El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un primer acercamiento a la facilitación de acceso y uso de datos médicos, en específico señales de electoencefalografía (EEG), a los investigadores, ingenieros y profesionales de la salud mediante la generación de señales sintéticas, ya que estas cumplen con las regulaciones de protección de privacidad de datos médicos que hay actualmente al tratarse de datos considerados anónimos. Esta técnica permite aumentar considerablemente la cantidad de señales EEG para entrenar modelos de aprendizaje automático que tengan la capacidad de diagnosticar enfermedades neurodegenerativas, como la enfermedad de Parkinson, con una precisión elevada y una mayor fiabilidad de los resultados., The objective of this research project is to carry out a first approach to the facilitation of access and use of medical data, specifically electroencephalography (EEG) signals, for researchers, engineers and health professionals through the generation of synthetic signals, since that these comply with the regulations for the protection of privacy of medical data that currently exist when dealing with data considered anonymous. El área de Comunicación de la educación peruana es un área, que abarca la educación inicial, primaria y secundaria, donde se desarrollan las competencias comunicativas de los alumnos para que estos puedan comunicarse eficientemente. En esa línea el estudio tiene como objetivo describir el proceso del desarrollo del área de Comunicación, lo que se inicia con los contenidos, las capacidades y las competencias que se muestran mediante los desempeños de los alumnos, por lo que se presenta los insumos pedagógicos como las estrategias para la adquisición de los aprendizajes, la elaboración de las sesiones de aprendizajes, las experiencias de los aprendizajes y el contenido curricular del área. La comunicación entre los seres humanos es importante ya que permite la socialización humana, y es la educación el espacio de su estudio.

The International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) is generating and phenotyping null mutations for every protein-coding gene in the mouse1,2. The IMPC now uses Cas9, a programmable RNA-guided nuclease that has revolutionized mouse genome editing3 and increased capacity and flexibility to efficiently generate null alleles in the C57BL/6N strain. In addition to being a valuable novel and accessible research resource, the production of >3,300 knockout mouse lines using comparable protocols provides a rich dataset to analyze experimental and biological variables affecting in vivo null allele engineering with Cas9. Mouse line production has two critical steps – generation of founders with the desired allele and germline transmission (GLT) of that allele from founders to offspring. Our analysis identified that whether a gene is essential for viability was the primary factor influencing successful production of null alleles. Collectively, our findings provide best practice recommendations for generating null alleles in mice using Cas9; these recommendations may be applicable to other allele types and species.

Purpose A system dynamics (SD)-based methodology is described for analysing the impact of lean manufacturing strategies on a company's business performance, using business model canvas (BMC) perspective. Design/methodology/approach A case study approach is used to describe the methodology which consists of conceptualising a SD model on the basis of BMC. The base SD model is elaborated to include variables and concepts that consider the effects of lean manufacturing metrics on business performance. In the modelling experimentation, the lean manufacturing metrics are made to take on likely values one would expect if certain lean practices are initiated or improved. The experimental results provide one with the likely impact on business performance, if one were to improve lean manufacturing practices. Findings The simulation results for the case study show that lean improvements, on the short-run, have a significant impact on business performance, but in the long run, the impact is only marginal. Research implications/limitations The described methodology provides one with a structured format for investigating the impact of lean practices on business performance. Although the developed SD model was built with generality in mind, it remains to be reproduced in other settings to test its replicability. Practical implications The methodology enables an organisation target which lean improvements to initiate based on their strategic impact on the business. Originality/value Limited studies exist where SD and business models are combined to test the strategic impact of lean manufacturing.

