Rad problematizira među slavistima (v. Bailyn 2002; Richardson 2006; Markman 2008) raširenu pretpostavku da se u hrvatskome jeziku ne pojavljuju nesročni deskriptivni sekundarni predikati obilježeni instrumentalom. Na temelju konstrukcija X PRONALAZI Y U STANJU Z i X TRAJE U STANJU Y demonstrira se da deskriptivi u instrumentalu – iako relativno rijetki – nisu slučajna ili iznimna pojava u hrvatskome jeziku, već pojava čija se uporaba u određenoj mjeri može predvidjeti. Oslanjajući se na korpusnu analizu glagolskih i pridjevskih klasa u dvjema ciljanim konstrukcijama te slijedeći model konstrukcijske gramatike u radu se opisuju morfosintaktička i semantička obilježja koja motiviraju uporabu deskriptivnog instrumentala.

4. Assessment of the Deadweight Loss Arising from the Imperfect Competition in the Banking Market.

Financial market failures lead to deadweight (welfare) loss for society. Assessment of the deadweight loss started with the so-called Harberger Triangles, where Harberger offered a clear and persuasive derivation of the triangle method of analysing the deadweight loss and applied the method to estimate deadweight losses due to income taxes in the United States. Hertog further put the deadweight loss into the model with government intervention to assess the optimal level of welfare loss control. This concept is central to regulatory economics. Harberger’s approach is based on the deviation of market equilibrium measured in terms of price and quantity. When analysing imperfect competition as one of the market failures, authors have identified in the literature variables for “price” and “quantity”. The research presents the approach how calculating the deadweight loss arising from the imperfect competition using the following variables: “price” – interest rates (loans), “quantity” – exposure of loans on banks’ balance sheets. The outcome of the research is integral for the assessment of the deadweight loss arising from imperfect competition. Deadweight loss calculations for selected countries show results corresponding to the expectation to be lower than 12% - the maximum value is 4,6% for Latvia, which experienced the most significant increase in the banking market concentration from the sample. A drystone construction means laying one stone beside another and laying course over course on top. Corbelling is a three-dimensional construction around a central axis and composes a false dome. The article uses the author's documentation and survey, comparison and a historical methodology, revealing their connections to pre-historical monuments. The vernacular architecture of Malta is used as a temporary shelter, apiary, well, irrigation system and hunters' shelters. Such objects are mostly hidden in nature but -- sadly- also out of the mind of local people. 8. The Colour Pink in the Contemporary (Written) Lithuanian Language

The subject of this article is the adjective pink (Lith. rožinis) denoting the colour. The goal is to investigate the semantics of pink in the contemporary written Lithuanian language in reliance on the Corpus of the Contemporary Lithuanian Language (Lith. Dabartinės lietuvių kalbos tekstynas, DLKT), and to use the findings to ‘see’ the colour pink. The names of the colour are analysed from the syntactic-semantic approach. Analysis of over 1,000 samples has revealed that, based on the things perceived as pink, the meaning of the word pink goes well beyond the thesauri definition. In its broader meaning as perceived by users of the Lithuanian language, the colour pink from the centre of the colour (the colour of rose, sweetbrier, peony) gradually transitions to white, yellow, (purplish) red, violet, orange, brown, grey. The colour pink can be artificial or the inherent colour of a thing. The adjective pink is used in combination with nouns that designate things that Lithuanians have known and considered ordinary for ages or have come across in their daily life quite recently, and use them rarely.

The wooden amphitheatre of Viminacium is mainly made of beech timber. Hornbeam, ash, maple, oak and coniferous wood were also used for the construction. It is considered that beech was underrated in Roman times and mostly used as firewood, however, recent anthracological research in the region has revealed that it was also used in shipbuilding. A great variety of tree species was available in Rome in large quantities. However, the high demand for timber in Rome led to the rapid depletion of the woodlands surrounding the capital and in much of the Apennines. As the empire expanded, timber cutting continued and expanded abroad, leading to timber being transported over long distances within and between the Roman provinces. Oak has always had enormous value, not only in Roman times but also throughout history. It was considered a high-quality construction timber. According to a forest regulation document of the Military Frontier from the 18th century, the use of oak for the construction of public buildings was prohibited by Austrian imperial authorities. The regulation indicates, on the one hand, that the selective felling of oak trees led to a change in the structure of the remaining forests in the region and to an increase in the depletion of the forest and, on the other hand, oak, due to its weight, was prone to causing damage to the buildings. As these buildings had to be made of quality wood, everything except the roof needed to be built of “white wood“, i.e. beech, ash, or hornbeam. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper presents the structural design of a toll station building on the highway. The subject building consists of two different types of structures, a reinforced concrete skeleton structure of ground floor with a flat roof and a steel structure of the canopy. Two reinforced concrete columns that support the canopy rise above the flat ground floor building. This is also the connection between the concrete and steel structure. The constructions of three classical Greek problems (squaring the circle, doubling the cube and angle trisection) using only a ruler and a compass are considered unsolvable. The aim of this article is to explain the original methods of construction of the above-mentioned problems, which is something new in geometry. For the construction of squaring the circle and doubling the cube the Thales' theorem of proportional lengths has been used, whereas the angle trisection relies on a rotation of the unit circle in the Cartesian coordinate system and the axioms of angle measurement. The constructions are not related to the precise drawing figures in practice, but the intention is to find a theoretical solution, by using a ruler and a compass, under the assumption that the above mentioned instruments are perfectly precise. / Построение трех классических античных задач (квадратура круга, удвоение куба и трисекция угла), с помощью линейки и циркуля до сих пор считается неразрешимым. В данной статье представлены оригинальные методы построения вышеупомянутых задач, что представляет собой инновационный подход в геометрии. Для построения квадратуры круга и удвоения куба была использована теорема Фалеса о пропорциональных отрезках, а трисекция угла основанная на повороте единичного круга в декартовой системе координат и аксиомах измерения угла. Данные построения не претендуют на создание точных чертежей на практике, так как главная наша цель заключается в нахождении теоретического решения, основанного на построении данных фигур с помощью линейки и циркуля, с учетом предположения, что вышеупомянутые инструменты являются совершенно точными. / Konstrukcije tri klasična grčka problema (kvadratura kruga, udavajanje kocke i trisekcija ugla), uz upotrebu samo lenjira i šestara, do danas se smatraju nerešivim. Cilj ovog članka jeste da se originalnim metodama objasne konstrukcije pomenutih problema, što predstavlja novinu u geometriji. Za konstrukciju kvadrature kruga i udvajanje kocke korišćena je Talesova teorema o proporcionalnim dužima, a za trisekciju ugla rotacija jedinične kružnice u pravouglom koordinatnom sistemu i aksiome o mjerenju ugla. Konstukcije se ne odnose na precizno crtanje figura u praksi, već je namjera da se upotrebom lenjira i šestara nađe teorijsko rješenje pod pretpostavkom da su pomenuti instrumenti savršeno precizni.

