Objective To understand the psychological experience and emotional needs of infertility patients, to provide assistance for effectively alleviating the stress of infertility patients, and to provide reference for medical institutions and society to solve the problem of infertility patients. Methods: A total of 10 inpatients in the reproductive center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University and 10 infertility patients in the infertility clinic of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were selected for in-depth interviews with the purpose sampling method. The Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to refine the theme. Results: A total of five themes were refined: infertility patients were prone to negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, depression, inferiority, loneliness; lack of support from family society; psychological problems lead to physiological problems; economic and occupational stress is too large; Infertility and lack of knowledge of prenatal and postnatal care. Conclusion: Paying attention to the mental health of infertile patients is an important social problem. Medical institutions should provide reasonable and positive psychological counseling for infertile patients, develop systematic training of reproductive technicians, improve professional quality, solve problems of infertility and lack of knowledge of prenatal and postnatal care, and provide comprehensive and comprehensive social support. Objective To understand the nursing students' experience of eldercare during their internship, and to provide basis for improving the intention of nursing elderly. Methods A phenomenological research method and semi-structured interviews were conducted to 12 nursing students who practiced in three first-class hospitals in Lanzhou from September to December 2018. The Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method was used to sort, analyze and summarize the collected data. Results The negative experience of nursing students included communication difficulty, the gap between theory and practice, heavy workload and pressure, lack of knowledge and ability. Positive experience mainly included getting along with elderly people, improved various abilities and learning from good examples of teachers. Conclusion Nursing students' experience of eldercare may be influenced by their working place environment, teachers and their own ability. The geriatric nursing teaching can be improved according to the environment of different departments, giving full play to the role of teachers as role models, and improving the communication and independent learning ability of nursing students, in order to change their negative experience and enhance their willingness of eldercare. Objective To observe the effect of hot compress with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) salt packet in treatment of abdominal distension after surgical treatment for lumbar spondylolisthesis, and summarize related nursing measures. Methods Totally 43 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis with spinal stenosis were assigned to the control group (n = 22) and the observation group (n =21). All patients received minimally invasive surgery-transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (Mis-TLIF) and routine care during the operation period. The TDP radiation was adopted in both observation and control groups, and the hot compress with TCM salt packet at Shenque (CV 8) and local skin was applied in the observation group. The intra-abdominal pressure was measured at 6, 12,18,24,30 hours after surgery, and bowel function was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The intra-abdominal pressure of the two groups began to decrease gradually 12 hours after surgery, and the intra-abdominal pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The time of first exhaust/defecation in the observation group was (21.72±3.64) hours, which was shorter than (27.42 ±6.31) hours in the control group (P<0.05). Objective To explore the true psychological experience and feelings of pregnant women with unplanned pregnancy and intention of having a second child, so as to provide reference for health care during pregnancy. Methods: Totally 13 second pregnant women with unplanned pregnancy and intention of having a second child were recruited and interviewed by phenomenological method in a qualitative research. Colaizzi seven-step analysis was used to identify key themes. Results: Four themes were extracted: the existence of risk factors affecting fetal health, the disturbance on daily working and learning, the inactive attitude towards prenatal care, and potential influence of having a second child on the first child. Conclusion: Pregnant women with unplanned pregnancy and intention of having a second child are facing greater pressure. Medical workers should strengthen the reproductive health education, establish special psychological counseling institutions and optimize the antenatal care and related family support, in order to reduce the psychological pressure on pregnant women caused by unplanned pregnancy. We assessed the diagnostic value of "one-step" dual energy CT (DECT) in combination with coronary CT angiography and iodine mapping within the myocardial blood pool in detecting acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Five minipigs were subjected to transcatheter embolization of coronary artery with a gelatin sponge to induce AMI. Arterial-phase myocardial DECT imaging was carried out 1 h before and 24 h after embolism of the coronary. Color-coded iodine maps were used to evaluate myocardial blood pool deficits in the 17-segment model. Myocardial DECT imaging 24 h after MI induction was used for final comparison with post-mortem histology. We found a sensitivity of 95.55% and a specificity of 95%, respectively, for AMI detection by DECT-based iodine mapping within the myocardial blood pool. The dose–length product values were 219.4 ± 60.9 mGy.cm (172–321 mGy.cm) and the effective radiation dose was 5.7 ± 1.5 mSv (4.4–8.3 mSv). This experimental study demonstrated that DECT-based iodine mapping shows a high value for the detection of myocardial perfusion defects in the first-pass myocardial perfusion. Hybrid heart images obtained by coronary CT angiography and DECT-based iodine mapping may yield valuable data and help clinicians accurately identify cases requiring further treatment after AMI. This study demonstrated that DECT-based iodine mapping is a promising new technique for the detection of myocardial perfusion defects in the first-pass myocardial perfusion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
