Tilapia is a kind of fish with a huge amount of aquaculture, and a lot of byproducts are wasted in processing. Of these, fish skin is the most valued due to its high content of gelatin, which has good characteristics such as low hypoallergenic, biocompatibility, and permeability. In this study, a novel pentapeptide (Leu‐Ser‐Gly‐Tyr‐Gly, LYG) was isolated from gelatin gastrointestinal digests of tilapia skin and verified the anti‐inflammatory and antiangiogenic activity of LYG, which can inhibit scar formation. In addition, the active sites were analyzed using molecular docking. The key active amino acids Leu and Tyr of LYG were able to form hydrogen bonds and good hydrophobic structures with transforming growth factor β1 (TGF‐β1). Hyperplastic scar (HS) is a common fibrous proliferative disorder of the skin, and fibrosis is the process of scar formation. It is well known that the inhibition of collagen and angiogenesis is an effective way to combat HS. The results of this study show that LYG inhibited collagen synthesis and inflammatory stress in mouse fibroblasts (L929), suppressed the angiogenic signaling pathway in vascular endothelial cells (HUVECs), and reduced scar formation after wound healing in mice. In this paper, the effect of a buffer layer created using different hydrogen-containing ratios of reactive gas on the electrical properties of a top-gate In-Ga-Zn-O thin-film transistor was thoroughly investigated. The interface roughness between the buffer layer and active layer was characterized using atomic force microscopy and X-ray reflection. The results obtained using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy show that the hydrogen content of the buffer layer increases with the increase in the hydrogen content of the reaction gas. With the increase in the hydrogen-containing materials in the reactive gas, field effect mobility and negative bias illumination stress stability improve nearly twofold. Nanhaia speciosas J. Compton & Schrire (the name Nanhaia speciosas J. Compton & Schrire has been accepted by the World Checklist of Vascular Plants https://www.worldfloraonline.org/taxon/wfo-0001444004) is a traditional Zhuang medicine that have been widely used for centuries. It has been used in the treatment of lung inflammation, tuberculosis, rheumatic pain, lumbar muscle strain, and various other ailments, such as chronic hepatitis, menoxenia, leukorrhea, and injuries. In addition, N. speciosa has also been used to treat acute lung injury (ALI). The objective of this study was to conduct a comparative analysis of the effects of various constituents present in N. speciosas extract (NSE) on ALI and the related mechanisms while also elucidating the potential active monomeric components. NSE was extracted using an AB-8 macroporous resin column, and five fractions (Fr. 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 95%) were obtained. The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant capacities of the five fractions were evaluated in an A549 cell-based in vitro model, with the aim of evaluating their potential therapeutic effects. The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant capacities of NSE were assessed in a murine model of ALI induced by intratracheal injection of LPS. We utilized an in vitro model to analyse the critical molecular mechanisms through which NSE ameliorates ALI. The chemical composition of the optimal fraction was analysed and confirmed using UHPLC/MS. Different fractions (especially Fr. 75%) significantly reduced inflammation and oxidative stress in A549 cells. Fr.75% abrogated LPS-induced pathological alterations and decreased the lung W/D ratio, total protein concentration in BALF, and the levels of the proinflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β. Moreover, Fr.75% reduced MPO and MDA concentrations and elevated SOD and GSH concentrations in pulmonary tissues. Additionally, it decreased the pulmonary tissue inflammation caused by LPS by downregulating the expression of p-NF-κB p65 and upregulating the expression of Nrf2, AQP1 and AQP5. Fr. 75% decreased p-NF-κB p65 protein levels; increased Keap1, Nrf2, HO-1, NQO1, AQP1 and AQP5 protein levels; and promoted the entry of Nrf2 into the nucleus. After UHPLC/MS analysis was conducted, the flavonoid Maackiain was determined to potentially play a pivotal role in this process. Fr.75% alleviates ALI by regulating the NF-κB/Nrf2/AQPs signalling pathway. The flavonoid Maackiain may also play an important role in this process. Objective: To develop a method for elucidating " chromatography-efficacy" relation of the extract of Zanthoxylum nitidum on the gastric cancer cells., Method: After obtaining the tumor inhibition rate and fingerprint peak data through MTT and HPLC, "chromatography-efficacy" relation was established by an appropriate statistical method., Result: The gastric cancer "chromatography-efficacy" relation of Z. nitidum was established by step-back technique., Conclusion: The "chromatography-efficacy" relation has statistically significant and practical significance, so it has reference value in some way.

Objective: To study the metabolism of mangiferin by human intestinal bacteria in vitro., Method: Human intestinal bacteria and mangiferin were incubated under anaerobic conditions in vitro. The metabolite was separated and purified by D101 macroporous resin column and preparation high performance liquid chromatography, and its structure was identified by MS and NMR., Result: After 12 h incubation with human intestinal bacteria, the content of mangiferin metabolite reached the maximum, and it was determined as 1, 3, 6, 7-tetrahydroxyxanthen by MS and NMR., Conclusion: Mangiferin can be metabolized in vitro by human intestinal bacteria into its aglycone (1, 3, 6, 7-tetrahydroxyxanthen).

Objective: A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed to determine the concentration of nitidine chloride in plasma and successfully applied to study pharmacokinetics after i.v. administration in rabbits., Method: Twelve rabbits, randomized into 2 groups , were given i.v. at the dose of 4, 6 mg x kg(-1) respectively. Chloramphenicol was used as an internal standard. Nitidine chloride was extracted from plasma with ion pair reagent, and was determined by HPLC., Result: The calibration curves of nitidine chloride was linear in the range of 0.03-2.04 mg x L(-1). Its recoveries were more than 95%, intra-day and inter-day precisions were lower than 6%. The concentration-time curve of nitidine chloride in rabbits after i.v. of 4 and 6 mg x kg(-1) were shown to fit a two-compartment model, the main pharmacokinetic parameters showed no significant difference between the low and high dosage, and the AUC values are directly relative to doses. T1/2alpha were (5.46 +/- 0.89), (4.76 +/- 0.33) min respectively, T1/2beta were (263.33 +/- 16.4), (274.71 +/- 16.52) min respectively, AUC were (46.56 +/- 1.80), (69.19 +/- 2.30) microg x min(-1) x mL(-1) respectively., Conclusion: It is first time to establish the HPLC method to determine the concentration of nitidine chloride in rabbits plasma. The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is first time to study the pharmacokinetic characters of nitidine chloride in rabbits after i.v. administration, the elimination of nitidine chloride is linear pharmacokinetics.
