В статье предпринята попытка осуществить реконструкцию попперовской интерпретации философских и научных идей Ксенофана, Гераклита и Парменида с целью обосновать вывод о том, что именно знакомство Поппера в юности с мыслью досократиков в лице прежде всего Ксенофана, Гераклита и Парменида оказалось определяющим в формировании критицистской методологической парадигмы и в целом философии критического рационализма. Оригинальная философская и научная мысль досократиков явилась для Поппера неисчерпаемым источником, из которого он черпал всё богатство своих мыслей на протяжении всей своей долгой творческой жизни. Его длительные штудии досократической мысли позволили ему прийти к важнейшему выводу о том, что истоки большинства фундаментальных идей как классической, так и современной науки восходят не только к ранней греческой философии и науке, но и к мифотворчеству древних. В частности, что наука Коперника, Галилея, Кеплера Ньютона была дальнейшим развитием космологии греков, а также что переход от донаучных мифов к науке стал возможным в силу нового отношения к мифам ‒ в силу критического отношения к ним., The article attempts to reconstruct Popper’s interpretation of the philosophical and scientific ideas of Xenophanes, Heraclitus and Parmenides in order to substantiate the conclusion that it was Popper’s acquaintance in his youth with the Ancient Greek Presocratic thought represented by Xenophanes, Heraclitus and Parmenides that was decisive in the formation of a critical methodological paradigm and in general philosophy of K.R. Popper. The original philosophical and scientific thought of the Presocratics was for Popper an inexhaustible source from which he drew all the wealth of his thoughts throughout his long creative life. His lengthy studies of the Presocratic thought allowed him to come to the crucial conclusion that the origins of most fundamental ideas of both classical and modern science go back not only to Εarly Greek philosophy and science, but also to the myth-making of the ancients. In particular Popper inferred that the science of Copernicus, Galileo, Kepler, Newton was a further development of the cosmology of the Greeks, and also that the transition from prescientific myths to science became possible due to the new attitude to myths: because of the critical attitude to them., Историко-философский ежегодник, Выпуск 35 2020, Pages 188-210

El objetivo primordial del presente texto es coadyuvar a la comprensión de la ideología académicadel constitucionalista alemán Peter Häberle. Para alcanzar un entendimiento consistentede su obra es necesario tener como presupuesto el trabajo de varios pensadores deimportancia histórica en los que Häberle fundamentó su pensamiento; este texto se ocupaexclusivamente y parcialmente de uno de ellos: Karl Raymund Popper. Häberle reconoceabiertamente que su obra ha sido realizable gracias a los trabajos de Popper y remite con frecuenciaa los mismos, en ocasiones dando por supuesto su conocimiento, por lo que convieneexplicitar algunas nociones fundamentales, así como la forma en que operan la recepción yaplicación de las mismas. The main purpose of this text is to aid in the comprehension of the academic ideology ofthe German constitutionalist Peter Häberle. In order to have a coherent understanding ofhis work it is necessary to take into account the presumption of the works of several thinkersof historic relevance on which Häberle based his thinking; here we will be talking about oneof them: Karl Raymund Popper. Häberle publicly acknowledges that his work was possiblethanks to the work of Popper and frequently refers to him, occasionally taking for grantedthat the reader possesses that knowledge, therefore it is advisable to explain some of the fundamentalnotions, and how the learning and application thereto is performed.

Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью анализа оснований опровержения и предсказания знания в неопозитивистской концепции К. Поппера. Цель работы: рассмотрение проблемы неопозитивистских оснований опровержения и предсказания в системе знания К. Поппера в аспекте современных тенденций развития знания; обоснование предположения о том, что утверждение автора концепции фальсификационизма об экзистенциальности формы дедукции и невозможности элиминирования аксиоматической формы, структурирующей систему знания, является неявным признанием наличия априорных факторов. Методы исследования: компаративистский метод позволяет проводить корректный анализ различных понятий и мифологем в диахроническом срезе; данный подход обеспечивает аргументированное сопоставление принципов конституирования дискурса на различных исторических этапах, которые обусловлены смещением значений понятий и мифологем; феноменологический метод позволяет показать, как и на основании чего "перераспределяются" значения рациональных и иррациональных факторов, что обусловливает конфигурацию того или иного дискурса в конкретном культурно-историческом срезе. Результаты: сделано предположение о том, что апелляция к метанаучности знания - ни что иное как признание/утверждение сопричастности системы знания статусу иррационального; сформулированы аргументы утверждения о том, что объяснительные теории, указанные К. Поппером, либо не имеют непосредственного отношения к нашим когнитивным возможностям, либо математические структуры, будучи описанием логико-эпистемологического континуума, никак не соотносятся с репрезентируемым данным континуумом объектом. The relevance of the work is caused by the need to analyze the grounds of denial and prediction of knowledge in the K. Popper neopositivist concept. The objective of the study is to analyze the problem of neopositivist grounds of denial and prediction in the K. Popper knowledge system in the aspect of knowledge development current trends; to justify the assumption that the statement of the falsificationism concept author on existential form of deduction and impossibility of elimination of axiomatic form structuring knowledge system, is an implicit recognition of the presence of a priori factors. The methods of the research: comparative method allows us to carry out the correct analysis of various concepts and mythologems in diachronic level; this approach provides a reasoned comparison of the discourse constitution principles at different historical stages, which are caused by the shift of meaning of concepts and mythologems; phenomenological method allows us to show the way and the bases of «redistribution» of the meaning of rational and irrational factors that determines the configuration of this or that discourse in a particular cultural and historical level. The results of the study: The author has made an assumption that appeal to meta-scientific character of knowledge is pure and simple recognition/statement of interconnectedness of knowledge system to the irrational status; and formulated arguments of the statement that the explanatory theories specified by K. Popper neither have a direct relation to our cognitive abilities nor the mathematical structures, being logical-epistemological description of the continuum, in any way correspond to the represented given continuum object.

