This research was conducted at KUA Ilir Timur II Palembang City. This study aims to find out how the E-Marriage Card Innovation is at the Religious Affairs Office of Ilir Timur II District. Those who have implemented the E-Marriage Card innovation since 2019. The research method is a aqulitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and interviews. Documentation. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion Article 21 paragraph 1 20/2019, the husband and wife get a marriage regitration book and marrige card. This marriage registration innovation is called E-Marriage Card. The results of the study indicate that, when viewed as a whole, the 5 innovation indicators are relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, variability, observability. The researcher concludes that the E-Marriage Card innovation has good innovation characteristics. Able to provide marriage registration services in accordance with the needs of the community. The government has succeeded in replacing manual services with technology-based innovations. However, if viewed from several aspects, there are still obstacles in the implementation of the innovation, namely the lack of understanding of some people regarding the procedure or flow of marriage registration through E-Marriage Cards. So that it becomes an obstacle for the process of making E-Marriage Card. Because basically all contents of the E-Marriage Card innovation data are managed to be recorded and connected to the Simkah Web which is then also integrated with the civil registry. So if there is an error or data change, it must be changed first in the capil because the data cannot be changed through the SIMKAH WEB application. In addition, network problems are also one of the obstacles in implementing these innovations.

BACKGROUND: One of the properties of the soft denture lining (SDL) material that needed to overcome the functional problems is softness. Loss of softness due to the aging process and to extend the duration of use, sealer coating was developed to maintain its softness. Sealer coating acts as mechanical barrier to provide protection against aging of SDL materials. AIM: This study aims to determine the influence of thermocycling and sealer coating application on the shore hardness of the acrylic-based and silicone-based auto-polymerizing soft denture lining materials. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Materials that were used in this study are acrylic-based auto-polymerizing SDL (Durabase Soft, Reliance Dental Manufacturing LLC, Illinois, USA) and silicone-based auto-polymerizing SDL (Mollosil, Detax GmbH, Ettlingen, Germany). In this study, we used monopoly as sealer coating for acrylic-based auto-polymerizing SDL and varnish for silicone-based auto-polymerizing SDL. Thermocycling was performed for 2000 cycles for a 2-year simulation time. For shore hardness test, a total of 40 discs shaped samples were made with a diameter of 35 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The samples were divided into eight groups (n = 5), namely, the uncoated and non-thermocycling acrylic-based auto-polymerizing SDL, the coated and non-thermocycling acrylic-based auto-polymerizing SDL, the uncoated and thermocycling acrylic-based auto-polymerizing SDL, the coated and thermocycling acrylic-based auto-polymerizing SDL, the uncoated and non-thermocycling silicone-based auto-polymerizing SDL, the coated and non-thermocycling silicone-based auto-polymerizing SDL, the uncoated and thermocycling silicone-based auto-polymerizing SDL, and the coated and thermocycling silicone-based auto-polymerizing SDL. The hardness test was carried out using the shore A durometer. RESULTS: The obtained data were tested using the independent t-test with a significance level of p < 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant effect between coated and uncoated acrylic-based SDL group that underwent thermocycling and in the silicone-based SDL group. The study showed that the hardness value was lower in both coated acrylic-based and silicone-based SDL groups compared to the non-coated group, so it can be concluded that the sealer coating is able to protect the hardness of SDL material against aging with a thermocycling simulation. The results also showed that there was a significant effect of thermocycling on the hardness of the material both in the coated acrylic-based SDL group, the uncoated acrylic-based SDL group, and the uncoated silicone-based SDL group. Study also showed that there was no significant effect of thermocycling in the coated silicone-based SDL group. CONCLUSION: Based on the results, it can be concluded that the use of sealer coating can maintain the hardness properties of both acrylic-based SDL and silicon-based self-polymerizing SDL so that it can increase the durability of SDL materials. However, the effect of sealer coating in protecting the hardness of SDL materials against aging was more evident in the silicone-based SDL group.

