Abstract Background Aedes albopictus is a major arbovirus vector with small stagnant water containers being its oviposition sites. Mosquitoes search for these sites based on their olfactory cues (odor and moisture emanating from the water at the oviposition site), visual cues (size and color of the site), and gustatory cues (ion and nutrient concentration in that water). The gustatory mechanism through which mosquitoes search for oviposition sites remains unknown. Methods To investigate the role of taste receptors in Ae. albopictus oviposition site selection, we developed a laboratory model. This model assessed mosquito behavior in locating and detecting oviposition sites, using a location index to quantify site preference and detection time to measure response to water presence. We compared oviposition site-searching efficiency between mosquitoes with blocked and unblocked appendages, targeting the taste organs. Transcriptome sequencing was conducted to identify differentially expressed genes between water-exposed and unexposed mosquitoes. CRISPR/Cas9 technology was then employed to generate a mutant strain with a targeted gene knockout. Results There was no significant difference between the blocked and unblocked groups in the location index. In contrast, the detection time of the unblocked group differed significantly from all other groups, including those with blocked foreleg tarsus, midleg tarsus, hindleg tarsus, all tibia, and all tarsus. Transcriptome sequencing analyses of water-exposed and unexposed mosquitoes revealed that the taste-related gene gustatory receptor 11(gr11) was differentially expressed. This gene was knocked out with CRISPR/Cas9 technology to generate a pure mutant strain with 2- and 4-bp deletions, which exhibited a significantly longer detection time than the wild-type strain. Conclusions This study reveals the role of Ae. albopictus gr11 in water detection at oviposition sites, thereby providing a theoretical basis and scientific guidelines for managing the breeding sites of these mosquitoes. Mallotus paxii is a Euphorbiaceae plant belonging to the genus Mallotus Lour. This genus mainly distributes in tropical and subtropical Asia, and there are about 140 species in the world. There are 36 species in China, including 11 varieties, which mainly grow in Guangxi, Guangdong and Hainan. To study the compounds of Mallotus paxii, twelve lignans were isolated from the leaves of M. paxii by means of various column chromatographic techniques, including silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative RP-HPLC methods. The structures of the isolated lignans were determined on the basis of analyses of spectroscopic methods (1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy), high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS), and comparison of their spectroscopic data with previously reported data. The lignans were identified as 7″,8″-threo-buddlenol D (1), buddlenol D (2), 7″,8″-threo-buddlenol C (3), buddlenol C (4), (+)-syringaresinol (5), epipinoresinol (6), pinoresinol (7), 1-acetoxyl-2e,6e-dipiperonyl-3,7-dioxabicyclo-［3,3,0］-octane (8), ciwujiatone (9), lariciresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10), rel-(2α,3β)-7-O-methylcedrusin (11), and dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl-alcohol 4′-O-β-D-glucoside (12). All compounds were isolated from M. paxii for the first time. Some lignans have good pharmacological activities such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and anti-virus. The results of this study show that the leaves of M. paxii are rich in lignans with good activity, indicating that its good medicinal value may be related to these lignans.

Objective: The preparation method of matrix reference materials of bifenthrin and cyhalothrin pesticide residues in green tea was established. Methods: Green tea samples were sprayed with biphenylthrin and cyhalothrin. The samples were crushed, screened, homogenized and bottled. After the homogeneity and stability tests, the quantity value was determined by three laboratories, and the uncertainty was evaluated. Results: The amount values of bifenthrin and cyhalothrin in green tea were (0.185±0.019 7) and (0.207±0.046 6) mg/kg with k=2, and the confidence interval was 95%. Conclusion: The developed matrix reference materials of bifenthrin and cyhalothrin in green tea are homogeneous and stable enough, and the calibration results are reliable.

Membrane distillation as an emerging heat-driven membrane technology that has attracted a lot of attention in the treatment of high-salty wastewater in recent years. However, the industrialization of membrane distillation has been hampered by membrane fouling. In this study,calcium sulfate scaling was alleviated by introducing pulsed flow field assisted direct contact membrane distillation. The effects of pulse duration and pulse frequency on fouling mitigation and flux enhancement were discussed, respectively. The results showed that under the condition of pulse duration of 0.5 s and pulse frequency of 5 min-1,the membrane distillation flux still maintained more than 70% of the initial flux after 20 h of operation, and the flux intensification ratio was close to 1.3. The morphological analysis of the membrane surface after the experiment also showed that the membrane surface under the optimal pulse condition had less fouling,and the membrane structure could still be clearly observed, while a large amount of calcium sulfate crystals accumulated on the membrane surface under steady flows. Further analysis showed that compared with the steady flow condition, the pulsed flow could promote the homogeneous crystallization of calcium sulfate,and the calcium sulfate crystals could be removed by the formed membrane surface shear force and membrane vibration.

In order to clarify the relationship among nutritional quality of highland barley flour, processing quality and edible quality of noodles, the flour of 21 highland barley varieties in Qinghai Province was used as raw the materials. The key indexes for evaluating the suitability of highland barley noodle processing were screened out through correlation analysis and cluster analysis to construct an evaluation system for the suitability of highland barley noodle processing. The results showed that the contents of starch, fat, the fiber and the protein of highland barley flour were 69.95%~83.36%, 0.87%~2.38%, 1.13%~3.69%, and 6.88%~11.64%, respectively. Beiqing No. 8 (gate) had the highest peak viscosity (2 378.50 mPa·s), and Kunlun No. 15 (Dulan) had the highest regeneration value (756.00 mPa·s). Kunlun No. 16 (Guinan) had the best water holding capacity (4.32 g/g), and Chai Qing No. 1 (Dulan) had the highest oil holding capacity (0.94 g/g). Kunlun No. 14 (Guide) had the largest solubility (27.46%), and Kunlun No. 15 (Dulan) had the largest expansion (9.15%). Kunlun No. 18 (gate) had the greatest transparency (28.40%), and freeze-thaw stability was the largest (77.16%). The nutritional quality and processing characteristics of highland barley noodles were significantly related to the cooking quality and texture characteristics of noodles, flour water content, total starch content, resistant starch content, flour L* value and peak viscosity were the key indicators to evaluate the suitability of highland barley noodle processing. Through the construction of processing suitability evaluation system, the evaluation level of highland barley noodle processing suitability was determined. Beiqing No. 9 (Xining), Kunlun No. 14 (Xining), Kunlun No. 17 (Menyuan), Chai Qing No. 1 (Guinan) were screened out, while Kunlun No. 14 (Guinan), Kunlun No. 15 (Guinan) and other 6 highland barley flours were suitable for processing into highland barley noodles. The results of this study could provide a theoretical basis for the selection of raw materials for processing highland barley noodles.