This paper starts from the thesis that dominant conceptions of human nature correspond to the basic frame of ideas that is characteristic for the period in which it appears. This work differentiates three teachings on human nature. The first viewpoint emphasizes the immutability and determination of human nature. This conception is supported by social inequalities within a society. It appears in societies with irreconcilable social differences. The conception of a teleologically directed human life emphasized a route through which humans accomplish their nature or gain salvation. This conception is widely accepted from the Christian perspective. The third conception describes the paths of free design, construction and change of human identity. This conception appears in the modern age, dominated by the idea of creating the new. The development of such ideas is the result of technological domination and the establishment of virtual reality spaces. We dealt with certain interpretations of human nature in order to show that our understanding of ourselves is always contextually determined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

U ovom završnom radu detaljno je prikazan postupak automatizacije procesa rada CNC stroja. Nekada su većinu poslova obavljali ljudi, no budući da današnji sustavi zahtijevaju višu razinu kvalitete, rad ljudi zamijenili su roboti pa je većina sustava automatizirana. Kako bi se postigao zahtijevani stupanj automatizacije proizvodni procesi koriste industrijske robote. U prvom dijelu završnog rada detaljno su opisani alatni strojevi tj. obradni centri i roboti te će se prikazati njihov značaj. Također je opisana programska oprema uz pomoć koje je postupak automatizacije realiziran. Cjelokupna automatizacija ovog proizvodnog sustava temelji se na principu odaberi i pusti odnosno „Pick and Place" operaciji industrijskog robota. Simulacija je projektirana u programskom alatu ABB RobotSudio u kojem se koristiti RAPID programski jezik. Dijelovi proizvodne linije i radnog okruženja kreirani su uz pomoć CAD programskog paketa SOLIDWORKS 2020. CNC stroj odabran je u skladu s već viđenim strojevima u sličnim industrijskim okruženjima. Cijeli proces stvaranja simulacije prikazan je korak po korak s odgovarajućim slikama. In this final thesis, the process of automation of the CNC machine work process is presented in detail. In the past, most of the work was done by humans, but since today's systems require a higher level of system quality, the work of humans has been replaced by robots, so most of it is automated. In order to achieve the required level of automation, industrial robots are used in production processes. In the first part of the final thesis, machine tools are described in detail, i.e. machining centers and robots, and their importance will be presented. The software used to realize the automation process is also described. The entire automation of this production system is based on the principle of „Pick and Place“ operation of an industrial robot. The simulation was designed in the ABB RobotSudio programming tool, which uses the RAPID programming language. Parts of the production line and the working environment were created with the help of CAD software SOLIDWORKS 2020.The CNC machine is selected according to the machines already seen in similar industrial environments. The whole process of creating the simulation is shown step by step with corresponding pictures.

18. Spremljanje vlažnosti lesa stoga na Koprivniku

Les je material, ki ga lahko uporabimo za različne namene, ker pa je naraven material, je podvržen razkroju. Da bi lesu omogočili čim daljšo življenjsko dobo, je v prvi vrsti pomembno izbrati primerno lesno vrsto glede na namen uporabe, les konstrukcijsko zaščititi, ali pa ga zaščititi z raznimi obdelavami, npr. impregnacija z biocidi. Na razkroj lesa ima zelo velik vpliv vlažnost lesa, ki smo jo spremljali v raziskavi, poleg tega smo merili tudi temperaturo in relativno zračno vlažnost. Za meritve smo uporabili merilnik Gigamodul z zapisovalnikom Thermofox proizvajalca Scanntronik. Vlažnost lesa smo merili na šestih mestih na stebru kozolca, ki je iz lesa macesna ter po eno meritev vlažnosti lesa na kapni legi in špirovcu, ki sta izdelana iz lesa smreke. S pridobljenimi meritvami smo dokazali, da uporabljen les ni podvržen razkroju in ima lahko še dolgo življenjsko dobo, če le ne pride do zamakanja, kot je prišlo v preteklosti, ko je puščala streha in so bili nekateri deli lesa zamenjani z novimi, zaradi prepozne sanacije le te. Wood is a material that can be used for many purposes, but being a natural material it is subject to decomposition. In order to provide wood with the longest possible service life, it is important to select the appropriate species for the intended use, to protect it structurally or to protect it with various treatments, such as biocide impregnation. The moisture content of the wood, which we monitored and measured in the study, has a very strong influence on the degradation of the wood. In addition, we have monitored the temperature and relative humidity of the air. For the measurements we used a Gigamodul system equipped with a Thermofox datalogger from Scanntronik. The moisture content of the wood was measured at six locations on the column of the hayrack made of larch wood, and one moisture measurement was taken on each of the eaves and rafters made of spruce wood. The measurements showed that the wood used does not degrade and can have a long service life, provided it does not become damaged by moisture, as was the case in the past when the roof leaked and some parts of the wood had to be replaced because the roof was not renovated in time.

Transport seže daleko u povijest no u današnjem društvu i trgovini sve je veća potreba za brzim i učinkovitim prijevozom tereta i robe, što je dovelo do sve većeg razvoja teretnih vozila i nadogradnji specifične namjene. Ovaj rad se fokusira na razvoj nadogradnje za prijevoz rasutih terete odnosno kiper vozilo N1 kategorije. Prvo se razmatraju kategorije vozila za prijevoz tereta i propisi vezani uz dimenzije, masu i osovinska opterećenja. Na temelju zahtjeva proizvođača izrađuje se lista kriterija koje nadogradnja treba ispuniti, a potom vodeći se po tim kriterijima odabirana su adekvatna konstrukcijska rješenja. Nakon odabira koncepta, započinje se s razradbom faze koja uključuje odabir vozila i šasije te oblikovanje podkonstrukcije i sanduka, uz proračune čvrstoće podkonstrukcije, osovinskog opterećenja i opterećenja hidrauličkog cilindra. Nakon toga se odabire hidraulički cilindar za podizanje sanduka te se izračunava konačna nosivost. Na kraju se izrađuje 3D model nadogradnje za rasute terete i pripadajuća dokumentacija. This paper focuses on the development of a truck superstructure for the transport of bulk cargo, specifically a category N1 tipper truck. It begins by examining the categories of cargo vehicles and the regulations that govern their dimensions, weight, and axle loads. A set of criteria that the superstructure must fulfill is then established based on the manufacturer's requirements. Following the selection of an appropriate concept, the development phase begins, which includes selecting vehicle and chassis, designing the substructure and cargo box, calculating the substructure's strength, axle load, and hydraulic cylinder load. Next, a hydraulic cylinder is selected for lifting the cargo box, and the final carrying capacity is calculated. Finally, a 3D model of the bulk cargo upgrade and accompanying documentation is created.

Zajema proces načrtovanja, zahteve, ki jih mora plovilo izpolnjevati, sestavo konstrukcije trupa, tankov in sestavo sistemov, ponekod tudi proces operacij. Thesis descripes construcion of a conventional submarine. After short description and explanation of the advantages and disadvantages it brings, it justifies the need for this type of vessel. It covers the planning process, requirements that the vessel must meet, compostion of the hull structure, tanks and the compostion of systems, in some places also the process of operations.

