The magnetism of the rock-salt $fcc$ rare-earth monopnictide HoBi, a candidate topological material with extreme magnetoresistance, is investigated. From the Ho$^{3+}$ non-Kramers $J$=8 spin-orbital multiplet, the cubic crystal electric field yields six nearly degenerate low-energy levels. These constitute an anisotropic magnetic moment with a Jahn-Teller-like coupling to the lattice. In the cubic phase for $T>T_N~=~5.72(1)~K$, the paramagnetic neutron scattering is centered at $\mathbf{k}=(\frac{1}{2}\frac{1}{2}\frac{1}{2})$ and was fit to dominant antiferromagnetic interactions between Ho spins separated by $\{100\}$ and ferromagnetic interactions between spins displaced by $\{\frac{1}{2}\frac{1}{2}0\}$. PURPOSE Breast cancer (BC) is one of the most common malignant tumors for women. The role and potential mechanisms of long non-coding RNA plasmacytoma variant translocation 1 (lncRNA PVT1) were explored in BC cell migration and invasion. METHODS PVT1, miR-148a-3p and Rho‑associated, coiled‑coil containing protein kinase 1 (ROCK1) mRNA expressions were detected using real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The ROCK1 protein expression was detected by Western blotting. The relationship of PVT1, miR-148a-3p and ROCK1 was analyzed by Dual Luciferase activity, RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) and Spearman correlation analysis. Cell invasion and migration were detected by Transwell assay. RESULTS Upregulation of PVT1 and ROCK1, and downregulation of miR-148a-3p were observed in BC tissues and cell lines. According to the analysis of Dual Luciferase activity, RIP and Spearman correlation analysis, miR-148a-3p directly binds to PVT1, and ROCK1 is a target of miR-148a-3p. In addition, PVT1 regulated the cells migration and invasion by regulating miR-148a-3p and ROCK1 expression. CONCLUSION These data demonstrated that PVT1 was upregulated and facilitated to the cell migration and invasion of BC by the regulation of miR-148a-3p and ROCK1, indicating that PVT1 may be a potential biomarker of BC diagnosis and treatment.

Our aim is to characterize patients with pruritus in type 2 diabetes, determine independent risk factors and explore the impact of the psychological condition of these patients.This is a retrospective study. From October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021, 944 individuals with T2DM who had medical treatment were identified from the database. Electronic medical record information including patient characteristics, complications, laboratory data, and medication usage was obtained from the database. Propensity score matching, univariate analysis and a multivariable logistic regression model were used in this study. Based on observation, we discussed the psychological impact of pruritus on these patients.There were 97 patients with T2DM who suffered from pruritus. After propensity score matching based on age, gender, and family history of diabetes etc., 97 pairs of subjects were matched. 97 patients were categorized as the Pruritus group and 97 patients as the Non-pruritus group. In univariate analysis, there were 5 variables significantly related to pruritus, including BMI, absolute eosinophils, percentage of eosinophils, diabetic kidney disease, diabetic retinopathy. After multivariable logistic regression, BMI (OR 1.094, 95%CI 1.010-1.185) and diabetic retinopathy (OR 2.440, 95%CI 1.229-4.847) were considered significant. Patients with pruritus in T2DM suffer greatly in psychological condition in many ways.For patients with pruritus complicated by T2DM, BMI and diabetic retinopathy may be independent risk factors. Mental health problems such as anxiety and depression might exacerbate by pruritus. The intimate partner relationship was also challenged due to the restless sleep caused by their partner. Frequent monitoring of BMI and diabetic retinopathy and psychological assessment may be warranted in these patients.

Liposomes are spherical vesicles with bilayer membrane structure spontaneously formed by phospholipids dispersed in an aqueous medium. Liposomes are excellent drug carrier with amphiphilic properties. Liposomes have good biocompatibility, biodegradability and no immunogenicity. Liposomes can achieve the delivery of the drug, enhance the solubility, improve the stability, reduce the toxic effect of the drug, and improve the therapeutic effect of the loaded drug. In recent years, liposome drug delivery systems have been widely used in dentistry. This study aimed to investigate whether pre-existing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) was an independent predictor for adverse outcomes in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients.We searched electronic databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE, and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) to screen for eligible articles. A quantitative meta-analysis was performed on the basis of adjusted effect estimates.We observed that COPD was significantly associated with an increased risk of adverse outcomes in COVID-19 patients, which is based on 18 studies with 26,075 cases reporting adjusted effect estimates (pooled effect = 1.53, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.29-1.8; I2 = 35.4%, random-effects model).We found that pre-existing COPD was an independent risk factor for predicting the adverse outcomes in COVID-19 patients.

