Shock wave is an important damage element in ammunition explosion and one of the important technical indicators for evaluating its damage power. Accurately measuring shock wave pressure is of great significance for guiding ammunition design and evaluating damage power. The testing environment in the explosion field is harsh, and the measurement of shock wave pressure is affected by various influencing factors, resulting in inaccurate measurement results and low reliability. The location of pressure measurement points directly affects the measurement results of surface reflection pressure and free field pressure. This study is based on the display explosion dynamics simulation software AUTODYN to conduct simulation analysis of the propagation law of explosion shock wave pressure, analyze the height variation of the three wave point trajectory during the ammunition explosion process, and clarify that the surface reflection pressure measurement points need to be located in the Mach reflection zone, and the free field pressure measurement points need to be located above the height of the three wave points. The research results provide theoretical support for accurate testing of explosion shock wave pressure and have significant engineering application value.

The change of ambient temperature will cause the change of gunpowder burning rate, which will directly affect the ballistic performance of the projectile and cause the change of the overload of the projectile fuze system. In this study, the numerical simulation program of the interior trajectory of a large-caliber gun was established by MATLAB, and the variation rules of the corresponding trajectory parameters at different temperatures were obtained. ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze the force of the projectile fuze system under different ambient temperatures. The results show that under the same loading conditions, with the increase of ambient temperature, the maximum pressure in the gun bore and the muzzle velocity of the projectile increase significantly, and the stress and strain of the projectile fuze system in the bore increase gradually. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the theory, which reveals the influence of ambient temperature on the overload in the bore of the projectile fuze system to a certain extent, and provides theoretical support for the study of internal ballistics, charge design and gun use.

Explosion shock wave pressure is one of the main damage parameters produced in the process of ammunition explosion, and it is also an important technical index to evaluate the damage power of ammunition. However, in the actual testing process, only a limited amount of shockwave pressure data at specific measuring points can be obtained, which cannot accurately reflect the distribution laws of the shockwave pressure propagation after the ammunition explosion. Therefore, it is particularly important to conduct reconstruction of the shockwave pressure field distribution laws based on limited measuring point data. This paper reviews the research work and related achievements obtained by researchers at home and abroad on the reconstruction of shockwave pressure distribution laws in explosion fields. The paper also elucidates the relevant application of computer tomography imaging techniques, shockwave propagation attenuation model reconstruction, and various interpolation algorithms in the reconstruction process of the shockwave pressure field. Given the current research situation both domestically and internationally, we have pinpointed the major issues that still exist in the current stage of research and proposed the key areas of focus that need attention in future research.

The explosion shock wave pressure distribution law is significantly affected by the altitude. It is very important to clarify the altitude impact on the explosion shock wave pressure propagation law for guiding the shock wave pressure test and accurately evaluating the ammunition damage power. The paper reviews the finite element numerical simulation and actual testing results of researchers at home and abroad regarding the propagation of explosive shock wave pressure through different air and water mediums, and clarifies the impact of altitude on characterization parameters of shock wave pressure such as peak pressure, impulse, and positive pressure duration. Based on the current research status both domestically and internationally, we have pointed out the main problems that still exist in the current research process and proposed research directions that need to be focused on in subsequent studies.

Under the influence of transient high temperatures, piezoelectric shock wave pressure sensors produce a thermal shock response that affects the accurate acquisition of the pressure signal. In order to analyse the effect of thermal shock on the measurement of piezoelectric pressure sensors, a rectangular pulse temperature of 1800 ℃ with a duration of 30 ms was applied to the surface of the sensor diaphragm by the method of thermal coupling, and the temperature distribution inside the sensor under transient thermal excitation was explored, and the thermal expansion displacement and preload change of the sensor were analysed. The results show that: the temperature rise of the piezoelectric crystal is small and does not reach the Curie point temperature, which has less influence on the material properties of the piezoelectric crystal; the thermal shock response of the piezoelectric pressure sensor is mainly caused by the thermal deformation of the pressure-sensing diaphragm, which affects the stability of the preload inside the sensor and leads to a negative signal output from the sensor. This study provides a reference for the research of thermal shock suppression methods for piezoelectric pressure sensors.

The explosion site terrain and geomorphic environment will directly affect the shock wave pressure propagation and attenuation law and the shock wave test results uncertainty evaluation. In this study, the explosion site topographic and geomorphic parameters were analyzed, and the slope ratio and elevation difference within the region were proposed to parameterize the test site topographic and geomorphic characteristics. Using multi-physical field coupling simulation software, the finite element numerical simulation model of acoustic-solid structure coupling with different elevation difference and slope ratio is established and relevant research is carried out. The results show that when the pressure monitoring point is located at the test site low position, the elevation difference plays a role in attenuation of the shock wave pressure peak value, and vice versa; With the increase of the test site slope ratio, the shock wave pressure peak value at different test points gradually increases, and with the increase of the distance between the test points, the impact degree gradually decreases. Therefore, the elevation difference and slope ratio of the site shall be reduced as much as possible during the explosion shock wave pressure test, so as to improve the shock wave pressure test accuracy and the test data reliability, and provide theoretical support for the shock wave pressure test results uncertainty evaluation in the explosion field.