Budući da u tenisu igrači vrlo često mijenjaju pravac kretanja, brzina promjene smjera kretanja (CODS) i reaktivna agilnost (RAG) smatraju se vrlo važnim motoričkim dimenzijama. Tako brzu promjenu smjera kretanja (CODS) karakterizira promjena smjera kretanja koja je već unaprijed poznata, odnosno planirana i igrači ne trebaju reagirati na određeni podražaj. Kod testova brze promjene smjera kretanja (CODS) nema faktora donošenja odluka te su samim time ispitanici manje podložni utjecaju greške prilikom izvođenja. Za razliku od brze promjene smjera kretanja (CODS), reaktivna agilnost (RAG) uključuje kognitivnu komponentu, odnosno faktore zapažanja i donošenja odluka. Dakle, može se zaključiti kako se reaktivna agilnost (RAG) manifestira u uvjetima kada osoba treba izvesti agilnu kretnju, ali tako da mora reagirati na nekakav podražaj. Najčešće se u prostoru reaktivne agilnosti (RAG) zapravo radi o vizualnom podražaju, a što je u području sporta potpuno jasno jer sportaši agilne kretne strukture u pravilu izvode temeljem vizualnog zapažanja bilo protivnikove kretnje ili putanje lopte. Bez obzira na važnost brze promjene smjera kretanja (CODS) i reaktivne agilnosti (RAG) u tenisu, osnovni problem za nedostatak znanstvenih istraživanja koja su se bavila ovim motoričkim dimenzijama vezan je uz nepostojanje adekvatnih testova koji se u pravilu baziraju na modifikaciji već postojećih bazičnih testova. S toga, cilj budućih istraživanja trebao bi biti usmjeren prema konstrukciji i validaciji novih sport specifičnih testova.

Tijekom povijesti tenisa, materijali korišteni za izradu reketa značajno su utjecali na performanse igrača. U početku su teniski reketi bili izrađeni od drva i bili su teški, što je igračima otežavalo stvaranje brzine i snage u udarcu. Međutim, s vremenom su se materijali počeli mijenjati kako bi se poboljšale performanse igrača. Prvo se s drvenih reketa prešlo na metalne, posebice aluminijske, a u sedamdesetim godinama prošloga stoljeća pojavljuju se i prvi kompozitni reketi, koji su bili lakši i čvršći. Ovi reketi omogućili su igračima da u udarcima imaju više brzine, snage i preciznosti, što je dovelo do poboljšanja igre i postavljanja novih rekorda. Konačno se pojavljuju i kompozitni reketi ojačani ugljičnim vlaknima koji imaju sve skupa najbolja svojstva i, uz aluminijske rekete, koriste se još danas. Sve u svemu, konstrukcijska rješenja i korišteni materijali zajedno igraju ključnu ulogu u utjecanju na svojstva reketa, što omogućava igračima da pronađu reket koji odgovara njihovom stilu igre i da tako postignu najbolje rezultate na terenu. U završnom radu prikazan je povijesni razvoj konstrukcija i izbora materijala za izradu teniskih reketa. Četiri različite vrste rekreativnih teniskih reketa, tri od proizvođača Babolat i jedan reket tvrtke Wilson, ispitani su u eksperimentalnom dijelu rada. Provedena su laboratorijska ispitivanja savijanjem i analize konstrukcijskih izvedbi te su doneseni odgovarajući zaključci. Throughout the history of tennis, the materials used for making rackets have had significant impact on player performance. In the beginning, tennis rackets were made of wood, and they were heavy, making it difficult for players to generate speed and power in their shots. However, as time went on, materials evolved to improve player performance. Wooden rackets were replaced with metal, specifically aluminium, and in the 1970s, the first composite rackets appeared, which were lighter and stronger. These rackets enabled players to have more speed, power and accuracy in their shots, resulting in better, more beautiful play and the setting of new records. Finally, composite rackets reinforced with carbon fibres emerged, which have the best overall properties and, along with aluminium rackets, are still used today. In conclusion, the construction design and the materials used for making tennis rackets have a significant impact on a racket’s properties. This has allowed players to find rackets that match their playing style, leading to improved performance and results on the court. This Bachelor thesis presents the historical development of constructions and materials selection for tennis rackets. Four different types of recreational tennis rackets, three from Babolat and one from Wilson, were tested in the experimental part of the thesis. Laboratory bending tests and analyses of design were carried out and appropriate conclusions were drawn.

In the first part of this paper, the history of the construction of a new parish house and the history of the church construction, is given. Preparatory works began in 1935, the construction of the church began in 1938, interrupted during the Second World War and in the period behind it, and continued and ended in the period from 1958 to 1961. In the central part of the work, the structure of the church is described. The walls of the church, 75 cm thick, are two-ply stonewalls. The inner layer is made of crushed local limestone, while the exterior is made of a rectangular stone. Almost the entire wreath was built of stone, except for the part that in 1958 was upgraded. U ovom diplomskom radu izrađen je projekt hitne obnove nosive konstrukcije crkve sv. Roka u Draškovcu koja je znatno oštećena potresom koji se dogodio u Petrinji krajem 2020. godine. Pregledom građevine dan je opis oštećenja, te je utvrđeno stvarno stanje konstrukcije i potrebna intervencija. Napravljen je projekt obnove, izrađen je statički proračun mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti koji će omogućiti popravak same konstrukcije, te su dani prijedlozi provedbe hitnih mjera konstruktivne sanacije. Proračun je napravljem u skladu sa važećim zakonima, tehničkim propisima i mjerodavnim normama. The topic of this master work is a project of urgent renovation of the load-bearing structure of the church of St. Rok in Draškovec, which was significantly damaged by the earthquake that occurred in Petrinja at the end of 2020. An inspection of the building gave a description of the damage, and determined the actual condition of the structure and the necessary intervention. For this purpose, a reconstruction project was made, which contains a static calculation of mechanical resistance and stability that will enable the repair of the structure itself, and suggestions were given for the implementation of urgent measures of structural rehabilitation. The calculation is made in accordance with applicable laws, technical regulations and relevant standards.