In order to get rid of technical barriers, ensure the safety of industrial control and realize the controllability of information security, it is necessary to focuses on the localized development and replacement application of controllers for wind turbine generators (WTG). Emphasizing practicality, integrity, real-time performance, reliability, stability, security and progressiveness, this study prioritized the adoption of the domestic Godson 2K1500 chip and real-time embedded operating system in the localized design and development of controllers to enhance safety, controllability and efficiency. The domestically developed controller was further configured with hardware and I/O point table aligned with the functional requirements of the WTG control system. Furthermore, the study analyzed the communication modes between the controller and interface devices, in addition to outlining a design for software control logic. The designed controller was subsequently incorporated into a WTG, which was put into trial operation for 240 hours after successful commissioning. During this acceptance testing, the system operated stably and reliably, with all performance indicators remaining compliant with national or industry standards. The control system for MW level WTGs based on the domestic controller featuring autonomous controllability was proven to be autonomously controllable, safe and reliable.

Abstract The repair of bone defects remains a major challenge in the clinic, and treatment requires bone grafts or bone replacement materials. Existing biomaterials have many limitations and cannot meet the various needs of clinical applications. To treat bone defects, we constructed a nanohydroxyapatite (nHA)/methylacrylylated silk fibroin (MASF) composite biological scaffold using photocurable 3D printing technology. In this study, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to detect the changes in the morphological structure of the composite scaffold with different contents of nanohydroxyapatite, and FTIR was used to detect the functional groups and chemical bonds in the composite scaffold to determine the specific components of the scaffold. In in vitro experiments, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from SD rats were cocultured with scaffolds soaking solution, and the cytotoxicity, cell proliferation, Western blot analysis, Quantitative real-time PCR analysis, bone alkaline phosphatase activity and alizarin red staining of scaffolds were detected to determine the biocompatibility of scaffolds and the effect of promoting proliferation and osteogenesis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro. In the in vivo experiment, the skull defect was constructed by adult SD rats, and the scaffold was implanted into the skull defect site. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of culture, the specific osteogenic effect of the scaffold in the skull defect site was detected by animal micro-CT, hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining and Masson's staining. Through the analysis of the morphological structure of the scaffold, we found that the frame supported good retention of the lamellar structure of silk fibroin, when mixed with nHA, the surface of the stent was rougher, the cell contact area increased, and cell adhesion and lamellar microstructure for cell migration and proliferation of the microenvironment provided a better space. FTIR results showed that the scaffold completely retained the β -folded structure of silk fibroin, and the scaffold composite was present without obvious impurities. The staining results of live/dead cells showed that the constructed scaffolds had no significant cytotoxicity, and thw CCK-8 assay also showed that the constructed scaffolds had good biocompatibility. The results of osteogenic induction showed that the scaffold had good osteogenic induction ability. Moreover, the results also showed that the scaffold with a MASF: nHA ratio of 1: 0.5 (SFH) showed better osteogenic ability. The micro-CT and bone histometric results were consistent with the in vitro results after stent implantation, and there was more bone formation at the bone defect site in the SFH group.This research used photocurable 3D printing technology to successfully build an osteogenesis bracket. The results show that the constructed nHA/MASF biological composite material, has good biocompatibility and good osteogenesis function. At the same time, in the microenvironment, the material can also promote bone defect repair and can potentially be used as a bone defect filling material for bone regeneration applications.

The Ahe Formation in the Dibei Area is a key natural gas exploration formation in the northern structural belt. Based on geological data such as formation tests and physical properties, the tight reservoirs were determined using the empirical statistics method, distribution function method, oil-bearing occurrence method, and bound fluid saturation method reasonably. The lower limit of the oil-bearing physical properties of the layer was further analyzed for the differences between the methods. The pore-throat structure of tight sandstone was characterized by high-pressure mercury intrusion data, and the classification and evaluation standard of tight sandstone in the Ahe Formation in the Dibei Area was established combining fractal theory and physical property data. The results show that the lower physical limit porosity of the tight reservoir of the Ahe Formation in the Dibei Area is 2.4%, and the lower permeability limit is 0.021 × 10−3 μm2. According to the fractal dimension characteristics of the mercury injection curve, the different structural characteristics of four types of pores (fracture, macropore, mesopore, and small pore) can be divided with the boundary values are 3,000, 1,000, and 100 nm; the tight reservoir of the Ahe Formation in Dibei Area can be classified into four categories: (a) type I reservoir (Ф > 7%), mainly composed of fracture and macropore; (b) type II reservoir (4% < Ф < 7%), mainly made up of macropore and mesopore; (c) type III reservoir (2% < Ф < 4%), mainly formed by mesopore; and (d) type IV reservoir (Ф < 2%) dominated by small pore, followed by mesopore.

