The problem of sustainable development of production is directly related to the three components of the "green economy" - economic, social, and environmental. Their harmonious combination makes it possible to obtain results that improve the social relations of both producers and consumers of goods and services. The implementation of the components of the "green economy" is carried out by various projects. The projects are carried out by irregular end-to-end business processes that compete for common resources in the process of their implementation. The impact on the components of the "green economy" is realized by the proposed model and technology. For this purpose, the software tool was developed. The use of this tool by the decision-maker employee allows them to find the best solutions for process management. The solution is represented as priorities to access to shared resources by each process. This ensures their fulfillment within the deadlines established by the contracts. The level of innovations, economic indicators, production stability and competitive ability of products in a dynamically changing market is thereby improved. The results of such commercialization of scientific research have an impact on all components of the "green economy".

The object of this study is the process of estimation and control of an IT project. During the study, the problem of increasing the accuracy of estimating the efforts of an IT project to build an information system (IS) was solved. Research in this area is aimed at simplifying the original assessment methods or at applying elements of artificial intelligence to these methods. The task of the impact of the features of IS development methodology on effort assessment remains unexplored. During the study, the method of functional point analysis was modified. The proposed modification makes it possible to increase the accuracy of estimating efforts to build an IS under the conditions of re-using its individual functions. These conditions allow the construction of new system functions by reusing a previously developed function of the same system. The developed method was tested during the evaluation of efforts of an IT project to form the functional task "Forming and executing an individual plan for a research and teaching staff member of the department." The option of re-using one of the functions of a task during the construction of two other functions of the same task is considered. For this option, the estimate was 72 function points (the estimate using the standard method was 144 function points). The use of the results allows us to increase the accuracy in assessing the efforts of IT projects to construct IS under the conditions of applying the methodology of reuse of previously developed system elements. This, in turn, makes it possible to improve the accuracy of estimating time costs, personnel requirements, and financial costs for the implementation of IT projects for constructing IS. The results obtained are used to solve the task of estimating efforts during the planning of IT projects for developing information systems and their software. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The appearance of "blurred" digital images is a consequence of the violation of the immobility of the camera during the shooting of the objects under study. To this end, a procedure was devised for matched filtering of the blurred digital image of the object using its typical image form in a series of frames. This procedure is based on the automated formation of a typical form of a digital image, as well as on the choice of special parameters for the transfer function of the matched filter. Adapting the procedure specifically to the typical form makes it possible to perform a more accurate assessment of the required parameters of the blurred digital image compared to the analytically set profile. The formation of a typical form makes it possible to take into account the features of the very formation of the blurred image on each frame of the original series. Based on this, a more accurate assessment of the initial approximation of the parameters of all Gaussians of the object image is performed. In practice, matched filtering makes it possible to highlight blurred images of objects against the background of substrate noise. Also, using the matched filtering procedure makes it possible to improve the segmentation of images of reference objects and reduce the number of false detections. The devised procedure for the matched filtering of a blurred digital image using its typical form has been tested in practice as part of the research in the framework of the CoLiTec project. It was implemented in the intraframe processing unit of the Lemur software for the automated detection of new and tracking of known objects. Owing to the use of Lemur software and the proposed computational procedure introduced into it, more than 700,000 measurements of various objects under study were successfully processed and identified

The main purpose of modern information systems (IS) is to support the procedures of controlling many business processes (BP) of an enterprise. At the same time, due to a weak formalization of BP, processes of development, reengineering of various service-oriented IS and IT services are a complex problem. To address this problem, the task to improve the method for choosing IT services that meet an assigned set of functional and non-functional limitations was stated. The specific features of the original method for choosing IT services were analyzed, its main shortcomings were identified. The model of the BP precedent was modified to establish the relationship between descriptions of the precedent, functional requirements, and the used IT services. The method for selecting IT services for the IS was improved by adding the functions of requirements analysis and searching for descriptions of IT services that partially meet the stated functional requirements. In the method, the adaptive linear associator of the mADALIN neuron was used to quantify the degree of match of the functional requirement and the description of the function of the IT service. These proposals were the basis for the improved method for selecting the IT service that best fits the set of constraints that are formed. Based on the result of the conducted research, an experimental test of the improved method for selecting an IT service to solve the problem of automation of the activities of sale force of the electronic policy OSAGO was carried out. The information technology implementing the original method for choosing IT services was compared to the improved method. It was shown that the improved method makes it possible to identify situations of a match of functional requirements of a customer and the descriptions of IT services. This makes it possible to select those IT services that match the functional requirements to a degree above the assigned minimum limit

The model of the event log of the information system has been improved. The model contains the sequences of events consistent with implemented sequences of management actions within both the process approach and functional management approach. A strict linear order in time was assigned for each pair of events belonging to the same process. The model is designed to describe the prototype of the as-is business process. A case-based model of a business process, describing the features of its known implementations, reflected in the event log, has been proposed. The model combines a set of implemented sequences of operations of each process and takes into consideration the time to implement these operations, as well as the resources they need. When describing the time to implement the operations of a process, delays in accessing the company’s shared resources are taken into consideration. The model makes it possible to predict the terms of completing the set of business processes competing for the resources when removing or adding new processes to this set. The technology for changing the sequence of access to resources for a set of business processes competing for these resources within the process management was developed. The proposed technology uses the case-based model of a business process to calculate the order of access to resources. The technology provides an opportunity to calculate the total reduction in delays over the implementation time in relation to the implementation terms when processes are competing for resources. The technology makes it possible to choose how to access resources with the least delay in relation to operations completion deadlines for the known variants of a business process implementation. This enables a DM to assess the possibility of launching new processes that use shared resources by reducing the waiting time when accessing these resources

The problem of managing many end-to-end business processes is related to the distribution of common enterprise resources between them. This leads to delays in their implementation due to insufficient resources. The result of such delays can be a failure to complete the processes as a whole, which can lead to significant material financial losses. The management process consists in pausing or starting the execution of new processes based on formalized experience presented in the form of precedents. The main problem of the operational management of such processes is the timeliness of the development of their mathematical models. It is proposed to use models of analogue precedents with their subsequent adjustment to the parameters of the models of controlled end-to-end business processes. This process is implemented using Process Mining technology. To complete the stages of Process Mining, a generalized information technology has been developed for the case-based management of end-to-end business processes. Its implementation is connected with the simplification of case models of end-to-end business processes, the assessment of the lead-time of an end-to-end business process according to its current state, the adaptation of models of a set of ongoing processes, the integration of end-to-end business process models for a new order, and the management of ongoing and incoming new orders. This ensures their fulfillment within the deadlines established by the contracts.

We present approaches to checking models of concurrent business processes based on analysis of their behavior, which is represented trough event records of business processes. Recording and models checking are made during managing of business processes. These records are presented in the form of traces, which consist of a sequence of events. Every event describes the state of the business process after finishing one of its activities. We have developed an approach to constructing concurrent traces from one single trace, consisting of events of various business processes, by taking into account the links between resources of sequential events. This allows us to check if the execution of individual concurrent processes is safe. We also offered an approach for checking business processes that takes into account the cause-effect relationships between the events of concurrent traces of business processes, which indicate concurrent access to resources, and temporal characteristics of these processes. As temporal characteristics we use: completion time of business process and total resource waiting time. Events, which reflect the concurrent access to resources of several processes, are arranged so that processes are completed in time, or use resources in the most efficient way. Use of cause-effect relationships allows reducing the complexity of verification by checking a subset of events that affect the timely execution of the process.