Cilj diplomskog rada bio je dimenzionirati glavne i sekundarne elemente hangara za zrakoplove u Osijeku. Glavni okvir je rešetkasti dvozglobni okvir sastavljen od toplo i hladno predgotovljenih elemenata. Analiza opterećenja i dimenzioniranje provedeno je po pravilima Eurokod-a. Djelovanja na konstrukciju obuhvaćaju vlastitu težinu, snijeg i vjetar. Za dimenzioniranje elemenata korištene su najveće rezne sile iz mjerodavne kombinacije dobivene u programskom paketu Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2022. Za pojasne elemente stupa i grede okvira odabran je hladno dogotovljeni šuplji kvadratni profil 150x150x4, za dijagonalnu ispunu toplo dogotovljeni šuplji kvadratni profil 90x90x4, a za okomitu ispunu toplo dogotovljeni šuplji kvadratni profil 50x50x3,2. Za podrožnicu je odabran toplo dogotovljeni šuplji pravokutni profil 150x100x4. Svi elementi izrađeni su od čelika S235. Za globalnu stabilizaciju korišteni su horizontalni i vertikalni vlačno – vlačni spregovi. Proračunom su zadovoljeni svi uvjeti nosivosti i uporabljivosti. Svi spojevi proračunati su u programskim paketima Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2022 i IDEA Statica., The aim of the thesis was to design main and seondary elements of steel hangar for airplanes in Osijek. Main frame is a two-hinged truss frame made of hot formed and cold formed elements. Load analysis and design was carried out according to Eurocode. Loads on construction include self weight, snow and wind. Maximum forces from proper combinations given in Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2022 are used for the design of elements. Cold formed square hollow section 150x150x4 is selected for chord elements of the column and beam, hot formed square hollow section 90x90x4 is selected for diagonal web and hot formed square hollow section 50x50x3,2 is selected for vertical web. Hot formed rectangular hollow section 150x100x4 is selected for purlins. All elements are made of steel S235. For global stability, horizontal and vertikal tension only bracing system is used. The design has fulfilled all requirements for ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Connections are designed in Autodesk Robot Structrual Analysis Professional 2022 and IDEA Statica.

Rezime: U najopštijem, disertacija se bavi korišćenjem toplotnog gubitka rotacionih cilindričnih površina. Specifično, fokus je na korišćenju otpadne toplote sa plašta rotacionih peći (RP), široko primenjivanih uređaja: u proizvodnji, termičkoj obradi, kalcinaciji, insineraciji i pirolizi, sa tehnoekonomski najznačajnijom ulogom u proizvodnji cementa. Kako zbog stabilnosti nije dozvoljeno izolovati najvreliji deo plašta i kako se ne sme remetiti tehnološki proces, cilj je napraviti razmenjivač toplote koji će za predgrevanje vazduha sa najvrelije zone RP uzimati tačno onoliko toplote koliko se gubi u okolinu. Polazeći od osnovne, jednostavne i ekonomične konstrukcije rekuperatora, na primeru RP za kalcinaciju dolomita rešavaju se problemi: (1) povećanja rastojanje između rekuperatora i RP uz zadržavanje ili povećanje njegove efektivnosti? Osnovna konstrukcija je često neprimenljiva zbog rotacionog ekscentriciteta i/ili prisustva nosećeg prstena RP. (2) adekvatnog funkcionisanja rekuperatora pri nestacionarnom toplotnom gubitku RP, najčešće uzrokovanom promenama: kvaliteta unutrašnje izolacione opeke, tehnoloških parametara procesa i medijuma (obogaćen vazduh, kiseonik) za sagorevanje. (3) kako na efikasan način iskoristiti predgrejan vazduh? Rešavanje (1) problema rezultiralo je tehničkim rešenjima: konvektivno zračnih rebara, rekuperatora sa dva prolaza uvođenjem dodatnog vazduha i kombinacije nabrojanih varijanti unutar jedne konstrukcije. Za definisanje geometrije navedenih rešenja razvijeni su računarski alati, čiji naučni doprinos predstavljaju: verifikovan ćelijski matematički model strujanja vazduha u prstenastom poprečnom preseku sa konvektivno zračnim rebrima, i kombinovana primena ćelijskog modela za određivanje dimenzija i numeričkih modela strujanja (CFD) za definisanje konstruktivnih detalja rekuperatora. Disertacija daje računarske alate za dimenzionisanje i precizne smernice za primenu razvijenih rekuperatora, o čijem značaju najbolje sved, In general, the thesis deals with the usage of waste heat from rotary cylindrical surfaces. Specifically, the focus is on utilizing waste heat from the mantle of rotary kilns (RK) that are widely applied in manufacturing, calcination, thermal processing, incineration, and pyrolysis, with the most important role in cement production. As the technological process must not be disturbed and as the stability of a RK does not allow the insulation of the hottest zone of its mantle, the goal is to design over this zone an airpreheating heat exchanger (recuperator) that will use the heat equal to the heat loss. The starting point is an already developed basic recuperator. In the case study, which is an RK used for the calcination of dolomite in a magnesium production, the following problems are addressed (1) how to increase the distance (annulus) between the recuperator and the RK while maintaining its effectiveness? Large rotational eccentricities and tyres over the mantle of RKs make the basic design inapplicable. (2) how a variable heat loss affects the performance of the recuperator? The loss depends on the application of an RK, i.e., the processes that take place inside, the usage of combustion medium (air, enriched air or oxygen), the thermal resistance and condition of coating and refractory layers inside them, and to a lesser extent on the environmental conditions. (3) how to use preheated air most efficiently? Solving the (1) problem resulted in technical solutions that apply: radiant and convective fins, parallel air passages, introduction of additional air, and combinations of previous designs. To define their geometry and constructional details, (i) experimentally validated cell model of heat transfer in the annulus with the usage of radiant and convective fins, and (ii) combined application of the cell and CFD models are developed. 30. CONSTRUCTED WETLANDS AS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DRAINAGE SYSTEM ELEMENT.

Eutrophication is the state with high nutrient concentration, which can cause plant growth including algae blooms. Nutrients drain into the Baltic Sea from agricultural lands and drainage systems, from weak or insufficient wastewater treatment, from contaminated industrial waste water, and even from the rain water, if it contains dust, unburnt oil from the roads and parking areas or other pollutants washed from hard coverings or accumulated in the air. High nutrient level into the natural waters affects the human economic activity. An inexpensive way to reduce nutrient load to water objects from agricultural lands is formation of constructed wetlands or restoration of natural wetlands. The main tasks of this study were to describe the processes in constructed wetlands, the conditions of construction and to analyze the capacity of constructed wetlands to reduce nutrients and suspended particles inflow to open waters. Another task was to determine nutrient retention efficiency in the Mežacīruļi constructed wetland in Latvia by the descriptive methods of mathematical statistics and Wilcoxon T test method and to compare the obtained results with ones from Bergaholm constructed wetland in Sweden. In the end of this article, the evaluation of efficient theoretical design parameters for constructed wetlands in Latvia is made. The research results indicate that the Mežacīruļi constructed wetland does not provide the sufficient nutrient retention. To improve the nutrient retention efficiency, it would be necessary to develop it, e.g., to increase the amount of vegetation, such as planting Typha spp. or to make a small constructed wetland extension to a depth of 0.3 m for Carex spp. to stabilize the sediments. U ovom radu je prikazano konstrukcijsko rješenje naprave u kojoj će se sklapati moduli niskopodnog električnog minibusa. U napravi će se sklapati prvenstveno nosiva struktura (ljuska) minibusa koja se sastoji od tri segmenta i izrađena je od kompozitnih materijala. Osim toga naprava omogućuje da se nosiva struktura poveže s prednjim (upravljačkim) i stražnjim (pogonskim) modulima. U prvom dijelu rada su prikazane postojeće naprave sa sličnom namjenom na proizvodnim linijama u automobilskoj industriji. Kako bi se došlo do najboljeg konstrukcijskog rješenja, napravljena je lista zahtjeva koji se odnose na konstrukciju naprave i definirane su funkcionalnosti naprave. Funkcije naprave su funkcijskom dekompozicijom razložene na podfunkcije i za njih su predložena izvediva rješenja. Na temelju tih rješenja i liste zahtjeva su dana tri koncepta naprave, pri čemu se težilo što većoj prilagodljivosti naprave različitim dimenzijama i oblicima vozila, te jednostavnosti izlaska vozila iz naprave. Najbolji koncept je detaljno konstrukcijski razrađen, a pri razradi se težilo što većoj rastavljivosti naprave i što većem udjelu kupovnih komponenti. This work presents design solution of a device used for module assembly of a low-floor electric minibus. The device will primarly be used to assemble the minibus bearing structure (shell) which consists of three segments and is manufactured out of composite materials. Additionaly the device enables the bearing structure to be connected with the front (steering) and rear (drive) modules. The first part of this paper explores existing devices with similar purpose in production lines in the automotive industry. In order to reach the optimal design solution the list of demands regarding the structure of the device was made, as well as defining the functionality of the device. The method of function decomposition was applied to resolve the device functions into subfunctions for which feasible solutions were suggested. Upon these suggestions and the list of demands three concepts were presented, considering maximal possible adaptibility to differing dimensions and shapes of the vehicles and ease of vehicle unmounting. The optimal concept was described in detail while seeking to achieve maximal possible device seperability as well as using components avaliable on the market.

