1. PENGEMBANGAN LKPD BERBASIS PENDEKATAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) DENGAN KONTEN NILAI ISLAM MATERI HIMPUNAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan LKPD berbasis CTL kelas VII MTs yang valid, praktis serta memiliki efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar. LKPD berbasis CTL ini dikembangkan dengan mengaitkan konten nilai Islam pada salah satu ayat Al-Qur’an yang relevan dengan materi himpunan. Dua tahap besar penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu : (1) Preliminary, dan (2) Formative Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII MTs Etika Estetika Semuntul sebanyak 23 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan walkthrough, dokumentasi dan tes. Analisis data berupa analisis produk LKPD dengan melihat hasil walkthrough dan dokumentasi tahap one to one, expert review serta small group,dan analisis data tes diperoleh dari tahap field test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis produk, diperoleh LKPD yang valid dan praktis. Valid terlihat dari hasil penilaian pakar (validator) isi/ konten (sesuai CTL dan konten nilai Islam), pakar konstruk (sesuai karakteristik LKPD), dan pakar bahasa (sesuai PEUBI). Praktis dilihat dari hasil penilaian peserta didik pada uji coba small group dimana peserta didik menyatakan LKPD yang diberikan mudah dipahami. Efek potensial dilihat dari hasil tes evaluasi. Berdasarkan analisis data tes, rata-rata nilai peserta didik yaitu 84,78%, menunjukkan hasil belajar peserta didik tergolong kategori baik. Sehingga disimpulkan LKPD yang telah dikembangkan memiliki efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik This study aims to produce a CTL-based LKPD for class VII MTs that is valid, practical and has a potential effect on learning outcomes. This CTL-based LKPD was developed by linking the content of Islamic values to one of the verses of the Qur'an that is relevant to the set material. The two major stages of this development research are: (1) Preliminary, and (2) Formative Evaluation. The research subjects were 23 students of class VII MTs Aesthetics Ethics Semuntul. Data collection by walkthrough, documentation and tests. Data analysis is in the form of LKPD product analysis by looking at the walkthrough and documentation of the one to one stage, expert review and small group, and analysis of test data obtained from the field test stage. Based on the results of product analysis, obtained valid and practical LKPD. Validity can be seen from the results of expert assessments (validators) of content (according to CTL and Islamic value content), construct experts (according to LKPD characteristics), and language experts (according to PEUBI). Practically seen from the results of student assessments in small group trials where students stated that the LKPD given was easy to understand. The potential effect is seen from the results of the evaluation test. Based on the analysis of test data, the average score of students is 84.78%, indicating that the learning outcomes of students are classified as good category. So it can be concluded that the LKPD that has been developed has a potential effect on student learning outcomes

2. Islamic/Arabic names and their implications for cultural identity in Ghana

Abstract

This paper examines the implications of Islamic-naming and cultural identity from a multi-cultural perspective, using someGhanaian experiences. This exploration is rooted in the contemporary social and religious transformation in the Ghanaian,particularly, Muslim societies. The activities of Muslim revivalists, who have sought to Islamise African societies at the expense of the indigenous culture and heritage, question the future of the African traditional worldview and heritage. More so, the rapid spread of Western education is accelerating the pace of globalisation, leading to further Westernisation of Muslim societies. Undoubtedly, the youth of today see themselves, more than ever before, as part of a new world order that is at variance with their indigenous traditions and values. This study explores how a Muslim could maintain an Islamic identity without an Arabic name, the cultural value of a name, and the role of cultural diversity with respect to names in Islam. Analysis of scriptural texts such as the Qur’an, Hadith, historical sources, and oral interviews revealed that the philosophy and process of naming new-born children in Ghanaian, particularly, Akan settings are not different from Islamic processes and motives of naming. The study also argues that the supposed “Islamic” names are more of Arabised racial identities which predate the advent of Islam. Thus, we conclude that, technically, “Islamic” names do not necessarily need to be in Arabic, but even when they do, they may still portray deep indigenous philosophical and religious beliefs.&nbsp

Abstract

В статье исследуется отражение коранических мотивов в современной татарской драматургии. Обратившись к изучению пьес Т. Миннулина, З. Хакима, Г. Каюмова, Р. Зайдуллы и др., автор выявляет направления поисков в драматургии, определяет разнообразие тематики и мотивов, раскрывает богатство применяемых художественных приемов и изобразительных средств. Посредством анализа текстов раскрываются отношение героев к религии, природа распространения коранических мотивов и их связь с основной идеей произведения. Путем синтезирования жанров, опираясь на образы, символы, художественные детали, драматурги добиваются оценки действий и поступков героев, а на основе этого приходят и к раскрытию основной идеи пьесы. Все вышесказанное позволяет говорить об идейно-эстетических поисках авторов и о возможности определить пути развития драматургии в будущем., The article studies the reflection of the Quranic motives in the contemporary Tatar drama. Turning to the study of the plays by T. Minnulin, Z. Khakim, G. Kayumov, R. Zaidulla and others, the author identifies directions of search in drama, defines the variety of themes and motives, and reveals the richness of applied artistic techniques and art tools. The analysis of the texts helps to reveal the characters’ attitude to religion, the circulation nature of the Quranic motives and their connection with the main idea of the work. By synthesizing genres, relying on images, symbols, artistic details, the playwrights achieve an assessment of the actions and deeds of the characters, and on this basis they come to the disclosure of the main idea of the play. All of the above lets the researchers talk about the authors’ ideological and aesthetic search and the possibility to define ways of developing drama in the future.