Investigaciones realizadas en las dos últimas décadas del siglo XX, han dado lugar a nuevas alternativas en el largo recorrido interpretativo del fenómeno peronista. Estas, fueron construidas por una nueva generación de historiadores que comenzó a trabajar en la reconstrucción del peronismo en las provincias argentinas, y permiten explicarlo en un contexto económico y social aún no marcado por la huella de la industrialización. Bajo estas nuevas interpretaciones ubicamos nuestra investigación, cuyo objetivo central ha sido estudiar las políticas públicas nacionales, provinciales, y en menor medida municipales durante el peronismo clásico (1946-1955), y su impacto en el desarrollo económico y social de los municipios mendocinos.

Metode Pembelajaran adalahsuatu cara yang digunakan pendidikdalam proses pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.Dalam penelitian ini, metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams-Games-Tournament) yang merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang melibatkan peran siswa dan mengandung unsur permainan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa SMA kelas X dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran TGT terhadap kemampuan menggunakan kosakata HSK 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran TGT yang diterapkan di kelas X MIA A memiliki rata-rata nilai 77.93, sedangkan kelas X MIA B yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional memiliki rata-rata nilai 64.66. Kata-kata kunci: metode Pembelajaran,TGT, prestasi belajar.

Knowledge advancement in the field of technology is often considered an advantage. Humans are living alongside the disadvantages. Dependency ontechnological inventions has brought humans to a threshold where technology goes beyond humanity. This occurrence thus possibly leads todehumanization. Two problems are proposed in this research: forms of mechanistic dehumanization and bad impacts of mechanistic dehumanization. The forms of mechanistic dehumanization focus on acts of human degradation while the bad impacts of mechanistic dehumanization focus on the human that represents machine and robot. Michel Foucault’s sociological theory is applied to reveal the problems proposed in this research. Two of Foucault’s concepts are considered appropriate to be utilized: Power and Knowledge and the Regime of Truth. Both concepts emphasize the practice of power imposed on the powerless and theacceptance by the powerless. The finding discloses that one who poses power and knowledge can produce laws that are imposed toward thepowerless and shape them as the powerful wish to obtain the benefit. The powerless ought to be submissive, obedient even accept the truth of lawsunconsciously. People in Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World show their unconscious acceptance of the Controller’s laws therefore they are treated and degraded as low as commodities to be made use of by the Controller. They become cold and rigid thus they show no distinction between humans and machines.

Glavni cilj ovog istraživačkog rada je ispitati utjecaj veličine nadzornog odbora i koncentracije vlasništva, kao mehanizama korporativnog upravljanja, na troškove agenta u velikim hrvatskim poduzećima. Uz to, ispituje se utjecaj financiranja dugom i stope rasta poduzeća, varijabli koje također mogu imati utjecaj na troškove agenta. Teorija agenta definira okvir za potencijalne probleme koji nastaju prilikom razdvajanja vlasništva i upravljanja, kao i za sukob između vlasnika (principala) i menadžera (agenta). Najznačajniji problem u navedenom odnosu su troškovi agenta, međutim, njih nije moguće izravno mjeriti; sukladno tome u ovom istraživanju autori su troškove agenta aproksimirali putem koeficijenta obrtaja ukupne imovine. Istraživački rad obuhvaća empirijsko testiranje utjecaja veličine nadzornog odbora, koncentracije vlasništva, financiranja dugom i stope rasta poduzeća na troškove agenta u promatranom razdoblju od 2014. do 2018. pomoću analize panel podataka. Istraživanje je provedeno na velikim hrvatskim poduzećima koristeći podatke i informacije iz službenih godišnjih financijskih izvješća kako bi se osigurala objektivnost i usporedivost podataka. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno 219 poduzeća koja posluju u sljedećim djelatnostima: prerađivačka industrija (C) i trgovina na veliko i na malo; popravak motornih vozila i motocikala (G) sukladno Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti. Rezultati analize identificirali su značajan i negativan utjecaj veličine nadzornog odbora na troškove agenta. Financiranje dugom i stopa rasta imaju značajan i negativan utjecaj na troškove agenta. Istraživanjem nije utvrđen značajan utjecaj koncentracija vlasništva na troškove agenta., The main objective of this research paper is to examine the impact of board size and ownership concentration, representing corporate governance mechanisms, on agency costs in large Croatian companies. Furthermore, debt financing and firm growth are examined because those variables also have impact on agency costs. Agency theory defines a framework for the potential issue of the separation of ownership and management as well as for the conflict between stakeholders (principals) and managers (agents). The most significant principal-agent problems are agency costs, but they do not have a directly quantifiable value; hence, in this research paper, the asset turnover ratio is used as the approximation. Therefore, this research will empirically test the significance of the impact of board size, ownership concentration, debt financing and firm growth on agency cost in the observed period from 2014 to 2018 using panel data analysis. This research was conducted with large Croatian companies using data and information from official annual accounts primarily to ensure objectivity, standardization and comparability. Specifically, the analysis was conducted on 219 companies operating in two main categories of economic activity: Manufacturing (C) and Wholesale and retail trade (G). The results indicate that board size has a significant but negative impact on agency costs. The results also indicate that debt and growth have a significant and negative impact on agency costs. Ownership concentration was not found to have significant impact.