Per analitzar la proposta de Merrilee H. Salmon sobre la predicció en Ciències Socials, s'aborden diversos aspectes centrals. 1) La delimitació de l'àmbit temàtic: contraponelas posicions metodològiques «naturalista» i «interpretacionista» i ressalta la connexió ambla dualitat Erklären-Verstehen. 2) Els nexes entre explicacions i prediccions en lasCiencias Socials: insisteix en la diversitat d'orientacions existents sobre la explicaciónsocial i aprofundeix en l'explicació causal naturalista-l'opció que Salmon destaca-ien les possibles conseqüències per a la predicció científica. 3) El terreny de la predicció científica en el camp de les Ciències Socials: admet punts de convergència entre Erklären i Verstehen, reflexiona sobre la visió interpetacionista de Peter Winch i ponede relleu les diferències entre Salmon i Popper., To analyse Merrilee H. Salmon’s proposal about prediction in the social sciences, several core factors are examined: 1) the delimitation of the thematic scope: contrasting the «naturalist» and «interpretationist» methodological positions and highlighting the connection with the Erklären-Verstehen duality; 2) the nexuses between explanations and predictions in the social sciences: insisting on the diversity of existing orientations on social explanation and delving into naturalist causal explanation —the option Salmon highlights— and into the possible consequences for scientific prediction; 3) the terrain of scientific prediction within the field of the social sciences: acknowledging points of convergence between Erklären-Verstehen, reflecting on the interpretationist vision of Peter Winch, and highlighting the differences between Salmon and Popper., Para analizar la propuesta de Merrilee H. Salmon sobre la predicción en Ciencias Sociales, se abordan varios aspectos centrales. 1) La delimitación del ámbito temático: contrapone las posiciones metodologicas «naturalista» e «interpretacionista» y resalta la conexión con la dualidad Erklären-Verstehen. 2) Los nexos entre explicaciones y predicciones en las Ciencias Sociales: insiste en la diversidad de orientaciones existentes acerca de la explicación social y profundiza en la explicación causal naturalista -la opción que Salmon destaca- y en las posibles consecuencias para la predicción científica. 3) El terreno de la predicción científica dentro del campo de las Ciencias Sociales: admite puntos de convergencia entre Erklären y Verstehen, reflexiona sobre la visión interpetacionista de Peter Winch y pone de relieve las diferencias entre Salmon y Popper.

Negalėtume pasakyti, kad atvirosios visuomenes analitinė dimensija yra užėmusi nors kiek svaresnę vietą pokomunizmo tyrimų teorinio instrumentarijaus rinkinyje. Jeigu ji ir taikoma atliekant Šiuos tyrimus, tai tapatinama su dabartiniais liberalių demokratijų ir kapitalistinių rinkos ekonomikų standartais, kaip tai darė ir pats atvirosios visuomenės idėjos autoritetas K. R. Popperis, svarstydamas apie „kapitalistinę" visuomenę. Tuo tarpu atsirado pakankamai kontrargumentų tokiam tapatinimui. Bet tai ne kontrargumentai pačiai atvirosios visuomenės analitinei perspektyvai. Šiame straipsnyje aptariamos K. R. Popperio atvirosios visuomenės idėjos, kuri pasiūlyta prieš 60 metų, taikymo, atliekant pokomunizmo tyrimus, galimybės. It would be an exaggeration to state that the analytical dimension of the open society has ever played a significant role in the research of post-communism. If even it has ever been employed in the said research, it has been simplified to the standards of the current liberal democracies and capitalist market economies, just as it has been done by the expert of the open society K. Popper himself in his reflections on the "capitalist" society. He failed to discern at least the slightest prospect of "the third way". Meanwhile counter-arguments to such perception of the open society appeared. But these are not counter-arguments to the analytical dimension of the open society itself. The present article is devoted to the discussion of the possibility of employing K. Popper's open society idea, shaped over 60 years ago, for the research of post-communism.

Kritizirajući proroke totalitarizam 20. st. (kako lijeve tako i desne provenijencije, - prije svega misao Rousseaua, Hegela i Sorela - autor primjećuje da su uzroci svakog totalitarizma nezdrava načela političkog i društvenog poretka: uzdizanje idola nacije, rase i stranke umjesto nepovredivog dostojanstva ljudske osobe. U provedbi svoje kritike autor uspoređuje postavke K. Poppera i R. Guardinija.