A 6.9 magnitude earthquake hit Menyuan County, Haibei Prefecture, Qinghai Province, at 01:45 PM Beijing time on January 8, 2022 (17:45 PM GMT time on January 7, 2022). To explore the magnitude of the earthquake deformation and the affected area, this work combined optical remote sensing interpretation, interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) coseismic deformation extraction, and field surveys for research and analysis. Relying on the high-resolution Earth observation system of the Qinghai Remote Sensing Center for Natural Resources, high-resolution GF1D, GF2, and TRIPLESAT optical remote sensing images were acquired immediately after the earthquake. The airborne triangulation encryption method was used to carry out orthographic correction, fusion, and mosaic processing of digital orthophoto map (DOM) and digital surface model (DSM) images, and first-hand optical remote sensing images of the disaster areas were obtained. Based on differential InSAR (D-InSAR), small baseline subset InSAR (SBAS-InSAR) and lifting rail fusion methods, the coseismic deformation field and deformation rate of the lifting rail direction were obtained by using Sentinel-1A data processing before and after the earthquake. Combined with optical interpretation, InSAR deformation, and field investigation, the results show that the deformation trend of the line of sight (LOS) images to the north and south of the ascending and descending orbits show an obvious opposite trend. The surface shape variables are −50 to 45 cm and −65 to 72 cm, respectively, and the deformation rate before the earthquake reached 25 cm/year. The deformation field characteristics show that the earthquake was mainly due to thrust, and the coseismic deformation field fractured along the WNW‒ESE direction with a length of approximately 33 km. The areas affected by 10 mm, 20 cm, and 50 cm deformation magnitudes in the whole earthquake area were 975.14, 321.10, and 38.55 km2, respectively. Within 20 km, there were two main affected townships, namely, Sujitan Township and Huangcheng Mongolian Township. Within 50 km, there were four main affected towns and townships, namely, Sujitan Township, Mongolian Township of the Imperial city, Qingshizui town, and Haomen town.

ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence of hypertension and its influencing factors in community-dwellers at risk for high blood pressure in Minhang District of Shanghai， and to provide scientific evidence for the community management.MethodsA retrospective cohort study was conducted using the electronic health records of community-dwellers at risk for high blood pressure in Minhang District， Shanghai from January 1， 2011 to December 31， 2017. The study end-point was the occurrence of hypertension，and the followup was finished in December 2021. A total of 17 265 community-dwellers at risk for high blood pressure were enrolled in our study. Log-rank test and Cox regression analysis were used to determine the influencing factors.ResultsAfter 6.04 years of follow-up， the hypertension incidence among community-dwellers at risk for high blood pressure in Minhang District of Shanghai was 25.5%. Family history of hypertension （HR=1.250， 95%CI： 1.168‒1.338）， family history of stroke （HR=1.295， 95%CI： 1.080‒1.553）， history of diabetes （HR=1.203， 95%CI： 1.076‒1.345）， daily smoking （HR=1.187， 95%CI： 1.087‒1.296）， overweight （HR=1.393， 95%CI：1.308‒1.484）， obesity（HR=1.903， 95%CI： 1.719‒2.106）， high values of normal blood pressure （HR=1.275， 95%CI： 1.195‒1.359） and advanced age （HR=1.033， 95%CI： 1.030‒1.036） were all risk factors. Emaciation （HR=0.649， 95%CI： 0.500‒0.840） was a protective factors.ConclusionBlood pressure monitoring should be strengthened for people elderly， with family history of hypertension， family history of stroke， diabetes or high values of normal blood pressure， so as to diagnose hypertension early. Timely intervention measures should be taken for community-dwellers with unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking， overweight and obesity.

Atherosclerosis is a common chronic systemic vascular disease that can cause coronary artery heart disease (CHD) and carotid artery stenosis. CHD and carotid artery stenosis usually coexist, and they are important risk factors for complications after revascularization. There is still no consensus on how to choose a revascularization strategy when both diseases are present. This article reviews the epidemiology and revascularization strategies of CHD combined with carotid artery stenosis in order to provide a theoretical basis for the effective treatment of comorbidity.

ABSTRACTDigital Elevation Models (DEMs) are critical datasets in the field of Earth sciences, essential for accurate measurement and analysis of the Earth's surface. We used ICESat-2 to quantitatively evaluate 5 DEMs (ALOS PALSAR, ASTER GDEM V3, COPERNICUS, NASADEM and TanDEM-X) on the Tibetan Plateau. The research findings indicate that the ALOS exhibits the highest level of accuracy, as evidenced by its root mean square error (RMSE) value of 5.05m. It is closely followed by NASA and COP, which have RMSE values of 6.23m and 8.10m, respectively. In contrast, the ASTER and TDX90 demonstrate comparatively lower levels of accuracy, as indicated by their respective RMSE values of 11.47m and 12.32m. It is worth mentioning that the accuracy of DEMs is significantly influenced by land cover, especially during the transition from areas with low vegetation to those with high vegetation. This transition often results in a decrease in accuracy. Furthermore, the accuracy of DEMs tends to decrease with increasing slope values. Aspect exhibits a notable spatial distribution pattern characterized by a "low in the Southwest direction, high in all other directions" phenomenon. This study offers significant contributions to the evaluation of DEMs accuracy and its suitability in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

Dried tangerine peel (“Chenpi”), has numerous clinical and nutritional benefits, with its quality being significantly influenced by its storage age, referred to as “Chen Jiu Zhe Liang” in Chinese. Concequently, the rapid and accurate identification of Chenpi's age is important for consumers. In this study, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was employed to capture spectral images of Chenpi. These FTIR images were then analyzed using a two-dimensional convolutional neural networks (2D-CNN) model, achieving a discrimination accuracy of 97.92%. To address the “black box” nature of the 2D-CNN, Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping Plus Plus (Grad-CAM++) was utilized to highlight the important regions contributing to the model's performance. Additionally, six other machine learning models were developped using features identified by the 2D-CNN to validate their effectiveness. The results demonstrated that the combination of FTIR spectral images and 2D-CNN provides a highly effective method for accurately determining the age of Chenpi.

