trunk defense in the school category boxers, for the trainers in function to eradicate the deficiencies detected in the diagnosis, verifying its effectiveness from the specialists' criterion.

En la actualidad las tecnología se han convertido en el eje principal para todos los seres humanos, más aun cuando hablamos sobre las Tecnología de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC), específicamente en el área de la educación, ya que estas a lo largo del tiempo han permitido revolucionar los modelos de enseñanzas, al ayudar a que los docentes sean más dinámicos y menos monótonos en el al momento de enseñar, aunque, en muchos centros educativos los docentes no consideran que las TIC sean necesarias para fomentar los métodos de enseñanzas para sus alumnos. El empleo de las TIC, favorece el desarrollo de habilidades profesionales técnicas del profesor Agropecuario, en tanto contribuye a la preparación y orientación de los profesores a través del uso de las tecnologías, con el fin de desarrollar en ellos, las habilidades necesarias para que los alumnos puedan desempeñarse como obreros de esta especialidad, con mayores competencias profesionales. Por tal motivo, el objetivo del presente trabajo es desarrollar habilidades profesionales técnicas del profesor Agropecuario a través del empleo de las TIC con el fin de desarrollar competencias profesionales como las requeridas en el contexto actual. La investigación se llevó a cabo mediante encuestas realizas a los docentes de las carreras agropecuarias del politécnico “Tranquilino Sandalio de Noda, en la provincia de Pinar del Río. Al respecto se constató que existe necesidad de que los docentes sean capacitados para que hagan un buen uso de las TIC, como un nuevo modelo de enseñanza.

Introduction: in the process of evaluation of learning, the need for a developing and integrating character has been implicit in both the international and national spheres. Objective: to establish methodological recommendations based on an integrative conception of the evaluation of learning from the discipline of General Pedagogical Formation. Development: in order to move towards excellence in the direction of the Aulic Pedagogical Process, it is necessary that creation be an incentive comprise all the factors that intervene in the educational system. Professors and students are direct protagonists of the evaluation process, other external evaluators are farther away from the process, and many times theory takes precedence over practice and vice versa. The idea is to fulfill this principle (theory-practical unit), and that the act of evaluating learning process constitutes an enhancer of the pedagogical processes of excellence, and its quality, which will contribute to the effective educational institutions and systems Conclusions: the bridging of evaluation of the teaching-learning process in the methodological work is a need for the evaluators and for those assessed, who must begin by resizing the functions of teaching to search for an integrative conception that leads to the fulfillment of the methodological recommendations from their dimensions and indicators, as well as making evident the unity of the affective-cognitive-value in the actions of those assessed.

The university educational context in the Physical Culture career, due to its diversity in the performance fields, claims a competent professional. Among the education professional´s competencies, the researching one is essential because it activates the rest of the competencies. In this educational level, research and academic skills constitute a dialectic pair, hence the significance of training and development in this professional. From this perspective, the management of a process that articulates and assumes as a central axis that, from the disciplines of the curriculum, allows the success of its performance in terms of the personal, professional, and social transformation demanded by contemporary education, becomes a necessity, what leads to formulate the problem: how to potentiate the research competency in the Physical Culture career´s students? With the purpose to offer a possible solution it is designed a set of actions to develop the research competency through the research process management from the different disciplines that strengthen the management of the processes in which this professional interacts in his different spheres of action. The use of theoretical methods such as historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, systemic-structural, as well as empirical methods like the interviews with teachers and students, as well as observation of different activities of the process, allowed, from the diagnosis, to verify the need to improve the inadequacies in the management process and subsequently the fulfillment of the objective.

Introduction: evaluation as a component of the teaching-learning process has been of interest in all pedagogical approaches, outstanding itself in the roots of the teaching-learning process, and as part of Didactics as a science along with the theories of program of study, as it is a necessary component for its design, implementation and control. Objective: to establish the dimensions and indicators for the evaluation of the didactic competence of professors in the implementation of the program of study in the pedagogical campus at Hermanos Saiz Montes de Oca University and Pinar del Río University of Medical Sciences, Pinar del Río province. Development: the professor achieves a quality of performance when the professional competencies are integrated, within which the didactic competences are highlighted as an integration center, bifurcating the support and concurrence relationships as well, allowing the dynamics and the role of them. The insufficiencies concerning the guidance of the processes, which were identified from the observation of the curricular activities, interviews and documentary analysis, concerning the implementation of the program of study, revealed as one of the causes that limit the objectivity in the assessment of professor’s performance, a characteristic demanding the establishment of dimensions and indicators that allow an objective and dynamic assessment of the didactic competence of professors for the implementation of the program of study. Conclusions: taking into account the cognitive-affective and motivational unit from the education at work, which integrates the training components, and involves the pedagogical campus of both universities in Pinar del Río province. Its implementation allowed directing of a more efficient process.

