Aquest treball final mostra l'evolució del festival amb més història de Catalunya, que enguany suma 60 anys, el Festival de la Porta Ferrada de Sant Feliu de Guíxols. S'hi explica el seu peculiar naixement en un poble de pescadors fins a l'arriba de les magnituds que té avui dia. Per poder-ne detallar la història, s'ha consultat l'arxiu municipal, els dossiers de premsa i fonts personals organitzadores i col·laboradores del festival. Fet que ens porta a la part pràctica d'aquest treball, que consta d'un extens reportatge que es basa en la mirada de les persones associades al Porta Ferrada, passant per l'organització, l'Ajuntament, els periodistes o, fins i tot, l'equip de voluntaris. Tots ells són les claus de l'èxit. Este trabajo final muestra la evolución del festival con más historia de Catalunya, que este año celebra 60 años, el Festival de la Porta Ferrada de Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Se explica su peculiar nacimiento en un pueblo de pescadores hasta la llegada de la magnitud que dispone hoy en día. Para poder detallar la historia, se ha consultado el archivo municipal, los dossiers de prensa i fuentes personales organizadoras i colaboradoras del festival. Esto nos lleva a la parte practica de este trabajo, que consta de un extenso reportaje que se basa en la mirada de las personas asociadas al Porta Ferrada, pasando por la organización, ayuntamiento, los periodistas y el equipo de voluntarios. Todos ellos son las claves del éxito. This final work shows the evolution of the festival with the longest history in Catalonia, which this year marks 60 years, the Festival Porta Ferrada in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. It explains his peculiar birth in a fishing village to the arrival of the magnitudes he has today. In order to be able to detail the history, the municipal archive, the press dossiers and personal sources organizing and collaborating with the festival have been consulted. This fact leads us tot the practical part of this work, which consists of an extensive report that is based on the gaze of the people associated with the Porta Ferrada, through the organization, the City Council, journalists or even everything, the team of volunteers. All of them are the keys of success.

BACKGROUND: We leveraged a recent efficacy trial to investigate directionality between parent anxiety and child anxiety at posttreatment and 12-month follow-up, and the potential role of parent psychological control as a mediator. We also explored child age and sex as moderators. METHOD: Two-hundred and fifty-four children were randomized to individual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or to one of two CBT arms with parent involvement. Parent anxiety was not a treatment target in any of the three arms. RESULTS: Child anxiety at posttreatment was associated with parent anxiety and psychological control at 12-month follow-up, providing evidence of child-to-parent directionality. Parent anxiety at posttreatment was associated indirectly with child anxiety at 12-month follow-up through associations with parent psychological control, providing evidence of parent-to-child directionality. At posttreatment, parent psychological control contemporaneously mediated the relation between parent and child anxiety. Neither child age nor sex moderated any association. CONCLUSIONS: Findings highlight the directional effects between child anxiety, parent anxiety, and psychological control from posttreatment to 12-month follow-up, even when parent anxiety is not a treatment target. Research and clinical implications are discussed, with an emphasis on enhancing durability following treatment effects.

Background Anxiety disorders are common, and cognitive–behavioural therapy (CBT) is a first-line treatment. Candidate gene studies have suggested a genetic basis to treatment response, but findings have been inconsistent. Aims To perform the first genome-wide association study (GWAS) of psychological treatment response in children with anxiety disorders (n = 980). Method Presence and severity of anxiety was assessed using semi-structured interview at baseline, on completion of treatment (post-treatment), and 3 to 12 months after treatment completion (follow-up). DNA was genotyped using the Illumina Human Core Exome-12v1.0 array. Linear mixed models were used to test associations between genetic variants and response (change in symptom severity) immediately post-treatment and at 6-month follow-up. OBJECTIVE\ud \ud The Genes for Treatment study is an international, multisite collaboration exploring the role of genetic, demographic, and clinical predictors in response to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in pediatric anxiety disorders. The current article, the first from the study, examined demographic and clinical predictors of response to CBT. We hypothesized that the child's gender, type of anxiety disorder, initial severity and comorbidity, and parents' psychopathology would significantly predict outcome.\ud \ud METHOD\ud \ud A sample of 1,519 children 5 to 18 years of age with a primary anxiety diagnosis received CBT across 11 sites. Outcome was defined as response (change in diagnostic severity) and remission (absence of the primary diagnosis) at each time point (posttreatment, 3-, 6-, and/or 12-month follow-up) and analyzed using linear and logistic mixed models. Separate analyses were conducted using data from posttreatment and follow-up assessments to explore the relative importance of predictors at these time points.\ud \ud RESULTS\ud \ud Individuals with social anxiety disorder (SoAD) had significantly poorer outcomes (poorer response and lower rates of remission) than those with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Although individuals with specific phobia (SP) also had poorer outcomes than those with GAD at posttreatment, these differences were not maintained at follow-up. Both comorbid mood and externalizing disorders significantly predicted poorer outcomes at posttreatment and follow-up, whereas self-reported parental psychopathology had little effect on posttreatment outcomes but significantly predicted response (although not remission) at follow-up.\ud \ud CONCLUSION\ud \ud SoAD, nonanxiety comorbidity, and parental psychopathology were associated with poorer outcomes after CBT. The results highlight the need for enhanced treatments for children at risk for poorer outcomes.
