Currently, Morocco, as other countries with no own oil resources, is facing a double challenging task: meeting the increasing electricity demand and keeping energy import level under control. The main solution for these countries is to move towards renewable energy sources if its potential allows it. Wind energy is one of the renewable sources considered for large-scale production and recently for small-scale plant due to the emergence notion of distributed energy and Hybrid Renewable Production Systems. However, this type of generator is known for its design complexity as well as its control system and the adequacy of generator topology for a certain application. For this purpose, this paper highlights the generators used most frequently in wind conversion and provides an overview towards wind power conversion topologies. Furthermore, the wind conversion system of a three-blade horizontal axis permanent magnet synchronous generator wind turbine, vector control and maximum power extraction using Particle Swarm Optimization combined to linear control applied to are also investigated and simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK in this work. Load balancing aims to exploit networked resources equitably in such a way that no resources are overloaded while others are under-loaded or idle. Many approaches have been proposed and implemented, but as new infrastructures emerge like grids and Global Computing (GC), new challenges are raised with regard to network latency. The location policy, as one of the main fundamentals of load balancing solutions, aims to locate overloaded and under-loaded nodes in a network. To do so, multiple communication messages are sent across the network. This technique wastes network resources and causes remarkable network delays in environments like GC, which makes it impractical. In this paper, we propose a new paradigm for adaptive distributed load balancing inspired by swarm intelligence and multi-agent systems. In such a paradigm, no load balancing service would be required. In fact, work tasks are self-aware and capable of self-load-balancing over an unknown-load network. By its nature and based on stigmergy mechanisms, communication frequency of the proposed paradigm is significantly reduced compared to existing solutions. The present work explains the fundamentals of this paradigm, coined the Agent Process Paradigm (APP), as well as its underlying algorithms. Recent years have seen a remarkable integration of leading-edge technologies, such as cloud-computing and mobile agent technology, with the traditional information system. This integration improves the employee performance and facilitates authorized access to information and data at anytime and anywhere through familiar environments such as Android-enabled mobile devices, for example giving orders in real time to employees equipped with smart mobile terminals can raise working efficiency. This paper presents a new distributed, autonomous and intelligent architecture based on multi-agent systems (MAS) allowing authorized ubiquitous access to company information system and synchronizing data between mobile device (MD) and Information System (IS), in real time and without human intervention. The proposed architecture was validated by the implementation of an intelligent data synchronization platform able to manage efficiently the work orders (WO) of a company of management and distribution of water and electricity. The platform ensures the WO exchange in real time between the IS of the company IS and MD of field operators. This feature draws upon on Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) mechanism that allows for more efficient power management leading to increased battery life. This platform can also display a map that can assist field operators in finding the shortest route to the location that will be addressed through the Google Maps APIs. As the development of technology, the mobile phone world also has developed very quickly. Mobile communication and services, over emerging wireless technologies, provide anyone, anytime and anywhere access. Moreover, the intelligence is now often embedded into modern applications, such as surveillance and supervising systems. This work presents an intelligent and a pervasive supervising platform for information system (IS) security based on multi-agent systems (MAS) which detects and classifies malware events that occurs on software and hardware components and sends real time notification to smart phone users. The proposed platform is formed by two components: The first one consists of a Central Software Component (CSC); the supervisor application that manages devices and evaluates logs and alarms of the supervised components. The second one consists of an Embedded Software Component (ESC) on the Mobile Device (MD) with an ANDROID OS. In our platform, we have implemented agents on ESC using JADE-LEAP android, note that the ESC is targeted to smart phones and tablet that run the operating system Android, JADE API on CSC and the communication between these two components is performed using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol implemented using the JADE-S plug-in. As mobile devices (MD) continue to grow in popularity and functionality, the demand for advanced ubiquitous mobile applications in our daily lives also increases. Modern network security systems endorse monitoring as well as control functions in a remote fashion, thus implementing the pervasive computing paradigm; moreover, the intelligence is now often embedded into modern applications. HPC load balancing aims to manage and share multiple computational resources in order to increase system performance. Several researches have been conducted on the issue of HPC load balancing. Their common point is that they consider processes (workload) as passive units to be balanced among cluster nodes (computational resources) to ensure optimal load balancing. The hypothesis behind our work assumes that the unit to be balanced, i.e. a process (computational task), is more likely to know its needs, and thus more likely to decide whether to migrate to another node or not. Therefore, the load balancing issue is studied at the parallel programming phase. Generated processes, after being recompiled using our LB integrator tool, will be systematically granted a built-in intelligence. The latter enables them to monitor their environment and migrate from one node to another in case of overloading. For this end, we have designed a built-in load balancing model based on stigmergy and collective