In this retrospective cohort study, we aim to evaluate the effect of endocapillary hypercellularity (E) lesions on the renal prognosis and response to immunosuppressive therapy, especially diffuse endocapillary hypercellularity lesion in IgA nephropathy (IgAN). A total of 365 patients with IgAN and E lesions and 31 patients with diffuse E lesions and over 12-month follow-up period were included in this study. We performed an 1∶1 propensity score to identify controls with matched clinical and pathological features from 769 IgAN patients without E lesions. The end-point was defined as a 30% decrease in estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) or end-stage kidney disease. The kidney survival of the two groups was compared by Kaplan-Meier analysis. Anaerobic bacteria can enter the solid tumor in the hypoxic region to colonize and proliferate. Aggregation of nanoparticles in the tumor area can enhance molecular imaging and therapy. It is hypothesized that the combination of the two could possibly achieve better imaging and tumor treatment. This study presents a biocompatible bacteria-based system that can deliver cationic phase-change nanoparticles (CPNs) into solid tumor to achieve enhanced imaging and treatment integration.Cationic phase-change nanoparticles (CPNs) and Bifidobacterium longum (BF) were mixed to determine the best binding rate and were placed in an agar phantom for ultrasonography. BF-CPNs complex adhesion to breast cancer cells was observed by laser confocal microscopy. In vivo, BF-CPNs and control groups were injected into tumors in breast cancer nude mouse models. Nanoparticles distribution was observed by ultrasound and in vivo fluorescence imaging. HIFU ablation was performed after injection. Gross and histological changes were compared and synergy was evaluated.Bifidobacterium longum (BF) and CPNs were combined by electrostatic adsorption. The SERCA-LVAD trial was a phase 2a trial assessing the safety and feasibility of delivering an adeno-associated vector 1 carrying the cardiac isoform of the sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase (AAV1/SERCA2a) to adult chronic heart failure patients implanted with a left ventricular assist device. The SERCA-LVAD trial was one of a program of AAV1/SERCA2a cardiac gene therapy trials including CUPID1, CUPID 2 and AGENT trials. Enroled subjects were randomised to receive a single intracoronary infusion of 1 × 1013 DNase-resistant AAV1/SERCA2a particles or a placebo solution in a double-blinded design, stratified by presence of neutralising antibodies to AAV. Elective endomyocardial biopsy was performed at 6 months unless the subject had undergone cardiac transplantation, with myocardial samples assessed for the presence of exogenous viral DNA from the treatment vector. Safety assessments including ELISPOT were serially performed. Although designed as a 24 subject trial, recruitment was stopped after five subjects had been randomised and received infusion due to the neutral result from the CUPID 2 trial. Here we describe the results from the 5 patients at 3 years follow up, which confirmed that viral DNA was delivered to the failing human heart in 2 patients receiving gene therapy with vector detectable at follow up endomyocardial biopsy or cardiac transplantation. Absolute levels of detectable transgene DNA were low, and no functional benefit was observed. There were no safety concerns in this small cohort. This trial identified some of the challenges of performing gene therapy trials in this LVAD patient cohort which may help guide future trial design.

