Ett varumärke påverkar alla delar av ett företag och kan behöva uppdateras för att behålla sin relevans och konkurrenskraft. Rebranding är ett viktigt verktyg för att modernisera varumärken, men innebär risker och problem. Syftet med studien är att undersöka risker och problem som uppstår, i vilka faser dessa uppstår och varför, samt hur varumärkeskonsulter hanterar dessa. Empirin samlades in genom sex semistrukturerade intervjuer med varumärkeskonsulter samt genom sekundärdata. Empirin visar att problem och risker uppstår i alla faser av en rebranding. Slutsatsen är att digitaliseringen har ökat komplexiteten i alla faser, vilket ger upphov till nya risker och problem för företag att hantera. Genom varumärkeskonsulter kan företag minska risker och problem. Uppsatsen ger läsaren insikter i vikten av att företag fokuserar sina resurser i rebrandingens inledande fas. Slutligen är det viktigt att motivera och förankra förändringen internt för att minska motstånd och öka varumärkets enhetlighet.

Aim: Studies examining the long-term effects of neonatal music interventions on the cognition of children born preterm are scarce. We investigated whether a parental singing intervention before term age improves cognitive and language skills in preterm-born children.Methods: In this longitudinal, two-country Singing Kangaroo, randomised controlled trial, 74 preterm infants were allocated to a singing intervention or control group. A certified music therapist supported parents of 48 infants in the intervention group to sing or hum during daily skin-to-skin care (Kangaroo care) from neonatal care until term age. Parents of 26 infants in the control group conducted standard Kangaroo care. At 2-3 years of corrected age, the cognitive and language skills were assessed with the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development, Third Edition.Results: There were no significant differences in cognitive and language skills between the intervention and control groups at the follow-up. Bacteria adapting to living in a host cell caused the most salient events in the evolution of eukaryotes, namely the seminal fusion with an archaeon, and the emergence of both mitochondrion and chloroplast. A bacterial clade that may hold the key to understanding these events is the deep-branching gammaproteobacterial order Legionellales—containing among others Coxiella and Legionella—of which all known members grow inside eukaryotic cells. Here, by analyzing 35 novel Legionellales genomes mainly acquired through metagenomics, we show that this group is much more diverse than previously thought, and that key host-adaptation events took place very early in its evolution. Crucial virulence factors like the Type IVB secretion (Dot/Icm) system and two shared effector proteins were gained in the last Legionellales common ancestor (LLCA). Many metabolic gene families were lost in LLCA and its immediate descendants, including functions directly and indirectly related to molybdenum metabolism. On the other hand, genome sizes increased in the ancestors of the Legionella genus. We estimate that LLCA lived approximately 1.89 Ga, probably predating the last eukaryotic common ancestor by approximately 0.4–1.0 Gy. These elements strongly indicate that host adaptation arose only once in Legionellales, and that these bacteria were using advanced molecular machinery to exploit and manipulate host cells early in eukaryogenesis.

Working with sustainability is becoming more and more important for companies, since thedemands in this area are constantly increasing. To communicate this work through reports, isbecoming a mandatory activity that companies are expected to do. The existing research withinthe area of CSR is broad and much is happening in a short time, which makes this an area thatalways has the need for further investigation. Therefore, it is of interest to explore how thecompanies are viewing the concept CSR and their thoughts about this more including proposal.The purpose of this study is to investigate how SMEs today interpret the concept CSR. Further,this study will consider how SMEs communicate their CSR work and their view on the new EUdirective, regarding the CSR reporting, its impact and necessity.To give an understanding of the concept CSR, its definition and what it can mean for companies,are presented by previous research. Also, how CSR work can be communicated. This study hasconducted semi-structured interviews with six different companies to be able to get a picture ofhow companies today view the concept of CSR, sustainability, and its reporting requirements.The findings show that companies work with several perspectives on sustainability to meet theirstakeholders’ requirements. Also, the perspectives are prioritized in different orders.Conclusions are drawn that CSR is not a widespread concept in Sweden. The term sustainabilityis more commonly used. The overall view of sustainability is to give back to the society in oneway or another. It was raised several times during the interviews that it often could be hard tovisualize the social sustainability. Which contribute to an interesting part to further researchhow this could be made.It is also stated that companies always want to do more, but the majority of companies miss theresources, people, and competence for this. As the human auditory system is highly malleable in infancy, perinatal risk factors, such as preterm birth, may affect auditory development. In comparison to healthy full-term infants, preterm infants show abnormal auditory brain responses at term age, which may have long-term detrimental outcomes. To achieve an optimal neonatal care environment for preterm-born infants, many early interventions have been developed. Musical interventions developed for neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) have shown beneficial effects on vital functions and weight gain of preterm infants and might also influence basic auditory processing and thereby enhance outcomes. In the present study, we tested the effect of parental singing during kangaroo care on auditory processing of standardized audio stimuli. Preterm infants (born between 24 and 32 weeks of gestation) were randomized to singing intervention (n = 13) or control (n = 8) groups. The auditory processing was tested using two audio paradigms assessed with magnetoencephalography (MEG) at term corresponding age. To verify that the paradigms elicit responses in MEG, we studied 12 healthy full-term infants. In the singing intervention group, parents were instructed by a music therapist twice a week for 4 weeks to sing or hum during kangaroo care in an infant-directed way. The control group received standard kangaroo care. The results show that the infants in the singing intervention group show larger neural responses than those in the control group when controlling for the total amount of singing during kangaroo care. Our findings suggest that incorporating singing into kangaroo care may be beneficial for preterm infants, but the effect may not be due to exposure to singing but instead positive parenting, improved parental self-esteem and improved caregiver sensitivity.
