An epidemic of new coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) has emerged in China since December 2019. WHO declared it as a pandemic on March 2020 as it has spread worldwide. Several cases among neonate were observed with rst reported 36 hours after birth. Due to the possibility of the infection and the immature immune system of the neonate there should be preventive and control measures at Neonatal Intensive Care Units. According to WHO guideline and other published articles in COVID-19 in infants and neonate a technical working group including community physician and Pediatricians has put measures for clinical management, prevention and control of COVID-19 in neonates.

تعدّ الأزمة سمة من سمات الحياة المعاصرة، إذ إنّها واقع حتميّ يعترض الأفراد في حياتهم، قد يختلف الأفراد ويتنوعون في استخدامهم لإدارة الأزمة التي تعترضهم، فمنهم من أصقلت خبراته ومكنّته مهاراته وتجاربه العديدة من اتباع طرق واستراتيجيات ( فعّالة)، تساعده في تخطي أية أزمة تعترضه، إذ تعتمد طرق إدارة الأزمة على شخصية الفرد ذاته. فقد جاء البحث الحالي هادفاً إلى قياس التوجه إدارة الأزمة لدى المدراء في وزارتي الدفاع والداخلية ومعرفة أيّ الأساليب للتعامل في حل الأزمات. وتحقيقاً لذلك قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياساً لإدارة الأزمة، اعتماداً على نظرية موس(Moos) التي عرفها:" بأنها توظيف الفرد لاستراتيجياته التكيفية مع الموقف الضاغط حتى يعيد اتزانه النفسي والاجتماعي"((Moss,1990,p.234، فضلاً عن توجيه سؤال استطلاعي إلى العينة. وتم صياغة (18) موقفا يعبر عن الأزمة التي يمر بها المدراء في دوائرهم وأمام كل موقف ثلاثة أساليب للتعامل معها (معّرفي، سلوكي، تجنبي). وتحقّقت الباحثة من صدق قياسها بمؤشرين هما الصدق الظاهري من خلال عرض فقرات المقياس باستبانة على (14) محكماً في القياس النفسي وعلم النفس، وبناءً على آرائهم تم تعديل فقرات المقياس، وبمؤشر صدق البناء من خلال ارتباط درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية، وارتباط درجة الفقرة للمكون السلوكي الذي تنتمي إليه، وتحقّقت الباحثة من ثبات المقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار وبلغ متوسطه (0.49) لمقياس إدارة الأزمة. وبعد التحقق من دقة الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة البحث وفقراتها، طبق أداة البحث على عينة البحث الأساسية والبالغة (300) مدير، وحللت البيانات باستعمال الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(spss) وأظهرت النتائج مايأتي: - .1 يتبع المدراء أسلوبين في إدارة الأزمة هما (المعّرفي والسلوكي) مقارنة بالأسلوب(التجنبي). .2 يتبع المدراء الأسلوبين المعّرفي والسلوكي في إدارة الأزمة.

The automatic liquid filling system is used in different applications such as production of detergents, liquid soaps, fruit juices, milk products, bottled water, etc. The automatic bottle filling system is highly expensive. Where, the common filling systems required to complex changes in hardware and software in order to modify volume of liquid. There are many important variables in the filling process such as volume of liquid, the filling time, etc. This paper presents a new approach to develop an automatic liquid filling system. The new proposed system consists of a conveyor subsystem, filling stations, and camera to detect the level of the liquid at any instant during the filling process. The camera can detect accurately the level of liquid based on the imaging process technique (Edge Detection Approach). In order to achieve the aim of this work, Arduino board is used as the controller unit in the automatic operation of developed filling system. The developed automatic liquid filling system is designed to be not expensive compared to the other available filling systems on the markets. The system is also easy to operate and user-friendly,where only simple steps are required to operate the filling system or modify the working condition.It was found, based on results, that the Prewitt edge detection is the optimal method that should be applied to obtain high accuracy of results and quick response of developed system.

The efficiency of gas injection for developing terrigenous deposits within a multilayer producing object is investigated in this article. According to the results of measurements of the 3D hydrodynamic compositional model, an assessment of the oil recovery factor was made. In the studied conditions, re-injection of the associated gas was found to be the most technologically efficient working agent. The factors contributing to the inefficacy of traditional methods of stimulating oil production such as multistage hydraulic fracturing when used to develop low-permeability reservoirs have been analyzed. The factors contributing to the inefficiency of traditional oil-production stimulation methods, such as multistage hydraulic fracturing, have been analysed when they are applied to low-permeability reservoirs. The use of a gas of various compositions is found to be more effective as a working agent for reservoirs with permeability less than 0.005 µm2. Ultimately, the selection of an agent for injection into the reservoir should be driven by the criteria that allow assessing the applicability of the method under specific geological and physical conditions. In multilayer production objects, gas injection efficiency is influenced by a number of factors, in addition to displacement, including the ratio of gas volumes, the degree to which pressure is maintained in each reservoir, as well as how the well is operated. With the increase in production rate from 60 to 90 m3 / day during the re-injection of produced hydrocarbon gas, this study found that the oil recovery factor increased from 0.190 to 0.229. The further increase in flow rate to 150 m3 / day, however, led to a faster gas breakthrough, a decrease in the amount of oil produced, and a decrease in the oil recovery factor to 0.19 Based on the results of the research, methods for stimulating the formation of low-permeability reservoirs were ranked based on their efficacy.

