Background: In today's world, take-away materials predominantly consist of non-biodegradable plastics, known for their longevity and the release of harmful toxins during decomposition. To tackle this problem, the following article delves into the advantages and substitutes for plastic takeaway utensils and tableware, focusing on products made from palm (areca) and coconut tree by-products. It delves into the revival of traditional methods and knowledge rummage-sale in the southern then central parts of the India to create sustainable dining products. The article includes a market analysis, design considerations, life cycle analysis, and in-depth research on fabrication. Disposable plates, such as those made it from the polythene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, and polyvinyl chloride pose health risks, As a result of the release of noxious compounds, including melamine, vinyl chloride, biphenyl A, and phthalates. Conclusion: In summary, biodegradable palm plates possess significant promise in the global market, granted they adhere to quality, design criteria. To promote the continued use of Leaf plates and discourage the adoption of plastic alternatives, it is imperative for the government to establish requisite regulations, which local authorities should rigorously enforce. In Coordination chemistry metal chelating agents has a vital role, among them thiosemicarbazones occupies an important place due to their a range of applications in different fields, such as analytical and biological. In the literature we can find many thiosemicarbazones which has a wide range of applications both in pharmacy and chemical fields. But still there is a scope is there to synthesize new thiosemicarbazone ligands and their metal complexes due to their utility is still there in modern chemistry also. In this present study we synthesized the copper(II) complexes of 9H-Carbazole-3-carbaldehyde-4-phenylthiosemicarbazone, 10-hexyl-10-H-phenothiazine-3-carbaldehyde-4-phenylthiosemicarbazone and 2-thiophenecarboxalde-hyde-4-methylthiosemicarbazone and these complexes are characterized with FT-IR, XRD analysis and thermal stabilities of the both ligands and complexes are compared with thermogravimetric analysis studies. Finally the antibacterial activities of both chelating agents and their metal complexes are tested with two Gram-positive bacterial stains, such as Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and two Gram-negative bacterial stains, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli. The hetero-Fenton catalyst Fe2(MoO4)3 was prepared by simple co-precipitation method and it was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis-DRS) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). Fe2(MoO4)3 was used for hetero-Fenton photocatalyst for the degradation of Rhodamine-B (Rh-B) under solar light. The effect of various operational parameters like catalyst concentration, initial solution pH, H2O2 dosage, initial dye concentration reusability on photodegradation were investigated and the optimum conditions are reported. A mathematical model of convective steady flow over rotating disks in an orthotropic porous medium has been developed and solved the non-dimentional governing equations for flow by the shooting method that uses fourth order Runge- Kutta integration technique and Newton's method. Magnitude of radial velocity of fluid decreases near the surfaces of the disks for increasing value of Reynolds number. Impact of stretching parameters on the radial and tangential velocity profiles is observed. Computational results are presented graphically for various cases of parameters on velocity (radial f' and tangential g ) and temperature profiles and table values are reported for skin friction and Nusselt number along both disks. It is observed that as the Reynolds number increases, the tangential velocity decreases. As we move far away from the disk the effects of physical parameters is not significant. It is seen that when the stretching parameter increases the radial velocity increases initially and when η=0.3 onwards the radial velocity decreases. Inorganic metal oxide nanoparticles and nanocomposites may serve as effective disinfectants, due to their relatively nontoxic profile, chemical stability and efficient antibacterial activity. Fe2V4O13, Fe2V4O13/ZnO and Ag-ZnO/Fe2V4O13 have been prepared by sol-gel, liquid phase precipitation method and photodeposition method. Antibacterial activity was tested using ten microbes of biomedical and agriculturally significance was achieved. Section 505 (b) (2) was introduced in FD&C act through Hatch-Waxman Act 1984 and becoming popular day by day due to its importance. 505 (b) (2) application has changed the concept of new drug definition. 505 (b) (2) is still under its revolving stage and FDA is taking all steps to keep things in line without compromising to safety & efficacy which are utmost important from FDA perspective. FDA has started emphasizing on access, affordability and quality of drug. Shortage of drug is being a problem in US and 505 (b) (2) application has come in support of FDA to solve it because it takes less time to get through regulatory approval process. 505 (b) (2) application motivates innovation and at the same time drug product price do not surge highlike 505 (b) (1) application dueto its low requirement of finance in drug development phase. The present investigation of the study is to examine the significance of performance management in work dimensions of employees in electronic based manufacturing sector. It emphasize that importance of performance management in work dimensions of employees based on various categories such as experience, technical and non technical and manager and executive. The sample consists of 115 employees. The performance management questionnaire was developed by team for the investigation of the study. The means, SDs and the mean difference were employed for the investigation of the study. The results shows that the performance management of employees differed based on the experience and managerial level of the employees. In this study, we synthesized CeVO 4 /ZnO nanoheterojunction photocatalyst through hydrothermal-precipitation method. The prepared photocatalyst was characterized by Fourier transform infrared analysis (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) with elemental color mapping (ECM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) with selected area electron diffraction (SAED) pattern, UV-vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy (UV-vis-DRS), BET, and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The BET surface area of CeVO 4 /ZnO is 10.50 m 2 /g. The photocatalytic activity of CeVO 4 /ZnO nanoheterojunction under solar light was investigated for the degradation of Reactive Orange 4 (RO 4). CeVO 4 /ZnO has been found to be more effective for mineralization of RO 4 than the prepared ZnO at neutral pH. The addition of TBA ( • OH scavenger) contributes a significant decrease in the photodegradation efficiently of the catalyst. Chemical oxygen demand (COD) measurements confirmed the complete mineralization of RO 4. In addition, it found that the photocatalyst was stable and reusable. Graphical abstract.
