The role of psychology in sports is very much needed in achievement sports, especially archery, where many athletes often experience psychological problems during championships or during training sessions. The purpose of this study is to discuss the knowledge structure or factors that influence decisions/actions in archery athletes, using the context review analysis method cited from relevant research results. Reviews in this study examine the results of pre-existing research cited from international journals such as PubMed, Springer, ScienceDirect and Journals from various universities in Indonesia. The results of this study found that there are several factors that can indeed be studied and can influence decisions/actions in archery athletes that can be used and added to team/club training programs to overcome psychological problems experienced by athletes. In conclusion, there are six main factors that influence the decision/action of athletes. It is hoped that these main factors can be applied to athlete training programs as support for performance when practicing or during competition.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga Finswimming di Pemusatan Latihan Cabang (Puslatcab) Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui observasi, angket, wawancara dan data dokumentasi kepada atlet dan pelatih Finswimming Puslatcab Kabupaten Pasuruan serta pengurus Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kabupaten Pasuruan Bidang Pembinaan Prestasi (Binpres). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif Mix Methods atau analasis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga Finswimming Puslatcab Kabupaten Pasuruan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Konteks evaluasi sudah berjalan sangat baik, dari sisi input sudah baik, dari sisi proses sudah berjalan sangat baik dan dari sisi produk hasil prestasi atlet-atlet Finswimming Puslatcab Kabupaten Pasuruan sudah sangat baik dapat dilihat dari hasil data dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih sebelumnya.

Kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan program latihan fisik cabang olahraga bagi pelatih di Kabupaten Probolinggo ini bertujuan untuk membekali para pelatih cabang olahraga di Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam menyusun program latihan fisik untuk persiapan dalam menghadapi Pekan Olahraga Provinsi Jawa Timur (PORPROV) tahun 2023. Metode pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan secara luring dengan tahapan persiapan dan survey lokasi pelatihan, koordinasi dengan Koni Kabupaten Probolinggo, penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan finalisasi dan koordinasi penyelenggaraan program, penyiapan dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam kegiatan pelatihan, pelaksaanaan kegiatan selama 2 hari dan rencana tindak lanjut. hasil evaluasi melalui kuesioner kepuasan peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan didapatkan hasil bahwa dari nilai maksimal 5, secara materi mendapatkan nilai 3,41, narasumber 4,03 dan fasilitas yang diberikan mendapat nilai 3,02. Output yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah kemampuan pelatih dalam menyusun program latihan fisik dalam menyiapkan atletnya khususnya untuk Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (PORPROV) Jawa Timur 2023.

This study aims to determine how many variables of physical test items are dominant and effectively used in the sport of muaythai regional training center of east java 100. This type of research is quantitative with a development research approach. This research was conducted in 3 stages, namely stage I tabulating the test items that have been determined by the team of East Java experts, stage II processing data and reducing test items that do not meet statistical prerequisites, stage III factor analysis of all test items that meet statistical prerequisites. . The data is processed using the application (SPSS, in stage I all the results of the physical tests totaling 16 test items are entered into SPSS and processed by factor analysis, there are two variables reduced and not included in the next factor rotation, stage II thetest is carried out. Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling (KMO) the result is 0.640> 0.5 with the results of the barletts test 201.084 with a significance of 0.000, there is 1 variable with MSA

The purpose of this research is to describe the physical condition differences between female athletes indoor hockey of East Java Team and National Team. Data sampling is taken from 12 female athletes indoor hockey of PON 2016 with age range 17-28 years old and 12 athletes of indoor hockey of Indonesia’s National Team at SEA Games 2017 with age range 19-28 years old for comparison. Physical condition that measured is VO2max to represent endurance, abdominal muscle strength, speed and flexibility. Obtained data is then analyzed using SPSS. VO2max of East Java Team is (39.54±4.18) ml/kg/minute and for National Team is (43.43±7.59) ml/kg/minute (ρ=0.14). For abdominal muscle strength, East Java Team has (41.50±7.01) kg and National Team has (51.83±3.32) kg (ρ=0.00). For Speed, East Java Team has (3.59±0.30) second and National Team has (3.94±0.38) second (ρ=0.51). For Flexibility, East Java Team has (23.75±5.10) cm and National Team has (29.50±4.91) cm (ρ=0.01). From these data we can conclude that East Java Team physical condition is under National Team and it has significant differences at flexibility and abdominal muscle strength. Furthermore, optimal interventions are needed to improve both of those physical conditions.Keywords: hockey, endurance, flexibility, strength, speed

This study is aimed to identify running, jogging and walking activities of female athletes in every indoor hockey. It is done by calculating the overall average running, jogging and walking activities for female athletes who compete in three matches. This study is also purposed to determine the distance from each activity of running, jogging and walking so that coaches can get the parameters in preparing the training program. In this study, the researcher considered quantitative research as the design. To collect the data, the researcher utilized a descriptive approach to analyze the video match of the East Java women’s hockey team in the 2016 National multi-event championship. Based on the result, it is explained that the athlete’s average running, jogging and walking activities are 3365.92 m with an average run of 1306.92 m, the average jogging is 535.06 m and the average walking is 523.94 m. The conclusion of this study is the most dominant running activity is 55.24%, while running and walking are almost as big as 22.62% and 22.14%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan wall squat dan lungs terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan dolphin kick saat under water pada renang gaya bebas 50 meter. Desain penelitian pada penelitian berikut adalah ekperiment semu ( quasi experiment ). Rancangan penelitian ini memakai Non-Randomized Control Group Pre Test-Post Test Design. Program latihan wall squat dan lunges dilakukan selama 6 minggu dengan intensitas 40% - 60% dan meningkat sesuai program setiap 2 minggu sekali dengan jumlah set sebanyak 3 set, waktu istirahat selama 1 – 2 menit antar set. Berdasarkan uji LSD menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan wall squat lebih meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan dolphin kick daripada pelatihan lungs dan eklompok kontrol. Pelatihan wall squat adalah pelatihan yang efektif guna meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan dolphin kick saat under water renang 50 meter gaya bebas.
