Determinar la viabilidad para la creación de una empresa para la producción y comercialización de vinos artesanales en la región del Guavio Cundinamarca. Desde hace varios años, la cultura del vino revolucionó las ciudades en Colombia, Como resultado el consumo se ha vuelto más común en la vida diaria de las personas, El vino es un producto que se ha consumido durante generaciones. En esta época de grandes cambios no solo para el sector de vinos, la implementación de las nuevas ideas es una estrategia fundamental si la empresa desea ser competitiva, debe tener una respuesta rápida a los nuevos desafíos, los clientes nuevos y las oportunidades de negocio que surjan. Es un emprendimiento que toma la materia prima como la fresa, uchuva y los arándanos. Explorando el proceso de transformación de estos se genera la idea de hacer este licor con una marca que va a crear valor agregado y que se va a dar a conocer en la zona del Guavio Cundinamarca. El vino de este tipo de sabores es un producto con una gran oportunidad de salir al mercado sin tener competencia directa luego de que no existe otro vino de sabores similares. LAS PUERTAS DEL VINO SAS pretenden resolver una problemática en la región del Guavio y en Colombia, conforme con la necesidad de aprovechar toda producción que existe de este tipo de frutas para darle un proceso de crecimiento y de mejora, ofreciendo finalmente un producto innovador, por medio de alternativas de vinos artesanales. El embalse del Guavio es un proyecto energético construido entre 1980 y 1992 que tiene como objetivo potencializar las capacidades y recursos ambientales que ofrece la región de Guavio en beneficio nacional, de manera que genera electricidad a lo largo del proceso que realiza esta estructura, abasteciéndose de ríos principales como el Guavio, Chivor y Batatas. Este proyecto está ubicado en cinco municipios de esta región, Gachalá, Ubalá, Gama, Junín y Gachetá, y como todo proyecto de gran magnitud ha generado impactos no solo ambientales sino también sociales los cuales afectan a toda la población y requieren ser intervenidas en la actualidad teniendo en cuenta el manejo ambiental realizado durante su construcción y la vida útil del mismo. The Guavio reservoir is an energy project built between 1980 and 1992 that aims to enhance the capacities and environmental resources offered by the Guavio region for national benefit, generating electricity along the process that this structure performs, supplying itself from main rivers such as the Guavio, Chivor and Batatas. Tras pasar por el abandono y posterior uso desigual, el edificio llega hasta nuestros días con un estado de conservación variable; lo que hace necesaria su valoración patrimonial y una intervención adecuada con el contexto urbano y arquitectónico en que se sitúa, ya que por sus características particulares es un hito para el municipio, permitiendo que pueda ser más reconocido por la instituciones y habitantes del poblado, así promover y proyectar un destino mejor que integre tanto las partes del complejo como los edificios de su contexto inmediato, retomando su vocación educativa y cultural, por lo tanto crear un potencial proyecto cultural que sirva a la comunidad y la región. (Texto tomado de la fuente) The building of the -Antigua Normal de Gachetá-, built in different stages between 1937 and the 1980s, is constituted as an architectural complex representative of the educational architecture of small municipalities, originally serving as a promoter of the traditional and religious female education of the time for the Cundinamarca region of Guavio. After going through abandonment and subsequent unequal use, the building has survived to this day in a variable state of conservation; which makes necessary its patrimonial valuation and an adequate intervention with the urban and architectural context in which it is located, since due to its particular characteristics it is a landmark for the municipality, allowing it to be more recognized by the institutions and inhabitants of the town, to promote and project a better destination than integrate both the parts of the complex and the buildings in their immediate context, resuming its educational and cultural vocation, therefore a potential cultural project that serves the community and the region. Este proyecto de grado se realizó en la provincia del Guavio, perteneciente al departamento de Cundinamarca, con el objetivo de diseñar un centro de distribución de productos agrícolas para el mejoramiento de los procesos de almacenamiento y distribución en la zona. Para esto, se realizó un diagnóstico de la oferta y demanda con el fin de determinan su estado actual a través de los instrumentos de ingeniería de los cuales se evidencia en el documento y la revisión de documentos, artículos y trabajos de grado asociados con el tema de estudio. Por otro lado, para realizar el diseño del centro de distribución, se pronosticó la oferta de productos agrícolas durante un periodo de 5 años, la localización de este usando 3 tipos diferentes de métodos matemáticos de tipo cuantitativo y cualitativos y, por último, la distribución física que se definiría para implementar en el centro de distribución. This graduation Project was held in the Guavio province, in the department of Cundinamarca, with the objective of designing a distribution center for agricultural products to improve storage and distribution processes in the area. For this, a diagnosis of supply and demand was made in order to determine its current status through the engineering instruments of which it is evident from the document and the review of documents, articles and graduate work associated with the subject of study. On the other hand, to carry out the design of the distribution center, the supply of agricultural products was predicted for a period of 5 years, the location of the center using 3 different types of quantitative and qualitative mathematical methods and finally, the physical distribution that would be defined to be implemented in the distribution center.