Objective: Explore the cryoprotective mechanism and structure-activity relationship of antifreeze peptides derived from silver carp parvalbumin. Methods: Using differential scanning calorimetry and molecular dynamics simulation to compare activity, structure and mode of action of two typical peptides. Results: Pv-AFP 1 （KAADSFNH KAFFAKVG） had a stable α-helix structure, while Pv-AFP 2 （KAADSFNHKAF） tended to exhibit random coil. The thermal hysteresis activity of Pv-AFP 1 was 0.87 ℃, which was higher than Pv-AFP 2 （0.74 ℃）. Molecular dynamics simulations showed that Pv-AFP 1 could interact with 53 water molecules, and could form 16 hydrogen bonds to adsorb onto the surface of ice crystals, with a binding energy of -1 514 kJ/mol, all were greater than Pv-AFP 2 （can bind 50 water molecules, adsorb on ice surface by forming 11 hydrogen bonds, with a binding energy of -805 kJ/mol）. Despite the similarity of the two peptide sequences, their major sites and modes of interactions with water molecules and ice crystals were somewhat different. In addition, both peptides could interact with ice/water interface and altered the curvature of the ice surface, thereby inhibiting water freezing. But Pv-AFP 1 showed a better inhibitory effect on ice surface growth than Pv-AFP 2, which was consistent with their thermal hysteresis activity. Conclusion: The activities of antifreeze peptides derived from silver carp parvalbumin might be related to their structural characters and their affinities, sites and modes of interaction with water molecules and ice crystals.

BackgroundInsomnia affects the quality of life of a significant number of individuals worldwide. Despite the fact that pharmaceutical sleep treatments have shown brief enhancements in sleep quality, these are still not recommended for the long-term management of sleep issues. To deal with this problem, our study aims to assess the effectiveness of auricular acupressure for treating insomnia by conducting a systematic review and meta-analysis.MethodData from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of auricular acupressure for insomnia was collected from five English-language databases (Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, MEDLINE, EMBASE, AMED, and CINAHL) and four Chinese databases (CBM, CNKI, CQVIP, and Wanfang). Relevant data were extracted by two reviewers. I2 statistics were adopted to appraise heterogeneity. A network meta-analysis was applied to compare the effect of auricular acupressure with other methods.ResultIn all, 23 RCTs involving a total of 1,689 patients were included. The results demonstrated a significant decrease in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score for the intervention group compared to the control group [SMD = −1.30, 95% CI (−1.65, −0.96), I2 = 90%]. Furthermore, the group receiving auricular acupressure in addition to usual care showed a lower PSQI score compared to the usual care group [SMD = −1.13, 95% CI (−1.33, −0.93), I2 = 23%]. Auricular acupressure was found to enhance the effectiveness of estazolam in improving PSQI score, with the combination of auricular acupressure and estazolam resulting in a lower PSQI score [MD = −4.8, 95% CI (−7.4, −2.1)]. Importantly, no serious adverse events were reported. In patients with insomnia following stroke, the intervention group (which received auricular acupressure) exhibited a lower PSQI score compared to the control group [SMD = −0.74, 95% CI (−1.03, −0.46), I2 = 0%]. Similarly, in patients with insomnia related to cancer, the intervention group (receiving auricular acupressure) demonstrated a lower PSQI score compared to the control group [SMD = −0.99, 95% CI (−1.37, −0.61), I2 = 0%].ConclusionThe effects of auricular acupressure on insomnia are comparable to those of estazolam. Furthermore, auricular acupressure can serve as a complementary treatment to estazolam or other interventions, effectively improving symptoms of insomnia.

This paper summarized the nursing management of an elderly long-term bedridden patient with purple urine bag syndrome. Given the association between purple urine bag syndrome and urinary tract infection, nurses had enhanced the interventions on catheter maintenance and urinary tract infection prevention. Meanwhile, comprehensive nursing interventions including diet guidance, constipation prevention and psychological care were carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms and negative emotions, and improve treatment adherence and recovery of the patient. Objective: This stydy aimed to develop a new type of fried potato ball and evaluate its quality. Methods: In this study, potatoes were used as the main raw materials to make mashed potatoes after cooking and then fried into potato balls. The effects of whey protein addition on color difference, texture properties, rheological properties, sensory quality and starch digestibility of fried potato balls were explored. Results: Compared with non-whey protein addition, the supplementation of whey protein could significantly improve the L* （brightness value）, a* （redness value）, and the cohesion, adhesion, and elasticity of potato balls （P＜0.05）. The higher the amount of whey protein powder （0 ~ 2.5 g/100 g）, the lower the hardness and the higher the elasticity of potato balls. The addition of whey protein can promote the starch digestibility of fried potato balls. Conclusion: The color, taste, hardness, elasticity and other comprehensive qualities of fried potato balls were the best when the whey protein supplemental level was 2 g/100 g.

Objective To investigate the effect of using pulmonary surfactant (PS) during different time periods of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) on blood gas and lung function indicators in children. Methods A total of 80 children with NRDS who received treatment at Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group A, observation group B, observation group C and control group randomly (n=20, each). All the children received routine mechanical ventilation and comprehensive treatment for 72 hours. In the observation group A, B and C, the same dose of PS (70 mg/kg) was slowly injected into the intake pipe intubation within 0.5 h, 2-4 h and 4-6 h after mechanical ventilation, respectively. The blood gas indexes, lung function indexes, clinical efficacy and complications of the four groups before mechanical ventilation and 6 hours after PS treatment were compared. Results The improvement of blood gas indexes (PaO2, PaCO2, pH value) in the observation group A, B and C were significantly better than those in the control group at 6 h after PS (P＜0.05). The pulmonary function indexes, spontaneous breathing times, lung compliance and blood oxygen saturation recovery time of children in observation group A, B and C after using PS were prolonged in turn, but they were significantly better than those in control group (P＜0.05). The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.33% vs 80.00%, χ2=5.760, P=0.016). The incidence of complications in the observation group during treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.33% vs 25.00%, χ2=6.314, P=0.012). Conclusion The combination of mechanical ventilation and PS treatment can improve the prognosis of children with NRDS. The earlier the use of PS, the better the effect.

The labor force structure of intelligent coal mine has undergone profound changes as the coal industry transforms from traditional coal mines to intelligent ones. In this light, this study ① reviews the characteristics of the labor force in intelligent coal mine, ② analyzes the interaction mechanism of labor force and labor tools, ③ builds an adaptation model of labor force and labor tools. Specifically, it analyzes the deficiencies existing in the present personnel structure in intelligent coal mine construction from the perspective of labor quality structure, personnel training scale, regulations related to "intelligent replacement", coal mine data management professionals, and term shifts of posts in intelligent coal mines. This paper proposes detailed scheme and measures for career reshaping in intelligent coal mines, namely restructuring intelligent mining personnel structure, creating new posts and new types of work, updating policies and regulations, improving industry image and employee happiness, and improving talent training system.