The RIB43A domain with coiled-coils 2 (RIBC2) encodes an uncharacterized vertebrate protein exhibiting similarity with Chlamydomonas protofilament ribbon proteins, required for ciliary motility. To date, no functional variants capable of triggering a change in the expression of RIBC2 have been reported.The genotypes of rs2272804 in 30 individuals were identified with Sanger sequencing to estimate allele frequencies. Dual-Luciferase and mutagenesis assays were carried out to investigate the impact of rs2272804 on transcriptional and translational levels. The microarray data of 7 types of cancer were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) to explore the role of rs2272804 in those diseases.In this study, we identified a common variant in the 5'UTR of RIBC2, rs2272804, which can create an upstream open reading frame (uORF) in the 5'UTR significantly inhibiting the expression of its host gene. Using Dual-Luciferase constructs, we found that this variant leads to an 85% reduction in translational efficiency, but only a 20% decrease was observed at the transcriptional level. In terms of population studies, mRNA levels of RIBC2 varied according to their rs2272804 genotypes. The "A" allele homozygotes, which created a uORF, showed the lowest transcriptional levels while the transcriptional activity of the "C" allele homozygotes without an uORF was the highest, consistent with the in-vitro studies. Furthermore, we explored its role in 7 types of cancer and identified RIBC2 as a significantly differentially expressed gene (DEG) in breast cancer (BRCA), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), and kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC). Finally, we showed that the overexpression of RIBC2 enhanced the expression of TRIM37 and down-regulated TRAF2. TRIM37 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family involved in developmental patterning and oncogenesis while TRAF2 is associated with the signal transduction from members of the TNF receptor superfamily.Our reports identified a common variant that exerts a dramatic impact on expression efficiency and provides further functional insight into RIBC2.

According to the meshing characteristics of spur gears and helical gears, calculation formulas of time varying friction stiffness and friction torque coefficient are derived. Based on the theory of the concentrated parameter, considering the influence of the time-varying coefficient of friction, time-varying meshing stiffness and the integrated error of the integrated, a three-dimensional dynamic model for a double power input transmission system with multi degrees of freedom and variable parameters was developed, including the flexional, torsional and axial motions. The Fourier series method is used to solve the equations by transforming the time varying system into a linear time invariant system, and the total system response of the system is obtained after the superposition of each order excitation response. The change law of friction torque coefficient and friction stiffness is obtained too. The results show that the friction stiffness curve of herringbone gear changes gently without mutations, and the direction is constant which what makes the resultant friction force direction be of the friction no unchanged. The tooth surface roughness has a certain influence on the dynamic transmission error. The first and second harmonic order frequencies of the split torque stage gears have an important influence on the dynamic transmission errors.

Botrytis cinerea causes grey mold disease in crops and horticultural plants. It is suspected to kill plant cells via secreted toxins and to derive nutrients from dead or dying cells. However, whether macromolecular phytotoxins (MPs) secreted by B. cinerea induce necrosis or also trigger a programmed cell death (PCD) remains to be determined. We have previously partially characterized MPs secreted by B. cinerea. Here we isolated MPs from B. cinerea culture and applied them to leaf cells, assessing PCD over the following 120 h. Cell death was assessed by propidium iodide (PI) and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining. Catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) activity and the cytochrome c/a ratio were assessed by spectrophotometer. POD isomers were measured using the benzidine acetate method. In Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. exposed to B. cinerea MPs, we observed chromatin condensation and marginalization, nuclear substance leakage and accumulation of autofluorescent materials in the cell wall. Furthermore, B. cinerea MPs induced release of cytochrome c from the mitochondria into the cytosol. Moreover, CAT and POD activity was upregulated and the POD isoenzyme pattern was altered. In conclusion, A. thaliana exposed to B. cinerea MPs exhibits multiple hallmarks of PCD, suggesting that B. cinerea induces PCD in host cells through secreted macromolecules.

To reveal the influence of hydrogen on the characteristics of defect-free titanium alloy welded joints, the effects of hydrogen addition on the precipitation behavior in the hydrogenated 0.12 wt.%H weld zone of Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni alloy argon-arc-welded joints have been investigated. The results showed that lamellar δ-hydride (face-centered cubic) could only precipitate from α-lamellae, but not from the transformed β-phase due to the high hydrogen solubility in β-phase. Formation of δ-hydride was the result of the αH-phase separation reaction: αH → α (H-lean region) + δ (H-rich region). The formation mechanism of the relatively massive δ-hydride in the αH-matrix was mainly based on the combined effects of harsh stress field states and stringent hydrogen content requirements. A sharp drop in elongation and a slight increase in weld zone hardness of the hydrogenated welded joint were associated with δ-hydride precipitation.