Zadatkom se traži da se za odabrani koncept niskopodnog električnog minibusa konstruira modul izmjenjivih baterija. Prije koncipiranja napravljena je analiza tržišta s pregledom postojećih sličnih rješenja, za napravu su definirani zahtjevi i funkcionalnosti, osmišljena su tri koncepcijska rješenja, od kojih je odabrano ono koje najbolje ispunjava zahtjeve za detaljnu razradu. U radu je prikazana detaljna razrada modula/naprave, popraćena odgovarajućim proračunima i za to rješenje izrađena tehnička dokumentacija. The task of this thesis is to design an interchangeable battery module for chosen electric minibus concept. Before conceptualization, a market analysis was made with an overview of existing similar solutions, requirements and functionalities were defined for the device, three conceptual solutions were designed, from which the one that best meets the requirements for detailed elaboration was selected. The thesis presents a detailed development of the module/device, accompanied by appropriate calculations and technical documentation created for that solution.

Graviranje je obrada materijala odvajanjem čestica. To je tehnika urezivanja određenih kontura na čvrstu podlogu pomoću alata raznih oblika i dimenzija. Unatoč činjenici da je moguće kupiti široku paletu CNC strojeva na tržištu, pažljivo planiranje i konstruiranje vlastitog stroja željenih karakteristika može biti puno jefitinije. U početku rada prikazane su teoretske osnove CNC strojeva, te osnovna razlika između CNC i NC strojeva. Također je opisan način rada uključujući upravljanje, te njegove prednosti i nedostaci prilokom upotrebe. U nastavku je opisana gradbena struktura te uloga pojedinih sastavnih dijelova stroja. U praktičnom dijelu razrađena je konstrukcija pojedinih dijelova CNC gravirke, prema postavljenim zahtjevima za maksimalne dimenzije stroja. Opisan je izbor i izrada pojedinih dijelova stroja, te njihova uloga u sklopu. Navedeno je područje rada, točnost obrade i karakteristike pojedinih elemenata stroja, te prikazano nekoliko izradaka. Na kraju su navedeni približni troškovi osnovnih elemenata te približna cijena samog stroja. Sama kvaliteta stroja ovisi o točnosti alata koji se koriste, a cilj je dobiti stroj što veće kvalitete uz što je moguće manju ukupnu cijenu. Engraving is the processing of materials by separating particles. It is a technique of engraving certain contours on a solid surface using tools of various shapes and sizes. Despite the fact that it is possible to buy a wide rage of CNC machines on the market, carefully planning and constructing your own machine with the desired characteristic can be much cheaper. At the beginning of the paper, the theoretical foundations of CNC machines are presented, as well as the basic differences between CNC and NC machines. The mode of operation of the control is also described, including its advantages when used. Below is a description of the built structure and the role of individual components of the machine. In the practical part, the construction of the individual parts of CNC engraving machine was elaboreted, according to the set requirements for the maximum dimensions of the machine. The selection and production of individual prats of the machine, as well as teir role in the assembly, are desctibed. The area of work and the accuracy of the processing and the characteristics of individual elements of machine are specified. At the end. The approximate costs of the basic elements and the approximate price of the machine itself are listed. The quality of the machine itself depends on the accuracy of the tools we use, and the goal is to get a machine of the highest quality and lowest overall price.

Rad pod nazivom 'Proračun nosive konstrukcije zidane građevine' sastavljen je od dvije glavne cjeline; teoretske i proračunske cjeline. U prvoj cjelini uz opći tehničko-tehnološki opis posebna pozornost posvećena je opisu nosivih konstrukcija. Druga cjelina rada, koja je više konkretna, posvećena je proračunu nosivih konstrukcija pri gradnji zidanih građevina. Kroz cijeli rad provlači se važni segment kada je u pitanju proračun, konstrukcija i izgradnja zidanih građevina a to su pravila i norme propisane od strane HZN-a. Hrvatske norme (izdaje Hrvatski zavod za norme - HRN EN 1998-1:2011)., The paper entitled 'Calculation of the load-bearing structure of a masonry structure' consists of two main parts; theoretical and computational units. In the first part, in addition to the general technical-technological description, special attention is paid to the description of load-bearing structures. The second part of the paper, which is more specific, is dedicated to the calculation of load-bearing structures in the construction of masonry buildings. An important segment runs through the entire work when it comes to the budget, construction and construction of masonry buildings, and these are the rules and norms prescribed by HZN. Croatian Standards (published by the Croatian Standards Institute - HRN EN 1998-1: 2011).

U ovom završnom radu prikazan je postupak konstruiranja stupne konzolne dizalice, namijenjene posluživanju manjih strojeva kao što su tokarilice, glodalice, obradni centri, strojevi za obradu kamena i slično. U uvodnom dijelu ukratko je opisana transportna tehnika od njezinih početaka pa do danas, kada je transportna tehnika uvelike napredovala. Slijedi opis konzolnih dizalica te prikaz ponude koja danas postoji na tržištu, nakon čega je prikazano idejno rješenje i opis pojedinih dijelova stupne konzolne dizalice. Glavni dio rada sastoji se od proračuna dijelova konstrukcije dizalice. Svi crteži napravljeni su samostalno u 3D programu Solidworks. This final paper shows process of projecting column cantilever crane which is intended for serving smaller machines such as turning macines, milling machines, machining centers, stone processing machines etc. In the introductory part, transport technology is described from its beginnings until today, when transport technology has greately advanced. The following is description of cantilever cranes and a presentation of the offer that exists on market today, after which are presented the conceptual solution and a description of the main parts of a column cantilever crane. The main part of final paper consists calculation of main parts of crane construction. All drawings were made in 3D program Solidworks.