This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, Firm Size and Working Capital Turnover Against Profitability (ROA). This study uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all Wholesale and Retail trade companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and continuously published financial reports in 2013-2017. Based on the purposive sampling method, the samples obtained were 20 companies for each year in the period 2013-2017, so that the data obtained were 100 observation data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study state that partially the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Firm size, and working capital turnover have an effect on profitability (ROA).

Razvili smo dvostruko video snimanje flore i faune s ZRGB kamerom u vizualnom i infracrvenom spektru. U članku se pokazuju se sličnosti i razlike apsorpcije svjetla s materije, objekta u pokretu. Potvrđene su teze o jednakosti apsorpcije bliske infracrvene radijacije (NIR) u cijeloj flori s izuzetkom kore drveća. Sve latice cvijeća i listova odbijaju infracrvenu zraku. Nasuprot, koža i dlaka životinja različito apsorbira NIR i svaki njihov dio ima svoju vlastitu Z vrijednost. U fauni postoji korelacija refleksije svjetla između vizualne i infracrvene apsorpcije. Video ZRGB kamera omogućuje promatranje kretanja u „kameleonskom svijetu“ kroz „Z-kontrast“ i „RGB-kontrast“ sa dvostrukim istovremenim snimanjem. Postavljaju se novi postupci odgonetavanja i sakrivanja u flori i fauni. U članku su dati načini mjerenja Z vrijednosti postignuti s ZRGB kamerom u video modu. Razlika vizualne i infracrvene apsorpcije svjetla na flori i fauni proširuje projektiranje sustava kamuflaže u kretanju.

Objectives:To describe the clinical, radiologic, cytologic and histologic features of a case of mammary pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH). Materials and Methods:The authors reviewed the clinical, radiologic, cytologic and histologic results in a case of PASH in 31-year old, nonpregnant woman presented with a painless nodule in left breast.The findings were compared with those in the literature. Results: Clinicaly PASH is indistinguishable from a fibroadenoma. Sonographic findings included ovoid, cirscumscribed, hipoechoic solid mass which is similar to fibroadenoma. Fine needle aspiration cytology was performed under sonographic guidance and the cytologic features were consistent with atypical fibroadenoma. The mass was surgicaly excised. Histologic analyses was performed and a diagnosis of PASH was made. Conclusion: A definitive diagnosis of a PASH is unlikely on the basis of the cytologic examination alone. To confirm the diagnosis of a PASH a biopsy is required. PASH needs to be distinguished from low-grade angiosarcoma and some borderline lesions which often have a similar cytologic appearance. Management of PASH is similar as for fibroadenoma – periodic mammographic and sonographic surveillance or surgical excision.

In this paper, we report the first demonstration of In0.53Ga0.47As n-channel metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistors (n-MOSFETs) with a shallow metallic source/drain extension (SDE) and offset n+ regions for leakage suppression. A SDE-last process flow was developed, i.e., the Ni–InGaAs metallic SDE was formed last, after formation of n+ doped source/drain (S/D) regions. The n+ S/D regions were offset from the gate edge with the use of sacrificial spacers. After spacer removal, self-aligned highly-abrupt Ni–InGaAs SDE was formed. Junction leakage between drain and body was effectively suppressed by ∼40 times by the n+ S/D regions.