Objectives Healthcare professionals (HCPs) can help promote healthy eating and active living in patients. This study assessed the effects of weight-related advice from HCPs on change in body mass index (BMI) of patients in the USA. Study design A 1-year follow-up study of 20,002 adults who participated in a nationally representative survey between 2004 and 2008. Methods Using the 2004–2008 Medical Expenditure Panel Survey data, 1-year BMI and weight status changes were compared between patients who did and did not report receiving advice on exercise or on restricted intake of fat and cholesterol from their HCPs. Results Patients who received weight-related advice had a greater increase in BMI compared with those who did not receive weight-related advice. Stratified by the baseline weight status of patients (i.e. normal weight, overweight or obese), adverse direction of BMI change was only significantly associated with advice on exercise. Patients who received advice to exercise more were more likely to move to a higher weight status than remaining at the same weight status, compared with patients who did not receive advice to exercise more. Conclusion This study did not find that weight-related advice from HCPs had a positive impact on BMI loss in patients. On the contrary, patients who reported receiving weight-related advice from HCPs had worse weight outcomes 1 year later than patients who did not report receiving weight-related advice. Further research is warranted to elucidate the role of weight-related advice from HCPs on lifestyle change and obesity prevention and control.

Numerous studies have reported that larval experience can affect subsequent host plants selection and future oviposition decisions of many different species, but the investigation of pre-imaginal experiences on host preference of adults has rarely been tested for soil-dwelling insects. In this study, we present evidence that larval feeding experience can affect adult host preference in the onion maggot, Delia antiqua. By rearing D. antiqua on different host plants, we were able to examine the role of the natal host of different generations and the effect of larval density on host-choice behaviour. We also performed bioassays by means of switched host treatment to evaluate the host-selection principle. Choice bioassays among the three host species demonstrated that D. antiqua females preferred to oviposit on their natal host in each generation and host-switching treatments. Additionally, increasing larval density could intensify this ovipositional preference on the natal host. The overall results showed that host preference of female D. antiqua is determined by larval experience and density. These findings also add support for the controversial Hopkins’ host-selection principle.

Since December 2019, COVID-19, a new emerging infection disease, has spread in 27 countries and regions. The clusters of many cases were reported with the epidemic progresses. We collected currently available information for 377 COVID-19 clusters (1 719 cases), excluded the hospital clusters and Hubei cases, during the period from January 1 to February 20, 2020. There were 297 family clusters (79%), case median was 4; 39 clusters of dining (10%), case median was 5; 23 clusters of shopping malls or supermarkets (6%), case median was 13; 12 clusters of work units (3%), case median was 6, and 6 clusters of transportation. We selected 325 cases to estimate the incubation period and its range was 1 to 20 days, median was 7 days, and mode was 4 days. The analysis of the epidemic situation in a department store in China indicated that there was a possibility of patients as the source of infection during the incubation period of the epidemic. From February 5 to 21, 2020, 634 persons were infected on the Diamond Princess Liner. All persons are susceptible to the 2019 coronavirus. Age, patients during the incubation period and the worse environment might be the cause of the cases rising. The progress of the two typical outbreaks clearly demonstrated the spread of the early cases in Wuhan. In conclusion, screening and isolating close contacts remained essential other than clinical treatment during the epidemic. Especially for the healthy people in the epidemic area, isolation was the key.新型冠状病毒肺炎作为新发传染病，自2019年12月发现以来，全球27个国家和地区已有病例报告。随着疫情的发展，聚集性疫情所占的发病数比例不断增加，尤其是武汉市和湖北省以外地区，暴露来源发生很大变化。本研究收集2020年1月1日至2月20日期间非医疗机构新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情377起（涉及病例1 719例）进行分析。其中，家庭聚集性疫情297起（占79%），确诊病例中位数为4例；聚餐39起（占10%），确诊病例中位数为5例；商场或超市23起（占6%），确诊病例中位数为13例；工作单位12起（占3%），确诊病例中位数为6例；交通工具6起（占2%），确诊病例中位数为6例。依聚集性病例潜伏期估计所需条件，选出325例，推测潜伏期为1~20 d，中位数为7 d，众数为4 d。此外，对国内某百货大楼聚集疫情分析结果提示本次疫情潜伏期患者可能成为传染源。"钻石公主"号邮轮聚集疫情从2月5-21日共634人被确诊感染，各类人群（国籍、年龄、性别）均易感，提示乘客年龄、无症状感染及邮轮内封闭环境可能是导致邮轮后续病例出现间歇同源暴露和人传人增殖模式的主要原因，两起典型疫情的进展清晰地展现了武汉早期病例的播散情况。因此，在疫情防控中，除隔离患者外，追踪、排查和隔离密切接触者及次级接触者至关重要；尤其对于疫区的健康人群，自我隔离是防控关键。.