La investigación permite encontrar la relación que se produce entre la aplicación de las WebQuest y el pensamiento crítico de los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Nº 34139 de San Pedro de Pillao. La metodología utilizada corresponde a un estudio aplicado, de diseño correlacional porque aplica las teorías validadas en diversos entornos y comprobadas científicamente, es de diseño correlacional con un solo grupo, tomando como muestra a 20 estudiantes del 5º grado. El resultado obtenido ha permitido demostrar que el uso educativo de la herramienta educativa WebQuest tiene efectos positivos en el fortalecimiento y desarrollo permanente del pensamiento crítico. Las importantes conclusiones que se han determinado son: Al relacionar las variables de acuerdo a sus dimensiones de la investigación se han encontrado como resultado 0.47, 0.55, 0.65, 0.66, 0.87, 0.89, etc., lo que indica que existe relación media, moderada, considerable y alta entre cada una de las variables de investigación con sus respectivas dimensiones lo cual demuestra que a mayor uso y aplicación de las WebQuest se consolida y se incrementa el pensamiento crítico utilizando una diversidad de estrategias en las diversas áreas académicas de los estudiantes de la muestra de estudio. El nivel de conocimiento que han desarrollado los estudiantes en relación al uso educativo de las WebQuest y los procesos de investigación ha demostrado que se ha incrementado su capacidad de discernimiento y precisión conceptual durante los trabajos académicos desarrollados en el aula de innovación, incrementándose su interés y constante aplicación de la herramienta durante las sesiones de aprendizaje. El nivel de pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes de la muestra se ha incrementado de manera importante por la diversidad de estrategias utilizadas con la aplicación de las WebQuest en los trabajos académicos. Se ha demostrado que la relación existente entre los WebQuest y el pensamiento crítico de los alumnos de la muestra es moderada, importante y alta por los mismos resultados que presente porque fluctúan entre 0.4 y 0.9 en la correlacional de Pearson, lo que indica que a mayor uso de los WebQuest es mayor el desarrollo y consolidación del pensamiento crítico de los estudiantes de la muestra de estudio, al mismo tiempo aplicando la prueba T se ha obtenido resultado de 1.8481 que se encuentran fuera del rango aceptación de la hipótesis nula lo que valida la hipótesis de trabajo demostrando con amplitud la aplicación coherente y sistematizada de la herramienta educativa. The catalytic oxidation of hydrogen chloride to chlorine (Deacon reaction) is an attractive means to recover Cl 2 from HCl-containing waste streams in the chemical industry. Recently, RuO 2 supported on TiO 2 rutile has been industrially implemented for large-scale chlorine manufacture. However, detailed understanding of the reaction mechanism over claimed catalysts has not been acquired. Our tests in a fixed-bed reactor at ambient pressure concluded that RuO 2 powder is highly active for Cl 2 production. Characterization of the fresh and used RuO 2 samples by ex situ XRD and XPS revealed no appreciable alteration of the bulk structure and limited chlorination of the catalyst. Ab initio thermodynamics predicted that the initial state of the RuO 2 (110) surface is partially over-oxidized, while the surface after reaction contains both oxygen and chlorine. DFT described the Deacon reaction with a Mars–van Krevelen type mechanism consisting of five steps: hydrogen abstraction from HCl, recombination of atomic chlorine, hydroxyl recombination, water desorption, and dissociative oxygen adsorption. An increased chlorine production was observed experimentally when increasing the feed O 2 -to-HCl ratio. This can be ascribed both to the lower recombination energy of chlorine atoms to gas-phase Cl 2 at high coverages and the faster surface reoxidation due to higher partial oxygen pressures.

From a critical perspective, this essay examines the root socioeconomic and political impact of the constitutional change that occurred in Columbia during the decade of the 90s, and the resultant model consecrated in the Political Constitution of 1991. Taking that process as a starting point, the analysis reviews the principal characteristics of the introduction and subsequent coexistence of two antagonistic models of state: The Social State of Right and the Neoliberal State convergent in the articulation of the Constitution of 1991. Also, the article studies the institutional innovations that both models introduce to the Columbian political regime, especially in regards to the justice administration, the structure of public power and the articulation of participation as the axis of democracy. At the same time, the article reviews the elements that exemplify the coexistence of these two models, by means of analytical pursuit of the behavior of the individual and collective actors and of the concrete political facts that have formed said relation throughout the last decade of the 20th century, as well as its impact on the instability of the Columbian political regime. Finally, the essay considers the deficiencies in the political culture and the constant interference of the traditional sectors and of the armed actors as a characteristically structural obstacle to the achievement of the aspirations of the great project of democratic reform and progress contemplated in the Constitution of 1991