intelligence concepts (BSLB). There is currently a wide use of remote monitoring in several areas. They usually respond to work-related problems in areas either inaccessible or hazardous for humans. The remote-control applications are potentially many flj. In order to find a reliable solution to the problems associated with the remote control, several architectures appear [2]. The main idea behind these architectures is to propose a unified model of execution and planning and constantly interleave these two phases. In parallel with these architectural solutions, the emergence of components based software frameworks on the one hand, and powerful dynamic languages on the other hand, have fostered coordination and robustness. We shall present in this article the third version of an "EAAS3 " architecture which has been in development for several years. To make our approach tangible and concrete, we presented two actual 2CRM/T cases [3] [4] so to reflect the effectiveness of this control architecture. Agents are systems acting on some environment, including their minds. In this case, their action consists of taking decisions, manipulating information, etc. More generally, they act on the physical or social environment producing transitions from one state to another. In this contribution, agents are essentially autonomous, operate without the direct intervention of humans or others, and have some kind of control over their actions and internal state. Agents can be placed on a continuous dimension of autonomy, as several intermediate cases occur between full autonomy and full slavery. Indeed, limited autonomy is the paradigmatic case of humans. Sources of limited autonomy can be found both in resource scarcity and in agents sharing a common environment. Sensor network pose a number of challenges due to the limitation of their resources especially in term of energy and memory. Security protocol strives to be light-weight, in terms of code size and processing requirement, whilst retaining their usefulness in order to assist in achieving this goal. This paper presents a multi agent system architecture for energy security optimization in wireless sensor network. The main objective of this architecture is to optimize the energy consumption of battery during the call of the security mechanism. Our architecture includes three multi agent system modules, a treatment module, a wireless technology management module and a security module. The security module consists of three agents, a sensibility agent, a diagnostic agent and a coding/decoding agent. The sensibility agent interacts with the treatment module and wireless technologies management module to attribute a level of sensibility to the data which we will transmit, the diagnostic agent allows selecting the best encoding algorithm suited to our situation and to our need. In the field of technology the verification of the robustness of a system is very important. This system verification compares the actual with the origin bearing in mind that any anomaly could lead to a catastrophe. The control could be in different forms: either measure, or test the first control is done to measure the physical parameters in order to confirm system reliability as it is the case of « 2CRM » (Connection, Control, Recognition and Measure) [1]. The second control enables a remote experimentation to certify credibility of the terminal. Our article presents a new architecture of control « 2CRT » (Connection, Control, Recognition and Test). Its newness is based on the distribution of actions as it is based on multi-agent systems. The control is done remotely via the web using Real Time constraints. It meets to the functionalities of distribution, cooperation and adaptation to the changes in user behavior, environments and materials. Notably, the approach includes the test control mode of telecommunication terminals. The solution is based upon the Manhattan mobility with the possibility of integrating other topologies. This experimentation is done via the web by matrix configurations using FIFO (First In First Out) data structures. To further embody our architecture, we perfected it in the OpenAirInterface project of the Eurecom laboratory in France. Our control platform was developed using the unified process « RUP » (Rational Unified Process) [2] with the use of the UML modelization to well illustrate the system. The real-time computer systems became present in numerous business sectors today: in the industry of production, the aeronautics, the sector of the new economy, the treatment and the routing of the information (video, data, remote piloting, virtual reality, etc.). These last ones try hard, through advanced mathematical theories, of more elaborated Computing solutions and rigorous temporal constraints. In this paper we propose a new approach multi-platform called "Timer" for the distributed architectures multi-agents. This approach is validated and implemented on platforms with the systems multi-agent. The objective of this Timer is to verify the capacity of every agent of the platform to perceive its environment and to elaborate an answer in required time. With the ongoing development of mobile networks, systems administration tasks can be performed remotely by having only a mobile phone. This concept was implemented by the establishment of an innovative embedded system called SMS-SHELL designed for UNIX system administration using SMS commands. In the first part of this article we will discuss the state of the art of multi-agent systems and input systems embedded in the design of our targeted system. In this document we propose a control architecture of mobile robot purely based on multi-agent systems where each agent has several algorithms to carry out its tasks, and to select the best algorithm relevant to the situation of the mobile robot in its environment. The Remote control is to control and manipulate remote systems in general and in particular mobile robots. This method of control can perform complex tasks that are impossible for humans. Indeed, remote control also allows making interventions in hostile environments, as long as basic manipulation known and controlled by man. The application fields of remote control are varied and affect most areas (training, maintenance, industrial production, telecommunications, etc.). In several areas, engineers and technicians still have difficulties reaching places with complex access where there are passive or active terminals. The visit to the terminals must be permanent (real time) in order to extract important data