As a new infectious disease, the epidemic process of COVID-19 has a series of special influencing factors and conditions. In this paper, some obvious characteristics of this widespread epidemic are discussed, including the new pathogen making people feel confused, the slow onset bringing confusion to the clinic, the miscellaneous source of infection also causing confusion to prevention and control work, the easy route of transmissions leading to a sharp increase of confirmed cases, the high susceptibility of the population leading to a high incidence, and the natural epidemic process coupled with the complexity of natural factors and the superposition of social factors. The positive and effective prevention and control strategies and measures adopted by China have greatly changed the natural epidemic process and trajectory of this epidemic, which has been highly affirmed by the expert group of the World Health Organization and praised by many countries and international organizations. However, to sum up carefully and think deeply, it will be a long-term and arduous work to plan and realize public health security in China and even the world in the future.新型冠状病毒肺炎作为一种新发传染病，其流行过程具有一系列特殊影响因素和条件。本次疫情中，病原体“新”，使人产生“疑惑”；起病“缓”，给临床带来“迷惑”；传染源“杂”，给防控造成“困惑”；传播途径“易”，促使发病“剧增”；人群易感性“高”，引起“高发”；加之自然因素“复杂”和社会因素“叠加”，是本次疫情广泛传播流行的明显特征。我国采取的积极有效防控策略和措施极大改变了本次疫情的自然流行过程和轨迹，受到世界卫生组织专家组的高度肯定和众多国家和国际组织的赞扬。但认真总结，深入思考，从全局和长远谋划、实现中国乃至全球公共卫生安全将是今后一个相当长期的艰苦工作。.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of using digital technology to design anterolateral thigh flap (ALTF) in oral and maxillofacial defect reconstruction. METHODS: Ten cases underwent oral and maxillofacial defects reconstruction with ALTFs in Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from June 2019 to Oct. 2019 were enrolled. There were 7 males and 3 females with the mean age of 47.1 years. Preoperative high frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed to detect the perforators of ALTF. CT data of the thigh was imported in DICOM (digital imaging and communications in medicine) format to the Proplan CMF 3.0 software (Materalise, Belgium), then virtual harvest of ALTF was performed according to the points of perforators detected by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and the virtual flap volume was calculated by Proplan CMF 3.0 software. ALTF was harvested followed by preoperative virtual design, and the actual flap volume of ALTF was measured by the draining method during the surgery. Finally, the accuracy rate of using high frequency color Doppler ultrasound to detect perforators of ALTFs was calculated, and the differences between the virtual flap volume measured by Propaln CMF 3.0 software and the actual volume of ALTF by the draining method were compared using paired samples T test. RESULTS: Fifteen perforators in the flaps area of 10 patients who underwent oral and maxillofacial defects reconstruction with ALTFs were detected by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound, and 16 perforators were identified during the surgery, with the accuracy rate of 87.5%. The flaps size ranged from 5 cm×7 cm to 8 cm×15 cm, all the 10 flaps survived. The donor sites were primarily closed without skin graft, and no surgery complication was found on the donor site. The mean flap volume measured by Propaln CMF 3.0 software was 71.4 cm (3) (range: 36.1-188.4 cm (3)), and the mean volume measured by the draining method was 70.7 cm (3) (range: 38.3-172.5 cm (3)). There was no significant difference between the virtual flap volume measured by Propaln CMF 3.0 software and the actual volume measured by draining method (t=0.318; P=0.758). CONCLUSION: Preoperative virtual design of ALTF has good feasibility and accuracy and can be used to guide the harvest of ALTF during operation.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in the development of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. In this study, we aimed to investigate the roles and underlying mechanisms of five prime to Xist (FTX) in myocardial I/R injury using cardiomyocyte hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) model.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was utilized to determine the expression of FTX, microRNA-410-3p (miR-410-3p) and fragile X mental retardation 1 (Fmr1) mRNA. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and flow cytometry analysis were employed to evaluate cell proliferation and apoptosis, respectively. Western blot assay was conducted to examine the protein levels of apoptosis-associated factors and Fmr1. Specific kits were used to detect the levels of oxidative stress-associated factors. Dual-luciferase reporter assay was performed to verify the association between miR-410-3p and FTX or Fmr1.FTX was reduced in myocardial I/R injury patients' serum and H/R-stimulated H9c2 cells. FTX overexpression relieved cell damage caused by H/R treatment through inducing cell proliferation and repressing cell apoptosis and oxidative stress in H9c2 cells. FTX was a sponge for miR-410-3p and the impact of FTX overexpression on H/R-induced cell injury was abolished by miR-410-3p elevation in H9c2 cells. Fmr1 was identified as a target of miR-410-3p and Fmr1 knockdown reversed the effect on H/R-induced cell damage mediated by miR-410-3p inhibition in H9c2 cells. Moreover, FTX positively regulated Fmr1 expression through sponging miR-410-3p in H9c2 cells.FTX regulated H/R-induced cardiomyocyte damage by upregulating Fmr1 via sponging miR-410-3p.