U diplomskom radu opisan je put od ideje pa sve do izrade stroja za drobljenje otpadnog stakla. Odbačeno staklo u prirodi potencijalna je opasnost za čovjeka i životinje, jer se mogu ozlijediti na krhotine stakla. Trenutno se staklo ne sortira po bojama, pa samim time postaje problem za ponovno pretaljivanje i oporabu za nove proizvode. Da bi se neutralizirala opasnost od fizičkog ozljeđivanja, staklo je potrebno usitniti u granulat do veličine 2 mm, a samim time dobiva se koristan materijal koji se može koristiti za staklarenje, kao podloga za asfalt, poljske puteve ili dekorativne svrhe. Ovaj stroj predviđen je za male i velike korisnike poput restorana, hotela, kafića, reciklažnih dvorišta, općina i gradova. Samom upotrebom stroja smanjuje se volumen stakla za 80%, što je velika ušteda s obzirom da se spremnici na „Zelenim otocima“ brzo zapune, te je odvoz i zbrinjavanje često i skupo. This thesis describes the path from the idea to the production of a machine for crushing waste glass. Rejected glass in nature is a potential danger to humans and animals, as they can be injured by glass shards. Currently, glass is not sorted by color, so it is a problem for remelting and recovery for new glass products. In order to neutralize the risk of physical injury, the glass needs to be crushed into granules up to 2 mm, and thus we get a useful material that can be used as a base for asphalt, field roads or decorative purposes. This machine is designed for small and large users such as restaurants, hotels, cafes, recycling yards, municipalities and cities. The use of the machine itself reduces the volume of glass by 80%, which is a great saving since the tanks on the "Green Islands" are quickly filled and removal and disposal is often and expensive.

37. Proračun i izrada računalnog 3D modela višelamelne spojke trkaćeg automobila

U ovom radu je opisana motociklistička spojka za pogon trkaćeg automobila, kao i njene izvedbe sa različitim materijalima od kojih je sačinjen paket lamela. Opisane su spojke sa čeličnim paketom lamela i čeličnim oblogama, bakrenim oblogama i čeličnim paketom lamela, te karbonskim paketom lamela. Za trkaći automobil je najprihvatljivija kombinacija koja ima najmanju masu kako bi se smanjila inercija sustava koliko je god moguće, zatim koeficijent trenja između kontaktnih površina kojim se omogućuje blagi prijelaz brzina i blaga karakteristika kontakta između tarnih površina pri uključivanju spojke kako bi se vozaču omogućila udobna i efikasna vožnja, pogotovo ako su u pitanju dugotrajne utrke. Dimenzije spojke su određene unaprijed po uzoru na spojku motocikla Yamaha R6, te je za konvencionalnu izvedbu bilo potrebno samo provjeriti njezinu funkcionalnost, a kasnije u odnosu na nju odrediti ostale izvedbe namijenjene za trkaći automobil. Za konstruiranje svih izvedbi su korišteni inženjerski programi Autodesk Inventor i AutoCAD ., In this paper is described a motorcycle clutch for the racing car drive, as well as its designs with different materials from which the clutch pack is made. Steel clutch plates and steel linings, cooper linings and steel clutch plates and carbon clutch pack are described. For the race car, the most acceptable combination is the one with the lowest mass to reduce the inertia of the system as much as possible, then the coefficient of friction between the contact surfaces which enables a slight gear change and a smooth engagement which also enables efficient driving, especially when it comes to long races. The dimensions of the clutch are determined in advance according to the pattern of the Yamaha R6 motorcycle, and for the conventional version only the check of functionality is needed, and later according to it determine other versions intended for the race car. Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD engineering programs were used to construct all designs.

U radu je prikazan numerički model simulacije međudjelovanja armirano-betonske konstrukcije i tekućine za 3D (prostorne) probleme pod statičkim i dinamičkim opterećenjem. Konstrukcija je modelirana degeneriranim elementima ljuske, a tekućina prostornim „brick“ elementima. Za opis ponašanja tekućine korišteni su linearni i nelinearni model. Nelinearnim modelom tekućine simulirana je pojava kavitacije. Za opis ponašanja betona korišten je specijalni model materijala kojim se može simulirati tečenje betona u tlaku te otvaranje i zatvaranje pukotina u vlaku. Valjanost modela i razvijenog softwarea testirana je na nekoliko numeričkih primjera., A numerical model of dynamic interaction between fluid and reinforced concrete structure in 3D space is presented in this work. Degenerated shell elements for construction and 3D brick elements for fluid are used. Linear and nonlinear material model are used for a description of the fluid behaviour. Nonlinear model can be used for simulated phenomena of cavitation. Special model, which can describe concrete yielding in compression and crack opening and closing in tension, is used for simulation of the concrete behaviour. The efficiency of model and developed software are tested on several numerical examples.

Ovaj završni rad se bavi konstrukcijom sustava nosača solarnih panela koji kod instalacije omogućava dodatno podešavanje položaja radi dobivanja optimalnog kuta nagiba, a time i postizanje maksimalne moguće efikasnosti pretvorbe energije. Konstrukciji je prethodio kratak uvid u procese iskorištavanja solarne energije, u kojemu se uspoređuju tipovi solarnih panela prema vrsti ćelija, analizira se utjecaj orijentacije panela na efikasnost pretvorbe energije i opisane su moguće pozicije montaže sustava solarnih panela. Nakon toga slijedi pregled postojećih rješenja, te razmatranje mogućih varijanti sustava nosača uz rješavanje konstrukcijskih zahtjeva. Naposljetku, odabrano je konstrukcijsko rješenje i dat proračun kritičnih komponenti uslijed opterećenja težinom samog sustava panela uz dodatno opterećenje zbog djelovanja vanjskih utjecaja kao što su snijeg i vjetar. Rad je popraćen potrebnom tehničkom dokumentacijom za izradu svih nestandardnih dijelova, te sklopnog crteža montiranog sustava. This final thesis deals with design of the solar panel mounts which allows additional position adjustment during installation in order to achieve the optimal angle of inclination, and thus the maximum possible efficiency of energy conversion. Design was preceded by a brief insight into the processes of solar energy utilization, which compares the types of solar panels by photovoltaic cell type, analyzes the impact of panel orientation on energy conversion efficiency and describes possible locations for installation. The following is an overview of existing solutions, and consideration of possible variants of the system considering technical requirements. In the end, the concept was selected and the calculations of critical components due to the load of system weight with additional load due to external influences such as snow and wind are given. The paper also includes necessary technical documentation for the manufacturing of all non-standard parts, and the assembly drawing of the installed system.

