Technical universities that carry out educational activities in the field of transport training and specialization have accumulated rich experience of modern teaching technologies. The final result of specific competence developing can be achieved only on the basis of a number of intermediate results in the learning of several disciplines through the implementation of multi-disciplinary projects. Multi - disciplinary projects implementation allows to develop the graduate qualification work more efficiently and in a short term. Of great importance in preparation of graduates in the field of transport specialization are the connection of education, science and operation. Creation of a practice-oriented educational process ensures the efficiency and attraction of the education for the all involved participants.

Correlation data analysis of the iron content with macro- and essential microelements, as well as on the group of chemical elements interrelated with the Fe level in pig bristles are presented. The studies were carried out of the Kemerovo region on six-month-old pigs of the Kemerovo breed. Chemical analysis of swine bristle samples was carried out using atomic absorption spectrometry. The data were processed using of the program R. Only positive relationships were established between the iron content and the chemical elements of the bristle, as well as the group of chemical elements associated with the Fe level in the bristle. Most of the connections are explained by comparing the data obtained with the research of other scientists on the topic.

The main problems of transport systems in big cities have been analyzed, the problems of transport functioning, their division into groups have been systematized, the highway structure of the constituent entities of Russian Federation has been analyzed, the issues of the development and maintenance of the urban highways have been considered, the problems of existing urban areas, as well as the problems of transport systems designing have been considered, and the main directions of the current situation solution have been suggested.

The presented results expand the understanding of the normal chemical composition of the body. The study was carried out on the basis of a pig-breeding farm in the Altai Territory in 2016-2020 on clinically healthy 6-month-old pigs of the Landrace breed. Chemical analysis of pig bristles was performed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The data were processed using Statistica 8 software (StatSoft Inc., USA). A study of the correlations between phosphorus in bristles and other macro-, microelements, as well as chemical elements associated with phosphorus, has been carried out. Only positive connections of different strengths have been established between phosphorus and elements involved in the formation of bone tissue (calcium, magnesium, manganese), copper, iron and strontium. There are two groups of direct interactions of different strengths between the chemical elements associated with phosphorus. Explained supposedly the essence of the connections, which is consistent in the bristle, as the final site of exchange, with organs and tissues of mammals.

The role of hydrogen bond on P700 is examined by the conversion of PsaA-Thr739 in to alanine and the removal of H-bond to the 131-keto group of the chlorophyll a in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii is reported. It was found that the mutation had no discernible effect upon the ability of PS1 to produce charge separation or upon the directionality of electron transfer within PS1.

9-287 GHz electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy is used to examine the location of peroxyl radical in horse heart myoglobin (Mb), oxidized with H2O2. The high-field EPR spectra of the Mb peroxyl radical are simulated using a Hamiltonian, which describes the exchange and dipolar interaction between an oxoferryl iron and a protein radical.

High isomerization efficiency of Car embedded in MCM-41 can be obtained by oxidation or photoexcitation. The study gives an insight into the isomerization behavior of carotenoids in photosystem II.

The experiments were done to study the Fe(III)-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves with incorporated carotenoids by using Multifrequency electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. The results indicate that the extraframework iron species at the surface of the mesopores are responsible for carotenoid oxidation in molecular sieves.

Research has been conducted on the 2-diformylmethylene-1,3-diselenole. The preparation of this compound and condensation with the dithiolium phoshonium bromides and dithiolium phosphonates has been carried out in the presence of base to produce the dendralene-type TTF vinylogs and the results are discussed.

Canthaxanthin radical cation chemically generated on silica-alumina underwent 95-670 GHz EPR measurements at 5 K. The 327 GHz and higher frequency EPR spectra were resolved into two main components of the g tensor. Spectral simulation indicated this to be the result of g anisotropy. The results showed that the 327-670 GHz EPR measurements were sufficient to resolve the g tensors of C-H containing pi radicals in powder and frozen glasses.

A study was conducted to analyze the role of carotenoids in photoinduced processes at the carotenoid/TiO2 interface. Electron paramagnetic resonance and ultraviolet-visible studies of titanium dioxide particles were carried out. The particles were modified with various carotenoids, including two containing terminal -CO2H groups. In addition, the photoreduction of acceptor molecules was discussed.

