The water environment of Shenzhen Bay,one of the key waters in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,is mainly influenced by the urbanization of the surrounding areas.Water resource protection and water environment governance are particularly important for Shenzhen,a water-deficient city.This paper explores the specific influence relationship between each factor and the water environment in the process of urbanization.The comprehensive water pollution index and Pearson correlation analysis are utilized to analyze the relationship of the changes in population size and industrial structure with the water environment of Shenzhen Bay in urbanization.The research shows that the main pollutants in the water environment of Shenzhen Bay are chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N),and some pollutants come from urban non-point source pollution.The water quality in Nanshan District is good,while that in Futian District is poor,but the overall water quality shows a trend of improvement.The water environment is less affected by population change and more affected by industrial structure change.Therefore,formulating reasonable policies to guide the transformation of the industrial structure is an effective way to improve the water environment of Shenzhen Bay.

Ecotourism, as an ideal model for sustainable tourism development, is a response to ecological problems and the way tourism is developed. The foundational elements of ecotourism serve as the basis for the development level evaluation index system. Ten counties and cities in the Ili River Valley are evaluated for their level of ecotourism development between 2010 and 2019 using the entropy weight TOPSIS approach. Using the standard deviation ellipse, classic Markov chain, and spatial Markov chain, the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics are examined. Geographic detectors are utilized to explore the driving factors of ecotourism development. The data indicates that: (1) With a notably diverse spatial structure, the growth rate of ecotourism varies among the counties and cities in the Ili River Valley. (2) The level of comprehensive ecotourism development is continuously improving, with significant gradient differences in spatial distribution, forming a dynamic spatial pattern of 'high in the north and low in the south.' (3) The standard deviation ellipses of each year show a "northwest – southeast" direction, and basically form a stable migration rule from northwest to southeast; (4) The level of tourism income and economic development have a significant impact on the development of ecotourism, and the influence of tourism reception capacity and industrial structure level is gradually enhanced, while the promotion effect of ecological environment level is not significant. The interaction of the two factors is greater than that of the single factor, indicating that the interaction connection is facilitated by the two elements. The findings of the study can offer some theoretical underpinnings and scientific references for raising the degree of ecotourism development and encouraging the Ili River Valley's tourism industry's sustainable growth. The concentration of mitoxantrone in the blood of mice was determined by a high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet method with aloe-emodin as the internal standard. The separation was performed on a Hypersil BDS2 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm) as the analytical column, the mobile Phase A was acetonitrile, and B was 20-mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adding 1% triethylamine and adjusting the pH to 2.8 with phosphoric acid) and 4.6-mM sodium octyl sulfonate. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min−1, the detection wavelength was 243 nm, the column temperature is 25 ± 5°C and the injection amount was 20 μL. Finally, the linear range of mitoxantrone was 5–200 μg·mL−1, and the correlation coefficient was r  = 0.9999. The recovery rate of the method was 91.93–105.5%, and the extraction recovery rate was 91.45–105.5%. The intraday precision and interday precision were <3.29% (limit of detection = 0.3 μg·mL−1). The HPLC method established in this paper was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and can be used to determine the content of mitoxantrone in mouse plasma after tail vein injection. Exploring urban spatial structure plays an important role in promoting urban development, but there is a lack of research on the urban spatial structure of Xinjiang ports. This paper takes the central urban area of Kashi City as the study area and integrates points of interest (POI) data with nighttime light (NTL) data using the Open Street Map (OSM) road network to perform kernel density analysis, two-factor combination mapping, and partition identification. It identifies the spatial structural characteristics of the central urban area and divides it into different functional subdivisions. This research shows that ① the overall distributions of nighttime luminance values and POI kernel density are similar, and the overall distribution pattern gradually weakens from the city centre to the surrounding area. High-value areas are distributed in groups, presenting the spatial structure characteristics of one main area and two subareas. ② The fusion of POI data with OSM road network data identifies urban single functional zones and mixed functional zones and divides different functional zones in a more detailed way, with higher accuracy in identifying functional zones. ③ The coupling of POI and nighttime light remote sensing can better characterise the spatial features of the urban structure, such as large-scale homogeneous areas, urban fringe areas, suburbs and township centres, etc. The fusion of POI and the OSM road network can better characterise single and mixed land use types of urban land use and improve the part of the city that cannot be characterised by POI and night light. The results of this study are conducive to the realisation of rational and functional zoning in Kashi City and provide a reference for promoting urban human–land coordination and sustainable development.
