To investigate the effect of three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction-assisted cognitive fusion in targeted prostate biopsy.

The open field subsequent filling method in segmented drilling stage is an efficient mining method for inclined medium thick ore bodies.However, blasting, filling and stope stability show complex relationships, causing surface subsidence, roof and floor collapse, and high mining loss rate.This study adopts engineering analogy and industrial experiments to optimize the process of the sublevel drilling and stage open-stoping with backfill of inclined medium thick ore bodies in the aspects of mining sequence, cutting method, and bottom structure layout, and propose a layout method without leaving pillars in the stope.This method directly connects the side walls of the filling body to the chamber after one-step of filling, and improves the strength of the filling body and the recovery rate of the ore block through extrusion blasting.As the key to this method lies in the implementation time, numerical simulation using ANSYS/LS-DYNA shows that medium-depth hole extrusion blasting is used to form cutting grooves, it should be carried out between 7~9 d after filling and curing of the filling body in the stope.Engineering practice has proved the feasibility of this method, which provides technical support for mining production.

Objective: In order to predict and control the hot air drying process of Mango. Methods: Using fresh Mangifera indica Linn as experimental material, the effects were studied in different hot air temperatures (60, 65, 70 ℃) and different thickness of Mango slices (0.8, 1.0, 1.2 cm) on the drying curve, drying characteristic curve and effective moisture diffusion coefficient of Mango. Selecting six commonly used drying models suitable for fruits and vegetables for fitting, analysis, and validation, the most suitable model for Mango hot air drying was selected. Results: With the increase of temperature and the decrease of slice thickness, the drying rate of Mango slices was accelerated, resulting in shorter drying times. The effective diffusion coefficient of water increases with the increase of temperature and thickness, in the range of 1.401 39×10-10 to 3.655 46×10-10 m2/s. R2 of Logarithmic model was the largest, and X2 and RMSE were the smallest, which were 0.998 87, 0.000 124 779 and 0.001 37 respectively. Conclusion: The predicted values are basically consistent with the experimental values, accord with Mango hot air drying, it can better reflect the changing law of moisture content of Mango slices during drying.

Magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) is a revolutionary new technique for rapid quantitative magnetic resonance imaging. We reviewed the imaging technology and clinical application of MRF in an all-round way. We focus on three technical aspects: data collection, dictionary generation, and pattern recognition from traditional quantitative framework to deep learning quantitative framework. We also analyzed the technical challenges and limitations of MRF. The clinical applications of MRF in various human body regions were summarized, and the current status of MRF technology verification in terms of repeatability and reproducibility was introduced. Finally, we discussed the potential barriers and opportunities for MRF to enter clinical application and envision the future development direction of MRF technology.

With the development of information technology, it is difficult for people to find effective information from the massive Internet information, and personalized services are in short supply. This paper explores the essential association between knowledge graphs and deep learning and examines the construction process of knowledge graphs. Based on the content and collaborative filtering recommendation method, the theoretical method of personalized learning service recommendation is being studied. Knowledge graphs are introduced in collaborative filtering to accurately portray user and item vector representations. The knowledge graph is used to represent the TransR model, forming an entity space and a multivariate relationship space. The students’ demand for personalized learning service systems is analyzed from the user’s point of view, the personalized learning service system is constructed, and the accuracy of the personalized learning service system constructed in this paper is analyzed. The accuracy rate of DLKG is 0.1425 when K=10, which is the highest among the five models. In the effect of personalized teaching, the mean value of the metacognitive ability of the students in the experimental class is higher than that of the control class by 0.4155, 0.0261, 0.3995, 0.7967, respectively, and the experiment proves that the personalized learning service system based on the DLKG model proposed in this paper is more effective.

Introduction: Cavability issues often arise in hard rock mines employing the block caving mining method. Hydraulic fracturing stands out as a promising pre-conditioning technology for hard rock masses, with its pre-conditioning effects dependent on variable parameters.Methods: The impact of cluster number, injection rate, and liquid volume on fracture propagation was investigated through on-site hydraulic fracturing practices. Fracturability was initially verified via true triaxial fracturing tests, and preconditioning parameters were subsequently optimized using numerical simulations. The optimized on-site construction was monitored using electromagnetic methods.Results: The study revealed a negative correlation between fracture radius and the number of clusters, gradually decreasing with an increase in cluster number. However, the fracture weakening area increased with the rise in the number of clusters. The fracture weakening area also increased with the injection rate. Additionally, the fracture radius initially increased and then decreased. Both fracture weakening area and radius increased with an increase in liquid volume. The optimized parameters were identified as four clusters, an injection rate of 4 m3/min, and a liquid volume of 500 m3.Discussion: Building upon these findings, on-site experiments were conducted and monitored using electromagnetic methods. The monitored results demonstrated that the optimized parameters effectively achieved hydraulic fracturing expansion, accomplishing the goal of weakening hard rock.