measures (physical) and ensure performance and reliability especially when problems remain invisible from afar. This always converges to a loss of money, time and even quality. Thus, we propose architecture and an experiment both based on a new detection model consisting of MAS based agents which may perform different tasks collected in 2CRM (recognition, connection, control and measurement). The main goal in this project is to define and implement an evolutionary and generic platform for multi agent systems (MAS) simulation by an agent-based approach. This paper describes an architecture designed and implemented in this area. Its principle consists of breaking down and modelling a multi agent system to as many agents as necessary, an organisation and an environment. A designer or a programmer builds its application by making a choice of the requiring agents, by coding their processing around a processing model and by associating them around integration architecture, and then by coding non generic agents. This on agent based approach, drawn around a core to which we can add and develop thematic software layers, enhance the modularity and the genericity of implementation allowing their reuse in future achievements. This characteristic distinguishes our platform from other existing environments for being not only independent from any other particular multi-agents model but it provides a generic models' library as well. Telerobotics actually result from the merger of two originally separate areas that are teleoperation and robotics. Indeed, autonomous robotics is not yet fully developed, the robot must now be operated remotely by a human operator. We must therefore take into account the principles developed in teleoperation. However, as the robot can perform basic tasks independently, it is called telerobotics rather than teleoperation. Telerobotics has applications wherever man has difficulty working directly (hostile environment, too far or too small places) and the tasks are sufficiently complex or unpredictable to be an obstacle to full automation. The main condition for the development of telerobotics is the ability to compete with the direct intervention of humans or the use of an automated highly specialized. In the first case, the advantage of telerobotics is firstly the replacement of human labor painful or dangerous by another, more secure and more comfortable. The development and evolution of computer networks, in terms of number of users and services, are making them more complex and therefore vulnerable to new types of attacks. Given this complexity of attacks, intrusion detection systems, to monitor the activities of a network or a sensitive position and to detect abnormal usage of computer resources are expected to evolve and adapt to change user behavior and evolution of complex networks. To improve and strengthen the mechanism of intrusion detection, we propose in this paper a new distributed methodology, consisting of two levels of analysis based on multi-agent system benefiting both capacities reactive agents and rules and safety procedures to detect predefined complex attacks and their cognitive abilities to detect intrusions that can represented low threats. The remote control of mobile systems over Internet has thrown open an entirely new gamut of real-world applications, namely tele-manufacturing, tele-surgery and space exploration. Although the Internet offers a cheap and readily available communication channel for remote control, there are still many problems that need to be solved before successful real-world applications can be realized. These problems include its restricted bandwidth and arbitrarily large transmission delay, which influence the performance of the remote control. The solution proposed to face the limitations of the Internet, is founded on the autonomy and the intelligence, based on multi-agents systems, granted to the mobile system in order to interact with its environment and to collaborate with the remote user. Interactions play an important role for the coordination and the cooperation of agents in a multi-agents system. In this context, the expression and the management of these interactions constitute significant stakes. In this paper, we propose an abstraction of these interactions where an interaction is regarded as a shared resource separated from the internal architecture of agents and easily reused by them. In a first part, we describe and compare the interaction-oriented approach to the classic one. Then a list of properties is given to show the benefit to consider an interaction, not only as a communication means, but also as an entity shared by all agents and not reserved to some of them. Internet is not only an information highway, but also a mean to remotely control mechanical systems, such as robotic devices. The Internet limits the quantity of information which can be transmitted and introduces delays which can make the remote control difficult or impossible. The solutions, proposed to face the limitations of the communication channel, are founded on the autonomy and the intelligence based on multi agents systems granted to the robot in order to interact with its environment and to collaborate with the remote user. In a first part of this paper, we are presenting the main interests of such a remote control and we are describing some existing applications. In a third part, we are proposing a system architecture to realize such remote control. In the fourth part, we are presenting our control architecture. Background: The management of medical waste is a complex task that necessitates effective strategies to mitigate health risks, comply with regulations, and minimize environmental impact. In this study, a novel approach based on collaboration and technological advancements is proposed., Methods: By utilizing colored bags with identification tags, smart containers with sensors, object recognition sensors, air and soil control sensors, vehicles with Global Positioning System (GPS) and temperature humidity sensors, and outsourced waste treatment, the system optimizes waste sorting, storage, and treatment operations. Additionally, the incorporation of explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) technology, leveraging scikit-learn, xgboost, catboost, lightgbm, and skorch, provides real-time insights and data analytics, facilitating informed decision-making and process optimization., Results: The integration of these cutting-edge technologies forms the foundation of an efficient and intelligent medical waste management system.