U temelju je ovoga rada pitanje načela leksičke izgradnje. To se pitanje istražuje na primjeru prefiksacije, a pristupa mu se supostavljanjem francuskoga i hrvatskog, dvaju jezika različitih grana indoeuropske porodice i različite morfološke složenosti. Za analizu u radu odabrani su leksemi tvoreni pomoću četiriju prefikasa, sur- i sous- (sou-) te nad- (nat-) i pod- (pot-). Pored prefigiranih tvorenica, dodatno se promatraju i prijedlozi sur, sous, nad i pod od kojih su navedena četiri prefiksa nastala. Osnovna je pretpostavka rada da razlike između navedenih dvaju jezika utječu na različitu izgradnju promatranog dijela leksika. Dodatne su pretpostavke da su promatrane leksičko-značenjske strukture produktivne u oba jezika, da su i prefiksi i prijedlozi polisemne jedinice te da dio prefiksalnih značenja, ali i prefigiranih leksema stoji u odnosu značenjske suprotnosti. Građa za analizu prikupljena je iz dvaju usporedivih velikih mrežnih korpusa, frWaCa za francuski i hrWaCa za hrvatski. Korpusnom pretragom koja je ručno pročišćena dobivena su 1142 leksema, od čega 752 imenice, 264 glagola i 126 pridjeva. Riječ je o leksemima tvorenima pripajanjem jednoga od četiriju navedenih prefikasa na bazu koja pripada istoj leksičkoj kategoriji kao i tvorenica budući da se promatra samo čista prefiksacija. Kao teorijsko-metodološki okvir za analizu je građe odabran model morfosemantičkih obrazaca koji počiva na temeljnim strukturalističkim postavkama, ali uključuje i neke osnovne elemente kogntitivne lingvistike, u prvome redu onu o kontinuumu leksika i gramatike. U okviru modela MS obrazaca svaka se motivirana riječ promatra kao konstrukcija, čime se omogućuje ujednačen pristup dvama promatranim jezičnim elementima u ovome radu – prefiksima i prijedlozima – budući da se i prijedlozi promatraju kao dio konstrukcija koje tvore. Analizom su potvrđene sve pretpostavke. Točnije, promatrani su prefiksi produktivni i tvore najveći broj imenica u oba jezika. Prefiksi i prijedlozi grade raslojenu polisemnu strukturu koja se ogranizira oko prototipnoga prostornog značenja koja služe kao polazište za brojna značenjska proširenja, ponajprije na temelju metafore, ali i pojmovne bliskosti. Velik dio tvorenica stoji u odnosu hiponimije prema vlastitoj osnovi, a uz to i između dijela prefiksalnih i prijedložnih značenja kao i parova prefigiranih tvorenica postoji odnos značenjske suprotnosti. Najveće su promjene kao rezultat prefiksacije primijećene kod glagola. Kod dijela glagola dolazi do metaforizacije cijele tvorenice, što se puno rjeđe primjećuje kod imenica i pridjeva. Prefiksacija kod brojnih glagola dovodi do promjena u značenjsko-sintaktičkim obilježjima tvoreći velik broj glagola slabe tranzitivnosti koji najčešće nemaju obilježje zahvaćenosti objekta, iako neki nemaju ni obilježje agentivnosti. Ukupno gledajući, analiza je pokazala da se pomoću promatranih prefikasa tvore brojni leksemi kojima se ne obogaćuje samo leksik francuskoga i hrvatskog jezika, već i grade složeni unutarleksički odnosi (polisemija), a posredno i oni međuleksički (hiponimija i antonimija). Prefiksacija ima složenije učinke na hrvatski jezik, što je u skladu s početnom glavnom pretpostavkom. Ovim se radom daje prinos istraživanju prefiksacije općenito, posebno imenske i pridjevske koja je u literaturi slabije zastupljena, ali i omogućuje nov uvid u načela izgradnje leksičko-značenjskih struktura. This thesis focuses on principles of lexical construal. In order to do so, it explores a particular word-formation process, simple prefixation (e.g. Polinsky 2008:267; Körtvelyessy and Genči 2017:26; Babić 2002:375), defined as the attachment of a prefix to a base. The study presented in this thesis is conducted from a contrastive standpoint by looking into French and Croatian, languages from two branches of the Indoeuropean family which also differ with respect to morphological complexity, with Croatian being morphologically richer than French. The analysis includes lexemes formed with the following four prefixes: sur- and sous- (sou-) (French) and nad- (nat-) and pod- (pot-) (Croatian). In addition to prefixed lexemes, prepositions sur, sous, nad i pod, from which the aforementioned prefixes stemmed, are also studied. The main hypothesis is that general differences between the French and Croatian language entail a different construal of the observed part of the lexicon. Additional hypotheses are that the observed lexical-semantic structures are productive in both languages, that both prefixes and prepositions are polysemous language units and that a part of prefixal meanings, as well as of the meanigs of prefixed lexemes, represent antonyms. The methodological approach in this thesis is a corpus-based one (Biber 2010:162-163), where conclusions are drawn on the basis of an analysis of observed language phenomena and in accordance with a set of theoretical settings. Data for the analysis were retrieved from two comparable large web corpora, frWaC (Baroni et al. 2009) for French and hrWaC (Ljubešić and Erjavec 2011) for Croatian. These two corpora slightly differ in size, but were composed following the same principles. Corpus search was conducted via CQL orders of the following type: the [word="sur.*"] containing [tag="N.*"]. In this particular order, all words belonging to the noun class (N.*) are retireved. Subsequently, the results were manually checked. The corpus search resulted in 1142 lexemes, 752 nouns, 264 verbs and 126 adjectives. The theoretical and methodological framework for the analysis presented in this thesis is the model of morphosemantic patterns (Raffaelli and Kerovec 2008, 2017, Raffaelli 2012, 2013, 2015b, 2017, Filko and Raffaelli 2017, Raffaelli 2018) which is based on the main structuralist tentes. The model also includes some major Cognitive Linguistic features, such as the notion of grammar-lexicon continuum (Langacker 1987), as well as Conceptual Metaphor Theory (e.g. Lakoff and Johnson 1980). Within the model of morphosemantic patterns, every motivated word is considered to be doubly motivated, both formally and semantically, thus emphasizing the semantic approach to word-formation. In addition to that, motivated words are perceived as constructions. This fact enabled us to have a unified approach to both prefixed lexemes and prepositions, the latter also being considered part of constructions they are used in. The analysis has demonstrated that nouns are the most numerous lexical category in which prefixes develop the richest polysemy. Prefixal meanings are mostly more abstract and based on orientational metaphors. A great majority of prefixed nouns are hyponyms of their bases (e.g. sous-vêtement ‘underwear’ is a type of vêtement ‘clothing item’) and they are also endocentric. Verbs are the lexical category that exhibits the most significant changes as a result of prefixation. Some prefixed verbs, especially in Croatian, undergo metaphorization as a whole, which is rarely the case in nouns and adjectives. Such metaphorized verbs are usually not hyponyms of their bases. In a number of verbs, prefixation leads to changes in the semanticsyntactic features. In this thesis, we have observed two such features: argument structure and transitivity, as the most relevant ones. In accordance with Hopper and Thompson (1980), we consider transitivity to be a gradable category in which two elements are especially important for the verbs analysed in this thesis: agentivity and affectedness of object. In both analyzed languages, prefixation usually results in the formation of verbs with weaker transitivity, i.e. lacking one of these two elements (or both), usually affectedness of object (e.g. nadtrčati 'lit. over-run someone; run better than someone', formed from trčati 'run'). A great majority of Croatian prefixed verbs are perfective with respect to verbal aspect. Verbs are the lexical category on which prefixation exercises the most profound influence. They are also the category in which the greatest differences between French and Croatian arise. More precisely, metaphor and semantic-syntactic changes are more present in Croatian verbs, while there is less hyponymy than in French verbs. Adjectives are the least numerous lexical category in the analyzed corpora, and therefore exhibit the least developed polysemy. Their meanings are very similar to those found in prefixed nouns, and are predominantly abstract (e.g. suractif 'very active'). A majority of adjectives formed with the prefixes sur-, sous- and pod- are hyponyms of their bases, while those formed with the prefix nad- are an exception. The latter ones are mostly exocentric and do not represent hyponyms of their bases (e.g. nadljudski 'superhuman' is not human, but 'above human'). When it comes to prepositions, they usually appear in constructions containing a verb (e.g. profesor bdije nad svojim razredom 'lit. the professor stays awake over his class; the professor takes care of his class') or a noun (e.g. sous la protection de l'ONU 'under UN protection'). Some prepositional constructions such as the mentioned bdjeti nad 'watch over' are cases of strong rection between a verb and a preposition and should be studied in more detail in further research. Anaylsis has demonstrated that prepositions too, like prefixes, are highly polysemous language elements. The number of their meanings is similar to those found in prefixes forming nouns, which is higher than both those of prefixes forming adjectives and verbs due to the larger number of nouns in the corpus. Still more important than the number of prepositional meanings is the fact that they differ significantly from the prefixal meanings, thus confirming one of our main initial hypotheses. More precisely, we have demonstrated that the different constructions in which prefixes and prepositions are used have very different effects on their semantic behaviour, leading to new prefixal meanings developing in prefixed lexemes under the influence of the bases. In sum, the analysis has confirmed all the three hypotheses. First, the observed prefixes are productive, with the largest number of noun derivatives and the least number of adjectives in both languages. Second, prefixes and prepositions have a rich polysemous structure organized around a prototype, i.e. the spatial meaning serving as a basis for a number of meaning extensions. These extensions are based on orientational metaphors in a majority of cases, and on conceptual contiguity. Third, antonymy appears between a part of prefixal meanings, as well as between some pairs of prefixed lexemes, mostly nouns. A large part of prefixed lexemes are hyponyms of their bases. These findings demonstrate that prefixation affects not only the intralexical level, leading to polysemy, but also the interlexical level, resulting in antonymy and hyponymy. Our analysis has shown that the observed prefixes form numerous lexemes that not only enrich the lexicon of the French and Croatian language respectively, but they also build complex intralexical (polysemy) and interlexical relations (hyponymy and antonymy). Prefixation has been shown to have more complex effects on Croatian, which is in line with our main hypothesis. This thesis makes a contribution to the exploration of prefixation in general, especially noun and adjective prefixation, which is less present in the literature than verb prefixation. The thesis also offers a new insight into the principles of the construction of lexicalsemantic structures, which remain one of the less explored topics of word-formation.