This study conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current state of health standards in China by systematically searching the National Health Commission's Health Standards website and variousliterature databases. By identifying key issues within the domain of health standards, this study subsequently presentstargeted strategies and recommendations. These findings serve as a valuable reference for refining China's health standard system and developing policies related to health standards.

Planning of laser scanning path is the key process strategy of selective laser melting (SLM) additive manufacturing technology. Combining the significant structural characteristics of a three-dimensional model to realize process path planning is an important measure to improve the forming quality of parts. An SLM regional path planning method based on suspension recognition was proposed. By identifying the suspension characteristic region of the three-dimensional model, combined with the contour offset algorithm, the forming region segmentation and scanning path planning are realized. The effects of scanning line angle, interlayer rotation and different offset distance on the forming quality of suspension structure characteristics were studied by means of numerical simulation and process test. The results show that when the overhanging edge is offset by a reasonable distances and the scanning strategy parallel to the overhanging edge is adopted in this area, the deformation and residual stress on the overhanging edge can be reduced by 54% and 73% at most.

Objective To screen the influencing factors for the poor prognosis in patients with ultra⁃ severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods Total 133 patients with ultra⁃severe TBI [Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score 3-5] which admitted to the 909th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force; Dongnan Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2012 to June 2017 were included. All cases underwent hematoma removal with either standard craniotomy decompression or oversized craniotomy decompression, even combined with internal decompression. Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) was used to evaluate prognosis 6 months after surgery. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were adopted to screen the influencing factors for poor prognosis in patients with ultra⁃severe TBI. Results Total 133 patients were divided into favourable prognosis group (GOS score ≥ 4, n = 12) and poor prognosis group (GOS score < 4, n = 121). Logistic regression analysis showed bilateral pupils dilated (OR = 1.779, 95%CI: 1.698-4.531; P = 0.004), postoperative high intracranial pressure (ICP; OR = 12.629, 95%CI: 2.313-68.949, P = 0.007) and volume of secondly cerebral infarction > 75 ml (OR = 2.147, 95%CI: 1.894-5.156; P = 0.009) were the risk factors for poor prognosis, while injury subtyping of isolated epidural hematoma was the protective factor for favourable prognosis (OR = 0.172, 95%CI: 0.032-0.915; P = 0.002). Conclusions GCS score is not reliable in solely predicting the prognosis of patients with ultra ⁃severe TBI. Preoperative bilateral pupil dilation, postoperative high ICP and volume of secondly cerebral infarction > 75 ml were risk factors for poor prognosis of patients with ultra⁃severe TBI, while injury subtyping of isolated epidural hematoma was the protective factor for favourable prognosis.

The fully mechanized mining face adopting pre-driven recovery room is prone to large roof deformation at the final mining stage, which will lead to support crushing accidents. Based on the three main roof failure forms after longwall face entered recovery room, this paper established different mechanical models for roof sag of the recovery room. By analyzing energy release and work process in roof deformation, this paper obtained the immediate roof sag of recovery room under different main roof failure forms. Taking the large roof deformation and support crushing accident of recovery room in the N14201 longwall face of Zhangjiamao Coal Mine as example for analysis, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the models and found that the main roof break position, the thickness of key block and its overlying strata, the rotation angle of key block and the supporting intensity have significant impact on the roof sag of recovery room. The research results confirmed that the reason for the support crushing accident in N14201 longwall face of Zhangjiamao Coal Mine: the main roof is broken within 4~6 m above the protective coal pillar, and the main key stratum is broken and unstable due to the mining of upper 3-1 coal seam.

The malfunction of SEC61A1 has been linked to several types of cancers, but its role in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains poorly understood. In this study, we used a series of bioinformatics analysis techniques, including gene expression profiling and proteomic analysis. Our findings were subsequently validated through a series of in vitro experiments, such as SEC61A1 knockdown in cell lines and RT-qPCR. We discovered a significant up-regulation of SEC61A1 in AML patients compared to healthy controls. AML patients with elevated SEC61A1 expression exhibited reduced overall survival compared to those with lower expression. Moreover, SEC61A1 expression emerged as an independent risk factor for predicting the survival of AML patients undergoing allo-HSCT. Our analysis also revealed an association between high SEC61A1 expression and increased signaling pathways related to cell growth. Our study underscores the importance of SEC61A1 expression as a novel prognostic indicator for predicting survival among AML patients, while also identifying it as a promising therapeutic target.

The mechanical characteristics of rocks, specifically uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) and elastic modulus (E), serve as crucial factors in ensuring the integrity and stability of relevant projects in mining and civil engineering. This study proposes a novel hybrid PSO (particle swarm optimization) with tree-based models, such as gradient boosting regressor (GBR), light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM), random forest (RF), and extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) for predicting UCS and E of rock samples from Block IX of the Thar Coalfield in Pakistan. A total of 122 datasets were divided into training and testing sets, with an 80:20 ratio, respectively, to develop the predictive models. Key performance metrics, including the coefficient of determination (R2), mean absolute error (MAE), and root mean square error (RMSE), were employed to assess the model’s predictive performance. The results indicate that the PSO-XGBoost model demonstrated the highest accuracy in predicting UCS and E, outperforming the other models, which exhibited inferior predictive performance. Furthermore, this study utilized the SHAP (Shapley Additive exPlanations) machine learning method to enhance our understanding of how each input feature variable influences the output values of UCS and E. In conclusion, the proposed framework offers significant advantages in evaluating the strength and deformation of rocks at Thar Coalfield, with promising applications in the field of mining and rock engineering.