A great development has been appeared in wireless technologies and location based services and especially with appearance of open android operating system. In outdoor environments, Global Positioning System (GPS) can be used to get the position of smartphone users but GPS receiver is mostly inefficient in indoor environments. In this paper, several positioning systems have been reviewed which are used different technologies such as WLAN networks, cellular networks, infrared and ultrasound based system. Many comparison metrics between positioning techniques have been mentioned such as measurement type, accuracy, coverage, line of sight or non-line of sight, affected by multipath and cost and the best technique can be obtained through these metrics.

The synthesis of novel macrocyclic N-bis-imidazolium-bis-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) with rigid and constrained structures to improve the stability of their transition metal coordination complexes in order to obtain efficient photosensitizers is reported. Two pathways have been developed for the preparation of coronocarbenes (L1-L3) containing bipyridine or bithiazole groups. Flexible hemi-macrocycles with potential as clipcarbenes (L1″-L3″) are also described. The crystal structures of ligands L1 and L3 are detailed and the preliminary biological evaluation of L1-L3 is presented.

Experimental determination of the physical properties of rocks under conditions simulating in situ reservoir conditions is of great importance both for the calculation of reserves and for the interpretation of well logging data. In addition, it is also important for the preparation of hydrocarbon field development projects. The study of the processes of changes in the petrophysical properties of the reservoir under controlled conditions allows not only to determine their reliability but also to evaluate the dynamics of these changes depending on the temperature and pressure conditions of the reservoir and the water saturation of the rocks. In this work, an evaluation of the dependence of the physical properties of hydrocarbon reservoirs on their water saturation (Sw) was carried out. Residual water saturation (Swr) was created in the rocks and the properties of these rocks were compared at the states of partial (25 %) and complete water saturation (100 %). The changes in petrophysical parameters of partially water saturated rocks during the increase in effective pressure were studied and estimates of these changes were obtained. The results showed that when the effective pressure is increased, the Swr increases by an average of 6 % compared to atmospheric conditions. This is accompanied by an increase in the velocity of longitudinal (by 51.9 % on average) and lateral waves (by 37.1 % on average). As residual water saturation increases, effective permeability decreases for both standard and reservoir conditions, with, gas permeability decreasing for both dry samples (by 23 % on average) and samples with residual water saturation (effective permeability decreases by 27 % on average). BackgroundThe World Health Organization and United Nations Children's Fund launched the Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) to encourage best infant breastfeeding practices immediately after birth. In Lebanon, few hospitals are currently accredited as Baby Friendly.AimTo assess the knowledge of Lebanese women of BFHI steps, and to explore their attitudes towards Baby Friendly Hospitals, Skin-to-Skin Contact and Kangaroo Care practices.MethodsA cross-sectional survey of a random sample of healthy pregnant women from Lebanon's six governorates.ResultsThe mean (SD) age of the participants (N = 517) was 28.6 (4.7) years. Most participants were unfamiliar with the terms Baby Friendly hospital (93.7%), skin-to-skin contact or kangaroo care (75%), or were inadequately instructed on how to initiate (54.2%) or continue (46.2%) breastfeeding. However, when provided with information about the benefits of BFHI practices, most mothers (> 90%) stated that they would deliver in Baby Friendly hospitals. About 68.4% of mothers refused to give donor human milk to their sick premature infants because of religious beliefs. Knowledge of Baby Friendly hospitals was significantly associated with university education (p = 0.029), higher monthly income (p = 0.042), and previous experiences of skin-to-skin contact (pConclusionThere is a need for national awareness campaigns that address both the numerous advantages of the BFHI practices and Lebanese women's knowledge gaps about these practices. Such knowledge will help scale up the implementation of BFHI practices in hospitals in Lebanon, thus increasing breastfeeding rates and positively impacting the health of infants and mothers.

Background Respiratory distress syndrome is one of the most common problems of newborns. Respiratory distress syndrome occurs when there is no enough surfactant in the lungs. Heavy metals are naturally occurring elements that have a high atomic weight and a density at least 5 times greater than that of water. Lead is a heavy metal, it is important environmental toxicant; the toxic effects of lead include many systems in the body like central and peripheral nervous system. One of the most important parameters in pavement evaluation is the elastic modulus. Significant efforts were put in the development and implementation of nondestructive testing (NDT) techniques for elastic modulus profiling of pavements. Spectral Analysis of Surface Waves (SASW) method is one of the successfully implemented methods. The method utilizes a phenomenon of dispersion of surface waves in layered systems. Once the dispersion curve, representing the surface wave velocity-frequency relationship, is measured, the elastic modulus profile is obtained through an inversion or backcalculation process. Traditional SASW test involves generation of surface wave by application of an impact on the pavement surface, and detection of the propagating waves by a series of sensors placed at various distances from the impact source on the pavement surface of the tested system. The non-contact or air-coupled SASW method is an extension of the traditional SASW method, where the leaky surface waves are detected using non-contact sensors, instead of the traditional contact sensors. The main objective of this study is to develop an automated system for pavement elastic modulus profiling based on air-coupled acoustic testing. To improve the speed and automate the modulus backcalculation process, an artificial neural network (ANN) based backcalculation of a pavement modulus profile was developed. Numerical simulations of the air-coupled SASW test using finite elements were used to develop training, testing and validation data sets. Several hundred finite element models of various pavement configurations were used to develop an extensive database of surface wave dispersion curves. The performance of developed ANN models was validated using both numerical and field test data. The validation using numerical data included backcalculation of profiles for synthetic pavement profiles not used in training and testing. The field validation was conducted using field test data collected by a built non-contact SASW testing system. The system was implemented on two pavement sections, which were also evaluated using ground penetrating radar (GPR) and the ultrasonic surface waves (USW) method to obtain pavement layer thickness and top layer modulus, respectively.
