The traditional urban planting arrangement is largely limited by the designer's idea and has a high repetition rate and a low reference reuse rate. Therefore, a scientific and reasonable planting arrangement of the urban environment is necessary. In this work, research on planting arrangements in a smart city is carried out under green ecology and environment. Firstly, the planting arrangement is analyzed based on the structure, characteristics, and basic principles of the artificial neural network (ANN) model. ANN is frequently applied in pattern recognition, signal processing, system identification, and optimization. In the field of control, neural networks are used to deal with the nonlinearity and uncertainty of the control system and to approximate the identification function of the system. Secondly, the output value of the planting arrangement in the smart city is calculated according to the error backpropagation algorithm. During this period, the weight is adjusted according to the Hebb criterion, and the relevant statistical model of planting arrangement in the smart city is analyzed by ANN. Finally, suggestions on planting arrangements are given. The research shows that steamed bun-shaped plants have the largest total number in smart cities, followed by spherical and bush-like plants. Planting arrangement for spherical and palm or coconut-form plants is more frequent while planting arrangements for wind-shaped plants have a lower frequency. In terms of the importance of the planting arrangement, these 18 types of plants are very important for the green ecological environment in the smart city. Purpose: To determine common molecular markers between endometriosis and ovarian cancer. Methods: Patients included women who underwent laparoscopic excision of ovarian endometriotic lesions ( n = 7), healthy non-pregnant women with normal pelvises, who underwent excision of normal peritoneum ( n = 7). Two epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) cell lines were also utilized. Expression of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1, cyclooxygenase (COX)-2, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), estrogen receptor (ER)-1α, progesterone receptor (PR), androgen receptor (AR), and aromatase was evaluated by real-time RT-PCR. Results: Endometriosis and EOC cells manifested significantly higher mRNA levels of TGF-β1, COX-2, VEGF, ER-1α, AR, and aromatase, while they expressed significantly lower mRNA levels of PR. Conclusions: Increased TGF-β1, COX-2, VEGF, ER-1α, AR, and aromatase and decreased PR in endometriotic as well as EOC cells suggests a potential association between these two disease processes. • We proposed the design of high-performance lithium metal anode enhanced by multifunctional film of PAN@AgNWs with antimicrobial activity via a facile and controlled method. • Lithium nucleation overpotential and lithium dendrite formation can be effectively reduced by PAN@AgNWs hosts due to the reduction of local current density by 3D collectors and the improved lithiophilicity of silver nanowires. • Li-PAN@AgNWs symmetric battery may cycle steadily for 4500 h at 1 mA cm−2 and 1 mAh cm−2, while the Li-PAN@AgNWs||LFP full cell still possesses a reversible of 144.18 mAh g−1 after 500 cycles at 1 c. • PAN@AgNWs exhibits excellent antimicrobial properties due to large specific surface area and high surface energy of 3D silver nanowires. Lithium metal is expected to be the perfect anode material for the next generation of rechargeable batteries owing to its ultra-high theoretical specific capacity, low density and the lowest redox potential. However, the practical application of lithium metal batteries faces serious challenges, including uneven lithium deposition, negative electrode volume expansion, and short circuits brought by dendritic protrusions. Although the 3D structure of silver nanowires is effective in inhibiting lithium dendrite growth and lithium metal volume expansion, it still suffers from lithium inhomogeneity caused by uneven distribution of silver nanowires and complicated preparation. Therefore, PAN@AgNWs collector was prepared by a simple suction filtration method, and uniform dispersion of silver nanowires and uniform deposition of lithium were achieved. Lithium nucleation overpotential and lithium dendrite formation can be effectively reduced by PAN@AgNWs hosts due to the reduction of local current density by 3D collectors and the improved lithiophilicity of silver nanowires. With low voltage hysteresis, the symmetric battery constructed with its composite anode may cycle steadily for 4500 h at 1 mA cm−2 and 1 mAh cm−2. At the same time, the Li-PAN@AgNWs||LFP full cell still possesses a reversible of 144.18 mAh g−1 after 500 cycles at 1C. Moreover, due to large specific surface area and high surface energy of 3D silver nanowires, it exhibits excellent antimicrobial properties, with an inactivation efficiency of 96.3 % after contacting with E. coli for 2.5 h. Citrullination, a posttranslational modification of peptidyl arginine to citrulline, plays an essential role in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Citrullination is catalyzed by a group of peptidylarginine deiminases (PADs) including PADI 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. Many studies have indicated that the gene encoding PADI4 is a factor in susceptibility to RA. Some studies have detected PADI2 expression in RA synovial tissues, suggesting that PADI2 also plays an important role in the disease. This study evaluated the possible association between the PADI2-encoding gene and RA. Seventeen tag SNPs across the PAD locus were genotyped using a custom-designed Illumina 96-SNP VeraCode microarray. Peripheral blood samples were collected from patients with RA (n = 267), ankylosing spondylitis (AS, n = 51) and healthy controls (n = 160). The results of genotyping were verified using Sequenom MassARRAY in an independent cohort of 307 patients with RA, 324 patients with AS and 509 healthy controls. A western blot analysis was performed using synovial tissue from patients with RA (n = 7), osteoarthritis (OA, n = 7) and AS (n = 5) to determine the levels of expression of PADI2. A microarray analysis revealed a significant association between three selected PADI2 SNPs (rs2235926, rs2057094, rs2076616) and the presence of RA. The increased susceptibility to RA associated with rs2235926 (OR = 1.706733, 95% CI = [1.576366–1.866587], p = 0.000839) and rs2057094 (OR = 1.360432, 95% CI = [1.065483–1.869482], p = 0.003291) was further confirmed by the Sequenom MassARRAY. No tag SNPs in the PADI2 locus showed a significant association with AS. Increased expression of PADI2 was detected in RA synovial tissues compared with samples from patients with OA and AS.