In order to better improve the level and quality of rural family education, this paper adopts text mining technology to interpret the relevant data of rural family education under the background of deep learning. On the basis of deep learning algorithms, web crawler technology is used to obtain rural family education research data. It is found that there are null values and repetitive values in the acquired research data, so it is necessary to further clean the research data. After washing, the combined Bi-LSTM-CRF algorithm is used to process the data for Chinese word segmentation, and at the same time, the stop word list is improved in order to achieve the best word segmentation effect. The LDA thematic model was used to determine the influencing factors of rural family education, and then the linear regression algorithm was used to analyze rural family education empirically. Rural teachers with different education levels were not significantly different in Q1 (1.608), Q2 (0.117), Q3 (2.019), Q4 (1.733), and Q5 (2.042), according to the results. The adjusted R2 is 0.133, indicating a fair fit between the model obtained from the regression analysis and the actual data, and the regression coefficient of family education is 0.411 after eliminating the confounding interference of grade and political appearance. This study purposefully proposes a path for the innovative development of rural family education, which can provide a theoretical reference program for the development and construction of modern rural family education.

Party-building activities in colleges and universities should adhere to the people-oriented, clear work orientation, the establishment of a systematic, scientific, and comprehensive institutional mechanism, to innovate the ways and means of ideological and political work, and to effectively enhance the attractiveness and appeal of party-building activities. This paper takes information fusion technology as the basis, promotes the construction of a three-dimensional platform for party-building information, and proposes ideological and political communication channels for party-building. It constructs an evaluation index system for the level of party-building activities, solves the weight of each index using the improved entropy weighting method, builds a comprehensive evaluation model for the level of party-building activities combined with gray correlation analysis, and introduces a multivariate linear regression model to analyze the specific impact of ideological and political work on the development of party-building activities. Taking University Y as the research object, the effectiveness of the three-dimensional platform for party-building on the development of its party-building activities was analyzed in depth, and a comprehensive evaluation analysis of the level of its party-building activities was conducted. It was found that the level of party-building activities carried out in universities increased by 57.23% between 2014 and 2023, and the quality of party-building activities carried out in universities would be enhanced by 0.648 units for every unit of increase in the level of ideological and political work. Combining the party-building activities of colleges and universities with network informatization and optimizing the form of the development of ideological and political work based on the information technology platform in depth can effectively promote the high-quality development of party-building activities in colleges and universities.

By analyzing the dust safety of open-pit mines, five primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators are determined for evaluation, and the subjective weights determined by the hierarchical analysis method and the objective weights determined by the entropy weighting method are combined to determine the subjective and objective weights; the scores of experts are integrated using fuzzy numbers to determine the final scores, and the combination of the two is used to construct the evaluation model of the dust safety of open-pit mines. Taking three mines as an example, the results show that the open pit mine dust safety of Mine is A1 significantly better than that of the remaining two mines. The study shows that the model is suitable for open pit mine dust safety evaluation, considering the typical characteristics of subjectivity and objectivity, better reflecting the intention of the decision makers and the actual importance of the indicators, and making the results more scientific and objective. The proposed method provides a reference for determining dust safety in open pit mines.

ObjectiveTo assess the utility of predictive models using ultrasound radiomic features to predict cervical lymph node metastasis (CLNM) in solitary papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) patients.MethodsA total of 570 PTC patients were included (456 patients in the training set and 114 in the testing set). Pyradiomics was employed to extract radiomic features from preoperative ultrasound images. After dimensionality reduction and meticulous selection, we developed radiomics models using various machine learning algorithms. Univariate and multivariate logistic regressions were conducted to identify independent risk factors for CLNM. We established clinical models using these risk factors. Finally, we integrated radiomic and clinical models to create a combined nomogram. We plotted ROC curves to assess diagnostic performance and used calibration curves to evaluate alignment between predicted and observed probabilities.ResultsA total of 1561 radiomics features were extracted from preoperative ultrasound images. After dimensionality reduction and feature selection, 16 radiomics features were identified. Among radiomics models, the logistic regression (LR) model exhibited higher predictive efficiency. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression results revealed that patient age, tumor size, gender, suspicious cervical lymph node metastasis, and capsule contact were independent predictors of CLNM (all P < 0.05). By constructing a clinical model, the LR model demonstrated favorable diagnostic performance. The combined model showed superior diagnostic efficacy, with an AUC of 0.758 (95% CI: 0.712-0.803) in the training set and 0.759 (95% CI: 0.669-0.849) in the testing set. In the training dataset, the AUC value of the nomogram was higher than that of the clinical and radiomics models (P = 0.027 and 0.002, respectively). In the testing dataset, the AUC value of the nomogram model was also greater than that of the radiomics models (P = 0.012). However, there was no significant statistical difference between the nomogram and the clinical model (P = 0.928). The calibration curve indicated a good fit of the combined model.ConclusionUltrasound radiomics technology offers a quantitative and objective method for predicting CLNM in PTC patients. Nonetheless, the clinical indicators persists as irreplaceable.

Under the background of cultural globalization, English-Chinese literary translation plays an important role in which it is not only a process of language conversion, but also a process of cultural conversion. In this paper, the BiGUR-LM-Attention optimization model is fused and constructed using the WordNet semantic similarity model, GRU-LM one-way gated similarity model, and BiGR-LM two-way gated similarity model. The LDA theme model is selected to generate the 3-layer Bayesian network structure of literary works’ paragraphs, themes and words to obtain the probability information that represents the highest attention of the work’s text theme, which constitutes the attention mechanism feature word vector. Finally, five classic literary works are selected as the training corpus to compare and analyze the translation quality between machine translation and human translation in the mutual translation of English and Chinese literary works. The results show that the number of errors and the total score of machine translation are 95 and 275, which are significantly lower than those of manual translation, 105.37 and 360.19. The new model has outstanding translation performance in semantic recognition, dialect, and special nouns, which effectively improves the translation quality of literary works and is of great significance for the dissemination of cultural works.