The major challenge of FRAM scaling is to maintain high polarization density on the vertical sidewall of 3D ferroelectric capacitors. We reported a CMOS-compatible HfZrO x FRAM technology that shows a wake-up free character, 1010/109 endurance cycles, extrapolated 10-year retention at 105°C/85°C, and initial P r = 25/18 μC/cm2 for 2D/3D FRAM, respectively. The strain effect at atomic interfaces is considered by the density functional theory (DFT) simulation. Two simple yet effective methods, stress engineering and optimized interface orientation, are proposed to facilitate preferential transition from tetragonal to orthorhombic phase. The test chip of 2T2C 3D FRAM demonstrates a fast sensing speed of 17 MHz at V DD of 4V.

This study aims to elucidate the regulatory effect of circular RNA UBAP2 (circUBAP2) on the progression of ovarian cancer (OC).Quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expressions of circUBAP2, microRNA-144 and CHD2 in OC tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The correlation between the expression levels of circUBAP2 and microRNA-144 with pathological parameters of OC patients was analyzed. Subcellular distribution of circUBAP2 was detected by chromatin fractionation assay. After overexpression of circUBAP2 in OC cells, changes in proliferative and migratory abilities were evaluated by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) and transwell assay, respectively. In addition, the Dual-Luciferase reporter gene assay was used to verify the binding of circUBAP2 and microRNA-144, and the binding of CHD2 to microRNA-144.QRT-PCR results showed that circUBAP2 was highly expressed in OC tissues, and its expression was negatively correlated with TMN stage and five-year survival of OC patients. CircUBAP2 was mainly distributed in the cytoplasm. Overexpression of circUBAP2 significantly promoted the proliferative and migratory abilities of OC cells. The Dual-Luciferase reporter gene assay demonstrated that circUBAP2 could bind to microRNA-144. Meanwhile, circUBAP2 negatively regulated microRNA-144 expression in OC cells. Besides, the promotive effects of circUBAP2 on the proliferation and migration of OC cells were reversed by microRNA-144 overexpression. MicroRNA-144 was lowly expressed in OC tissues, which was negatively correlated with TNM stage of OC patients. The Dual-Luciferase reporter gene assay confirmed the binding condition between CHD2 and microRNA-144. CHD2 expression was negatively regulated by microRNA-144 in OC cells. Moreover, CHD2 could bind to microRNA-144 and partially inhibited its activity, thereby promoting the proliferative and migratory abilities of OC cells.CircUBAP2 promotes the progression of ovarian cancer by adsorbing microRNA-144.