This work was developed due to the need to attend to the difficulties found in the Physical Education teachers of the municipality of San Juan and Martínez during the development of the teaching-learning process of Basketball, which threaten the quality of the classes, sports results and preparation of the School for life. The objective is to propose parameters that allow measuring the professional teaching methodological performance of these teachers. The customized behavior of the research made possible the diagnosis of the 26 professors taken as a sample, expressing the traits that distinguish their efficiency, determining their potentialities and deficiencies. During the research process, theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used, which permitted to corroborate the real existence of the problem, as well as the evaluation of its impact, which revealed a positive transformation in pedagogical practice. The results provide a concrete and viable answer for the improvement of the evaluation of the teaching-methodological component of the Physical Education teacher, which constitutes an important material of guidance for methodologists and managers related to the instrumental cognitive, procedural and attitudinal performance , In order to conduct from the precedent knowledge, the new knowledge and lead to a formative process, with a contemporary vision, offering methodological resources to control the quality of Physical Education lessons.

The nowadays society in this XXI century influenced by the progressive development of technologies of information and communication and the knowledge management demands a creative man, transformer of the context in which he takes place, an individual who accepts the challenges of the modern society and that at the same time takes the best of this development. Meeting this goal, the higher education holds the mission of preparing in a continuous and permanent way to the professionals according to the activity they carry out, updating the knowledge in the science they work on. The sport professionals are not the exception in this endeavor due to the formative role they play in the society, it is also caused by the dynamics and the current competitions, the steady changes of the sport rules and the gradual improvement of the athlete’s performance, the venues equipment and the competition itself worldwide. This work is aimed at proposing an upgrading course for the Volleyball professionals in the sport formation school (EIDE) Ormani Arenado Llonchimplemented through a strategy based on the difficulties taken from the application of the scientific methods which facilitate a viable, flexible and feasible outcome and with a high social meaning, as it contributes to rise the professional profile of the individuals involved in the study.

Introduction: Physical Therapy is a topic of interest for professionals of physical education, offering a creative service which allows improving the quality of life of the population in the community. Objective: to adapt to the community the services of a therapeutic room that improves the quality of life of the population from the creation of the necessary equipments for the physical rehabilitation room in the community. Method: a descriptive study was carried out at the Department of Applied Sciences from Nancy Uranga Romagoza Faculty of Sports and Physical Education, Pinar del Río, this was aimed at professors of Physical and Prophylactic Therapy subject from January 7 to December 27, 2016. The target group was comprised of the professors and executives who integrate the research project and participated in the creation of a therapeutic room, and the main people who contributed in the creation of the equipments that are available in the community; resulting from the innovation and the optimum use of the available resources. Results: the therapeutic room is in optimal conditions to offer its assistance with the guidance of competent experts who comply with their social commitments; the equipments arranged are useful for physical rehabilitation and favor more than 500 people in the community. Conclusions: the equipments created by professionals of Physical Education allowed the opening of a community physiotherapy room for the physical rehabilitation; 98% of the beneficiaries showed satisfaction for the quality of the service.

The creativity has been and it is object of study of several disciplines, like: Psychology, the Sociology, Epistemology, as well as Philosophy, all they research it from their own conceptual-methodological specificity, and there are big polemic current to determine its limits, what can constitute an obstacle for the researchers, hence the necessity to clear up and specify the theoretical-methodological framework from which this process is researched. The present work approaches a topic of great value when appealing to the means and methods that are sustained in the highest analysis levels on the learning with creative focus, it begins with a valuation of the creativity importance like essential process in the development of the teaching learning process, where the elements that constitute theoretical bases for its improvement are specified. The research has the purpose of offering a systematization of the main theoretical referents that sustain the creativity, deepening in its dimensions and indicators with didactic objectives to increase the learning quality. There was used a system of investigative methods of theoretical, empiric and statistical levels that allowed to verify the existent problematic situation in relation to the development of the creativity. The offered theory allows the design of new strategies to improve the teaching-learning process, locating the student like the main character of his/her own learning.

The article presents an approach to the analysis of the definition of Aulic Teaching Process with its dimensions, focusing on the effectiveness of that process and the actions to be undertaken for evaluation, from a humanist perspective and develope.

With the arrival of the twentieth century, events that threaten the existence of the Cuban nationality manifest. Again education stands as a bastion in the defense of the Cuban identity. One of the guidelines assumed by Cuban educators in theory is to follow the national educational tradition of the nineteenth century. Among these is the Pinar del Rio educator Jose Elpidio Pérez Somossa, who with his educational actions became a renovator of educational thought in the province, facing the harmful features of scholastic traditionalism which prevailed in school practice in the first half of the twentieth century .