Objective To investigate the serum level of homocysteine (HCY) and leptin in Tibetans at Shannan area of Tibet. Methods A total of 880 Tibetan individuals who underwent routine physical examination from February 2018 to January 2021 in Shannan area of Tibet were enrolled as study subjects. Chemiluminescence method was used to compare the HCY and leptin levels among different age groups, genders, and seasons, and to study the distribution of serum HCY and leptin levels in Tibetans at Shannan area. Results With increasing age, the serum level of HCY and leptin significantly increased. The serum level of HCY and leptin in males was significantly higher than that in females (P＜0.05). Season had no significant effect on serum HCY and leptin levels (P＞0.05). The upper limits of serum HCY and leptin levels from males were 22.18 μmol/L and 7.85 μg/L respectively, while those for females were 18.01 μmol/L and 7.01 μg/L respectively. Conclusions The serum levels of HCY and leptin are significantly elevated in Tibetans at Shannan area. The risk factors found in local residents at Shannan area should be targeted in health education of local people.

Customer portrait is the customer information that is labelled and digitised. Collecting and studying consumer data is highly helpful to enterprises because it empowers them to use these data to locate target groups and meet various customer needs. With the continuous rise of the e-commerce market, major e-commerce websites list providing customer value and being data-driven as company values. Traditional customer portraits rely excessively on objective and past experience; so, a simple but powerful customer portrait system is required to make the customer analysis platform simple and intelligent, and to make the data accumulated at ordinary times bring practical value to e-commerce companies. Based mainly on addressing this requirement, this paper proposes an effective customer portrait system for e-commerce. First, the research background and significance is expounded, which lays a theoretical foundation for this research. Then, the customer portrait system is designed, including the overall design scheme and functional framework of the system. The improved FCM algorithm is used as the basis for building the customer portrait model, and the performance of this algorithm is analysed and compared with that of the improved algorithm used in this paper.

Structured optical fields, such as cylindrical vector (CV) and orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes, have attracted considerable attention due to their polarization singularities and helical phase wavefront structure. However, one of the most critical challenges is still the intelligent generation or precise control of these modes. Here, we demonstrate the first simulation and experimental realization of decomposing the CV and OAM modes by reconstructing the multi-view images of projected intensity distribution. Assisted by the deep learning–based stochastic parallel gradient descent (SPGD) algorithm, the modal coefficients and optical field distributions can be retrieved in 1.32 s within an average error of 0.416 % showing high efficiency and accuracy. Especially, the interference pattern and quarter-wave plate are exploited to confirm the phase and distinguish elliptical or circular polarization direction, respectively. The generated donut modes are experimentally decomposed in the CV and OAM modes, where purity of CV modes reaches 99.5 %. Finally, fast switching vortex modes is achieved by electrically driving the polarization controller to deliver diverse CV modes. Our findings may provide a convenient way to characterize and deepen the understanding of CV or OAM modes in view of modal proportions, which is expected of latent applied value on information coding and quantum computation.

An experimental investigation is conducted to study the hydrodynamic responses of cylinder floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) subjected to heading short-crested waves of different spreading parameters. The motion response and mooring dynamics of cylinder FPSO are analyzed and the results are compared with those from the long-crested waves. The simulation experiment shows that the short-crested waves induce smaller surge motions and mooring tensions, but generate bigger sways and roll motions compared with those of the long-crested waves. There are statistically significant differences in hydrodynamics of cylinder FPSO between short-crested and long-crested waves. The research results provide important references for further study of short-crested waves and their interaction with ocean engineering structures.

The performance change and mechanism of polyimide composites with carbon fiber sizing and desizing states during thermal aging at 330 ℃ were compared and analyzed from the aspects of thermal oxidation mass loss, surface morphology and micro morphology, mechanical properties and glass transition temperature. The results show that carbon fiber desizing can reduce the mass loss rate of thermal oxidation of polyimide composites. The interface layer of the composites with sizing carbon fiber contains epoxy sizing agent, which has low temperature resistance. Therefore, the interface is easy to be damaged in the process of thermal aging, resulting in more cracks and rapid separation of edge fibers. Although the composites with sizing carbon fiber has high interlaminar shear strength before aging, it decreases rapidly in the early stage of thermal aging. On the contrary, the interlaminar shear strength of the composites with desizing carbon fiber is higher after aging for 200 h. The bending strength of the two composites before aging is basically the same, but the bending strength of the composites with sizing carbon fiber decreases rapidly in the early stage of aging; however, desizing has little effect on bending modulus. The glass transition temperature of the composites with desizing carbon fiber increases by about 15 ℃. After thermal aging, the glass transition temperature of the composites with sizing carbon fiber increases slightly, while the composites with desizing carbon fiber remain unchanged. Therefore, the high temperature desizing treatment of carbon fiber is conducive to improving the stability of polyimide composites for long-term use at high temperature.

A composite thermo-hygroscopic material with loose surface, neat and single pore size distribution for lightweight envelope structure was hereby prepared in this paper by compounding inorganic minerals with polymer materials using the sol–gel method. The moisture storage capacity, isothermal humidity control characteristics of this material were studied through static isothermal humidity controlling performance experiments. Besides, its performance in terms of the air temperature, relative humidity, moisture content in the light-weight assembly building (movable panel house), laying thickness, and laying area on the indoor air parameters were studied under the action of outdoor climate conditions and indoor periodic humidity load using the effective humidity penetration thickness model. It was found that under winter conditions, the laying of CHPCMs can moderate the effects of outdoor temperature and humidity load changes on indoor temperature, relative humidity and moisture content, and effectively delay the fluctuation of indoor air parameters. CHPCM exhibits an optimal laying thickness value, and the deviation from the optimal thickness value can weaken its ability to regulate indoor environmental parameters. The average air relative humidity of the naturally ventilated room with a laying area of 24 m2 is about 4.6 % lower than the average air relative humidity with a laying area of 12 m2.

The splicing design of the existing road and the new road in the expansion project is an important part of the design work. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and the load effect of pavement structure on splicing, this paper points out that tensile crack or shear failure may occur at the splicing under the repeated action of the traffic load on the new/old pavement. According to the current structure design code of asphalt pavement in China, it is proposed that the horizontal tensile stress at the bottom of the splicing layer and the vertical shear stress at other layers of the splicing line should be controlled by adjusting the position and size of the excavated steps in addition to the conventional design index, and put forward the corresponding technical requirements and design process. It can be used for reference in the design of asphalt pavement reconstruction and expansion projects.

Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency in manually collecting camellia pollen, a camellia pollen picking robot is designed based on the growth characteristics of camellia flower. Taking the camellia oleifera pollen picking manipulator as the research object, the D-H method is used to model and analyze its forward and inverse kinematics. In the Matlab software environment, the Monte Carlo method is used to solve the workspace of the end claw, and the point cloud image of the manipulator end workspace is obtained. The simulation data shows that the designed manipulator can well meet the requirements of camellia oleifera pollen picking. Due to the low efficiency and unstable operation of traditional robot trajectory planning, an improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm is proposed to optimize the trajectory of camellia pollen picking manipulator. This method takes time as the fitness function and effectively combines 5-5-5 polynomial interpolation function with IPSO algorithm. The comparison between traditional genetic algorithm (SGA) and traditional particle swarm optimization (SPSO) shows that the IPSO algorithm can be better applied to the time optimal trajectory planning of camellia oleifera pollen picking manipulators.

High-fill culverts placed in valley topography have a complex earth pressure distribution law due to their locations around culverts in various valley topography conditions. In order to investigate the influence of valley topography on the earth pressure around the culvert of high-fill arch culverts, an interaction model of "topography-culvert-fill" was established by using centrifugal model test and numerical simulation method. Additionally, the distribution laws of earth pressure around the arch culverts and earth pressure concentration coefficient Ks at the top of the culvert under different valley widths B and valley slopes α were analyzed and were compared with the latest Chinese culvert design code. Furthermore, the mechanism of earth pressure formation of high-fill arch culverts under valley topography was presented. The research findings are as follows: (1) The influence of the valley width B on the earth pressure concentration coefficient Ks at the top of the culvert is significant, and the increment of the earth pressure concentration coefficient Ks at the top of the culvert is larger when B is 4D−6D（D is the clear span of arch culvert）. (2) When B is less than 4D, the topography would play the role of load reduction to the culvert. (3) With valley slopes ranging from 45° to 60°, the earth pressure at the tops and Ks would be affected dramatically. (4) When fill height is 20 m with α >70°, Ks≤1; and when 40 m fill height with α >50°, Ks≤1. (5) The Ks recommended by the latest Chinese culvert design code differs to some extent from those by centrifugal model test and numerical simulation. In the case of α =45° with a small B value, the earth pressure concentration coefficient Ks at the top of a culvert of the code is more conservative. (6) Ks of high-fill arch culvert in valley is related to the formation of arch top compaction area and isobaric surface. The arch top compaction area can cause the earth pressure concentration on the top of the arch culvert, and cause the vertical earth pressure of the soil around the compaction area to be arched. At a certain depth approaching the surface of the fill, the arch distribution gradually transits to the horizontal distribution, thus forming an isobaric surface. The upper load of the isobaric surface will be dispersed on the valley slope, so the unloading effect of the valley topography can be exerted.

Due to the use of strapdown seeker in small missiles, a small field of view angle is required to ensure effective tracking and strike of the target during the final interception. Based on the tracking strategy of dragonfly chasing targets, a composite guidance law is studied. In the initial guidance section, the parallax angle is controlled by the sliding mode control law to adjust the missile to the tail following attitude. The final guidance section used the motion camouflage guidance law with the focus at infinity for target tracking,and between the initial guidance and the final guidance. The second-order smooth interface law is used for the transition. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional proportional guidance law, the required overload of the missile in the final guidance is small,and the target is closer to the center of the field of view, which can reduce the missile in the final guidance. The overload and the field of view of the seeker can be used to effectively improve the attack accuracy.

Objective: To investigate the correlation between vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia (VBD) and posterior cranial fossa (PCF) space. Methods: The medical records and imaging data of patients with VBD and control group were collected from June 2021 to June 2022 in the Third People's Hospital of Hubei Province. All patients with VBD were graded by head and neck CTA. The grading index was divided into two parts, including vertebral artery bifurcation height and offset degree. Taking the healthy adult subjects of matched age as the control group. The linear volume of posterior cranial fossa was measured by median sagittal CTA images. Middle clivus length, transverse diameter of occipital foramen, supraoccipital length, sagittal diameter of posterior cranial fossa and height diameter of posterior cranial fossa was measured. The volume of the PCF was calculated by 3Dslice software. The relationship between VBD and the volume of PCF was analyzed by SPSS23.0. Results: The height diameter of posterior cranial fossa, sagittal diameter of posterior cranial fossa, transverse diameter of occipital foramen, clival length, supraoccipital length and space volume of PCF were 34.78 ± 3.67 mm, 85.49 ± 4.15 mm, 30.89 ± 3.94 mm, 44.53 ± 5.36 mm, 45.21 ± 6.45 mm, 171.08 ± 15.81 cm3 in the case group. It is a hot topic and a tricky problem to be solved in disaster prevention and mitigation research. We used the self-developed post-landslide damage numerical simulation platform (LPF3D) to explore the dynamic process of the Wushanping landslide induced by heavy rainfall in Chongqing under hydrodynamic action and revealed the solid-liquid coupling mechanism. The results show that hydrodynamic effects in the landslide movement are mainly manifested as liquefaction and dragging. The incremental effects of the two hydrodynamic actions are apparent, which often transform debris flow into mudflow, causing long-runout disasters. A two-phase coupled computational model based on the SPH method is proposed. It restores the two-phase movement of the Wushanping landslide under heavy rainfall conditions considering the combined effects of the fluid state equation, the solid viscoplastic constitutive equation, and the inter-phase forces. The numerical calculation results show that the maximum velocity of the Wushanping landslide is 34 m/s, the maximum accumulation thickness is 21.5 m, the accumulation area is 0.12 km2, and the farthest movement distance is 1300 m. The simulation results are consistent with the actual landslide's accumulation pattern. In conclusion, in the high remote landslide risk investigation and prediction process, the pore water pressure and solid-liquid phase interaction under heavy rainfall conditions need to be fully considered, and the numerical simulation based on the LPF3D method provides a basis for the quantitative risk assessment of high-elevation and long-runout landslides.