In this paper, walnut oil was reviewed from four aspects: nutritional components, extraction technology, efficacy and compounding. The changes of nutritional components of walnut oil with different extraction technology and compounding methods were discussed. The future research direction was prospected. The constraints of emerging technology and the new compounding method of walnut oil were the focus of walnut oil research in the future.

In order to verify the technological feasibility of radiation sterilization for medical masks, three types of medical masks, namely, single-use, surgical, and protective masks, were sterilized by electron beam irradiation using a 10 MeV accelerator. The surface morphology, air permeability, mechanical properties, filtration performance, and microbiological criteria of the sterilized medical masks were investigated. After irradiation, no clear damage on the morphology of the melt-blown, inner, and outer layers of the medical masks (data not shown) was observed. Moreover, the air permeability showed no distinct change. The microbiological criteria of single-use and surgical masks met the requirements of the GB 15979-2002 standard; however, those of the protective masks did not. All samples were successfully sterilized after irradiation with an absorbed dose of 4 kGy. Moreover, the particle filtration efficiency, which is a key factor, was significantly decreased after irradiation. To elucidate the mechanism and to determine the filtration efficiency of the medical masks, electrostatic generators were used to charge and regenerate the masks. The particle filtration efficiency reached 60%–90% of the original value after treatment. Although the particle filtration efficiency of the irradiated masks was considerably recovered after charging and regeneration, the tensile strength at break, elongation at break, and particle filtration efficiency of the masks underwent irreversible decrement after irradiation. The results indicate that damage to the melt-blown layers occurred owing to the radiation degradation of polypropylene fibers. Moreover, because the function of medical masks mainly depends on the electrostatic filtration efficiency, radiation sterilization was not found to be a suitable sterilization method, and radiation sterilization processing can only be applied to a novel mask that does not rely on electrostatic filtration.

Metasurfaces, interacted with artificial intelligence, have now been motivating many contemporary research studies to revisit established fields, e.g., direction of arrival (DOA) estimation. Conventional DOA estimation techniques typically necessitate bulky-sized beam-scanning equipment for signal acquisition or complicated reconstruction algorithms for data postprocessing, making them ineffective for in-situ detection. In this article, we propose a machine-learning-enabled metasurface for DOA estimation. For certain incident signals, a tunable metasurface is controlled in sequence, generating a series of field intensities at the single receiving probe. The perceived data are subsequently processed by a pretrained random forest model to access the incident angle. As an illustrative example, we experimentally demonstrate a high-accuracy intelligent DOA estimation approach for a wide range of incident angles and achieve more than 95% accuracy with an error of less than 0.5° $0.5{}^{\circ}$ . The reported strategy opens a feasible route for intelligent DOA detection in full space and wide band. Moreover, it will provide breakthrough inspiration for traditional applications incorporating time-saving and equipment-simplified majorization.

Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the leading causes of cancer-associated death across the globe. Malignant ascites are the major clinical attributes in cancer patients. Despite the advancements in HCC treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, and hormonal therapy, researchers are pursuing novel natural edible compounds for the treatment of cancer to eliminate dreadful side effects. Pleurotus ostreatus is one of the most edible cuisines in Asia as well as all over the world. It has been a source of nutritious diet since it was classified as an edible mushroom with no or negligible side effects. The present study focused on the natural anti-cancerous and anti-ascites capabilities of polysaccharides extracted from Pleurotus ostreatus in-vivo as well as in-vitro. Administration of polysaccharide Pleurotus ostreatus showed a significant decrease in tumor cell metastasis while the increase in the survival period among mice models of H22 malignant ascites. Downregulation of regenerative genes Foxp3 and Stat3 and secretion of immunological factors such as IL-2, TNF α, and INF γ were observed after treating with the partially pure extracted polysaccharide. Twining with the hypothesis of tumor suppression in-vivo model polysaccharide showed a decrease in invasion and migration abilities and henceforth responsible for the gene regulation such Cytochrome C which supposedly induced the chain of gene regulation process resulting in apoptosis in HCC cell lines observed in-vitro experiments. Collective research findings manifested that polysaccharide extracted from Pleurotus ostreatus bears anti-proliferative activity and thus influence tumor suppression in-vivo and in-vitro against hepatocellular carcinoma and can be used for therapeutic purposes as a potential anti-cancerous source in the future.