Daljnjim razvojem zrakoplovstva došlo je do potrebe za boljim performansama zrakoplova te su istraženi i razvijeni novi materijali i njihova svojstva. Materijali i njihova svojstva moraju zadovoljavati brojne zahtjeve u zrakoplovstvu kako bi se koristili stoga su detaljno proučeni i analizirani. U današnje doba koriste se brojni materijali pri izradi zrakoplovne konstrukcije poput metala, nemetala i kompozitnih materijala. Ovim završnim radom prikazani su funkcionalni i eksploatacijski zahtjevi te su analizirana tehnološka svojstva koja materijal mora posjedovati kako bi se mogao koristiti pri izradi zrakoplovne konstrukcije. Nakon analize svojstava su prikazani i opisani materijali iz skupine metala, nemetala te kompoziti koji se koriste pri izradi zrakoplovne konstrukcije.

U ovom diplomskom radu detaljno je opisan princip rada istosmjernog motora bez četkica (engl. Brushless Direct Current - BLDC) te načini regulacije brzine vrtnje istog. Prikazana je konstrukcija BLDC motora zajedno sa svim njegovim komponentama te je opisana uloga svakog zasebnog dijela u radu motora. Opisane su prednosti i mane te je donesen zaključak koji sumira sve odlike BLDC motora u današnjoj primjeni.

U okviru diplomskog rada opisana je anatomija ljudske šake relevantna za konstrukciju uređaja s opružnim sustavom za rehabilitaciju šake. Dani su geometrijski, kinematički i dinamički zahtjevi. Opisani su modaliteti rehabilitacije i zahtjevi koji iz njih proizlaze. Dan je pregled postojećih rješenja sličnih sustava. Zahtjevi su razjašnjeni i postavljeni su prioriteti u odnosu na zadovoljavanje tih zahtjeva kako bi se moglo pristupiti koncipiranju i vrednovanju koncepata. Na temelju zahtjeva i znanja prikupljenih pri istraživanju postojećih rješenja i zahtjeva, predložena su četiri koncepcijskih rješenja. Izabran je koncept temeljen na legurama s pamćenjem oblika. Dodatno su razjašnjeni zahtjevi kako bi se ustanovio optimalan pristup konstrukciji. Temeljeno na predloženom inovativnom rješenju, proračunati su i konstruirani aktuatori koji zadovoljavaju zahtjeve. Konstruiran je sustava za prijenos sila, momenata i kretanja, kao i sustav pričvršćivanja uređaja na šaku. Opisano je inovativno rješenje upravljanja SMA aktuatorima. Opisani su i dodatni sustavi za prikupljanje povratnih informacija te sustav za upravljanje uređajem.

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazano je konstrukcijsko rješenje putničkog dizala s hidrauličkim pogonom. Konstrukcija dizala se prilagođava zadanom zadatku, gdje se staro dizalo zamjenjuje novim u već postojećoj zgradi. Najprije se opisuje razvoj dizala kroz povijest, nakon čega je opisana podjela dizala, a zatim njegovi elementi i sklopovi. Proračun dizala započinje predlaganjem nekoliko koncepata, od kojih je odabrano jedno optimalno rješenje, a to je dizalo s indirektnim pogonom. Zatim se pristupa proračunu dijelova i sklopova nužnih za rad dizala te se proračunavaju i odabiru potrebne hidrauličke komponente. Izrađuje se tehnička dokumentacija sa svim potrebnim prikazima.