To study of the vegetation communities of the environments transition environment zones were showing the present tendency forming of the vegetation for different areas with different of physic-geographical and ecological conditions of territories at all. These communities can be the regional models for indication of the present processes, the past and future changes in the structure of the vegetation in different ecological conditions. It’s shown that ecotones and plant communities, reflection the paragenese (object) in the vegetation structure are indication of the structural and dynamic features of the vegetation cover organization at all. There has the classification value and characterized the between zonal, between altitudinal zonality and interzonal differences of the vegetation community’s structure of the big regions. The ecotones and paragenese in vegetation structure at the research region is reflection of the physical-geographical conditions of the plant communities formation for the concrete period of time. Mapping of geosystems attracts attention as a concise way to organize a significant amount of geographical information. Initially, the development of theoretical provisions and the compilation of geosystem maps were based on geobotanical principles and methods of integrating facies according to structural and structural-dynamic indicators. At the present stage, the task of mapping geosystems is largely determined by the need for predictive studies of their natural and anthropogenic transformations. The relevance of the development of geosystem mapping in the direction described here is determined by the need to create medium-scale maps of the transformation of geosystems, which are characterized by significant spatial and temporal scales, heterogeneous genesis, various stages of development. The creation of such maps requires the synthesis of time and space in a single whole, the comparison of the current state of the geosystem with the natural rhythms and laws of the development of the natural environment. The mapping methodology is based on the modern idea of the transformation of geosystems and the further development of the theory of geosystems by V. B. Sochava, includes techniques for displaying patterns of development and transformation of geosystem structures. Maps of the transformation of geosystems are a theoretical model of reality, synthesize information about the transformative dynamics and evolution of geosystems, the direction of their rearrangements, both in natural and anthropogenic conditions. We present the result of the study of geosystems transformation in hard-to-reach northern areas of Baikal Natural Territory. It is stated that geosystems transformation is determined in many aspects by changes in matter and energy links in the geosystems resulting from the effect of Baikal Rift Zone. There are considerable contrasts in geosystems situated at different tectonic sites of the territory, a strong character of their links, the relation to a definite rocks composition, to the areas of past and modern glaciations. We consider basic methods of mapping of geosysems transformations. The mapping supposes solution of three main tasks, which are traditionally determined as identification, systematization and interpretation of the geosystems. They consist of the following steps: determination of diagnostic features of the geosystems; time and space synthesis in the whole taking into account regional and typological specifics, structural-dynamic and evolutional transformations; provision of the possibility to form ideas on the trends of geosystems transformation by names and classification positions. Each typological unit of geosystems has different taxonomic identification and reflects different physical-geographic features of a region and diverse geographic relations resulting from external functional properties of a geographic environment structure coordinating the peculiarities of their transformation on the base of macrogeographic regularities. While performing studies within the grant (RFBR No 29-05-00253), we imposed the tasks to reveal general (background) characteristics of structural-dynamic organization of the vegetation and to find out the peculiarities of formation of phytocoenoses on the sites reflecting the specifics and trends of their modern formation under anthropogenic impact, such as fires, cutting and pasturage during several decades. The studied area is situated in the transitional zone between the forest-steppe and zonal steppes characteristic for South-East Asia – i.e., in an interzonal ecotone. An interzonal ecotone consists of coenoses forming under transitional environmental conditions, in this case – between forest-steppe and steppe areas of North and Central Asia. Main attention was paid to the characteristics of the actual state of phytocoenoses forming under different conditions of their recent destructions; species composition of synfolia and the most characteristic proxy species determining the actual state and the vector of formation of steppe coenoses and forests during last decades were studied with a particular attention. Certainly, while analyzing the data obtained, we took into account as well the characteristics of the vegetation structure in the studied area presented in published papers of numerous researchers for many years – M.A. Reshchikov (1958, 1961), E.Ts. The article presents the peculiarities of the spatial-temporal organization in the geosystems under different physicalgeographic conditions of South-Western and Southern Pre-Baikal. The trends in formation of the plant communities of different landscapes types on the background of changes in the vector of anthropogenic impact are determined for the last 35 years. Basic parameters of the phytocoenoses structure characterizing the facial organization of landscapes are revealed for modern existing environmental conditions in the studied areas. On the background of climate dynamics during last decade, the Baikal Region manifests considerable changes in the whole biota structure. It is seen in the structural-dynamic organization, trends of forests development due to considerable variability of vertical and horizontal structures in the coenoses. Especially this is characteristic for the forests formation at the contact of different environments – at the boundary of zonal vegetation types and height belts in Pre-Baikal. Projects of protective forests in the basins of the rivers flowing into Lake Baikal in forests management for water protection and establishment of forests site under special protection within near-shore protective shelter belts excludes industrial forest cutting and limits other forms of forests use. Accounting of environment protection functions of forests at forests management and establishment of validity categories (not only for utility) will allow to stabilize hydroregimes and functioning of Lake Baikal basin’ ecosystem in the whole.