The rice starch-based films reinforced with waxy maize starch nanocrystal (SNC) is prepared by solvent casting method. The effects of SNC concentration on the mechanical properties, water vapor permeability, thermal stability and microstructure of rice starch blend films are investigated in this study. All tested SNC/rice starch film-forming solution show the shear-thinning behavior. The tensile strength (TS) of SNC/rice starch blend films are increased with the rising of SNC concentration from 0% to 5%. However, a significant decrease in TS of blend films is observed with an increasing SNCs concentration above 5%. It’s noticeable the opposite trends are observed for the WVP values of SNC/rice starch blend films. The SEM results show that the relatively homogenous dispersion of SNC is distinguished in 5% SNC/rice starch blend films, whereas SNC tend to form the large aggregations in blend films with addition of 15% SNC. Base on the X-ray diffraction experiment and thermogravimetric analysis, incorporating SNC into rice starch films significantly increased their crystallinity and thermal stability of SNC/rice starch blend films.

A novel porous Cd(ii) metal–organic framework (MOF) with the chemical composition of {[H3O][Cd(bci)]}n·2n(H2O) (1, H3bci = bis(2-carboxyethyl)isocyanurate) was prepared via hydrothermal responses of H3bci and Cd(NO3)2·4H2O. Luminescent property investigations indicated that compound 1 had high sensitivity toward Fe3+, and the detection limit of Fe3+ was as low as 2.15 × 10−4 M. The application values of Fe3+ on Hepatitis B were assessed, and its associated mechanism was identified simultaneously. First, the cytotoxic mediator (TNF-α) substance released into plasma was measured through the ELISA. In addition, real-time RT-PCR was employed to determine the Hepatitis B viral replication gene relative expression levels. Finally, the novel compound’s toxicity against human normal liver cells was tested by using the CCK-8 assay.

The results show that the solidification range and the dendrite tortuosity have a strong effect on the formation of microporosity. In the body of the casting, the arrangement mode of dendrites among three different compositions castings is the same. Due to the largest solidification range of the first generation single crystal SX1, its porosity volume fraction is the largest. The difference of solidification range in the second generation single crystal SX2 and the third generation single crystal SX3 is not obvious, thus, their porosity volume fraction is mostly influenced by the eutectic volume fraction. With the increase of single crystal generation, the level of refractory elements will be increased, also the eutectic fraction of the body increases. Therefore, the size of interdendritic zone in the final solidification stage is increased, and the pressure drop in liquid phase is reduced, leading to the decrease of porosity volume fraction. The porosity in the platform is mostly decided by the dendrite tortuosity compared with that in the body. In the platform of the first generation single crystal SX1, there is no obvious difference in the dendrite tortuosity, thus, the volume fraction of porosity is similar to that in the body. Due to the larger dendrite tortuosity in the second generation single crystal SX2 and the third generation single crystal SX3, the corresponding porosity volume fraction is increased.

The crosstalk between clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME) and the autophagy pathway has been reported in mammals; however, the interconnection of CME with autophagy has not been established in plants. Here, we report that the Arabidopsis CLATHRIN LIGHT CHAIN (CLC) subunit 2 and 3 double mutant, clc2-1 clc3-1, phenocopies Arabidopsis AUTOPHAGY-RELATED GENE (ATG) mutants in both autoimmunity and nutrient sensitivity. Accordingly, the autophagy pathway is significantly compromised in the clc2-1 clc3-1 mutant. Interestingly, multiple assays demonstrate that CLC2 directly interacts with ATG8h/ATG8i in a domain-specific manner. As expected, both GFP-ATG8h/GFP-ATG8i and CLC2-GFP are subjected to autophagic degradation, and degradation of GFP-ATG8h is significantly reduced in the clc2-1 clc3-1 mutant. Notably, simultaneous knockout of ATG8h and ATG8i by CRISPR-Cas9 results in enhanced resistance against Golovinomyces cichoracearum, supporting the functional relevance of the CLC2-ATG8h/8i interactions. In conclusion, our results reveal a link between the function of CLCs and the autophagy pathway in Arabidopsis.

