Unlabelled: THE AIM OF INVESTIGATION: To study the effect of schemes second line quadruple therapy on the state of gastric mucosal barrier and NO formation in experimental ulcer., Material and Methods: The study included 60 white male rats weighing 150-190 gr, mixed population. The effect of the standard second-line regimens on the content of the fractions of insoluble glycoproteins, on indicators of NO formation and anaerobic glycolysis in gastric mucosal tissue in experimental ulcer., Results: Quadruple therapy consisting of omeprazole, de-nol, amoxicillin and tetracycline stimulates mechanisms of protective barrier, which has a positive effect on the mechanisms of NO formation. Scheme with omeprazole, de-nol, tetracycline and metronidazole inhibits the synthesis of mucosal barrier, the key mechanisms of NO formation., Conclusion: In the plan of correction of mechanisms of cytoprotection in the gastric mucosal tissue quadruple therapy with omeprazole, de ethanol, amoxicillin, and tetracycline is considered to be effective.

The influence of components and some schemata of antiulcerous therapy on content and activity of monooxigenase system's enzymes in mucous membrane of stomach are studied on the model of experimental stomach ulcer in rats. It is established, that among components of antiulcerous therapy such as omeprazole, clarithromycin and metronidazole inhibit content and activity of MOS enzymes. Tinidazol, amoxicillin and azithromycin do not affect the function of MOS. Rifampicin and pantoprazole induce enzyme system of monooxigenase. In triple therapy with omeprazole, clarithromycin and metronidazole the inhibit effect of preparations to system of MOS is exponentiated and it leads to suppression of mucous cytoprotaction of gastro duodenal zone. Triple therapy of ulcerous disease with pantoprazole, rifampicin and azithromycin is effective planning to stimulate defense mechanisms of the organism.

The efficacy of omeprasol and pantoprasol was studied during treatment of gastropathy induced by non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs. It was found that in treatment of gastropathy the pantoprasol seems to be more effective than omeprasol. Pantoprasol was more active for shortening the time of clinical symptoms disappearance, improves the state of the gastric mucous barrier and inreases the rate of gastroduodenal lesion healing.

75% of patients systematically taking over the period of 6 weeks nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have their mucous of gastrointestinal tract pathologically changed. This process is called induced NSAID gastropathy. Inhibitors of angiotensin converting enzyme (I-ACE) seems to have gastroprotective effect by enhancing level of endogenous prostaglandins. Besides, an application of I-ACE reduces angiotensin II formation and activates renin-kallicrein-kinin system resulting in nitrogen oxide formation that is in its turn an important component of reparative process of mucous of gastrointestinal tract.

It was shown on an experimental model of chronic gastric ulcer in rats that administration of microsomal oxidation inductors benzonal (benzobarbital) and phenobarbital in a dose of 50 mg/kg for 10 days significantly increases the content of cytochrome P-450 in the gastric mucosa. The increased content of P-450 promotes stimulation of the synthesis of mucosal barrier glycoproteins. The cytoprotective effect of famotidine in a dose of 100 mg/kg and sucralfate in a dose of 400 mg/kg proved to be much weaker than that of the inductors.