With new technology such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence is widely used in the library, library service platform applies in many more libraries. Although big data collection, data analysis and cloud deployment provide a data basis of deploy operation for the platform, but meantime increases risk of data security, so the paper proposes several measures to ensure data security. Based on comparative analysis and literature research method, the paper analyzes qualitatively risk factors for data security from characters of library service platform. It expounds the necessity of data security, and proposes some measures respectively in each stage of data collection, data storage, data access and application, data sharing and updating, data security assessment, in order to promote greatly the level of data security for library.

This paper proposes a 1-bit Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging method based on a singlefrequency time-varying threshold. Synthetic aperture radar echoes are quantized to 1-bit sampling data by comparing the data with the threshold; this reduces the data-width of the SAR echoes, consequently simplifying the system and improving efficiency. The conventional 1-bit sampling compares the signal to a zero threshold, bringing nonlinear distortion to the relative amplitude and degrading the imaging quality. The random threshold can keep the amplitude information, but it introduces additional noise-like interferences. In contrary, the single-frequency time-varying threshold can maintain the amplitude information lost during the 1-bit sampling and quantization, and at the same time, eliminate noise-like interferences; thus, the imaging quality of SAR using 1-bit sampling and quantization can be improved. The focusing quality and the amplitudemaintaining ability of the proposed approach is quantitatively analyzed, and the effectiveness of the approach is verified by an imaging experiment on a scene.

The application of network information technology in classroom has changed the traditional learning environment, teaching structure and learning methods, and improved teaching efficiency. In the information age, the talent training of visual communication design major must keep pace with the times, aiming at training innovative talents and practical talents. According to this goal, this paper puts forward a mixed teaching mode based on multi-dimensional interaction and massive open online course platform to make up for the shortcomings in current teaching. It has a certain guiding effect on the practical teaching of visual communication design specialty.

Animation art is displayed in front of people in the form of images, and people have long been accustomed to attribute it to image art similar to movies. In a narrow sense, the expression form of anima-tion is really single. If we look at generalized animation from the original intention of animation, anima-tion has a broader development space, and there are more derivative possibilities of interdisciplinary com-bination. Nowadays, it is a pluralistic society, and the freedom, openness and integration of disciplines has become a trend. Starting from summarizing the three commonalities (story, role and performance) derived from the interdisciplinary animation, this paper discusses various possibilities of the interdisciplinary ex-pression forms derived from animation through practical cases.

The change of fatigue life and microstructure of 2124-T851 thick plate after cold expanded with different deformation was studied by fatigue test, TEM, SEM and X-ray diffraction apparatus. The results show that the fatigue life increases with the increase of expanded deformation until the maximum value is reached, and then decreased rapidly with the increase of expanded deformation. At 0.4 mm expanded deformation, fatigue life reach peak value, which is 12.66 times of the non-cold-worked specimens. The microstructure research results show that the residual compressive stress and dislocation cell structure form around the cold-worked holes during the cold expansion, and increase quickly with the expanded deformation. The strengthened layer retarded the fatigue crack growth rate. The appropriate cold expanded deformation can improve the surface roughness of hole, and retard the initiation of fatigue crack, consequently improving the whole fatigue life.

Curiosity and creativity are crucial for children's learning and engagement within their worlds. However, research on creative teaching that also addresses children's curiosity is quite limited. In this case study, we adopted visual methods in combination with video-stimulated recall dialogue (VSRD) to explore children's experiences in a Forest School (FS) program in Southern Ontario. As researchers, we were particularly interested in the nexus of children's curiosity and creativity in the process of learning. Participating children, aged 6-12 years, wore GoPro cameras to document their lived experiences in the FS. Informed by constructivism, we examined data vignettes, querying the role of curiosity and creativity within children's entanglements in the natural environment. The results indicate that open-ended materials within nature invited and sustained curiosity and creativity. Children tended to gravitate to the complexity and ambiguity offered within the natural environment. The research findings have implications for educators, namely the importance of the choice of materials and approaches to support and prioritize children's curiosity and creativity in learning processes. Implications for inviting educators to capitalize upon inquiry moments and the unknown were also evident.
